Great and friendly service every time we came in

We rented my husband’s tux for our wedding from Needleman’s. They had the perfect blue suit, most of the blue suits we had seen prior were too dark and we wanted a more vibrant blue. Every time we came in, service was prompt, friendly, and straightforward. The accessories with the suit came in many color options, and we found a great champagne vest, striped bow tie, and gold cuff links/buttons that added just the right touch of matching to my dress. The only thing we rented that we ended up not using were the shoes. We had to return the suit the following week, and had to call to ask to return it a day later (Wednesday instead of Tuesday) and the team was flexible with us.

The girls at Needleman's were not pushy at all. They were friendly and very helpful. I had been to other places already to look and hadn't had luck. I told them my price range and they only found me dresses within my budget so that I wouldn't be tempted to spend more. I found my dress and loved it! Shipping was as expected. I would definitely recommend going here!

Everyone at Needlemans was so helpful. The owner was very helpful in making sure all of the guys had their tuxes and my colors all matched. All of the girls there were wonderful and made me have a fun experience picking out my wedding dress.

I went to Needlemans in Burlington after shopping in 4 other places around New England. They were friendly, professional, helpful and fun. I am so happy I finally found my dress! I am so grateful for the wonderful service they provided. They made me feel really special and beautiful. I highly recommend taking a look here, it may surprise you!

We waited until last minute to order tuxs and the staff was great to us and had them here for us in just a few days. Very impressed!!!!!

Needleman's was amazing. They staff was genuinely interested in who I was and what my ceremony was going to be like. I picked out the perfect dress and their payment plan was extremely flexible. I have gotten so many compliments on my dress!

I had to buy my dress off the rack because I found it in May and was getting married in September and it might not have arrived in time (which surprised me). Regardless, price was excellent and service very friendly.

They did a great job helping me pick out my dress. The girls dresses was a bit difficult since they had a flood in the store which meant they had a smaller selection of inventory when we went. I wish there was better detail with the payment as I paid for everything that day but they forgot to give me a credit back for the veil as it was free with the dress I purchased so the day before I got a phone call saying I owed money when I didn't. Just little things though.

This was the only place in the Burlington area that we could find that would rent suits for the men, rather than just tuxes. We had tan suits and the guys looked great. We weren't as excited about the tie options (they seemed like they were more for proms than weddings) but the shoes went well with the suits. The grooms suit had a small water stain on it the day we picked it up, but they were able to have another one for us by the next day. The sales staff was nice, but the entire operation wasn't as high class as some of the other dress shops I looked at for my dress.

The ladies at Needlemans were great with me and my husband, but quite a few of my bridal party had issues with them making a few comments, such at "you better not gain anymore weight." The outfits however were fabulous and my dress was a deal beyond belief. I would definitely recommend them, but watch out for some comments.

This was the 2nd place I went and lucked out with great dress. My bridemaids got their dresses there too as well as all the tuxes. We had great service and everything ended up perfect.

It was hard to rate this one because once you get the dress, there isnt much else. The one thing i would recommend is get fitted by 2 different people because i was fitted wrong and had to get extra alterations done!

I did all my work at the Saint Albans Needlemans. Some people there were easy to work with and were really nice. Other people were not so realiable. I never had a problem with dresses or with the tuxes, the only thing i had a problem with was the shoes one of my bridesmaid ordered. My bridesmaid Sarah took them home and told the shop that we didnt need to order them. They ended up ordering them then had no record of the shoes at all. like i said some people were very nice and others i will never do business with again.

I got my veil and shoes at Needlemen's. They were helpful in finding the shoes I wanted but wish I could of seen a bigger color swatch for what I was going to dye them.

I was not pleased with the majority of the service I recieved. I bought my dress, veil, pettycoat, shoes and all 4 of my bridesmaid dresses there. There were two ladies who were extremely helpful (and very kind!) throughout the process, but everyone else who works there was bordering on rude. I felt that the perfessionalism was lacking. I would not choose to go back there to buy a dress.

