Natinel florist was hands down amazing! After interviewing several florists we decided to go with Nelly and Natinel florist and are happy we did as their floral decorations were spectacular. Natinel provided some beautiful florals for our wedding. Was very flexible when I needed changes for the tables or the cake. Stunning Floral Decor!
We booked Natinel Designs for our wedding on June 5, 2021 and we couldn’t be more happy with their work. Nelpha ensured that my wedding vision came to life and put together the most incredible floral décor for both our ceremony and reception. She was so easy to work with and was available to answer any questions. She was also very accommodating when I changed my mind about the centerpieces a few times. Floral décor is one of the most important aspects of your wedding day so it is important to book only the best! Her prices are reasonable and the quality of her flowers are outstanding. Everyone at the wedding was raving about how beautiful and elegant the centerpieces were! I can’t say enough good things about Nelpha and her team and will be sure to recommend her to everyone I know!

Such beautiful centerpieces and floral arrangements for our daughter’s wedding! Nelpha is AMAZING! She not only delivered by she executed our vision flawlessly. I made a few changes to the contract and she was so accommodating. The flowers were fresh and they looked and smelled amazing! They provided flowers for the cake, 30 flower vases, head table, 8 bouquets, 1 toss bouquet, 2 corsages, and 9 boutonniere. Nellie and her team are incredible. From our first meeting, she understood my vision perfectly. We had two other meetings where she sampled the arrangements to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. She was very accommodating since our plans changed a few times and adjusted the decor accordingly. She has a huge inventory of decor pieces, we used her acrylic arch, flower wall, cherry blossom trees, candelabrums. The wedding would not have been as beautiful as it was if it weren’t for Natinel Flowers. It brought us to tears!

We had our flower arrangements done with Natinel Designs and we couldn’t be happier! Nelpha, the owner, is there to make your dream into a reality. I wanted an extremely colorful wedding, and that’s what she gave us. She responds quickly to any questions you may have and carries out her job in a very professional matter. Also, just a side note: my wedding was in Port Saint Lucie. She’s based in Miami. She traveled for us, and gave us an amazing price especially because our guest count was almost at 300. Her and her staff are awesome. She won’t let you down!

The experience my husband and I had with this company was amazing! The bridal bouquet was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined and she worked hard to fulfil the vision we had for the wedding. The vibrancy of the floral arrangements were stunning, and many of our guests left with some of the table centerpieces. She also decorated an arch that we got married under, and it was breathtaking. Nellie was such a pleasure to work with during the wedding planning! On the day of, her assistants were FANTASTIC - I mean, to be honest, fantastic doesn't even begin to describe it. Besides delivering the flowers perfectly to the church, they helped adjust my veil and helped my father with his last minute adjustments before we walked down the aisle. I highly recommend Natinel. She did a phenomenal job with all the flowers, linens, and chairs at my wedding. I couldn't be happier. She is very understanding and explains everything really well. She explained how everything would work the day of the wedding so I did have to worry about anything.

Nelly and her floral designs for our wedding were spectacular! She was very helpful in suggesting recommendations as I believe everyone is a professional in their own field. I have my own taste for things, but greatly appreciated her non-intrusive comments as they helped my husband and I create a whimsical and romantic feel for our big day. Nelly is a sweetheart that I felt a connection with and she was willing to do anything to make me happy because she believes, "your wedding is your special day and should be what you want." I highly recommend her especially because she has great pricing too.

I was very happy with my flowers for my wedding! I had an image in mind for my flowers and after a couple attempts Natinel Designs hit it right on! The day of the wedding I noticed the wrong vases where brought and I freaked out; the team of Natinel Designs went back and brought the vases I wanted! I couldn't have ben any more grateful and happy! Everyone said my reception was beautiful! My flowers consisted of white/blush roses and hygrangeas and white falling phalaenopsis orchids they were gorgeous! My bouquet where white gorgeous roses and my bridesmaids were white hydrangeas! Everything was so beautiful! Thank you Nellie and her team for everything!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will continue to use them for my own event company.

