Fun and funky, timeless and classic!

My husband and I were married in October 2022 at Palmetto Bluff in South Carolina. We knew we wanted our wedding video to be the perfect combination of cool, artsy, fun and funky yet timeless and classic. When we met Shelby we knew that was exactly what she would deliver. We obsessed over the Ruby Riot team in person and then all over again when we received our final video. We felt like they really had a feel for who we were, and how we wanted to portray our wedding weekend for many years to come. Beautiful, timeless, and unique videos!

Don't hesitate to book Ruby Riot Creatives!! Shelby and her team did our Indian wedding in December 2022 in Hilton Head Island and did an absolutely amazing job. They captured every bit of the 3-day festivities in the most beautiful and timeless way. People still tear up when we watch our highlight video to this day. The months leading up to the wedding consisted of many phone calls so that Shelby and her team were fully prepared on what the wedding weekend would look like, what the important moments will be, and anything else we wanted to talk about. I never felt worried for a minute whether the events would be captured right or not. They also did a wonderful job with the dances, especially since Shelby has a dance background herself! Therefore the songs in the highlight reel matched perfectly with the mood and beats of the dances, which normally is hard to do! But they did it great. The turnaround time was also so quick!! We had all our videos within 2 months in an easy to access and easy to download format. My husband and I look like movie stars in the videos and we cannot recommend Ruby Riots more. You will not be disappointed at all! Shelby is the sweetest and most professional person ever. Book them asap!!

Amazing!

Words cannot even begin to describe how amazing and talented Shelby and her awesome team are. From the moment we met Shelby, she was so friendly and welcoming. She not only helped cure the wedding day “jitters”, but she captured our wedding day better than we could have ever imagined. Our wedding day was the best day of our lives and the moment we saw the awesome footage that Shelby put together to represent our big day instantly had both myself and my husband crying with joy. She truly knows how to understand a couples “style” and really runs with it in the most amazing way possible. We were on the fence about hiring a videographer for the wedding day, but after seeing the incredible videos she caught made us realize that hiring Ruby Riot Creatives was worth every penny (realistically probably worth well over what we paid for the amazing videos). I always love watching other couples wedding videos, but the way Shelby and her team captured our wedding and style so perfectly just truly showed how amazing, creative, and awesome she really is. She is truly an amazing and fun artist. She makes you feel like you have been friends for years and really takes the time to get to know you and understand your “vibe”. Best videographer ever!!

Omg I am forever grateful to Shelby and her team for the most amazing wedding video I could have ever imagined. After being unable to find a videographer that was the vide I wanted and not typical video, I was debating whether or not to even have videographer on our day, I stumbled across Ruby Riot Creatives on Instagram. Immediately I knew this is what I want and have been looking for. I went back and watched other videos they produced and they seriously kill it on every single video. From the moment I first spoke to Shelby she completely understood the what we were looking for and wanted to really get to know my fiancé and I. Shelby and Justin went above and beyond on the day of our wedding and afterwards with the editing and turnaround. My jaw dropped watching our video for the first time it was even beyond all of my expectations. We have probably watched our video close to 500 times since receiving it 5 months ago 😂😍 and the sound score accompanying our video!!! - so perfect. We have received so many compliments from friends and family on it. Their videos are so authentic and personable to each couple and venue. Shelby you are so freaking talented and creative it’s insane!! This is by far the the best videographer team and honestly the best decision we made for our wedding! Seriously can’t recommend them enough, such a great investment. I will be forever grateful for the video and raw footage we have from our day!

From the second we received recommendations for videographers, I knew as soon as I opened Shelby’s email that THIS WAS THE DREAM TEAM.

Shelby and her team at Ruby Riot are HANDS DOWN the best of the best. From being hands on and amazing at the wedding, to the communication during editing and the final product - WOW!

As soon as we received our video, we sat and watched it 10+ times on repeat and instantly shared it with our friends and family. For the next several hours, our phones were blowing up NONSTOP about the video and how top notch it was. Now, when I want to relive the most amazing day (or even listen to an amazing sound score) I have this video!

