We cannot recommend Nestor enough. From the very beginning, he was empathetic, professional, and incredibly experienced, making us feel comfortable and understood at all times. His charisma, sometimes funny, and positive energy made the entire experience natural and genuinely.
Nestor has an exceptional eye for detail and an amazing ability to capture real emotions. Every photo tells a story, and the results exceeded our expectations. He managed to capture not only important moments, but also the small, meaningful details.
Beyond his talent, Nestor is someone who truly cares about his clients. He guided us with calm confidence and made sure everything flowed smoothly, allowing us to relax and enjoy our day fully. I could speak to him in my own language Spanish so I loved it! we understood even more :)

We are so overdue in writing this, but only because we've been too busy re-watching our wedding video for the millionth time! Nestor and team are the REAL DEAL. From our first in-person and virtual consultations, it was clear Nestor has the entire process down to a science. He expertly communicated the timeline for the big day and exactly how to prepare, making the lead-up feel effortless for us.
On the day of, they worked tirelessly in the intense August heat at Avila Beach Hotel, capturing every single moment from the resort suites to the beach altar with total professionalism. I was a bit nervous about the humidity and the fit of my dress, but their work truly did it justice! The shots are high-end, editorial, and so full of heart.
One of my favorite memories was Nestor making sure we were on schedule to catch the ideal sunset backdrop. We got a kick out of racing the clock to get into position, running barefoot toward the edge of the dock before he captured the most badass, romantic moment as husband and wife (see attached photo!).
They have a gift for capturing the 'imperfect', sweaty fun alongside the cinematic beauty of the day. They made us feel so comfortable and delivered a gallery and a feature-film-quality video that we will treasure forever. We couldn't have asked for a better team to capture the best weekend of our lives! -

Creative, collaborative photographer = gorgeous pictures
Finding the right wedding photographer feels like a leap of faith, because they are responsible for capturing that once of a lifetime moment and you can’t only do it right once.
From the first meeting, Nestor made us feel at ease with his professionalism, explanation of his way of working, and warm attitude.
He put the time in communicating with us beforehand and was very thorough, proactive, and detailed with that. Thanks to the great briefing we knew exactly what to expect and what we needed to consider. Nestors way of working puts anyone uncomfortable of being in front of the camera at ease. It felt like a fun day with long time friends, just casually capturing you as a centre piece in your own story. His cute ques and instructions as “whisper something in her ear” led to relaxed and natural pictures, and also led to intimate moments between the rush of the wedding day.
As a bubbly couple it was important for us to have pictures that represented colourful Curaçao and candid moments of energy in the day, not only posed pictures. Nestor took the brief and gave it his own creative spin leading to pictures we love! And the turnaround time was also so much faster than expected. We’re grateful for the moments he captured. -

We did our wedding in June 2025 in Curacao and we were both very happy to get Nestor to care for our wedding pictures. Nestor was one of the recommendations by our wedding planner. Browsing his web page convinced us that he would be the right one to set us in scene according to our imaginations. Nestor is a very sympathetic guy, getting in contact and agreements went quick and easy. He arrived in time and directed us gently before and after the wedding ceremony. We finally received absolutely wonderful pictures taken in different scenes and views that perfectly showed our love and happiness throughout that day. Especially his way to work with us and to select shots that suited us were both very professional and trustworthy. We are 100% happy with our pictures and hope to work with him again when we come back to Curacao for some trash-the-dress pictures. -

We decided to do a beach wedding at Kokomo Beach in Curacao for our destination wedding. We found Nestor through Instagram and liked his photography style. After reaching and discussing with him we decided to book him all day for the wedding day and a trash the dress session the next day. We couldn’t be any happier with our decision as Nestor was amazing. From having video meetings with him, he was very responsive and explained everything in great detail. The day of the wedding he had everything scheduled and planned for us. Him and his assistant Daria were early and prepared. His knowledge of the island and photography style were great and we loved all of his photos of our wedding. He took us to different spots in Willemstad the day of the wedding for great photos. He captured the best moments of our special day and all the photos came out beautifully. He used different angles of the water and sunset which added a special touch to everything for us. The next day we did a trash the dress session down by Tugboat Beach. We did photos in the water where he paddles us out on a paddleboard and took pictures of us with the sunken boat and fish in the background. We are so happy that we decided to go with him and we couldn’t ask for a better photographer. Him and Daria were amazing and we would highly recommend him to anyone. -

If you want a Curaçao photographer who will capture your wedding day in an authentic, fun and memorable fashion and at a reasonable price…then Nestor is definitely your choice!
From the introduction video call, he took the time to get to know us and what we envisioned for our special day. Then he provided helpful suggestions and followed up with a professional recap email. This was super helpful from an organization and prioritization standpoint since we were planning multiple wedding tasks in parallel. I think his focus on aligning on the preparation tasks with us is what made the actual day flawless!
On our wedding day he and his team arrived punctually and brought great positive energy! The video and photos they captured are simply amazing! Thanks Nestor! -