We contracted Natinel Flower Designs for our wedding August 22, 2014 after we saw her work in another friends wedding. Nellie is a pleasure to work with and very responsive to emails. All our flower arrangements were beautiful!! The guest loved the centerpieces and I couldnt be any happier with my bridal bouquet. I still have it preserved because I loved it so much! She also provided a lot of extras at no charge. I highly recommended using Natinel Flower Designs.

We did the humongous flower arrangements all in white with hydrangeas and white roses. Absolutely stunning, everyone was talking about the flowers and this is all thanks to Nellie!! Where can I begin with Natinel Flower Design. They are AMAZING! From the moment that I met the owner, Nelly I knew she was the one. She shared my same vision and knew exactly what I was talking about. She always made herself available to answer any and all questions. Did I mention that she is the sweetest person?!? Now on to the flowers, everyone was in awe by my arrangements and thought that I spent a fortune on flowers. Oh and my bouquet, words cant even explain! She did an awesome and so detailed job. My wedding was on November 8th, 2013 and I used Natinel Flower Designs for my table centerpieces and for my bouquet as well as the bridal party bouquets. The centerpieces were GORGEOUS and my bouquet and my bridal party bouquets were AMAZING! GREAT customer service by Nellie and delivery was on time. She was very patient and very friendly to deal with. I am very pleased with the customer service given to me and with the look of the flowers and decorations. What beautiful flowers! Nellie is very creative and is able to add her artistic touch to the flower creation you desire. She knows which flowers are good for a bouquet (i.e., I wanted a flower that she said would wither and not look pretty), and she is phenomenal at arranging the flowers for the centerpieces. I was blown away by my flower trial! The centerpiece she created was beautiful and plentiful! They were exactly the same way the day of my wedding. Her prices are reasonable and she is easily reached by phone if you have any questions. She is charismatic and very personable. Nellie is also understanding if you want to change your arrangements prior to the wedding. She is punctual and responsible. I would look no further then Nellie for beautiful flowers!

I can't say enough about Nellie from Natinel designs! She did an incredible job! I had most of my meetings with her over the phone because I was planning from out of town. When I went to my trial I was afraid that it would not look like what I had imagined, but it was actually BETTER!! Nellie understood every detail of what I wanted. She took the time to talk to me, look at all the pictures I provided and made sure that she understood exactly what I wanted. The flowers at the wedding were stunning! I was truly satisfied with Natinel Flower Designs' work on my wedding day. the centerpieces were beautiful and elegant.. much better than what I expected.. they are very professional , punctual and the quality of the flowers are superior. All my guess had something to say about my centerpieces and my bouquet was just perfect. my wedding was on jan 23 ,2010 and you will not believe it but honestly, today on march 15th some of the orchids of my centerpieces that my mom brought home are still standing beautifully in some water with sugar to keep them alive as a reminder of how special and wonderful that day was for me. that should speak for it self as to how fresh the flowers were on that day....it was just perfect and very reasonable in prize for the beauty that i got.. thanks again natinel flowers for making that day so worry free and woderfull...you are the best

Nellie is a great florist, so accommodating and helpful, making recommendations based on her experience and my budget. My coordinator, J. Gabriel, brought us to her after meeting with about 5 other florists in Miami who were charging us $3-5K more than what Nellie charged us for the same or better service. Aside from doing an amazing job she coordinated and assisted J. Gabriel with the setup of tables, flower petals, candles, crystals... above and beyond what we had put on the contract. Very reasonable and transparent! We were blessed to have found her among all the other florists in Miami! We would absolutely recommend you at least go meet with her... you'll thank me!

Nellie was great to work with and even managed to deal with my changing of flowers ideas twice. Her price is great and my communication with her was always good. I know some brides could not reach her, but I was always able to by email. Only issue I had, she didn't have all the things I wanted. I wanted teardrop vases on the Archway for the ceremony with a small flower placed inside and submerged roses at the reception. Those two things were not there but on the contract. I didn't really notice them until the next day but, couldn't complain because the reception site was beautiful even without the roses.

