We ordered this limo to surprise the bride and groom on their day and it was everything we expected it to be. The chauffeur was excellent and provided outstanding service. The whole day was a success! -

My wife and I recently used Nationwide for limo services for our wedding and they were fantastic! We had a 10 passenger limo for the bridal party and the coach bus for guests staying at the hotel near the reception venue. Both vehicles arrived at the requested time and the drivers were very professional. The bus driver was especially flexible as we were running 30 minutes behind schedule and he waited at the pickup location until all guests had arrived. It was a great experience using their services and not having to stress or worry about transportation. -

It is a great relief to know that all of our corporate travel needs can be handled seamlessly by Limo Service Rental. The 24/7 call center always has friendly representatives manning the phones and they take care of every detail. I have to say, I really set to work when trying to find affordable transportation with excellent reviews. I contacted this company and spoke with Fantasia who provided me such wonderful service. They then ended up upgrading both our vehicles day of. It did get a little confusing on the wedding day as the vehicle for the bridal party was apparently stuck in DC traffic but a different vehicle was provided with no timing complications at all. They then were able to swap out the vehicles while the ceremony was taking place. The drivers were very professional, well dressed and offered refreshments to all. I’d be able to truly recommend them to others. -

We used Nationwide for our April 2106 wedding, and we were happy with our choice! We used the hummer limo for the wedding party and mini bus for the wedding guests, as well as a sedan for our transportation to the airport for our honeymoon flight. All of the drivers were nice and professional, and the vehicles were all nice and comfortable. All of the pick up and drop off times were on schedule as we requested. We highly recommend Nationwide as a wedding transportation vendor! -

Nationwide was so helpful throughout our entire communication leading up to our wedding. I don't know how many times I went back and forth changing my mind, and not once did Azzam make me feel that I was bothering him. He answered all of questions, gave suggestions, and the booking process was so simple. They have amazing customer service, and was very flexible with last minute changes due to weather. Their driving staff went above and beyond the day of our wedding as well. They were prompt, professional, and so sweet. The cars themselves were very clean. I would absolutely hire Nationwide again in the future! -

We used this shuttle service (a 24 passenger minibus) for our wedding and it was great decision on our part. We had a lot of elderly and handicap people that attended our wedding and our driver Samson was more then accommodating. Samson was very hard working and gave out his phone number to guests and wedding party to call him whenever we needed him. He dealt with my guests with utmost professionalism.
I would highly recommend this company and especially Samson for your shuttle needs. -

I booked the Stretch Hummer for my best friend's Bachelorette Night out on the town. A few hours before they were scheduled to come, I received a call about a wedding party wanting to keep the vehicle that I rented so the Hummer may not be ready in time. They did; however, offer me a party bus to compensate. I was a little bummed because the stretch hummer's really gorgeous but I knew that it was a great upgrade. I was told that one or the other would be there to pick us up and when the time came, I looked outside to see the beautiful white stretch hummer that I really wanted! See, the other maid of honor and I had spent the entire day taking our best friend the bride to surprise after surprise and the hummer was the icing on the cake! We blind folded her and walked her outside and she was so amazed! The interior was amazing! The stretch hummer was worth every penny! People were in awe of the hummer, especially when paired up with the shirts that we'd made for the 11 of us. The driver was very patient with us, He even took a group picture for us so I really couldn't ask for a better driver! It was all very amazing. Thank you so very much for an incredible night that we'll all remember. You've really made me look like the best Maid of Honor in the world lol. Next year the other maid of honor (my other best friend) is getting married and I look foward to using your incredible services again! Thanks a million! -

Me and my husband used this company for our wedding in May. We had a really positive experience with Nationwide Chauffeured Services. Anytime I talked with someone, they were super nice and didn’t act like I was hassling them, like most companies do. They answered my questions and helped me figure out what vehicles to get for my very large family.
We ended up going with a limo for me and my husband and coaches for the rest of my family. They were punctual when picking us up, the chauffeur was nice and was well groomed, he answered a few of my questions as well- since I asked about the area, but he also gave us our privacy when our conversation was over.
Everything we really professional, from getting picked up on time, to the looks and cleanliness of the limo and driver and just everything--so it was really nice having that peace of mind. We actually had to get another vehicle, because of some extra family coming, so I called them up, hoping they wouldn't have a problem with the short notice and they didn’t, it was literally like a few days before, so that was really great as well. Me and my husband just really had a wonderful encounter with Nationwide all together. I'm really happy that we went with this company in DC and not somewhere else. Thank so much guys! ---Sarah S. -

