I couldn’t have imagined a more smooth, enjoyable experience for a wedding. Not only was it picture perfect and everything we could’ve wanted, Neuse Breeze made it unbelievably easy with their total package. I showed up with Pinterest pictures and shared a Pinterest board and they made it all happen. The staff is amazing and invested in each individual wedding and makes the experience personal. In my biased opinion (and the opinions of many of our guests) it was the best wedding they’ve been to. Beautiful, fun, great people, and a stress free environment for a really important day. If you’re considering Neuse Breeze, this is your sign to book with them now! It will be the best decision you make! -

Incredible Wedding
We had a wonderful wedding weekend. It was everything we imagined and more! Marianne and Glen are such wonderful hosts making everything wonderful, and our wedding planner Jennifer made sure everything went smoothly. We could not have pictured a more beautiful day and will remember this for the rest of our lives. Our wedding was amazing. -

A High Class Place
A high-class place for a life event that is marriage.
From my international experience, I would put this establishment in the lead:
1- an affable, professional and available couple of owners.
2- an extremely dedicated staff, very welcoming and supervised.
3- divine places, worthy of a Roman or Greek setting that I was allowed to frequent.
4- the catering- trattoria is perfectly adapted to the standard, the delicious pastry. I was allowed to taste a first boiled beef rib: an absolute deity of taste and flavor. I recommend.
I greet such dedication for a unique life event and thank you for these wonderful moments. -

Neuse breeze was the most incredible venue!!! They’re all inclusive style planning made having our wedding there a dream!!! We showed them pictures of our dream wedding and they replicated it to a T!!! Marianne and her team have a true gift for what they do and their venue is so incredibly beautiful. We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience with them. If you’re considering booking, definitely go for it!! -

My dreams came to life at this venue and I felt like nothing but a princess from the moment I woke up. Marianne and Glen are beautiful souls and kept me and my girls pampered the whole day. The vision for my wedding was beachy with a modern elegance and they pulled out all the tricks to make it happen. I will absolutely be having my 10 year vow renewal here and hopefully I will get to visit them in the future. I was freaking out the week before my wedding due to the weather and speaking with Marianne and her staff to make sure we had options in place, i will never forget her telling me "stop worrying it wont rain and I have plans b,c and d ready." She was right it didn't rain we had a small drizzle during the ceremony to which we were provided umbrellas so my groom and I stayed dry as well as our guests. Once the ceremony was over the sun came out and we were able to get the photos of my dreams with my beautiful photographer. The rest of the night was a blur in the best way possible. The food was amazing from the appetizers to the desserts everyone left full and happy. The DJ, Paul, was so fun and hit our playlist like it was his wedding and he was going to make sure everyone was on the dance floor (they were). our day was nothing short of spectacular I would 1000000000000000000% recommend Neuse Breeze to any and everyone. You are treated with the utmost love, respect, support and kindness. The house we stayed in immaculate in cleanliness and provided everything we needed for our family. I wouldn't change a thing if I could do it all over, Marianne and Glen are family. -

Stress free wedding
My daughter and son in law were married here on October 29, 2022. Marianne, Glenn, Natalie and the entire staff are top notch. Every detail is thought of and they are willing to customize most anything. The all inclusive (other than a few things) package is wonderful if you want a stress free wedding. Everything from the food, to the service, to the music, to the beautiful setting to the amazing florals will leave your guests still talking about it months later! So thankful we found this hidden gem on the North Carolina coast. -

If you want a beautiful and stress free wedding this is the venue you need to choose! The moment I arrived I felt so calm. I knew that once I got there all the stress would be gone and that's exactly how Natalie, Marianne, and Glenn made it. My guests and bridal party complimented everything and the florals are GORGEOUS!!!!!! I loved every second of my wedding and neuse breeze was a huge part of it. They were amazing. -