Last Minute Miracle
I decided 6 days before my wedding to have a flower arch for the ceremony in case we needed to bring it indoors due to weather. Nelpha responded right away. I sent her some pictures of what I liked and she said she could make it happen. It ended up being nice weather but the arch was so beautiful and I’m glad we had it in the end. She was very communicative during the entire process and easy to work with. She really came through in a pinch so I can only imagine how great she would be if you had more time and needed a much bigger order.

I hired Natinel Designs because my wedding planner recommended her. I initially went to another florist who quoted me an exhorbitant amount of money and totally disregarded my budget. I then gave the exact same list of desired items to Nellie for a quote and her asking price was nearly half that of the other florist. She also set up a mock centerpiece for me (with table linens matching my wedding colors for the full effect) via skype since I lived outside of Florida at the time, and even through the grainy video her centerpiece took my breath away. I sent her pictures of everything I envisioned for my wedding and she delivered that on my wedding day. She was always reachable through email and responded quickly. The flowers at the church and at the reception venue were beautiful. So were the boutonieres and corsages.
My main gripe is with my bridal bouquet. It was a little smaller than the one I had sent her a picture of and it had fewer gardenias than I expected. The gardenias were also already browning when they were delivered to my house. In retrospect I think the size of the bouquet was fine, because it felt heavy by the end of the night! And gardenias do tend to go off, so maybe it's a good thing that my bouquet had fewer gardenias than I imagined. Maybe the florist knows best. And again, for the price, it's hard to complain. No other florist could match her price. In the end my bouquet photographed beautifully and I still think I got an overall great deal.

The flower arrangements looked beautiful! Nellie did a great job of selecting the perfect flowers for our color scheme. We had a mix of tall centerpiece bouquets and water columns flower centerpieces. The reception hall with the flowers just took your breathe away. There were options to pay for extra decorations including tulle bows and tulle draping as well. To help us stick within our budget she provided for us complimentary several things including plate runners and silver sweetheart table linen.
A word of advice--discuss with your florist ahead of time what the plan will be if it rains. Some may say no problem while others may refuse to put flowers out in the rain. As long as you are prepared for rain or shine you will be happy!

Nellie was great to work with. She worked with my budget, rather than telling me what my budget needed to be. I really appreciated that. We went with 2 different centerpieces, high and low. Nellie added a little more to the low centerpieces to make it look more extravagant, which was very nice of her. It looked like I spent twice as much as I did. My bouquet was absolutely beautiful. The bouts and corsages were nice as well. I had one small complaint about the bridesmaid bouquets, but Nellie offered to refund a portion of them since I wasn't 100% happy. However, months later, I never got it. Aside from that, I still recommend her.

Nellie was really helpful with getting our floral design together for our ceremony and reception areas. We really didn't know much about flowers and she helped us put our vision together. We had some confusion with one of the centerpieces that we changed during the trial, but everything turned out spectacular. She added flowers to our sweetheart table at no extra cost, since we were on a tight budget, our plan was to use the bridesmaids bouquets as decoration on the table. However, her idea was much better!!! Our ceremony space was beautiful and very simple, just how I wanted. Our centerpieces were also magnificent. Nellie did a really good job, I am really glad that we went with her.

My wedding day flowers were beautiful! Timeless, classic beauty...exactly how I envisioned it. Nellie was recommended to us by our wedding venue, and was great to work with. She works with every budget, and works to match your descriptions based on what flowers are in season, and what actually fits in your budget. She always had flower recommendations and plenty of ideas. She always seemed to know exactly what I was referring to, and to be honest, I was a bit hesitant that she actually "got it", but my wedding day proved that she really did. All of the details were exactly as I described, and exactly as I desired. She was timely in her emails and answered every question I had as the bride. She was also flexible, patient, and honorable.
I'm very grateful to Nellie for having made my wedding day so memorable for me and my family.

Nellie was extremely nice, accommodating and responsive. I was a destination bride and never got a chance to meet her in person or preview my flowers beforehand. We communicated well over email and she was flexible in cost. I would absolutely recommend her services. My bouquet was gorgeous and my guests gushed over how beautiful my centerpieces were; she even imported a special orchid I wanted for my wedding cake. Thank you Nellie for making my wedding day beautiful!!