We used Nationwide for shuttle transportation to and from our reception and they were great! The shuttle was timely and very flexible when we realized we had to make an additional run to and from the reception. My only concern was that at one point during our planning, I was unable to reach the person we originally dealt with and later found it that it was because he no longer worked there. However, once I spoke with Kye, he was apologetic for the delayed response and very quick to respond from there on out. The value for your money is better than a lot of places I contacted and you're able to pay for everything, including tip, up front. I would highly recommend them! -

For $450 I had set up to have a 14 passenger limo carry my bridal party to and from the church (the guys in the party only went from the church, of course) and at 8:30 that morning, the driver contacted me and mentioned the 14 passenger was having mechanical issues. However, he had 3 of the company's other cars come pick us up and everything worked out fine! In that moment, they very professionally called me first with the problem and their tentative solution, then made the switch of vehicles in a timely fashion and were ready to pick us up at the appointed time to bring us to the church. I very much enjoyed speaking first with Jonathan, my salesperson (very professional). I'd not been in a limo before, so he took me out to their lot with the cars and showed me the limo options I had for a 14 passenger car. He, too, was very accommodating in price. He brought it down from the $500's to $450, which was awesome for us. -

Nationwide Limo Service was extremely easy and professional to work with. They showed up earlier than requested, which put me at ease on the day of my wedding. The limo was beautiful and had plenty of room for our party. We booked a 12-14 person Ford Excursion, and we fit 12 of us quite comfortably. The bar was very convenient, and we had plenty of room for our own cooler with beer and champagne. The accessibility to the radio was also nice, so we could determine the type of atmosphere we wanted. It was also convenient that we didn't need to pay in advance, and that our credit card was charged only after the service was provided for us. They were extremely affordable and we feel that we definitely got our money's worth. The driver was very professional, and I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for limo services for their wedding or other special event. -

Jonathan and the staff at Nationwide were great to work with. The prices were fair in comparison to other companies in the DC area. We in particular needed handicap accessible transport for some family members and this turned out great. They were always on time for multiple vehicles and stops and performed exactly as instructed. The drivers were courteous, especially Nadeem and his wife who both drove. Jonathan was patient with me as the out of town parent trying to do the planning in an unfamiliar setting. All billing came in as planned. Thanks again for a great job. I will use your companies services again should the need arise. -

I hired Nationwide Chauffeured Services to provide transportation services for my daughter's wedding. Because most of the guests were from out of town, I hired two 55-passenger coach buses to transport guests, as well as 2 limousines for the wedding party. Several days before the wedding, I met with Brooke and Naveed at Nationwide to review pick up and drop off times and locations and driving routes. They made useful suggestions before we finalized the plan. Because we had a short break between the wedding ceremony and the reception, Nationwide agreed that the bus drivers would take passengers on a driving tour of the DC Mall area after the ceremony (with tour guides (local residents) provided by me).
On the wedding day all four vehicles arrived on time at the hotel. The bus drivers provided assistance in loading passengers and worked with me to make sure that no one was left behind. The buses and limos arrived at the church at the times requested before the start time for the ceremony. After the ceremony, the drivers were in place for timely pick up before the driving tour and transport to the reception. We kept one bus available to shuttle guests back to the hotel hourly during the reception, and this worked well.
In summary, a complicated transportation plan was performed without a hitch. The drivers were professional, courteous and flexible. Nationwide's rates were competitive. I would not hesitate to use Nationwide again or to recommend Nationwide to others. -

Great service. They transported our wedding party and wedding guests. Shuttles showed up on time, drivers followed the routes we asked for, and prices were competitive. Mr. Najib, our wedding party shuttle driver, was very kind. We would definitely hire Nationwide again! -

Very prompt, clean and professional and willing to find the perfect vehicle for your needs/request. The vehicles they delivered on my first day and early second day were very clean and everyone had room with out sitting on top of each other. The limobus we received on the second evening was not as up to par as the other vehicles we received it was a party bus different from a limo bus. The curtains were stained and the roof was leaking that we were not able to seat a few people. The drivers of the executive buses were very professional and patient. I would definitely recommend use of the executive buses. If your looking for a good night on the town and the cosmetics of the bus isn't an issue I would use them if your looking for photo opps on the party bus I would ask them to please check vehicle prior to sending. They were very accommodating at such short notice. -

