Anastasia and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Choosing our wedding day florals ended up being a much bigger decision than we initially anticipated. We thought we had a clear vision for what we wanted but when we were asked questions by other florists, we felt so unprepared! But NE Flower Boutique was so knowledgeable and so patient that it made us feel like they really cared about getting our special day just right! At first, we thought we would need 2 separate vendors for our florist and pipe and draping, but when we learned that they could do everything we envisioned, we had to go with them! They are a Philly-based company, but they were more than willing to travel to Brooklyn for us. They were available for multiple calls / meetings and we had the ability to come visit them in person. At our sample appointment, we got to talk through everything step by step from theme flowers and colors, to candles, to floor plan, to delivery and clean-up. They made it so easy for us to picture what the day would look like. In addition, they made the rest of the decorations easy for us too, they included table numbers, a cocktail sign, and a gift card box as part of our rental. Another thing we really liked was that they sent us a photo of the bridal bouquet the night before the wedding to make sure it fit our vision and allowed us to make small changes that close to our wedding. We also knew that we wanted to donate our flowers to a cancer center at the end of the night, and they had a seamless way to do this for us. We didn’t have to think about a single thing on our wedding day and all of it was taken care of for us! Thank you, NE Flower Boutique for a lovely experience and we highly recommend them for anyone looking for florals for their special day! -

Anastasia and her team were amazing from start to finish. The communication and price transparency were top tier. They work within your budget to bring your vision to life! I am not a person who is well-versed in floral arrangements, but from the first phone call they made a beautiful proposal without a ton of direction on my end beside flower colors. The initial phone call and proposal were completed about a year out, but I was still able to make changes up to about a month prior to the wedding. I loved my bridal bouquet, sweetheart table, and stairwell arrangements the most! They actually send a picture of your bridal bouquet the night before in case you want to make any changes, which was so nice and added a little extra excitement to the night before my wedding. I was a Finley bride and they were on their preferred vender list for a reason. You cannot go wrong with these flowers -

I worked with NE Flower for my wedding and had the best experience! I had a smaller floral need (3 large arrangements + a bouquet and 4 boutonnieres) but they were totally accommodating and incredible to work with! I really didn’t have too much specific inspiration, but they were able to put together such stunning arrangements with my minimal guidance. The quality of the florals was perfect – so gorgeous and lush and lasted for a week or more even after my wedding! I was obsessed with the arrangements and would absolutely recommend them to anyone! -

I shopped around for a florist, and no one was really getting my vision; it just felt like I was another “potential client” until I had my first call with Anastasia (the owner). From that moment, I knew we were in the right hands. She listened carefully, understood exactly what I wanted, and brought it to life flawlessly. My bouquet was exactly what I envisioned, and she decorated our venue absolutely magical. Everything felt romantic, timeless, and elegant just like we envisioned. We received so many compliments on the flowers and decor throughout the entire day.

I cannot recommend NE boutique enough. This team was extremely easy to work with, reasonably priced, and truly made this part of wedding planning go smoothly. I've met with both Anastasia and members of her team throughout the planning process, and I was met with such kindness, authenticity, and determination to bring my vision to life. They are extremely organized and gave me a pdf proposal with all my floral ideas for their files, which made it very easy to discuss and make changes to it. This team is extremely reliable and brought my vision to life on my wedding day. They set up everything perfectly and were willing to work with me, even until the week before the wedding, when I realized I wanted to tweak a floral arrangement. I would highly recommend NE Boutique to anyone looking for the most beautiful florals for any event. -

Gorgeous florals!
Where do I even begin?!?! From start to finish, NE Flower Boutique DELIVERED! I am a stickler for gorgeous flowers but didn’t want to break the bank. I had quite a few calls with them, and every time they offered new suggestions and always made me feel at ease. They were calm, professional, and always quick to respond. Their pricing was very fair, reasonable and well with it. On the day of our wedding, I received a photo of my florals and was simply blown away. I cried! My entire vision came to fruition.

NE Flower Boutique is professional, accommodating, on time, creative, and produces exceptional work? It took one phone call with Anastasia to feel comfortable leaving it to her creative mind to bring our wedding day to life. With little knowledge of flowers and the floral industry we provided our budget and color scheme and talked through the vibe of our day and the NE flower boutique team hit it out of the park. We used a mix of real and satin flowers, at their suggestion, which brought our cost down a bit and they provided a service for a small additional fee to donate the left over flowers to a local senior center. Overall our experience with them was incredible and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the Philly area! -

I had a great experience working with NE Flower Boutique for my wedding! We had a smaller, non-traditional ceremony and even with the small order they were so helpful and happy to accommodate our request! Communication throughout the whole process was great. We were so happy with how the bouquet, floral arch, and candles turned out. They also were helpful when adding centerpieces to the original proposal for a post-ceremony dinner, easily being able to set up the dining room in only 30 minutes. Highly recommend if you are looking for a florist in the Philly area! -

ot married 10/5/25, and could not scream loud enough to hire Anastasia and her team! From the very first proposal packet i received, i could tell the the team was organized, really listened, had so much knowledge, and floral selection that really captured our vision. On the day of the wedding the team OVER DELIVERED and really was just gorgeous flowers and amount of time and care out into the day. the bouquets, arch, and aisle pieces were spectacular (i brought my own centerpieces), but i 100% recommend this team! -