My husband and I got married here May 7th 2022 and it was by far the best experience we ever had. From start to finish Marianne, Natalie, Glenn and the Neuse breeze staff make sure you are stress free and coordinate a beautiful wedding! The waterfront view is gorgeous and the venue they built is perfect for weddings! We wanted an all inclusive wedding and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. The packages they offer Is unbeatable for what you get and people are still raving about the flowers! It really was like being in a fairytale! I am someone who worries about everything but they are there for you anytime you need! From start to finish! my bridesmaids and I were provided the most delicious breakfast and brunch! Everything went so fast we just beat the rain and the ceremony was beautiful! And everyone had the best time at the reception we danced the night away in the rain and our dj Paul did an amazing job! The food from the flame catering is so good! It was well worth it! They are a well oiled wedding machine and the vendors they work with are amazing too! The cake was beautiful! I really can’t thank them enough and I strongly recommend to any bride looking for a venue to look no further! They are very professional and really customize it to become your perfect wedding! -

My wedding was literally perfect all thanks to this venue!! Amazing venue and staff!

Dreams Came True!
Where to start? Right from the beginning Marianne and company were like friends helping with your wedding. Our daughter was originally scheduled to get married in May, 2020 and had to postpone. Re-scheduled for September 26, 2020 and it was worth the wait! Marianne was their to help with changing plans, always leading us in the right direction. Marianne made sure the seaside themed wedding my daughter dreamed about came true! The flowers were outstanding. The decorations made us feel we were at the beach (but no sand or wind!) The Neuse Breeze employees were helpful, courteous and professional. The DJ was fun. The food from The Flame was outstanding. It's been 3 weeks and we are still getting compliments. But all the compliments should go to Neuse Breeze! -

Magical evening
Words can’t even express my experience with Neuse Breeze. They have truly thought of everything! From arriving on Friday to leaving Sunday morning, Marianne and Glen cater to you the entire weekend! The moment we visited the venue we knew this was the place we were going to get married. We loved that it reminded us of back home and Marianne just gave us positive vibes! Mariah the wedding coordinator, the food, music and especially the flowers were absolutely amazing. The attention to detail blew my mind. Everyone at the wedding couldn't stop raving about how beautiful the venue was and how much fun they had!! The staff were funny, nice, personable, and professional. The house was perfect for our wedding party and Marianne did not have a problem with having our ring bearers (our doggies, Taco and Apollo run free to enjoy all the guests and festivities, she even let Taco in the house while I was getting ready the morning of the wedding, he is my baby boy and I missed him). The decorations were perfect and they did an awesome job incorporating our decor in as well!! During times where I just couldn't make a decision, Marianne knew exactly what to say or made the perfect suggestions. Months prior to the wedding Maranne responded very quickly to all my emails which really helped settle my anxiety. Mariah made sure everything happened when it was supposed to, made sure to cover everything from song to cut the cake too, to how to correctly pronouce the names of my Indian family members, she made sure everything went smoothly!! I almost wish we could get married twice, so we could experience it all over again!! -

Maryann was so helpful from the flowers, to the cake to the linens and the officiant! She was a great host and vendor! Everything you could've ever dreamed of was there to make my daughter's wedding fa spectacular event. A few minor slip ups but for the most part it went off without a hitch! -

Our wedding was amazing thanks to the Neuse Breeze crew! The package was awesome because it made a lot of my decisions for me, for example: the DJ, caterer, florist, cake, was all included so I didn’t have to research & make too many decisions on my own. They made everything I asked for happen, and then some. I truly felt at home at Neuse Breeze throughout this process. Choosing Neuse Breeze is the best decision I could have made for our wedding. Truly amazing! -