Nationwide Chauffeured did a great job providing shuttle buses for my wedding! We hired two 38 person buses to transport our wedding guests from the hotels to the venue and back. The company was easy to work with in the beginning during booking, and ended up being much more affordable than many other companies I contacted. Andrea specifically was very helpful! The buses showed up to the hotel on time, were in great condition, and everything went smoothly for the most part. There was one hiccup when the drivers showed up and didn't have the itinerary of pickup/dropoff times with them, which had been provided to the company far in advance. They asked to talk to me, the bride, who was already at the venue taking pictures. Luckily, one of our guests at the hotel had a copy of the schedule and provided it to the drivers. From there, it was smooth sailing! I would definitely recommend this company to future brides and grooms. -

I priced out many competitors here in the DMV area and NATIONWIDE Chauffeured Services by far was the best price around. With the best value, they did not skimp on the quality of the service. The driver showed up on time at the hotel to pick up the wedding party and was very friendly and got us to our photograph locations around the Mall efficiently and safely. He was there to pick us up when we called and the bus was stocked with water, which was much needed! I would recommend this service to any and all in the area! -

Nationwide limo really stepped up for our big day. They were one time and knew what they were doing. On top of that very accommodating to last minute changes. We used their limo package and saved money. We will definitely use them in the future and recommended them to friends already.

I priced both limos and buses in the DC area and Nationwide Limousine Service was by far the best deal. I have no complaints, the drivers called when they were close and arrived 15 minutes early. The 10 passenger limo we were supposed to use got in an accident the night before the wedding, so they upgraded us to a 14 passenger. It was very nice to have the extra space after the wedding ceremony, so we could spread out more and not have to be cramped. We worked with Patsy and she was very accommodating and helpful. -

they showed up on time and the limo was clean.
the limo driver was nice.
and we put in a last minute stop so we could get outdoor pictures in and he was completely ok with it.
only complaint is from the business side, they charged our holding fee (which was the cost of the limo) and the charged for the limo at the same time ... so if we didn't have enough money in our acct, it could have bounced or we could have been charged an over draft fee -

Overall my huband and I were happy with Nationwide. We had two shuttles for our guest to take them to and from the church and venue. We also had a limo to take us around for the wedding photos with the bridal party. They showed up on time and were professional which helped relieve wedding day stress.
The main issue we had on the wedding day was one of the drivers didn't go to the hotel for the final pick up of guest to the wedding. Beforehand we had set out a tentative schedule and given them to the guest and drivers. Some of the guest with young children were relying on the last shuttle time to get to the church. However, one of the drivers decided that since his last pick up had been light that all the guest had been picked up. When we realized that some of these important guest had not yet made it to the church and were still waiting for a shuttle to arrive- my father and father-in-law approached the drivers and sent one of them back to get the last group. We had to delay the wedding by 10 minutes to ensure they arrived. It was frustrating but we appreciated that they immediately responded to go pick up the final crew.
For the price, we thought they provided a good value. The limo driver was flexible in driving us around Old town for the pictures and our guest really appreciated having the shuttle to transport them around. Aside from the one mix up, everything else went very smoothly. -

My overall advice for booking transportation is not about this specific vendor - but do not book your transportation too early! It's not the type of thing that needs to be booked a year out, and there is a good chance that your needs will change. I initially contacted multiple vendors trying to book a shuttle for my guests from the hotel to the venue. Nationwide was responsive and gave me the best price, so I went with them. I was thinking this was something easy to cross of my to-do list in advance. However, I eventually added on a second shuttle for guests and a limo for the bridal party. Again Nationwide was flexible and accommodating, and the price I paid seems reasonable, but maybe if I knew my full needs up front I could have gotten a better price (either from them or someone else).
As I mentioned, the sales person I dealt with at Nationwide (Brian) was very responsive and helpful. However the other employees that I dealt with were not as great. In the days leading up to the event I got multiple messages from people who didn't leave their names and there was confusion when I called back. As mentioned I had multiple reservations and they didn't seem linked in their system so they would call separately for each one. One of the calls was asking if they could substitute a large charter bus for one of my shuttles because they were having problems with the AC. I said okay but it made me wonder what would have happened if that charter bus hadn't been available. Would they have sent me a shuttle with no AC (it was extremely hot the weekend of my wedding so it would have been a real problem)?
On the day of our limo driver seemed annoyed when we were running late (what bride isn't running late on her wedding date?!). I also heard from some guests that the shuttle drive was driving very erratically after the reception ended, taking turns too fast and swerving. So overall, not great service on the day of. I have mixed feelings about recommending this company. -

