The best there is!
Guillermo is truly a gifted photographer. He has a special way of capturing everyone’s personalities with his photos! He also has an amazing way of capturing everything & being everywhere all at once. When I looked through my gallery, I was so impressed with how many moments he captured that I missed during the hectic wedding day. Not to mention, the photos were absolutely gorgeous and the turn around time for us to get our photos back was insanely FAST! Don’t think twice, just book him! -

We debated to hire a photographer at all and everyone told us that would be a mistake - then it was off to find a photographer and that wasn't easy, we were surprised at the cost and the seemingly lack of urgency for them to even respond. A co-worker recommended Guillermo. He replied very promptly and was so flexible re-scheduling when we couldn't make it to our first appointment. When we sat with him we knew right away - he was professional, friendly, he actually dressed up for our meeting, he spoke clearly and his knowledge of photography and weddings in general was obvious. He gave us great ideas and made us feel confident that we were making a great decision. His pricing was about 30% below others with much less experience.
At our wedding he was helpful and patient, his personality weaved with our guests and he was amazing organizing groups and keeping us on track. He was creative and friendly, all of our vendors knew him and they followed his lead. He delivered the photos to us in three days! Our friends were blown away - some of their photographers took months to deliver theirs! The photos were stunning! So full of emotion and so perfectly done - we felt we were looking at a wedding magazine! He followed up with us and thanked us - when we should be thanking him! This was a great experience! It was absolutely wonderful working with Guillermo. He is an amazing professional. He was great at keeping us relaxed during a rather busy and tense time the entire day of our wedding. He was wonderful with all of our guests. He directed us is a very professional way, and knew the perfect spots to pose in order to take advantage of the light at sunset. We thoroughly enjoyed the photography experience with Guillermo, and recommend him highly. The proofs came out beautifully, and we look forward to his compilation of our wedding album! -

Perfect for his profession!
This photographer in Santa Fe, NM was born to do this. His ability to relate to people, create the mood to enhance the images he was capturing and make everyone feel at ease was like nothing I have ever seen! Very very impressive - I am certain the photos are going to be epic! -

There are no words to describe how happy we are with Guillermo’s work. We had a small outdoor 25th anniversary vow renewal with our kids and a few other family members. We have had multiple formal events that were photographed over the years all over the country and Guillermo’s work stands out above them all. He not only captured our ceremony, but took family photos and captured our son’s surprise proposal to his girlfriend during family photos. He knew how to best capture the moment and even suggested the seating in the round which was perfect for our small group. The colors are stunning, pictures touching, and I’m sure I’ll be dragging him down to AZ to photograph our sons wedding in the near future. He’s just that good and was an absolute delight to work with. -

Above and Beyond Photographer!!
I am so happy my husband and I found Guillermo! For our wedding I was trying to find a photographer that was budget friendly, but that also produced good quality work. Many photographers now a days for weddings charge 3k+ (I had no idea), and Guillermo was able to work with my budget and he has so many years of photography experience! He provides excellent service, was so accommodating, patient, professional and has excellent communication. One thing that also stood out to me about Guillermo was his aura and personality. He's so friendly, funny, and has a positive vibe to him. I knew that this was someone that would enhance our special day! We got our photos promptly, and he captured EVERY moment! The photos are so professional. We couldn't have found a better photographer to capture our big day! Thank you Guillermo!!!! -

My fiancé and I had a wonderful time with Guillermo. He was able to get our engagement shoot done within a week after applying for the session. He was available anytime when I had questions regarding the session and I loved how the pictures were available within a day or two after the session. The pictures came out so beautiful and I can't wait until we have our wedding reception and see how those pictures come out. I even got my aunty who is engaged as well to get her engagement photos done by Guillermo.
I strongly recommend Guillermo he was GREAT! -

We shopped what seemed to be every photographer in Albuquerque and all of them wanted exorbitant amounts of money up into $3000 and even up to $7000. We have a large wedding but the amount of time is the same and we want nice photos - but SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS? That is more than a doctor makes! ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS AN HOUR! Guillermo was very reasonably priced at a value we found fair and he offered so much more - the photographs were absolutely stunning and he kept everything flowing, our guests engaged and delivered our photos in two days! No one came even close to him start to finish. Amazing. -

Guillermo did an absolutely amazing job shooting our engagement and wedding photos. He's totally right that you do NOT need to pay over $4000 for quality photos for your wedding, which is what most other photographers charge around here. He captured every moment and gave us a great mix of classic poses and candid photos and silly outtakes. He also used a mix of filters to get shots with the more trendy look as well as less filter for classic shots. We have full ownership over our photos (he sent us like 900+ total), so we can share them with whomever we want and post them however we want. He was light-hearted and calm and worked so well with my other vendors to keep the show rolling without having to ask me or my husband a bunch of questions. Thank you so much Guillermo!! -

