I had a great experience with ND Night Out last night! We rented a 10 person party bus to celebrate my friend’s 40th birthday, and it was so.much.fun! The bus was very clean, comfortable, had Bluetooth for us to play music and a nice screen with landscape designs. Paolo the driver was incredibly sweet and patient as we couldn’t make a decision on where to go after our dinner reservations. We also needed a little bit more time at the end of the night and Danny and Paolo were so kind and let us go over without charging us extra.
I did a ton of research when making this decision to go with ND and I am so happy that I did. Not only were they priced right, but they were responsive and friendly and made us all feel very comfortable. Honestly a 10 out of 10 review all around. -

Great service and excellent customer service from the team. It was a last minute reservation Nick and team were able to accommodate us. The driver was on time and made the bridesmaid and my lovely wife fell comfortably by playing a Cape Verdean hit songs, and he provided a champagne.
I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a transportation for any event. -

Horrible Experience
I scheduled a roundtrip party bus to Mohegan Sun 9 months in advance. There were a couple of times I had to resend my receipts of paying the deposit and then the full payment; they were a little disorganized.
The day of the event, they were over an hour late. Some of it was due to flooding in the area which wasn’t their fault, but if they had aimed to get there early, they likely wouldn’t have been as late.
The party bus could have been a little cleaner, had a broken ceiling mirror, and smelled like cigarettes. The cooler wasn’t functional.
The next day when we were going home, the driver was again not on time. Pickup was at 11am, so when I called at 11:15, they said they’d be there at noon because of the flooding which I frankly didn’t buy. The flooding issue the day before was a North Shore issue, not really a statewide issue. Plus, given the day before had delays, the driver should have been early.
I called the driver at 11:45, and he then said it would be over another hour because he got stuck on the highway due to an issue with transmission fluid. My friends and I just ubered home instead.
I need a full refund for the trip back. The company mentioned giving some money back when the driver was running 45 min late, but I haven’t received anything and that was before we now know we didn’t use their bus at all on the way back.
We had drinks and a cooler bag on the bus that still need to be returned. The driver mentioned dropping them off but then I didn’t hear anything. -