Put everything in writing - we were promised many things in the end sent an updated contract with changes (two days before wedding) and was rude.
Flowers were beautiful but didn't have a runner I had to go buy my own and the bridal stage was not at all what we expected.

My wedding planning process with Nellie was great. She was in charge of my flowers and day of coordination. The sample she provided us with was so perfect...it was more beautiful then I had imagined...it consisted of white hydrangeas, clusters of medium to light pink roses with a few pale peach roses. She also gave us great ideas for sweetheart and other other tables showing us pictures of other wedding she had done. Unfortunately, the flowers looked NOTHING like anything she showed us on the day of my wedding. The centerpeices had very few dark pink roses and apparently she could not find the pale peach roses so she decided to spray paint roses orange to make up for this. The sweetheart and accent tables looked practically empty when they should've been filled with many floating candles and flowers. Not only were the flowers different from what was in the contract but the quality was terrible. Its taken me a while to write this review because I've never written a negative review before but everytime I look at my wedding pictures it reminds of how bad those flowers looked. Not only were the flowers a mess but Nellie did not pull through with any of the other details we had discussed. She lost one of our table numbers, when my wedding party asked her what order they come out to during their entrance she told them she did not know and that she was leaving very soon (while she was holding the list in her hand), she eventually did leave and left her assistant who was no where to be found. I spent my entire wedding running up to the DJ telling him when I wanted to do the cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc...when this was her job. When I called her the following week she blamed most of it on her assistant and promised me a refund which I only received part of. Nellie was one of the vendors that I thought I could really count on but I was very wrong.

Nellie, the owner of Natinel Flowers, was a nice person, but a difficult vendor to work with. We selected Natinel because of its reasonable prices. However, on two occasions, Nellie seemingly forgot about meetings we had set up with her, and then scrambled around to drive over to her shop and throw something together. She gave us many different versions of prices for the flowers, and it soon became apparent that she did not have a set price list but was just making the prices up as she went along. She was often unresponsive to emails, and later claimed to have not received them when I followed up with phone calls. Moreover, there seemed to be a pretty significant language barrier when working with her. She would send emails, invoices, and phone calls with a poor level of English which left us unsure of exactly what our deliverable would look like. She did put together a sample centerpiece for us as per the contract. But, as I mentioned, it was thrown together in one minute after she realized she forgot about the meeting entirely. By the time the wedding day arrived, I was very worried about the quality and service I would receive. Overall, the flowers she delivered at the event were decently nice, but due to the stress of working with her, I would not recommend her services.

Everything was going great until the wedding day. I had seen a sample of the centerpieces, so I was positive that the florist would have been able to deliver what I had asked for, mostly when I provided pictures of what I wanted. Well...my bouquet had nothing to do with what we discussed and the picture I sent her. I was even told that she didnt add the green leaves, because it was out of season! Only the centerpieces came right...The disappointment is so big that we would not recommend this vendor. The only good thing was she would answer emails fast, but what for if she didn't deliver...Nora & Umberto

When I first met Nellie I thought she was super sweet and was willing to work with our budget. We had seen many florist and weren't sold on them. I emailed Nellie pictures of all the table arrangements including, the arrangments for the cocktail room, my bouquet and how we wanted the alter. She did a trial arrangement and we agreed exactly how the cocktail and receptionist arrangments were going to look like. She even suggested additional things for the cocktail arrangement and we trusted her so we went for it. The night before was a total nightmare. She had forgot that there was a large arrangement for the cocktail room. If it wasn't for my wedding planner the arrangment wouldn't have arrived the next day. I spoke to her the day before to confirm and even sent her the pictures again that we took at the trail arrangement. She said it was never discussed and was not on invoice. Mind you I had been asking her for the updated invoice for 2 weeks. Instead of saying I'm sorry we will make sure it's there tomorrow, she didn't take responsibility for forgetting (which happens we're all human). Instead she responds with telling me well I'm a women and I have the right to forget things, what do you want me to tell you!? Could barely get a word in and she kept arguing. To me it's totall disrespectful especially when I am paying you for a service. The next day which was the wedding day, my bouquet with the bridesmaids and the groom and groomsmens boutonnieres never arrived to the hotel. When I had specifically told her weeks before what time with the address of the location. I was calling her on the day of the wedding while my photographer is taking photos of me, to ask where they were. Once again she had no idea what I was talking about and hung up on me. All this information was on the invoice. I had to call my planner to make sure Nellie had the flowers at the venue and make sure someone delievered them to my hotel. They arrived 2 hrs later, but no boutonnieres.