Stop searching, you’ve found the best wedding videographer ever

We used Shelby and her team at Ruby Riot for our wedding video and my boudoir video shoot for my husband and OH MY GOODNESS, I cannot speak more highly of them. We searched through many videographers for our wedding, because we wanted something special and wanted to avoid the typical boring wedding videos. You have one shot to have a good wedding video and can’t redo it if it’s awful 😂 so we knew we wanted to put some effort into finding the right team. And my goodness did we make a great decision. They made us feel attended to, focused on, and prioritized. The people at our wedding were so amazing and we wanted a videography team that could capture their energy, the venue, my husband and me, and make an edit that wouldn't be boring. The absolute best investment we could have made into our wedding. They were so enjoyable to work with, had the BEST energy, and it felt like I met someone who had been a friend for years! Their wedding video was exactly our style and we cannot stop watching it. They also made edits for us to use on socials and a 1 minute teaser video that was soooo awesome. Perfection!

First and foremost the video was absolutely perfect!!! Shelby understood the vibe of the entire wedding party and guests. The music she chose went perfectly with the progression of the wedding. They are amazing!

I knew I loved Shelby within 5 minutes of talking to her for the first time on the phone! I wanted a videographer who just understood my husband and I and that could make something true to us. We talked easily for an hour and it was so effortless. Shelby makes it so you feel so comfortable. I told her all about my fiancé Austin. She asked about how we met, our friends, our family, what we were looking for. At the end of the phone call, I asked which from her company would be our videographer and she said, “I’ve already put my name down, I’m obsessed with you two!” On my wedding day I was nervous about a lot of things but with that one phone call with Shelby, I knew she’d make us one heck of a video! Watching her and my photographer work together was so much fun to watch! She asked if she could be on the dance floor later and I said absolutely! We danced the night away! And then I waited, I wasn’t even anxious to wait because I knew we’d love it. Our video opens with views around our venue, and an overlay of my husbands banging vows (seriously they were good). The music, the editing, the style was perfect for us. Austin literally said “she gets us”. Everyone I talked to loved our video, I even walked in on girls in the break room watching it talking about how it’s the best they’ve seen. Honestly if you’re thinking of using them as a videographer, please just go ahead and schedule a call! They captured the little moments, the big moments, and all the crazy fun we had on our big day. Shelby/ruby riot was one of our best hires on our wedding day. We got married in Charleston in April- we were a destination couple from Boston. From the very first interaction with shelby, she asked so many detailed questions which helped her craft our wedding video to perfection. She is a very talent person, and our wedding video will be something we will watch to relive the day over and over again. A gift to love stories everywhere

I didn’t want a wedding video. I wanted a wedding documentary. Shelby and the Ruby Riot team delivered…and then some. I’ve spent 15 years in television news telling stories across the country. I now produce documentaries and host a TV show. I know good visual storytelling. In fact, I’m a bit of a quality snob. Now, imagine being a fellow-industry professional trying to find someone to capture the most important day of your life in a way that meets these standards. I interviewed 26 wedding videographers. I watched more wedding video samples than I ever thought possible! Every single one looked the same. Generic. Formulaic. A copy and paste from the wedding before with different main characters. Where are the natural sounds, I thought? Where are the moments? The action? The STORY? Anyone can take some video and slap together a series of shots. It takes an absolute artist to put together a personalized storyline. Shelby Ring captured OUR love story with honesty, tact, and creativity. She was a gift to have by my side on my wedding day. Stripping down naked to get into my dress in front of her didn’t even seem weird even though I had never actually met her ahead of time! Her team captured moments I never even knew they witnessed. They were everywhere and I never noticed in the best way. She navigated the delicate emotions that accompanied my wedding with grace. My dad died unexpectedly three months before my wedding. Though our wedding was full of love, joy, and happiness, it was laced with gut wrenching sadness. She captured it all in a way I can only describe as genius. How lucky we are to have Ruby Riot Creatives telling love stories. Thank you for the heart you put in to every single one.

Their work is a gift to this world!