Nestor was incredible to work with and really guided us through the entire process from our initial inquiry to our wedding day. He immediately made us feel welcomed and comfortable and was really fun to work with. Nestor helped build out our timeline for the day, answered questions I didn't even know I had and provided SO many helpful tips. He was also incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions I had in the leadup to our wedding day.
On the day of our wedding, he went above and beyond for us. He kept everyone on time, but we never felt rushed. He was the real MVP of the day! My husband doesn't love taking pictures, but Nestor made it FUN! He is also creative and has an eye for incredible shots. Other than our formal shots with family & friends, we didn't have any specific requests and just let Nestor guide us, and his creativity and attention to detail resulted in the most beautiful pictures that we will cherish forever. His passion for his work is evident and he far exceeded our expectations.

Nestor went above and beyond for our wedding. He had an assistant with him to help with lighting and staging but he directed us and helped position my dress. Nestor brought us to multiple locations on our resort to take truly beautiful pictures of both us, the bride and groom, and our families. He also edited a number of pictures to remove an ugly obstacle that could not be physically removed at the time of the wedding. Nestor stayed later than his scheduled time to ensure we got the pictures we needed and the outcome was even better than I hoped - magazine quality pictures. -

Amazing experience
We loved working with Nestor at the dreams resort curaçao. He was extremely professional and gave us tons of tips over zoom before we got to curaçao. He was able to capture our special day perfectly! Outstanding experience with a talented and professional photographer
Nestor was amazing! We are from NY (USA) and he met with us before the meeting via chat, gave us some great ideas on how to plan out our small and intimate wedding. Our wedding was incredibly short (not recommended if you want to get great shots). He was able to get an incredible amount of fantastic shots, and managed to make me look good (not easy :) The value and service are top notch, and he is deserving of his reputation amongst wedding planners and NYC couples who have contracted him. We could not recommend him more. -

Hired Nestor to secretly take photos during my marriage proposal at Grote Knip in November 2022. It's the best decision I could have made! From the moment I contacted him, Nestor displayed professionalism and kindness in making that moment unforgettable. He was very accommodating in coordinating the time and place to ensure my girlfriend wouldn't suspect anything about the proposal. During the photo session, he captured the best version of us, especially mine as I was very nervous haha. He knows how to make you feel comfortable, resulting in very natural-looking photos. He speaks perfect Spanish, so that's a plus for those of us from Latin America. Thank you very much, Nestor, for making my marriage proposal unforgettable!!! -

We had our wedding in Curaçao, on 2018 and we decide everything from Brasil. We didn't know Nestor's work.
It was really a relief to realize that he was a very capable professional, knowledgeable about where we were and took us to the most beautiful places and times for our photographs. the whole process during the party was amazing. then, for the edition of the photos, an impeccable job and delivery as promised. Now, in 2023, I had a problem with my HD where I stored the photographs and resorted to Nestor. no surprise. he had all the backup from a marriage from 5 years ago. this is yet another evidence of the competent, organized and very responsible professional that he is! Investing in memorable pictures and films of our wedding day was the best decision ever. Nestor and his wife were the perfect man and woman for this job! They are incredibly professional and it was so much fun seeing them working together to capture our beautiful day. The eyes they have for details is truly amazing. Sometimes we were asked to pose in a certain way while we didn't really understand why. But when we saw the shots, our mouths fell to the floor. Nestor and his team got the unique eye to capture you at your best and in the most romantic way.
Most importantly, they go the extra mile by getting to know the style of the couple so your wedding pictures and films will be unique, encompassing the love you have for each other.
Nestor and his team managed to make the day feel so effortless and comfortable. The results were stunning. Full of emotions, from laughing to crying, yet so beautifully captured. We are so grateful for their talent and truly recommend them for both photography and videography. OMG.... and the quality of their material is magnificent!!!
Everytime we watch the film and see the pictures, it's like we are reliving the wedding in real time again.

We chose Nestor for our 20 yr vow renewal photos and I am so glad we did. He far exceeded any expectations we had. He was easy to communicate with, prompt with answers when I had questions, prices are great, he was on time and made everything so much fun. Our pictures turned out amazing. It was a very easy decision for us to choose Nestor as our photographer. His sample photography and brochure were enough to sell us, but after meeting with him virtually to discuss the wedding plans, it was a done deal.
From the start, Nestor was very kind and friendly, spending over an hour discussing the wedding plans and how we wanted the focus of our photography for the day. He provided tips from hair, makeup, and veil suggestions, and cake cutting ideas that were essential to prepare my husband and I for the perfect wedding day (and the best outcome for the pictures)!
The day-of, Nestor was on-time and kept true to everything we had spoken about through planning. He captured every moment perfectly -- even some extra moments that we hadn't previously thought about.
The final result?? Amazing, priceless!! -- once again, on-time (quick turnaround), exactly what we wanted AND MORE. We couldn't have asked for a better photographer to be a part of our special day -- and to capture all the special moments -
