Netanya is an amazing hairstylist! From the bridal trial to the actual wedding day, everything went so smooth and my hair turned out even better than I could have ever imagined! During the bridal trial, I told her what I wanted my hair color to be, how full I wanted it to look, and even showed her pinterest images to get a feel where I was going for. She was so attentive and listened to my every detail and she nailed it on the first try! On the day of the wedding, she arrived early and did my hair so perfectly. And the hairstyle lasted for the whole entire day from 9am to 10pm, which amazed me even after moving around so much and removing and putting on my veil.
On top of that, Netanya is one of the sweetest and most genuine people I have worked with. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to look picture perfect on their wedding day. -

Netanya is an extremely talented bridal hairstylist and I’m so glad I found her for my wedding last month!
Before finding Netanya, I did a hair and makeup trial with a different HMUA that went horribly. It was my first time getting my hair and makeup professionally done and I was extremely disappointed with the results. For hair, I wanted a loose low bun with some wispy strands, and what I got was similar to a messy bun that I could have done myself. When I provided feedback to the HMUA that it didn’t look like the inspo pic I gave her and I wanted something that had a bit more layers to it she said that the style I wanted was too difficult to do and it would look messy as the day went on because it was loose. I was stressed about having to do another trial with a different HMUA but a few months later, I did a bridal hair trial with Netanya and the difference in skill level was like night and day.
I showed Netanya the same hair inspo picture and she easily recreated the hairstyle in 20 min, and it honestly turned out better than the inspo picture. The hairstyle stayed intact the whole day and I was so sad to remove it at the end of the day because I loved it so much! I have very fine, flat Asian hair and I was very impressed with the amount of techniques Netanya used to add volume and texture to the hairstyle.
On the day of the wedding, she executed the same hairstyle perfectly and she also did my mom and MIL’s hair and they both looked great! I really have to emphasize how impressively quick Netanya is at doing hair. Each person (including me) only took ~20 mins which made getting ready in the morning go very smoothly especially with having to coordinate schedules with my makeup artist as makeup alone can take ~1.5-2.5 hours per person and you’re on a tight timeline on the wedding morning.
In terms of cost, her prices are very reasonable for the Bay Area. She is based in San Ramon and her travel fee is only $25 compared to others who charge $100+ for travel alone.
In summary - Netanya is an extremely talented and deft bridal hairstylist. I absolutely loved how my hair turned out and after having a bad experience with trialing someone else, I have a deeper appreciation for Netanya’s work and for helping me look and feel beautiful on my wedding day! :) -

Netanya did my bridal hair + my 4 bridesmaids' hair on my wedding day, and everyone was so happy with how their hair turned out! It was beautiful and stayed put all night– even those of us whose hair doesn't curl well had curls the next day! Cannot recommend Netanya enough. Thank you!!! -

Netanya was the best bridal hair stylist I could have asked for! She took feedback from our trial and made sure my wedding day hair was absolutely perfect. She was super communicative leading up to the wedding and arrived early the day of. I was running late getting my makeup completed so Netanya had to start on my hair later than we had planned, but she worked quickly and efficiently, curling my hair, creating an intricate updo and pinning everything into place with precision. Highly recommend her services for your wedding day look! -