Choosing NE Flower Boutique was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very start, communication was clear, professional, and easygoing. The initial proposal they provided was incredibly detailed, which gave me full confidence in exactly what we were getting for the price.
We interviewed five florists, and both their proposal and glowing reviews set NE Flower Boutique apart from the rest. They executed my vision flawlessly — from the bouquets to the floral arch, the cake florals, the centerpieces, and even the candles — every detail was perfect. They also offered thoughtful suggestions on how to maximize our budget and repurpose arrangements where it made sense. Leading up to the wedding, I was able to adjust the proposal as needed, and they were always prompt and accommodating with updated versions.
One of the biggest stressors for me was creating a seating chart and welcome sign, and I was so relieved to be able to easily add their sign option to our proposal. I was absolutely thrilled with the final result — and even more thrilled not to have to make it myself!
Overall, I would highly recommend NE Flower Boutique to anyone planning their wedding. Their professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail truly exceeded our expectations. -

Our wedding day was truly amazing and the NE Flower Boutique Decor Team played a huge part in it! All of the florals were absolutely stunning, I could not be happier with how everything turned out! Working with NE Floral Boutique was a dream! From the proposal phase to the tweaking of our vision the month before, to the actual delivery and set up, everything went beautifully! We had 2 different venue locations about 20 minutes apart not including the location for the early morning drop-off for personal items. Everything arrived on time and looked stunning! We even were able to repurpose some of the ceremony florals for the reception and that was seamless. Anastasia and her team really made our vision of a romantic, timeless, NYC wedding come to life. I also really loved and appreciated the care that they had with my bouquet and the delicate and meaningful items that were my grandmother’s that they attached to my bouquet. It looked beautiful! I cannot say enough amazing things about Anastasia and her company. From the very beginning, she was an absolute dream to work with. I had a lower budget for wedding flowers, and while some florists tried to steer me away from my vision, Anastasia never did. Anastasia and her team brought my dream wedding to life! Anastasia went ABOVE and BEYOND anything I could have ever imagined for my flowers!!!! They were BEAUTIFUL! I’m obsessed with them!!!! Anastasia is quick with her response time all throughout the planning process and is so so kind! Her husband also has a jazz band that plays during cocktail hour if you spend over a certain amount on your flowers. This was such a nice touch! So many guests came up to me throughout the night saying how stunning the flowers were and how fun the jazz band was! I highly recommend Anastasia and her team! Will be ordering flowers from her for the foreseeable future. -

I cannot recommend NE Flower Boutique enough! We had a Hindu and Catholic wedding with two separate ceremonies, and separate floral arrangements for each ceremony versus the reception. For the Hindu ceremony, they crafted a gorgeous mandap and my dream bridal bouquet to match. We also had a Sangeet ceremony the night before. We sought many quotes, but NE Flower Boutique gave us the absolute best deal and their quality was phenomenal. We are so grateful to them for working around the clock, back to back, with some crazy hours to make bring decor dreams to life! Highly recommend their photo backdrops (they are gorgeous, especially with a neon sign!). Super trustworthy, and fabulous florals and decor. -

The BEST florist in Philadelphia!
I have nothing but amazing things to say about NE Flower Boutique! Not only are their flowers gorgeous but they are so affordable! We are so beyond happy we chose NE Flower Boutique for our wedding florals on 5/2 at The Crystal Tea Room. Florals were one of the hardest parts of wedding planning for me because I had a really tough time envisioning what I wanted. Anastasia and her team were so patient and kind throughout the entire process from the first inquiry to the wedding day. Once you inquire, They will put together a detailed proposal with inspiration photos for your day and once you book they will take time to work with you through any changes you'd like to make. Leading up to the wedding, I met with Anastasia at their gorgeous showroom studio. Anastasia was so welcoming and patient and even made us a example centerpieces to help us envision what the tables would look like. It was so helpful. The other thing that stood out to us as compared to other florists is that they will work with ANY budget and no minimum spend is needed. They also only take 1 wedding per day which is so reassuring! On the wedding day our florals turned out even better than we envisioned and the value of what we got was incredible. Thank you Anastasia & NE Flower Boutique team for making our day perfect!!! -