We just held my daughter's wedding at this venue this past weekend, and I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience we had. We chose their all inclusive package, which was fabulous! Planning was easy, as their package included most of the big items. Not only were the options convenient, but they were awesome! The Flame was the caterer, and the food was wonderful. All of our guests were raving about everything from the appetizers to the shrimp and grits! The DJ was from Generations, and he was so much fun. He was interactive with our guests, and honored every request we made. Our guests filled the dance floor and were there until the very end! We all had a blast! The cake was delicious and beautiful, and the design was exactly what my daughter requested. The rehearsal was great, and the overnight accommodations for the bride and bridesmaids made it so fun for all of the girls. Breakfast arrived at 9:00, and lunch at 12:00. Both meals were more food than our large bridal party could eat, and it was delicious. The owners were always warm and welcoming, and were never put out by any of our many questions. Mariah Miltier, the wedding planner, was incredibly patient and calm throughout the entire process. The staff made sure everything went off without a hitch so we could just enjoy the day. My daughter and her husband stayed overnight in their honeymoon suite, which had dinner plates waiting in the refrigerator for them from the staff. They considered every detail, and things I would have never thought of. From the minute you arrive on the property, this venue offers a true fairy tale wedding experience. Our day was more than magical, and far more amazing that I could have imagined. Marianne, the owner, is a gifted florist. The flowers looked like something straight out of a Southern Living magazine. Somehow, these amazing professionals took a few of our ideas and created the wedding of our dreams. This was truly a day that none of us will ever forget! -

Marianne and her team are the best. My husband and I live in WI, and even being so far away wedding planning was so stress free. Marianne will bring any vision you have for your wedding to life. We did the all inclusive package and everything was perfect. The flowers, the food, the cake, the DJ, the bartenders, and the day of coordination was all AMAZING. We wouldn't change anything about our wedding day, we just wish we could do it again! There is no other venue like Neuse Breeze, book here, I promise you will not regret it! -

We booked Neuse Breeze venue site on seen. When we finally were able to go to see the site and do the food tasting, we were speechless, the pictures on their website and social media are fantastic but only capture half the magic. The staff are fantastic and the owners are the very best, and the Flame food was so yummy! The flowers that Marianne (owner) puts together are breathtaking! For a day we were Royals and our daughter and son-in-law were the princess and prince for a day. All of our guest kept telling us that this was the best wedding venue and wedding they have ever attended! My daughter told me this was the wedding of her dreams! We are all still talking about it. Thank you for making this my daughters special day! -

Perfection, Professional, Honest, and Highly Accommodating. My wife and I had to reschedule due to Hurricane Florence. And Mary, and Glen were more than sympathetic, but they went above and beyond to make our day better than imaginable. I highly recommend this venue. The scenery is breathtaking, the facility is way above Great. And their staff is spot on. If you are searching for a venue just stop at this one and set your date. You will not be Disappointed at all. Thank You Neuse Breeze for making Our Wedding better than Perfect. We will be coming back to renew our vows in 5 years or so. -

Exceeded expectations
Exceeded my expectations in all areas! The attention to detail, service, and quality of everything was above and beyond what my husband and I could have imagined for our day. Mariah Sent on 07/11/2018We truly don’t even know where to begin with all of the incredible things to say about Marianne, Glen, and the Neuse Breeze venue and team. I myself have been a wedding coordinator, and worried that I would feel as though I wanted to take over a lot of the planning process, just because I know what I would like and how I would like things done and set. I honestly felt, IMMEDIATELY, after my tour with Marianne as though I was not going to have to do a single thing, and I was exactly right. They truly took care of EVERYTHING. Not only do you feel immediately welcomed and valued, but they truly assure you (and uphold the promise) that they will do whatever it takes to make your exact vision come true, without nickeling and diming you! I instantly knew we were going to have a wonderful experience, which for us was huge, as we were being restationed in the military the same month as our wedding, and would be planning the wedding from Minnesota! We only had to come out once to do our food tasting, Marianne and Callie (the coordinator) made all the rest happen via emails, and phone calls. Their timeliness with answering any email or phone call I had was impeccable, and honestly unheard of in this crazy industry. I felt as though we were they only couple they were working with all year, they were so timely and personal. It was absolutely amazing and took so much stress off of us, making it an even more amazing of an experience for us. We had ZERO stress with planning! We can’t thank Marianne and Callie and the team enough alone for just that part! When our weekend came, any and all expectations/hopes/dreams we had of that weekend was absolutely blown out of the water. They did it 100 times better! We had not a single worry, glitch, concern, nothing! If any tiny thing went off track, we had zero knowledge of it. They went so above and beyond making every single detail perfect! Neuse Breeze made every single dream of ours come true. We couldn’t say enough great things!