Netanya was an a absolute pleasure to have as a hair stylist on my wedding day. She is very talented, works quickly, and is fun to be around. After I met her for my hair trial, it felt like I had known her for years. She also did my lashes and worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. The search for a talented beauty expert you feel you can trust for such a big-deal occasion as your Wedding can already be a daunting task, but when you factor in having very uncooperative, "bratty" hair such as mine, I was getting a little panicky and sad about my seemingly limited options for Wedding-worthy hair for my Big Day.
I called MANY hair and beauty stylists during my research, and Netanya was BY FAR the most responsive, right from my first call to her. She was so kind, friendly and approachable, and remained incredibly accessible and communicative throughout the entire lead-up to my Wedding.
I was also having the most impossible time finding anyone who was willing to not only travel to my venue, but also who was willing to do only one person's beauty styling. I highly recommend ALL ladies in the party to have her do your styling, but all of my Attendants preferred to do their own, and while I honestly have always done the same as a Bridesmaid and I totally understand, it DID also really add a kink into finding my Stylist. But I'm so glad the other folks I called were not willing to do so, because I might not have had to keep looking and found Netanya, who knocked it out of the park! And while I understand the cost to time ratio/business aspect of stylists turning down a smaller booking, the fact that Netanya not only booked my Wedding Day, but didn't make it seem like it was any kind of unreasonable ask to do so, also made me feel special and appreciated; as the Bride, why should you feel like a Stylist doesn't feel it "worth it" to do "only" your hair for your Wedding??
When I had my hairstyle trial with her, it was gorgeous, but it did bring to light the specific aspects in which my personal hair is lacking - It's baby-fine and on the thinner side, won't hold a curl, loosens and falls out of all styles quickly, produces tons of whispy fly-aways, and basically doesn't do ANYthing anyone wants it to do! Netanya worked tirelessly with me to figure out products, styles, and tricks of the trade in order to make my hair look like it's the most cooperative, luxurious hair anyone could wish for, ESPECIALLY for their Wedding Day!
During our "research and development phase", I decided to purchase a wig-style "topper" to experiment with, to add some extra bulk on the top so there'd be more to work with, tease, and add volume to my crown area, and I was extra impressed that she was willing to take on the task of figuring out how to hide the topper line... you could absolutely not tell AT ALL that there was anything other than just my own real hair sitting up there! And on the Big Day, my hair did not budge an inch! It also didn't feel too tight and give me a headache, and I have no idea how she managed both of those aspects at once, but it felt like magic!
I also really wanted to look extra glamorous in the eyelash department, but was very hesitant to go with falsies for my Wedding Day, as I've never worn them before, and I was worried not only about the "learning curve", but also about them starting to slip or fall, and having to take time away from the festivities to go fix them, as I've heard and seen so many of my girlfriends have to deal with. I was very uninformed about eyelash extensions, and the idea of a "semi-permanent" adhesion to my lashes made me nervous. Netanya took the time to really explain to me how they work, told me different options, and we also did a trial run of those well before the Wedding, to see if I'd have any reactions to the adhesive, and so that I could get used to them before the Big Day if I decided to go for it.
SO glad I did! Not only was mascara running during the Ceremony one less thing to worry about, but I loved just rolling out of bed every day on our Honeymoon and feeling glamorous without having to do anything!
I have never felt so beautiful and glamorous as I did with expertise of the amazing Netanya, and would whole-heartedly recommend her for any occasion you have coming up! (Even just to treat yourself with a new cut and style, as I did after we got back from our Honeymoon). -

I loved working with Netanya for my bridal trial and hairstyling on the day of my wedding. She took the pictures I gave her and was able to complete a similar look on me. She often asked for my opinion on things and was very professional and efficient, getting everything done 5-10 minutes early. -

I LOVED working with Netanya! She is a braid queen!! She was excellent to work with, quick to respond, and did my hair exactly as I asked. The day of she showed up on time, did everyone's hair with extra time left, and my hair stayed all day! I even got a cute little goodie bag to keep on the day of for touchups. Netanya is the best! I explained to her my situation and she was able to squeeze me in last minute for a hair updo for my wedding day. Immediately, I knew she was the one when I saw her photos on her social media platforms. My hair trial was beyond amazing, she did low soft up - due and and couldn't wait to have her on my wedding day. During the styling session asked me if I liked wanted to change anything, which I thought it was very kind and considerate of her. Netanya was amazing to work with! She styled my hair as well as 5 of my bridesmaids on my wedding morning. All of them looked stunning. Netanya is also very down to earth and ok with feedback, so she had no problem making adjustments or changes based on what I needed. I received so many compliments on my hair and felt so confident. Working with Netanya was the best experience! Even though I was getting married across the country, she was very helpful and communicative along the way. She was willing to try two different styles, when I wasn't sure which one to go with! She ended up giving me a beautiful style that was able to withstand the wind on the sailboat!