I hired NE Flower Boutique for centerpieces, boutonnières, bouquets, corsages and an archway. I found pricing overall was better compared to other florists. Anastasia was very easy to work with and accommodating on sudden changes. She was able to add on last-minute items the week of the wedding while changing the flower arrangements days before. Our wedding was in March of 2025, and when starting the planning process, I was a bit unsure of what I wanted in terms of florals. I knew the types of flowers I liked, but just wasn't sure of my exact vision. We went to NE Flower Boutique and I told them the very vague details I had and they literally nailed it on our wedding day. In fact, it was even better than I was imagining in my head. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and I can't stop staring at pictures of my wedding bouquet! Their flowers in person look exactly like the gorgeous arrangements that are posted online. They also offer so many different options in terms of sizing of bouquets and center pieces which a lot of other florists didn't do. Other florists were "pick either big or small." They offer fantastic incentives as well if you spend over a certain amount of money and their prices are so reasonable compared to others. Both Yeva and Anastasia were so responsive and helpful and I just cannot recommend this company enough. You will not regret choosing them! -

They perfectly captured my vision, creating stunning arrangements of soft whites, soft pink blooms, lush greenery and plenty of candles that beautifully complementing our wedding theme and venue. For the reception, she went above and beyond—repurposing our ceremony flowers and pairing elegant centerpieces with candlelight to create a warm, timeless atmosphere. Their attention to detail was impeccable.
Beyond her talent, Anastasia was patient, flexible, and a joy to work with. She adjusted my proposal multiple times, offered budget-friendly suggestions, and even sent a preview of my bouquet for approval. It was really important to us that the flowers be donated at the end of the event and they offer to do that on your behalf. Additionally, they were able to drop off several of our centerpieces from the wedding to the hotel to use for our farewell brunch the next morning.

AMAZING is an understatement
I absolutely LOVED working with Anastasia and her team. They were beyond accommodating and worked with our budget perfectly! They really guide you to get the look and vision you are want for your florals. I sent them some inspiration photos and they ran with them! Their projections and breakdowns are so detailed and they offer a ton of other services outside just florals. We ended up getting our table number through them as well! I would highly recommend setting up a meeting and working with them for your wedding! I promise you will not be disappointed! NE Flower Boutique was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The customer service and everyone we spoke with during the process went above and beyond for my husband and I. We were absolutely stunned the day of our wedding. The personal flowers, bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres were delivered prior to our ceremony because we needed them for pictures! Which I thought was incredibly helpful so we could plan out our day/have them for our photos. Our floral arrangements were INCREDIBLE. We received many compliments and they also repurposed florals from the ceremony for the reception- which was so helpful and they arranged them beautifully. They also had add-ons which I thought was great! We got the table numbers which were gorgeous and affordable! I would recommend anyone to use them for any special occasions or just general florals. Anastasia was incredibly accommodating with my change requests and patient in answering all my questions. We were absolutely blown away by Anastasia and her team’s work. I had a really hard time picking a florist, mostly because I had a difficult time verbalizing/visualizing what I even wanted let alone all the options that existed. I had a great first call with them and loved that the contract they sent me included a ton of visuals from the inspiration pictures we had discussed. Anastasia and her team at NE Florist are AMAZING! From their responsiveness to delivering everything for our wedding flawlessly, the entire experience was simply wonderful.
I had ordered flower arrangements from NE Florist over the past few years for special occasions, so they naturally came to mind when we began planning our small, intimate wedding. We reached out via their website's contact form and received a response the very next day. From there, we scheduled a call to discuss my vision.
One of the things I loved most was the detailed proposal they provided, complete with images, a breakdown of pricing, and a clear reflection of my vision. We made a couple of minor adjustments, and each time, the team was easygoing and accommodating.
Like many brides, I was a bit nervous about not seeing the full arrangements until the big day. However, the night before, they shared a photo of my bouquet to ensure I was happy with it. It was PERFECT—exactly what I had imagined.
On the wedding day, everything was delivered on time, and there were no issues or miscommunications. The bridal bouquet, centerpieces, and large arrangements were absolutely stunning—what I saw on the proposal was even more gorgeous in person.
As for pricing, flowers are never a small expense, but NE Florist offers reasonable rates, and I truly believe we got more than we paid for. I'm still in awe of how everything turned out!
I'll be sure to add more photos once we get them back from the photographer. In the meantime, here’s one of me with my bouquet :).

Communication beginning to end was impeccable! We loved the proposal that was put together, it really helped us envision what we were going to get. The team is very organized and responsive. They worked with us every step of the way as we made adjustments. Our flowers were even better than expected - they truly popped against the bridesmaid's black gowns. I cannot say enough amazing things about Anastasia and her team. I don’t know how she took my vision and made it into a dream. Everything was perfect. They sent me a video of my bouquet the night before and I almost cried; it was so gorgeous. The day of when I arrived to Terrain to get my dress on, I had to delay because I was in absolute awe of how the space turned out. The arch was PERFECTION and I loved how the drapery turned out. The eucalyptus on the tables with the candles was also gorgeous. Everything was so beautiful I actually teared up seeing it in person. She was also so quick to respond with any questions or updates. Week of we had back up plans ready to go in case it rained or we moved to an indoor ceremony. I had my complete trust in her and her team. Cannot recommend her team enough! -
