The Charger Limo was the best choice!
Jessica at Nashville Chauffeur made everything so easy from beginning to end. We had so much fun with our kids in the Charger Limo. Our driver was fabulous and everything was just perfect!!! Excellent service
We had a great experience with Nashville Chauffeur. They were extremely responsive and flexible. I originally scheduled for the wrong time and had no issues with changing our pick up time. Wedding/Late no red carpet, champagne as promised
Glen was 20-30 minutes late for the Wedding getaway. We were supposed to have red carpet and champagne. He did not do that. I really do feel that when you are picking up a Bride and Groom who are on a schedule you really should check things out ahead of time to make darn sure you know where you are going ahead of time instead of solely relying on GPS. The limo had cracked tint, and according to my son a couple things inside that were being held together with tape. They deny that there is tape on anything, The booking process was very easy and Ali Salman was very nice and helpful. The driver Glen was very nice and apologetic for being late, though of course that does not change anything. This was a wedding, and it should not have happened.He did get them to their destination safely after running over only one curb. I received an email asking me for a 5 star rating, so prior to giving them a review I emailed them to let them know how things went, and they apparently already knew. They blamed the gps in the limo, and told me Glen was new and said he forgot about offering the red carpet and champagne. They did not offer anything to make up for this less than perfect experience, just said thank you for being patient with the new driver and asked us to please give them another try in the future. Professional Driver
Our driver was on time and worked with us on everything we needed.

Disappointing
I absolutely hate to leave such a low review because the girl who answers the phones and sets up the rides was incredible. Unfortunately, my experience was not incredible, and I am fed up with being ignored by her managers who always say they will call me and never do. We hired a limo to pick up our foster daughter and her friends from school as a sweet sixteen birthday surprise. The driver was over 45 minutes late to picking them up, so the novelty of getting picked up by a limo in front of the whole school was no more. I could have forgiven that but the ride was not any better. I should have known something was wrong when our drivers were switched multiple times before and on the day of the event. The AC did not work on a day that was 80 degrees out (March 3rd 2022), the driver wouldn’t let the kids listen to their music, he didn’t take them down broadway (he was specifically told to take the kids on a tour of downtown. The kids told me he drove them to a wing spot and took some pictures and that was it), and he dropped the kids off at our agreed upon location (Dave and Busters) early … so I paid for a specific amount of drive time, the guy was late and dropped off early, meaning I didn’t get all of the drive time that was paid for. The driver was unpleasant to the kids, along with everything else he gave them a hard time about having snacks in the limo, snacks that the girl who booked my appointment said they could have. I called to complain that same night. I was told I would get a call from a manager the next day. I called again a couple of weeks later and the poor girl thought the situation had already been taken care of. She apologized and promised a call from a manager that never came in. I’ve sent emails that went ignored. It’s been over two months and rather than communicate with me to try and correct their wrong, they have ignored me.