How can someone capture such an incredible moment in your life and produce a work of art that not only highlights the event, but allows you to relive that memory time and time again?! Shelby did that for us and more. I was able to be fully present in our moment, and did not once see her behind the scenes capturing it all. Her work is magic. Words cannot describe the gift she will create for you. I still have yet to watch my video and look at my photos without deeply feeling our sessions and reliving the memories. From start to finish, everything was so professional and I felt so held in my sessions with her to be fully present. Although I worked with Shelby and Ruby Riot Creatives for a portrait session, I will be hiring her for our Ceremony of Love next year. There is no one else I would even consider.

Amazing videographers

Shelby and her team made our wedding video and highlight reel. Wedding videographer

Shelby of Ruby Riot Creatives is amazing. She and her team constructed my wedding video in a way I’ve never seen with traditional wedding videos. It’s edited perfectly and accompanied by our favorite songs that mean so much to us. She captured interactions between family members we never would have noticed on our own. We were convinced our small wedding would produce a boring video. I was completely wrong thanks to RRC. It’s something we’ll treasure forever.

Ruby Riot Creatives was the most stress free decision of our entire wedding planning journey. Impressive considering our wedding, like so many others, was postponed by the pandemic. Before the world stopped, Shelby made it a point to chat with us over email and voice calls to get to know my now wife and I, she didn’t even bring up business until the 2nd call which made the personal nature of her business so incredibly real. When we had to postpone, Shelby was incredibly transparent, easily adjusted to our new wedding date (over a year later!) and checked in on us periodically to let us know things would work out and she couldn’t wait for our day. When we (finally) got to crunch hour, Shelby met with us to discuss our vision for the video, our music tastes and how good it was to be celebrating after such a long, difficult year. Our day of went flawlessly, she recruited the best videographer, Rian, to capture all the big and small moments. There was no noticeable interruption to the evening, she was able to capture so much with subtlety and considerate placement of herself and her equipment. We were floored when we received our finished video!! In what felt like no time at all we received and incredibly flawless recap of our perfect evening: an enticing and upbeat highlight reel of all the big moments and a longer version capturing each heartwarming interaction with our nearest and dearest all set to music that echoes our own tastes and the feelings of the day. Ruby Riot Creatives is hands down the right choice for any couple looking to preserve the magic of their wedding day through the medium of film. Could not recommend this fine team any higher.

Shelby and Ruby Riot Creatives blew our minds

After having my daughters wedding cancelled in Maine due to Covid and having three months to replan it in Charleston, we were scrambling for vendors. We found Shelby through recommendations and she ended up being the best part of my daughter’s wedding day. Not only was she a joy to work with during an especially stressful time, the results of her efforts far exceeded our expectations. Honestly, we were more focused and excited about the still photos, but we ended up loving the video the most. Shelby created a beautiful and unique short video and then edited everything so we didn’t miss a minute. She also broke out the important moments such as the ceremony, toasts and first dance. Shelby and her team were the absolute best! We had to change a lot of aspects of our wedding due to Covid and they were such a positive part of the entire experience. If you aren't booking Ruby Riot what are you even doing?!

Shelby at Ruby Riot is AMAZING. Such a fun person and I really only spent a short amount of time with her and I just knew right away she was awesome. The video is awesome....we watched it twice (my husband, who didn't want a video....was smiling the whole time..)...and then I've watched it a few more times after we did together...

I'm SO glad that my planner recommended you and that you were available for our day! You definitely made things very easy for us...one groomsman later said that he had no clue video was even there! Just amazing

Talk about wizards of the videographer world, these two created an absolute dream of a wedding video for us. From the first phone call with Shelby I absolutely had full faith that Ruby Riot Creatives was going to knock it out of the park. This video has the perfect amount of sentiment, moody vibes, and artsy flow that just brings back so many happy memories. I never wanted a run of the mill wedding video, I wanted full on artsy moody video and Ruby Riot Creatives did just that. Shelby and Madeline were an absolute dream to have on our wedding day, and I just knew that they totally got me and my vision. I felt completely confident in allowing them to just do their thing and let those creative juices flow. I am so happy with our video. I love the fact that we have quite a few different “chapters” in the video with different music, so you get the sweet and special songs and then the fun dancing music. Overall they are just fantastic, and I wish I had more life events for them to film. They are just amazing.

