WOW. I honestly don’t even know how to begin expressing how incredibly grateful I am to have had Austin as our wedding videographer. From the moment we started watching our video, I was immediately hit with all the wonderful emotions I’d felt on our wedding day. Austin was able to transport us back to the day by not only expertly selecting moments and audio that meant the most to us, but also beautifully stringing footage together in a way that felt unique to our day. If you’ve watched wedding videos before, you know they often seem to follow a similar format and contain the same scenes. However, Austin is SO good at figuring you out as a couple that he will create a video that captures the day’s special moments without it feeling too monotonous or familiar to other wedding videos. The ability to capture someone’s special day the way Austin did is a true gift. I can tell that he truly put an immense amount of thought, time, and genuine care into making something special for us. He obviously has an incredible creative eye and impressive editing skills, but it’s the effort that he puts into capturing a couple’s love and the day’s vibe that I most admire. Austin is not only incredibly talented at what he does, but also an absolute dream to work with on a personal level. He is a truly humble and comforting presence, yet knows when to make jokes and loves to have fun. When I was stressed out during the planning or while getting ready, he was sweet enough to listen and offer up solutions to ease my stress. I could tell he genuinely cared about me getting to enjoy the day while letting him worry about the logistics. We were also able to be ourselves and in the moment in front of the camera because we felt so good and comfortable in his presence. He is truly a lovely person and I can honestly say that hiring him was one of the *best* decisions we made for our wedding! You will not regret hiring him; in fact, you will be overjoyed with the results if you do. Austin, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Austin and Natacha were an absolute dream to work with, we loved them!!! From the very first phone call to our engagement photos to our wedding day they made us feel so comfortable! Natacha was so helpful in talking me through what to expect throughout the day and working within our budget. They captured our day beautifully, we can’t thank them enough 💕 -

One of the most important vendors hired for any special occasion, is of course the photographer. Someone who cares as much about capturing every special moment as you do. THANK YOU, Napa + Destination for capturing our incredible day which we will remember for the rest of our lives!! Natacha and Austin did such an amazing job with our photos and video, words cannot even begin to describe. The time, energy, and thought that they each gave into capturing our wedding was unsurpassed. It's truly impossible for us to pick a favorite, as WE LOVE THEM ALL. Amazing, Kind, Professional, Everything You Could Ask For
Natacha is truly one of a kind. From our first consultation with her, my partner and I felt an instant connection. She is so kind, knowledgeable, and professional, all while providing a fun and unforgettable experience. We worked with Natacha and Austin for both our engagement shoot and our wedding photography and videography, and we are beyond happy with the results. Our photos are breathtaking and we will truly cherish them forever. They managed to capture not only the visual moments, but also the emotion behind the photos.
Not only were the pictures beautiful, Natacha and her team are the whole package. They coordinated with our venue and other vendors, helped us with timelines and ideas, and made the big day run so smoothly. They truly know what they are doing and it shows with every pose, every quick decision, and every suggestion. We are so so grateful for everything they did for us up to and on our wedding day. They were available to chat, throw ideas around, and consult with us as needed, and checked in to make sure we were all set and had all of the information.
We cannot recommend Natacha (and Austin and Katy) enough. They were one of the highlights of our wedding and we would work with them again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for everything! -

You NEED Natacha & Austin for your special day!
Where do I begin with Natacha and Austin…
They are wonderful inside and out. They are the type of people who you bring them around your family during a special event and everyone thinks you have known them for years.
Not only did I get the wedding photos and video of my dreams but my husband and I gained new friends along the way!
My wedding day did not go nearly as planned… I had every brides worst nightmare happen to my husband and I and Natacha and Austin rolled with the punches every little bit of the way and they delivered better than I could have imagined.
Natacha and Austin not only delivered and we’re amazing on my wedding day but they even came back the next day to recreate our “cocktail hour” photo shoot. We missed out on having that photo shoot and they made it
so special - they were NOT going to let us go home without getting our photos which I appreciated more than they will ever know. However, you would have never known looking at these photos that they were taken on two separate days!
These two are a perfect representation of Gods servants because I don’t know what I would have done without their kindness, grace, hospitality and humanity. I don’t know any other photographer and videographer that would come back the next day on their day off with their kiddos. My heart is so big for these two and I couldn’t recommend them enough times. You will not only get everything you have dreamt of in photos and video, you will also gain an amazing friendship and a photographer for life. -

Best photographer duo
Natacha and her husband are the sweetest couple and they work so well together! They’re so fun and I wouldn’t have had it any other way. Before the wedding Natacha helped me set up a timeline and gave me some tips and reassured me that she would make things easy the day of the wedding and she 100% followed through! She and her husband took beautiful photos that my husband and I will cherish forever. -

Best decision we've ever made! Natacha is the best at making you feel comfortable and forget the camera is there. Her experience, accessibility, professionalism and awesome personality made our engagement shoot, wedding planning and wedding day amazing. I wasn't one of those brides that had planned their wedding their whole life and Natacha provided guidance that I didn't even know I needed. She goes beyond just capturing amazing moments; she makes sure your entire experience is great! -