Guilllermo at Natural Touch did both our wedding and our engagement photos! All of the photos came out amazing and in addition to that he was such an asset to our wedding day. His personality and experience guided us through and made sure we got the best pictures possible. We just got our gallery back from out September 1 wedding and the images had us reliving all the emotions from that day again. As a bride, you have enough to worry about - get you a reliable, responsible, experienced photographer who works with you to capture your day!! Hire Natural Touch Photography! You won't be disappointed!
I also wanted to add that Guillermo took on the crazy undertaking of photographing my entire ~120 or so guests in a giant photo which came out fantastic and I am so happy we'll have that for years to come! We are going to print it on a large canvas for our living room and are even planning to send it out with our thank you cards so folks can have a little momento from our day!
Guillermo has customers in us for life - Adrian and I are planning to reach out again when it comes time for pregnancy and family photos in the future! :) -

We were excited to have Guillermo as our wedding photographer. He's a nice guy. Very friendly. As for our engagement photos. We had set a time and place. He sent us a text Last minute, changing the time to earlier in the day. Saying he had made plans with another couple that he forgot about. We were disappointed because we wanted pictures with the sunset. But we agreed anyway. Fast forward to our wedding day. He was text me saying he was running about 30 minutes late. No biggie. When he arrived he spent the morning of the wedding with my fiancé. After, he came over to the groomsmen and I. We took pictures after we were already dressed and ready for the day. We felt like we took plenty of great pictures through out the day and night. When we received the pictures about a week after the wedding. We noticed ALOT of pictures missing. My wife asked about the pictures. No response. Asked again a couple days later. He finally responded with "it was such a pleasure to work with you. I am sorry to say there were 175 corrupt images and I could only recover 100 of them. I apologize." All due to him using a new camera he just bought and was using for the 1st time! .....Who uses a camera that they just bought for the first time and uses it AT A WEDDING!? When we finally got our wedding "album".. that was the last straw... we were expecting something elegant or unique , but nope. It's literally in the form and style of a high school yearbook with my name spelled wrong on the cover. Honestly he's a friendly guy. But I'd spend more money else where if I could do it all again. -

We hired Guillermo and paid his deposit 7 months in advance of our wedding. One week before he sends an email that he has given our job to another photographer, gives a first name and no contact info!! I immediately replied asking for contact info. Nothing. Texts, phone calls. Nothing. The next day I started emailing every photographer in Albuquerque and Santa Fe by that first name. It was almost 3 days before I was able to speak to this person and look at their portfolio. Not that it mattered, there was no way to find another photographer, that we would choose, with less than a week's notice. To seal his lack of integrity with some bad karma - he told us his ill mother had taken a turn for the worse and he needed to go immediately to Colombia and was giving all his jobs to other photographers for the the rest of his year! He never left town! It was a LIE!! Also, we had no choice but, to pay him the full balance in advance of our wedding, or risk not having any photos. And, he asked for $200 more than the signed contract! Also, his deal is to give you a free engagement shoot. We never got ours, as every time I would ask for some available dates, letting him know we are very flexible so, we could make it convenient for him, I would not hear back from him. Lastly, he got the drive from the photographer and did the edits. His idea of editing is to turn some photos black & white (which we can all do with our phones). There were over 60 good (unique, meaning not too similar that he would have maybe thought they were unneccessary) photos that he did not deliver to us!! Would post negative stars if possible!! -

I’ve waited almost a year to do this review in hopes my feelings would settle. They didn’t. We hired this photographer after a recommendation from our venue and we thought his work was good. He didn’t keep in touch with us, we had to reach out and ask to get on a call to go over the day. This was a couple weeks before our wedding. He ended up telling us he was “sick” and couldn’t get on a phone call but would get back to us. He ended up setting up a call for the day before our wedding. That day, he informed us he would only be there for the first two hours and his daughter, who we’d never met, never heard of, never agreed to, would take over as he had to go shoot another wedding that day. This man put us through more stress, anger, and disappointment than anyone and anything combined. My husband did all the talking because I was in tears the whole time and he kept saying he didn’t understand what the big deal was but that no, he couldn’t cancel his other wedding. My husband was on the phone with him for over an hour and eventually he agreed he would be at our wedding the whole time. Not sure who else he cancelled on to make it happen. So he stayed, but his photos weren’t great. We had multiple guests come up to us and ask what the photographer’s deal was as he made many people uncomfortable and some even angry. He took weird photos of all our guests, like mid yawn or making weird faces and obviously totally unaware they were being photographed. I paid for expensive get ready outfit for my bridal party and they way he set us up, there was one girl who couldn’t tie her robe and expressed to him how she was showing skin and he assured her it wouldn’t show up in the photos. Well, it did. And now I don’t have a single photo of my bridal party getting ready that I can post. All our matching outfits were for nothing. There were quite a few photos that should have had editing done, turns out he doesn’t edit photos, he only puts filters on them. He doesn’t even have photoshop. I don’t even think he went through his own photos and looked at them himself before sending them to us. We asked him to edit the getting ready photos and after a month he admitted he wasn’t able to, sent one very poorly and obviously edited photo over and had removed the rest of our getting ready photos from our view. All in all, this photographer was unprofessional, rude, unskilled, and our biggest regret. Also, if you decide this guy is worth the obvious risk, I would suggest asking to choose which photos go into your hard-book photo album, as the ones he chose for us were questionable.