The limo driver was prompt. He was very easy going and told us to take our time. He was grounded when we were stressed. He also assisted us when taking things out of the trunk. The only thing is that the limo broke down outside the church and had to be jumped. -

Left a lot to be desired!
The service was OK. We rented a 15 passenger party bus. The bus wasn't as posh as I'd hoped and was very outdated. For instance, we could not listen to music because the music system neither has Bluetooth nor can it be paired with an iPhone. Secondly, the seats had tears in them, and the floors were all scratched up. The driver was pleasant and did a great job navigating. He was also on-time. However, as a bottom line, I will not be using this company again because of the low quality of the vehicle. -

I'll start out by saying that I went with Nationwide because they BY FAR had the best prices and they provided all the services they said they would. But I had major issues with how they conduct their business.
I called them after seeing a Groupon and I called to make sure I could use it -- it was for money to be put towards a bus rental. They told me I couldn't use it but they would give me a 10% discount. I thought this was weird but a lot of companies lose money with Groupon so they'd rather give you a discount. I went along with it.
I booked them for 2 coach buses to and from my wedding. They were not up front with how many hours was included in the rental so it wasn't until I was about to book that I realized their price was only for 4 hours. I felt like that was hidden because what wedding needs a 4 hour bus for drop off and pick up when most weddings last at least 5 hours.
Then I got a quote for 2 limos. When I emailed to confirm if the rate still was good they replied "no." No responses to several emails for availability for a limo. Eventually I was too stressed out and had a bridesmaid find a different limo company for us. In the back of my mind I was really worried that the buses weren't going to show up.
48 hours before the wedding I received confirmation emails for 3 services the next day, including the 2 limos I didn't book. When I called they insisted I booked the limos. They eventually told me I was right and cancelled the 2 limos.
24 hours before the wedding they ran my credit card which was flagged as suspicious. They had previously made me send a photo of my credit card (sketch!) and demanded I send the photo -- I was AT my rehearsal dinner and they were threatening not to send the buses unless I sent the photo ASAP. THEN they didn't confirm we were set until I texted and emailed the DAY OF the wedding.
They caused a lot of extra stress for us. -

I chose Nationwide Chauffeured Services about a month before my wedding day. I emailed Azam and he emailed me back and we settled on a 2017 Lincoln Town car for my point to point pickup. We set up a time where he was supposed to give me a call, but he never did. I had to call him and had no answer. I emailed him again. Finally several calls later, we managed to lock in a deposit where we paid 30% of the deposit on my husband's credit card. Now it wasn't until the night before my wedding, after my rehearsal dinner, where I received an email from them, saying they had not received my rental agreement and if they did not get it back, there was a chance that they would not be picking us up after the wedding. I panicked as I was getting in bed at my hotel to get sleep before the big day, when I received this last minute email. I had to call my husband for his CC info and sign the agreement. I called Nationwide and they assured once I had the CC info (even though they previously had it before from my deposit), and once I signed the e-doc, we would be good to go. Now, comes the morning of the wedding and I'm getting my makeup done. I check my phone and another email comes through asking that they need a PICTURE of the FRONT AND BACK of the credit card, as well as my husband's DRIVERS LICENSE, front and back, I kid you not. My husband was out at top golf with his groomsmen and I had to call him for him to send me pictures of both so that we could get picked up from our wedding venue and taken back to the hotel. I sent it back to them but let them know how livid I was that I was doing this all on the day of my wedding- this could all have been avoided with better preparation and sending emails in advance instead of the day of the wedding. The cherry on top of it was that we had paid for a point-to-point service, $119 all taxes and gratuity included. Since I was so agitated, I did not tip our driver anything extra. He laughs out loud to a stranger nearby for getting nothing. -