Lovely, talented photographer!
Natacha and her team were wonderful! Weddings can already be stressful normally but during the pandemic even more so. Natacha was flexible and made our special day that much better. Our engagement and wedding photos turned out beautiful and will help us remember our special day in the future. She caught some lovely candid moments as well! Natacha and Austin fit right in with all our guests and were a joy to have. You can't go wrong with hiring them for your wedding photos. -

Natacha makes you feel like family. As soon as we meet we instantly clicked. She made my entire experience unforgettable. We did both our engagements and our wedding photos with her through her package deals. The price was amazing for everything she offers and the day of experience was flawless. When looking for a photographer, my husband and I knew our main goal was to hire someone that was warm, easygoing, would work well with our sometimes goofy personalities, and an important one was someone who had a knack for capturing candid moments! We didn’t want just the “typical” wedding poses and photographs - of course we wanted to sprinkle some of those in too - but someone who was open and fun loving which would help us be our most comfortable selves in front of the camera. Natacha is all that and more!!! We had so much fun with her on our wedding day!! She was up for anything. We just got back our sneak peek pictures and we are in awe - tears in our eyes - she has such a gift and we know that this was the best decision we could have made to hire her to be our photographer. Not only do we love her style of pictures, but she is so easy to talk to, and is VERY responsive with questions etc!! She went above and beyond, met up with us twice even before the wedding to a location to pick a good spot for family pictures since she knew it was important to us. She didn’t have to do that, yet she did and now those precious memories of our pictures will last a lifetime. So so so grateful for her talent and her warmth! -

Simply Amazing!
Hands down the best wedding photographer I have come across! I have been in multiple weddings for friends and dealt with all sorts of photographers! So when I got engaged I went on the hunt for someone that fits our personality and crazy schedule! The hunt was over the first time I spoke with Natacha! She made everything come so easy. Her and her husband Austin (who did our videography) are extremely professional, even while building bonds and creating friendships! From the engagement shoot, to the day of the wedding she remained in contact with us. She knew exactly what we were looking for. 10/10 I do recommend! -

If you’re looking for a fun, honest, incredibly personable and talented vendor, look no further than Natacha Jolene Photography + Film! After making a ton of plans, not even a pandemic would hold them back from making our wedding photography dreams come true. Natacha is such an amazing, charming and incredibly flexible professional. We had our I nitial plans made, but because of all the uncertainty (Covid), plans were changed twice! You read that right. Not once, but twice from the original plans. Date, time and even location. She more than accepted and embraced our changes with an open heart. Not only that, but she, her wonderful spouse Austin (and who shares the same name as my husband) and lovely 2nd photographer Katie delivered wedding photos that were even better than what I, as a bride, had always dreamt of! Our original plans may not have been what actually came about, but it was even better and every ounce of love, fun and laughter felt that very day/night was perfectly captured. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts! We truly felt at home with you guys. -

I found Natacha early on in my wedding planning process because the photography was my top priority. Her Photos speak for themselves... so needless to say, i booked her as fast as i could! My fiancé and i had our engagement photos scheduled and when i asked if we could bring our dogs, and she said YES, i knew it was going to be a perfect fit! Two of her little ones tagged along with her, whom ended up playing with our dogs while we ran off for some couple photos. The whole experience was so relaxed and REAL, and Natacha is just the sweetest and most bubbly person I’ve met! And the photos..... WOW. exceeded my expectations! My fiancé and i can’t wait for our wedding and the amazing photos that will follow. -

I am sooo grateful to have found Natacha to shoot my engagement pictures AND upcoming wedding!!! Not only is she SUPER talented and has such passion in what she does, but she is an all around AMAZING person! Kyle and I have never taken any kind of professional pictures, so I expected this engagement session experience to be super awkward. NOPE! Natacha makes you feel like you've known her for years, like where have you been my whole life?? She made us feel sooo comfortable and made it super fun and enjoyable! I cannot put into words how amazing Natacha is! She was one of the first vendors I found and I am soooo god I did. She captured my wedding so beautifully and even after wedding continues to go above and beyond! I originally was not going to get video but glad we did! Elopement Magic
This is long so cliff notes for the ones who like short and sweet: amazing photographer - magic - book now - friendly - comfortable - helpful. Etc.
I can't begin to explain how perfect Natacha is as not only a photographer, but also a friend. This will be long, but it's worth it, so bear with me. My first photo experience with her was a personal shoot with my horses and dogs to commemorate turning 25! Quarter of a century! I was single, wild, and free. I wanted to remember that feeling. She captured it SO perfectly I knew there would be more bookings with her in the future. Then I was a bridesmaid in my best friends wedding, and I assured that bride that she HAD to book this queen photographer! She did, and once again the photos were incredible. I actually cried looking at most of them. Fast forward to the planning of my OWN wedding. We decided to elope. In the mountains, at the end of September. Should be ok weather right? NOPE! 30 degrees WITH wind chill!!!! And Natacha was right there the whole time! She even had to take a quick break to warm up her fingers cause they were so cold she couldn't click her camera! After a brief intermission, and some champagne bottle pops, it started snowing. YES. SNOWING. Natacha was even more excited then I was and caught some of the most beautiful pictures I've ever seen. There's not one person I've shared the photos with that didn't say something along the lines of "obsessed, amazed, magical, etc" And my day was exactly that, magic. Natacha caught all the magic that it was and I couldn't be more thankful.