The best videographer you could ever imagine!

Ruby Riot is the best of the best when it comes to wedding videographers in the Charleston area. They stepped in when I made the last-minute decision to add on a videographer and absolutely killed it in every aspect you could imagine. They took the time to really get to know my husband and I before the big day and asked all the right questions (even some I had not thought of yet). I wasn't looking for the traditional wedding video that I always see and they fit my vision perfectly. They were able to take my wedding video vision and make it come to life even better than what I could have ever imagined. On the day of the wedding, I worked with Madeline who was the sweetest and nicest person you will ever meet in your life. She went above and beyond but was never in the way and always seemed to be in the perfect spot to capture all the big moments. The editing on the video was fabulous and everything tied together so well even the music transitioned from the traditional to the party atmosphere just like the event. I could not have imagined a better video to represent just how amazing our big day was. I can not stop watching it and sharing it with everyone! If you want someone who will give you the best of the best but not have to sell your kidney to pay for it these are your people. Charleston Destination Wedding!

I had a destination wedding in Charleston, and it’s really hard to book when you are only looking online. I found Shelby through a referral and let me tell you, WOW. Pleasantly surprised doesn’t even cover it. I talked to Shelby one time and was immediately hooked with her cool and relaxed demeanor, along with the fact that she seemed so passionate. She is one of the most genuine people I’ve ever met in the wedding industry (just from planning), and one of the most talented. I wondered if I should have a videographer and the answer is YES you should. She made the most incredible video of our wedding day, and she was so accommodating. I wish lived in Charleston just so I could use her again. I watch our video everyday and it is so special to me. She captured all the love and beauty of that day and I don’t feel like I could ever express my level of gratitude for that. Best Decision EVER!

I have to begin by telling you that securing a Videographer for our daughter's wedding was not even on the list of "to do's". It was literally at the very end of the checklist and we were running out of steam and so much money had already been spent. We decided to call Shelby with a few weeks left until the big day to just have a quick conversation of "maybe" . We fell in LOVE with her after 2 mins on the phone with her!!
We just connected and knew that her vision matched ours exactly!!
She provided pricing and contract quickly. She responded with urgency to questions we had. She was the ultimate professional!! And so stylish as well!!! I am truly blown away at the product she provided us!! It is my MOST treasured keepsake from the Wedding! One you will not regret!! I struggled with the decision over hiring a videographer and I cannot tell you how happy I am that we did!! It was all worth it even for just the recap video- it’s the perfect summary of our amazing night. I had no idea my dad cried until I watched the video and seeing my 90 year old grandparents dancing is something I’ll always cherish. Weddings get expensive but unlike table linens and stationary, the video is something you’ll be able to re-live over and over again when your big day is over! My main request when hiring a videographer was that it needed to be someone that got all the shots without having a camera in your face and Nest was AMAZING. They are professional, discrete and best of all- delivered my video just a few weeks after the wedding - they are a must hire!!

Shelby and her whole team are just AMAZING! From the minute we inquired about videographers, she immediately stood out to us. Her website was amazing! Asking to meet over mojitos or cappuccinos.. we knew we were going to love her. We filled out all of the information and very quickly got a phone call from Shelby. She was genuinely interested in us and how we met, what we like to do, family members, pets, etc.. She shared stories and we just immediately connected. Since we are from out of town, no mojitos for us lol. HOWEVER, I (the bride) did have a chance to meet Shelby about a month before the wedding to take a look at the venue and get a good idea of what we were looking for. She is just the sweetest person (I can't rave enough) and she was very thorough and made sure that I had everything that I wanted.
On the day of the wedding, Shelby went to meet up with the men first and get their pre wedding shots and our “Love Story” interview from the groom. She made things very easy for them by telling them what she was looking for in the shots. Then it was the women’s turn. She came right in and worked with our photographer so they could both get what they needed/wanted and was very helpful and put us all at ease.
At the ceremony, I really wanted to make sure that I was able to get both reactions of the groom and myself as we walked down the isle. Shelby had no problem accomplishing that. The ceremony was amazing and the reception was beautiful! She made sure to capture every single moment that she knew would be important. Even things that my husband and I didn’t think of.
Nest Productions was literally the best money that we spent for our special day. We almost didn’t add a videographer, and i am 100% sure that we would have regretted that decision. We received our “Movie Kit” just in time for Christmas.. What a GREAT gift! We laughed, cried and overall are just in awe of what she created! Thank you Shelby! WE LOVE YOU!