Worst Vendor Experience
Natinel Flowers is extremely unprofessional and at no point in us working together did I feel that they remotely cared about my event. Nelpha, blew off several meetings every chance she could, even those that were rescheduled in advance due to event complications, other 'important' things or she was 'too busy' to meet. There was always something more important for her to do when it came to dealing with my needs and requests, especially my request to see the flowers in person. I didn't even see her at my event, it was someone else that was there handling the delivery, it was completely disorganized, and my bouquets and boutonnières were delivered late. I am extremely disappointed in how my centerpieces turned out because there were flowers that I specifically asked not to be used and to see them on the day of my wedding was disrespectful and an example of how unaware she was to the details I asked for and discussed. I would not recommend this vendor to any friend after my experience simply because it one disappointment after the other to the point that I was worried if my event was going to be flowerless.

Vendor unable to deliver based on agreement and promised vision.
I want to express our deep dissatisfaction with this vendor and multiple aspects of the work that was not delivered as promised. Throughout our conversations with this Nelly (owner), I was very clear about my expectations, providing detailed pictures to ensure the look and feel I wanted. I was reassured repeatedly that the output would be magical and I trusted Nelly with one of the most important events of my life.
However, the results fell far below what was promised. The quality of the flowers was unacceptable—many were wilting or appeared old. My bouquet was disappointing, with the calla lilies bending, falling apart throughout the night, and their tips turning brown.
The entrance pathway with the 10 ft of candles we agreed upon was nonexistent; they placed only a handful of candle, something I could have done myself. The welcome mirror lacked the flowers and candle cluster we discussed. The seating chart was supposed to feature two floral arrangements and many candles, which were not delivered.
While the reception was nice overall, the floral arrangements were smaller than promised, and the royal table lacked the flower runner we agreed upon.
It’s not fair to promise clients something so important and fail to deliver. The work ethics of this vendor feel very out of balance, and this experience has left us feeling misled.

Never ever go to this lady for flowers! At first she seemed nice I gave her a chance after she booked an appt for me I sat there for30-40 mins and she never saw me. When I met with her a week later it seemed all good. Once the invoice was made she didn't respond to my emails, she actually moved locations without telling clients Very unprofessional. My experience was a nightmare! When I finally did speak to her 30 days from my wedding and told her about my changes She bad talked my other vendors because I had a change of theme and I wasn't using rentals with her. and that's not even the icing on the cake. I will never recommend this florist at all. I actually ended up getting SOME of my money back and going with another florist.

I would never want anyone to experience what i did on my wedding day so DO NOT choose this lady. First of all, when i first went to go check out the center piece at her office, it was not what i wanted at all. From the first meeting she told my mother and I, "If the center piece is not what you want we can set up mulitple appointments until it is right." Well she lied because after the first time we went and didnt like what was made, through email she said she was going to charge us how much it is for one center piece just to go and look at it to see if its right. From this moment I already felt this was a nightmare. On the wedding day, MY (the brides) bouquet was TOTALLY WRONG! when i was in her office she saved the exact picture of the bouquet i wanted in my file on her computer but yet she makes it totally different. Then we had written down on our contract for THREE corsages and she only brings one. the only two things that were right were the bridesmaids bouquets and the centerpieces. I would not recommend her to any bride because what bride puts all their confidence into someone that messes up more than one thing when it is all written down?!