I was not satisfied with the service I received from this company. Although I have dealt with them before and have known others who have had great experience, I was NOT impressed with the help they gave me for my wedding. The staff appeared to ignore me while I was there. There were also problems in fitting of dresses. I will NOT go back there, even if I have to drive to another state to go dress shopping.

we got all our dresses and tuxes at the st. albans shop because it was the closest place to us. we ordered the 6 bridal party dresses in plenty of time and when they came in the store never checked the dresses to the reciets so when my junior bridesmade came in to get fitted for her dress which the store said was ok for her i found out 3 weeks before my wedding that instead of ordering a junior bridesmade size the shop ordered a adult size. this made me so upset because there was no time to re order i had to pay my seamstress to make a dress that some what matched this is the last thing you want just before your wedding so my advise it to always check the dresses out yourself dont take the shops word on anything.

AWFUL!!! 3 of my 6 bridesmaids ordered their dresses from Needleman's, and all of them agree with me that we will never do business nor recommended them to anyone ever again. They refused to call my bridesmaids to inform them that their dresses were in (they literally said it was MY job, they don't have time, yet they have time to collect money from them...), they called me to tell my maid of honor that her dress was in only for her to find out it was someone else's. When her dress DID arrive, they couldn't locate it in their own store! The staff was condescending, and kept calling me "hon" and "sweetie" when I tried to voice my concerns to their manager. My bridesmaids had the same experience--feeling like the staff was clueless and unhelpful. They have no clue how to run a business, especially a bridal one.

I do not recommend Needleman's Bridal to anyone!
I purchased two bridesmaid's dresses for my two daughters. We are out of state from the wedding. Both dresses were ordered wrong. One we were able to have altered to fit but the other was ordered 20 sizes too small. The dresses were three weeks late in coming in so there was not time to order a new one. The owner offered to custom make a dress. We were told that the new dress would be completed two weeks before the wedding, giving us time to have it shipped to us and then altered in needed. A few days after I expected the dress, I called Needleman's to get an update. I spoke to the owner and emailed and he said the dress wouldn't be done until the Saturday before the wedding, then he would mail it to us, he refused to overnight it claiming he spent enough money on the dress already. I was to be in VT the Saturday before the wedding and I would pick up the dress an overnight it to my daughter. When I showed up at the store, he said the dress was not complete yet. They needed a few more hours. Because of this, we missed the time to have the dress to my daughter on Monday. As expected the dress did need alterations. Even with my daughter's measurements, the dress was too small. The seamstress did not take into account the easement. So our tailor had to make the dress larger. There was not enough time to fix all the problems with the dress, fabric that was not sewn onto the dress, straps not evenly placed, bodice made too short, lack of gathering on the skirt. The first time I saw the dress was as my daughter was walking down the aisle. I was appalled! On Monday after the wedding, I emailed the owner and requested satisfaction. His response was the same, he spent enough on the dress and he wasn't about to do anything more. I also wrote that I would be writing reviews if we couldn't come up with some sort of resolution. He informed me that he would be sending my email to his lawyer. Needlemans is NOT the place to go

I do NOT recommend Needleman’s to anyone.
I went to Needleman's Bridal and they ordered my height, not my size, which we did not find out in time to order a new dress because the dresses also came in three weeks late. The owner stated that he would have his seamstress custom make the dress for me and that it would only take two weeks to complete. When I heard custom make I did not think that it would be as bad as it was. First off I did not receive the dress until the week of the wedding (Five weeks later) and it still did not fit right so I had to ask my tailor to alter the dress in 24 hours which did not give him ample time to fix all of the problems, my tailor did the best he could. The bodice as made four inches too short where it did not fit all the way over my chest, the rousing on the bodice was not sewn down correctly where the fabric was constantly unraveling throughout the wedding, the zipper was not sewn straight, and the straps were unevenly placed. I felt like the owner had an "I don't care" attitude, which was maddening. I do NOT recommend Needleman’s to anyone..