Scammed and disappointed
Last week, we rented a limo for a friend’s birthday. The limo was on time and clean. At the end of the event, we called the driver to be picked up in front of the venue. Although the road was a simple circle with a parking lot, the driver insisted he could not come to where we were. So we had to walk all the way around several buildings which delayed us getting home. Having read the other reviews, this is a recurring tactic being employed by the company to charge customers a late fee. We were dropped off 19 minutes past the deadline and were later told that there is a 15 minute grace period, so the additional walking we had to do absolutely took us 4 minutes past the grace period. There is also nothing in the contract regarding the policy or amount charged for late return.
When we were dropped off, the driver left the limo in the middle of the street, blocking both directions of traffic. Cars accumulated on both sides and drivers began yelling at us. We paid the driver his tip in cash and then he said we owed him $150 in cash immediately as the late fee, which was a huge red flag. Given that it was late at night and we were receiving pressure from the people honking, we made the mistake of paying the driver via Zelle. I called the limo company the next day to confirm we should not have paid the driver. After I called, I began receiving texts and calls from the driver (which I did not answer) and was asked by the company to work it out with the driver, who claimed the Zelle payment was additional tip. No company should ask a customer to resolve a dispute with an employee.
I called back several days in a row to ensure I received a refund for the $150 taken by the driver. Each day I was told a manager would call me back within the hour. When I would not hear back within an hour, I would call back again and be told that the same manager was not in at all that day. It is clearly a script being used by employees to deter customers from speaking to managers. I finally got this amount refunded after calling everyday for a week.
After all this trouble, I asked the company to also waive the $137 late fee they charged us for being 4 minutes over, as a professional courtesy. They have declined. I had to fight to get the refund I requested, and still only got part of the requested amount.
This company does not operate a reputable business. Based on the other reviews, Nationwide Chauffeured Services has a history of scams and unprofessional service. Do not use this company. -

Endangered Our Children, Then Tried to Cover It Up – Do Not Hire Nationwide Chauffeured Services
TLDR at the bottom.
I’m writing this review not just out of dissatisfaction, but out of responsibility. If sharing our experience with Nationwide Chauffeured Services helps even one family avoid what we went through, then it’s worth it.
We hired this company (located at: 9400 Livingston Rd #440, Fort Washington, MD 20744 - just in case they go by another name) for a one-way drive to a venue that was only 15 minutes away. Mostly for the children to experience riding a limo.
1. Aggression Started Before the Ride:
At pickup, our photographer tried to take celebratory photos of the limo. The driver, Zaki, immediately became hostile, screaming and cursing at the photographer in front of the children. He then drove off from the location, it seemed as though he didn’t want the photographer to take any more photos of the limo, leaving us behind. We had to call him to return because he left without us, our group being a majority of children spanning from ages 5 to 15. He did come back.
2. No Time to Call Dispatch
The venue was only 15 minutes away, with guests already waiting. At the time, Zaki had only been aggressive toward the photographer, not us, the passengers, so we felt it was okay to proceed than to delay the party by probably 45 minutes to an hour waiting for a replacement driver. We thought, lets just endure this 15 minute ride. We had NO IDEA the ride itself would be dangerous.
3. Retaliatory Driving During the Ride
After overhearing the children mention his fight with the photographer Zaki began slamming on the brakes intentionally over and over again, frightening the children and making everyone feel unsafe. My kids were visibly rattled and confused. What kind of chauffeur retaliates against children?
4. Physical Intimidation & Coerced Payment
Despite the terrible service, we still gave Zaki a $80 tip in an envelope, just to end things peacefully (TBH he deserved $0 tip). But instead of leaving, he grabbed our female friend, who handed him the envelope, and demanded more money. He said “I NEED AT LEAST $200-250 TIP”
He said he would not leave until she gave him more cash. Our friend, terrified by his behavior and desperate to avoid a scene around children, withdrew an additional $220 to give him, just to get him to go away. This was not gratuity, it was extortion. I have given my friend all the information she need if she decides to press charges.
5. The Company Seemingly Tried to Cover for Him
When I attempted to call the office to report the incident, a man named “Z” answered. He refused to connect me to the owner, gave vague responses like “I don’t know”, “he’s not taking calls,” and said he was “the manager.” Something felt off so we had someone else call from a different number. When they began explaining there was an issue that needed to be discussed and passed the phone to me, “Z” immediately hung up.
I have a strong suspicion “Z” was Zaki himself, attempting to block my report.
Only after I sent an email, hoping it would reach a general inbox, did someone else call me back.
6. Company Response Was Inadequate and Disturbing
When I finally spoke with someone who identified as the real manager, I expected real accountability. Instead, I was offered only a partial refund of 45% (excluding the coerced tip) and was, most disturbingly, asked not to leave a review.
This company not only hired a driver who endangered children, intimidated women, and coerced money, but then seemingly tried to cover it up and minimize the consequences.
I’m urging anyone considering Nationwide Chauffeured Services: Do not trust this company with your safety, your children, or your special moments. Zaki Alhomsi is a dangerous man.
TL;DR: Dangerous driver!! Verbal abuse, physical assault, child endangerment, reckless driving, and coercion, all wrapped in one company. Do NOT hire Nationwide Chauffeured Services. And if you are a women or child, be very careful around Zaki Alhomsi. -