Wow wow wow!! Just 6 days after our wedding Shelby sent us our footage and oh it was lovely!!! I think I am in love with Shelby of Nest Productions!! For anyone on the fence about a videographer, I would tell you with 100% confidence that you should go ahead and book one and not just anyone... book with Nest Productions. My husband was one of those skeptics at the time, but after he watched our video not once, but three times in a row!, he told me that was his favorite part about the wedding. A video brings out so much emotion, different emotions, than photos. Shelby had our video beautifully edited and back to us in 4 days from the wedding! Nest Productions = A MUST HAVE for your wedding day. We were on the fence about videography because we already booked a very well known (and very expensive) photographer with two shooters, and didn't really see the need for a video because we thought it would all be covered. Our thought now? Our photographers did a great job creating beautiful staged images, but the photos don't hold a candle to our wedding video collection. Shelby says it on the website but it's SO TRUE -- video really does get SO MANY MOMENTS your photographers miss. So I'm a serious believer -- the portraits from our photographer were great but the money we spent on videography was honestly in our opinion the best money we spent. DON'T SKIMP -- NEST PRODUCTIONS IS A MUST HAVE FOR YOUR BIG DAY!! Take it from us!!!

From our very first phone call lasting two hours to keeping in touch three months after our wedding, Shelby Ring and her team have been absolutely amazing! Shelby traveled from Charleston, SC to our downtown Atlanta, GA wedding and we are so thankful she agreed to be a part of our wedding weekend. We purchased the Mackdaddy + Rehearsal Dinner and Drone Coverage package. My husband and I were so pleased that we did because our final video included all of the little moments that we will cherish forever! Shelby, you are an incredible artist! When I got engaged I knew from the beginning I wanted a videographer to capture my day. Shelby exceeded my expectations! She captured moments I’ll forever cherish and can show everyone. Her quality is out of the world and she is soooo sweet! Out of everything we did for our wedding having her be there was worth every penny. My pictures captured sweet moments but she got those moments start to finish in video. Trust me when I tell you, you’re going to want to have her a part of your special day!

I cannot say enough good things about Shelby! Hiring her was easily one of the best decisions I made during wedding planning. I was on the fence about hiring a videographer in the first place, because I had spent a decent amount of money on our photographers. I was unsure if it was necessary to also have both a videographer and a photographer.... but let me tell you it definitely is worth it to hire Shelby. I say this for several reasons.

First, hiring a videographer is a MUST! The day of the wedding really is such a blur of happiness. The day after my wedding, I was trying to remember details, but it was honestly pretty hard to recall small moments because your brain goes on overdrive the entire day of your wedding. Being able to watch my feature film the week after my wedding instantly brought me back to the day I got married. It made me feel so happy to re-live it all over again. It also helped me remember small moments and memories!

Second, Shelby works so hard to get you the video as quickly as possible. I have heard some stories of videographers not delivering the product for up to a year after the wedding! Not the case with Shelby, the day after my wedding, she was working on it. Within a week, I was able to watch my feature film!

Third, Shelby is so incredibly talented. She has an eye for capturing the feel of your event. She really worked hard to incorporate our music and re-create the vibe of our big day. Watching her feature film felt like you were transported back to the day.