Nick Sent on 04/13/2018Thanks to Neuse Breeze our wedding is everything we wanted and more, there’s not a single thing we would change. Marianne and Glen (owners) and Callie and Brittany (wedding coordinators) made everything extremely stress free and made us feel at ease from the beginning of planning to our wedding day.
My wife and I currently live on the west coast and only visited the venue a couple times prior to the wedding day, but everyone made it as easy as possible to plan and was very flexible. They were all always available via email or phone and responded almost immediately. Having the all inclusive package was awesome and made things so much easier for us. As for the few things not included (ie bartender, rehearsal dinner, photographer, videographer, etc) they had great suggestions on everything and if there was something we needed or had to bring, they always reminded us with plenty of time ahead.
For the wedding day, it was a low stress day for the entire wedding party. We never once were confused on where we had to be or what we needed to do next. The team and even the bartenders they recommended (Joe) were so helpful throughout the day and it was a true family atmosphere. Not once did we ever feel like we were talking to people we hired, but more to family that was just helping out.
If you want the wedding of your dreams, Neuse Breeze is the perfect venue! -

It was hands down the least stressful process I’ve ever experienced! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and was so beautiful! Marianne & Glen and their team do the BEST job! We still have guests from our wedding tell us that our wedding was the most beautiful event they have attended!! Not only do they take care of the stress for you, but they make you feel like family! Thank you again to the best team! We love you guys!!

Amanda Sent on 06/11/2018I write this for another bride to NOT experience the hell I had on my wedding day.
PRO
- Gorgeous & well equipped venue.
- The owner was responsive the entire time, even until now when she chooses to complain about me thru email!
-Callie is an angel! She was helpful and exceeded expectations in most ways.
CON
-NB gave me a horrendous bouquet for my bridal portraits. They offered to make it! Marianne's excuses: "We have another wedding and they take precedence over this. It's Easter weekend and getting the right flower colors was hard. I put the bouquet together in less than 5 minutes." THESE ARE NOT EXCUSES. NB promised me high expectations and failed. This is where my wedding fiasco begins.
-Chose a new florist (one that wasnt banned from their or one that wouldnt work with them...)
-Signed the contract 2016 & at the time they weren't as "all-inclusive" as they are now. I picked a HIGHLY REPUTABLE caterer, who NB was fine with! They even waived my outside fee and said they are a PREFERRED caterer. NB didnt let my caterer INSIDE the catering space. My caterer had to do plated dinner OUTSIDE!?!?!
-In the contract, it states luncheon with MIMOSAS. I brought 3 bottles of champagne and 2 bottles of wine as extra. Marianne would not provide me any champagne because she didn't want us "getting drunk." We had about 15 ladies getting ready, very well behaved and MATURE!
-Callie told us we could leave our stuff in the 1st floor of the guest home. Marianne asked the Best Man (before the ceremony) to get everyones stuff out right after the toasts. Groomsmen followed instructions, some missed bouquet/garter toss. I was so upset.
-Emails from Marianne throwing "upgrades" in my face since I booked in 2016.
Not able to write my entire experience here or show the MEAN emails from Marianne here, but I would never recommend & have another bride go through this. Thankfully, great photographers & video to capture the positive of the day & marrying my husband!Neuse Breeze's reply:
Sorry you felt the need to leave this review especially after many of your guests complimented our services. The only complaint we heard was about your caterer being so slow, maybe you should have used ours. We gave you an absolutely gorgeous stress free wedding despite your attitude and abuse to especially our coordinator who was still answering your excessive emails while she was in labor and delivery of her first child. I would like to address the owner telling your groomsmen to get their things out of the house. When you emailed me you said it was one of my staff that said to get everything out of the house, then here you say it was the owner, if you are going to lie you should make sure to keep your story straight. Despite your agenda to set us up for failure, we did our best and gave you our all, and I am very proud of my staff and Venue for that. -