The Most Dishonest Company - DO NOT USE!

The service we received from this company was some of the worst I've ever experienced. I booked a party bus through this company for my husband's 40th birthday party. I paid the deposit, and was all set. The day before someone reached out to say the bus had no AC and they were going to substitute with a different party bus. I told them that we had less people coming (16 people) but I still wanted a big enough bus for 25 people because that is what I paid for. They sent me pictures, and I told them the bus looked too small. They said it was the same size. The bus showed up and was definitely too small for 25 people, we barely fit comfortably on the bus as a group of 16. Even worse than the size - there was still no AC and it was close to 100 degrees outside. The bus driver, Keith, told me and my guests that due to the recent storms the bus had driven through standing water and it had caused the AC units to work at "half capacity." My guests and I were so uncomfortable we had to open the windows (IN 100 DEGREE WEATHER!!) just to get moving air on this bus. In addition to this, the speakers did not work properly and were cutting in and out throughout the ride. We were driving for over an hour to our destination. Nothing was done to fix the situation while we were at our cooking class, and during our ride back the bus had to pull over because the cabin suddenly started smelling like burnt plastic. We also were within our rental time, but the owner was getting anxious that we'd be back late so he charged my card an additional $250 for no reason! When I called to complain about all of this, he told me that he already refunded $250 and couldn't do anything else. I had to explain that it's not considered a refund when you inaccurately charge your customer. They've since stopped calling me back. Every time I call now they push me to another "manager" who tells me they'll call me back and they never do. I've opened cases with my bank and credit card to dispute all charges. Save yourself the headache, and embarrassment and book with ANY other company. -

Very Very Very bad experience and serivce
Very Very Vaery bad Company and Service. We rented the while MKT Limo for our wedding. The driver was crazy. First of all, he crashed the right side of the Limo into the hotel front sign and he didn't try to adjust his position, but he continued driving and everyone in the street was looking at him, but he didn't care. When we finished the cermony in the church, the car was outside, but the driver wasn't. We went looking for him for 15 min and he was smoking a cigarrete. Finally we arrived at the reciption right on time, then I found they charged me for an extra hour, I called and argued with them for three weeks untill I got the hour back, but they refused to refund me for the damaged car and I will take them to the court for that. Please please please stay away from this comapny. Very bad service, very bad customer service and very bad overall. It will ruin your event. -

Run the other way!
We had a really negative experience using Nationwide for shuttling between reception and hotel for guests on our big day. Frankly, it was one of the worst customer service experiences that I have ever had. There were issues with repeated charges on the credit card on file for the reservation. When I spoke to the office personnel, they were extremely rude over the phone. One of the managers actually told me to "be quiet", that he would "let me know when it was my turn to speak", and even called back to continue on after I finally disconnected the call. I would strongly discourage anyone from booking. -