Fourth, Shelby wants to get to know you so that the video is personalized to you and your significant other. She asks the important questions- like is there anything special that you want me to capture? She took the time before I hired her to get to know me as the bride and figure out exactly what I was looking for.

Lastly, her prices are so incredibly reasonable! They speak for themselves!

Dear Bride, You probably think you don't need a videographer, but you do! The videographer captures the words that are spoken between the photographs. And trust me when I say that you will spend so much time planning and it will be over in the blink of an eye. Honestly, we just sat down tonight to watch our video and we were both so glad we hired NEST PRODUCTIONS because we got to feel all of those emotions all over again, emotions I had forgotten about. I know that when we hit a rough patch in our marriage and I feel like I've lost sight of what I signed up for I will be able to witness the vows I made to him and the vows he made to me... forever! Not too mention I will be able to show a video to my granddaughter one day as my grandma showed me her wedding day photos. From the very beginning Shelby was completely accessible. Our first call to her was a pixelated FaceTime call from Thailand, but she made time for us and continued to make time for us no matter where we were at in the world. She communicated with us on a regular basis about her thoughts and vision for our video and answered every question we had. She was completely laid back and professional, easing any anxiety we had. You can tell she's just a really good person. She had our video back to us quickly and it was edited to perfection. Not to mention she adds her only special touch by sending you all the essential movie snacks for your first viewing!

Shelby Ring did a wonderful job capturing our son's rehearsal dinner. She created a highlight video and recorded every speech made that night. She also included the video that I made of the kids' lives and relationship up to that point, which was shown right after dinner. Everything is in one place and it is absolutely priceless. She even organized it so you can watch a particular toast someone made without going through all of it. We have watched it so many times already. A friend said she regretted not having the toasts recorded so it was a high priority for me to find someone to do this for us. Shelby is so easy to talk to and accommodating. Another great thing is that we were unaware of her presence that night as everything was happening. It's amazing what she was able to capture without anyone realizing she was even there. She also put everything on a flash drive in a wooden case, which is a nicer presentation than I expected. I would highly recommend her for any event.

I don't even know where to start, other than YES you need a videographer and it needs to be Nest Productions! I will be honest and say I didn't start looking for videographers until about 4 months before the wedding because I saw it as a "nice to have" rather than a necessity (just photos) Hiring Shelby was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! She caught SO many moments that my photographer did not, and while the photos are beautiful there is nothing like having a video and truly reliving the day. The only regret I have is not hiring her for a longer time period!

I was totally one of those people who said "when am I ever just going to sit and watch my wedding video?" Well we have had the full feature, teaser, speeches, social clips and even raw footage for over a month now, and I will tell you that I find myself just watching them and smiling so big at least once a week. It has been so wonderful to share our wedding with family and friends who were not able to be there. I also highly recommend getting the raw footage too - she just captures all of these things you literally never get to see being the bride and groom!

Not only did Shelby work with us on customizing a package that fit our needs, she completely goes above and beyond when it comes to her services during and after the wedding. You can truly tell that Shelby 200% loves what she does - her passion comes through in every single way of her work and in her attitude on your wedding day. She noticed so many details little details like who my matron of honor's parents were to make sure she got them on video during her speech. She truly took an interest in us as a couple, as well as our family, friends and entire bridal party. I really feel like I gained a friend in Shelby. Our parents, guests and vendors all loved her!

Shelby filmed our daughters' wedding and the video is gorgeous.It spans the entire day-from everyone getting ready, to the guests arriving, to the ceremony,the speeches and dances,the cake cutting,bouquet toss and garter throw,then the bridal couple exit.we hardly noticed she was there and yet she captured the most amazing moments.For instance ,she got a close-up of the grooms' face wen he first saw the bride and his eyes filled with tears.I was amazed that she caught that since she was nowhere in sight!She condensed the footage into a movie quality video about 45 minutes long.She infused music from the wedding throughout along with people talking .Then she packaged the dvd in a case with a beautiful picture of the happy couple on the front.Everyone in the wedding is so thrilled to have this priceless recording of that special day and we know we got the very best company to video for us.Thank you Shelby!!!

The one vendor we thought we didn't need, hands down our favorite vendor and product from our wedding. Hiring a videographer was an afterthought, but one of my bridesmaids wouldn't stop going on about how special Shelby's work was at her wedding. We hired her three months out (Thank God her bride with our date fell through, we felt like we won the lottery!) and she was just fabulous. She is super sneaky too. Some of the candid moments between us we had NO idea she was getting, we are so so so thankful she was there and caught a different perspective of our wedding day.

The advice i saw when trying to decide to book a videographer is absolutely true- Shelby was the one vendor i didn't know i needed/almost didn't book, but ended up being the best choice i made during the entire wedding planning process. We definitely would have regretted not having her there! She worked with us on package and price, was professional at the wedding, had great ideas, and WOW! did she deliver. I couldn't believe how fast she got our video back to us, and even included bonus clips! It was amazing to watch the video during our honeymoon to relive the wedding from a guest's eyes- she captured every key moment and then some. She is also an awesome person! I would HIGHLY recommend Nest Productions!!!

Passion.... That's the only way to describe the final production of Adirondac Bart's high light video Shelby created at the 2015 Golden Retriever National Specialty Hunt Test in Wilmington Ohio. Anybody can buy a camera or video camera and collect footage........ Shelby does amazing work with videography! I could not believe how well she was able to capture all the important moments of my wedding (and then some) without my even noticing. I was so surprised once I saw all of the footage she had and how she somehow was able to skillfully capture these candid memories. Something that is so priceless! I am so happy that I had Shelby do my videography. I studied video production as part of my degree and understand the time and devotion it takes to make good video (and the amount of shots you have to go through and edit). Having this as my background I would not have settled for an average videographer. Shelby exceeded my expectations! Not only does she do great filming and editing but she is very easy to work with and strives to tailor her work to your imagination and capture those moments that are most important to you.

Shelby from Nest Productions was hands down a truly unique and extremely talented videographer!! I heard about her from a mutual friend who had showed me some of her really savvy shots of like the interior of charter boats and also I got to see her amazing scuba diving and fishing films! I was so impressed by her eye for style as well as her ability to edit her films in such a fun and fluid way that I absolutely wanted to ask her to film my 25th birthday party! I got her on the phone immediately and then we clicked so well that before I even knew it we were spouting crazy ideas on capturing videos for my party and in a way she actually really helped plan many of the events for my party!! The qualities I really like the most about Shelby is she is very engaging, creative, and super professional. Throughout the whole process she made the whole experience super fun and comfortable for me and my guest, and so for that I would highly HIGHLY recommend Shelby to anyone looking for someone to capture a great experience on film. Shelby did such a great job helping make our wedding such a special day. She rolled with the punches whenever we switched things up schedule-wise, coordinated with our wedding planner really well, was always prepared and waiting for each part (the reception, cutting the cake, the toasts). We were really impressed with the quality of audio in the highlight video, it was pretty windy that day but everything still came out great! She was very organized in staying in touch with us from the beginning, she worked with our budget, and I felt very confident in dealing with her and the video she created for us was nothing short of amazing! Shelby was so down to earth and easy to work with!! We were so pleased with how she managed to capture the moments of our wedding. Her cinematic style and the way she noticed the details of the day were so beautiful. She loves to say how she likes to create videos that make people fall in love all over again after they watch them and it's so true!! It's been almost 6 months since our wedding and every time we watch it I get those butterflies back in my stomach and it takes me right back into that beautiful day. Best and most amazing wedding videographer!

Ruby Riot Creatives was incredible! I cannot think of enough to say about the wonderful job they did on my daughters wedding video. I remember originally thinking perhaps I would not spend money on a videographer and just get a family member to save money. A friend shared a short clip of work Ruby Riot had done previously and I was mesmerized! I decided to hire them and it was the best decision I made. Their work was incredible. They managed to capture every special moment perfectly and will forever allow me to relive the magic and emotion of the day. It was worth every dollar and more! I cannot thank Shelby and her staff enough. I would highly recommend them to everyone!!