I hired Nationwide Limo to provide wedding shuttle services and a limo for our wedding day. I could write a long, drawn-out complaint detailing why I would never recommend them to anyone needing wedding services, but I will sum it up in a few words: STRESS and DISAPPOINTMENT. That is the last thing any bride wants to feel on her wedding day, and I still feel resentment toward the company for basically calling me and my guests liars after I'd voiced my concerns. Biggest issues?
- One of the shuttle drivers called ME (the bride) several times prior to the pick-up time with questions about where she needed to be, and how many guests to expect
- Same driver had to be given directions by one of my guests on how to get to the ceremony location and back
- On the way back from the ceremony, she began driving in the wrong direction that led to my bridal party being held up for 45 minutes (the drive should've taken 20 minutes)
- Our contract stated that our personal DVDs would be played on the way to and from the ceremony, and our guests stated that NONE of the drivers played them (Note: This sounds like a minor detail, but it was one of the main factors why I hired Nationwide. The DVD included never-before-seen footage that took months to dig up and photo contributions from family members who could not attend)
- The man I worked with to sign the contract told me that water would be provided for ALL our guests. This was another deciding factor that made me choose Nationwide over other vendors. However, water was not provided (Nationwide later stated that they do NOT provide water for shuttles).
My interactions with the company regarding my concerns have also dropped this rating significantly. Because 90% of our guests were coming from out of town, transportation to/from the wedding was something that I wanted to be seamless and stress-free. For those needing wedding shuttles, I HIGHLY, HIGHLY caution you to stay far away from Nationwide. -

We were deeply disappointed in the service Nationwide provided us on our wedding day. There were several issues with the party bus and we do not feel it was up to par to the service we were expecting and paid so much for.
1. The bus was supposed to fit 30 passengers but barely fit 20 adults.
2. The air conditioning did not work on a 75 degree day. It was extremely hot on the bus and we had 2 very pregnant women on the bus, which served as quite a risk.
3. The driver dropped us off .5 mile away from the actual destination for our portraits and would not turn down the road when I told him we was at the wrong address so we had to walk through the city with 20 people to get to our destination.
5. Extra hours were quoted to be $100 and we were charged $250 for the extra hour.
This was a very important day in our lives and these issues were a huge nuisance on our day. We chose these services because of the reviews they had on Wedding Wire from previous customers so we are very shocked at this level of poor service. When we contacted them about our complaints it took them 2 months and 2 more follow ups to get a resolution and all we got was the $250 reimbursed for the extra hour.
Do not hire them for your wedding day! -

Instead of my wife and I getting to enjoy our drive as we left our reception, we were forced to call the driver and Nationwide dispatch many times to track down the shuttle. They repeatedly lied to me, my wife, and several guests about the shuttle\'s location. The wedding venue and staff were forced to stay past the time when our contract said we must vacate the premises. The wedding was at a fairly remote location in Leesburg, so everyone was basically stranded for over an hour. It was a disaster.\r\n\r\nI\'ve reached out to Nationwide several times since our wedding to resolve this. I spoke with one of its owners today who belittled me, yelled at me, and dismissed our claims by saying \"stuff happens.\" The company offered to give me a full refund if and only if I remove or heavily edit my negative reviews of the company on Yelp and Google. I\'ve also disputed the transaction with my credit card company. Do not, I repeat, do not hire this company for any service for any reason. I booked Nationwide for a limo for my bachelorette party. They showed up on time, but did not know where we were going or how to get there even though I provided this information days prior to the event. The driver did not speak fluent English which made our communication very difficult. I had to look up the address and the directions to our first stop. As we are traveling downtown, we tried to work the radio. It was broken. I asked the driver to help and he informed us that he does not know how to work the equipment. I called the manager and he was unaware of any issues. I had to have the driver turn around to go back to my house to get my ipod and ipod cord. We plugged it in before we left my house and it did not work either. No music on a night out for a bachelorette party. Then we began drinking, however, all the "glasses" were made of plastic and the bottoms kept falling off which spilled our drinks all over our dresses.
I contacted the company highly upset as we also hired this company for our limo and shuttle service for our wedding. We were guaranteed better service. Without even getting into it - the shuttle left me and the groom at the venue. Kye at Nationwide Limo and her manager Muhammed are the most unresponsive, unprofessional, rude, disrepectful people I have ever met or worked with. My coordinator also had the most difficult time working with them. I would never recommend this company. In fact, I can't believe they are still in business.
Last, but not least, the day before my wedding the company called to confirm my 11am pickup. It was not scheduled until 2pm. We went back and forth on the phone for fifteen minutes. The caller said he could not pick me up at 2. He said he would be there at 11 and hung up. -
