The best wedding coordinator!!
Naydia is awesome, professional, energetic, highly detail-oriented, and super sweet!! She was extremely responsive to my emails and texts whenever I needed her advice during my wedding planning. From the beginning, I could tell she was very efficient and organized with her planning process. She helped map out my wedding day and shared her Google doc with me in order for us to have a cohesive plan. I thoroughly enjoyed interacting with her via phone on the logistics of the wedding day and as much of a mess that I was with trying to meet my vendors' deadlines, Naydia always seemed to calm my nerves and assured me that everything will work out. On the day of my wedding, Naydia arrived early and got right to setting up. She kept me in the loop during the setup phase and asked for my input with issues that came up along the way. When I arrived at the reception room and cocktail area, I was blown away by her beautiful arrangements of the decors!! She was extremely helpful with keeping us on track with the timeline when we were falling behind. She was everywhere making sure that everything was in order. We ran into an unexpected issue where some of the guests became belligerently drunk early into the reception. She helped mitigate the situation. I don't know what I would have done without her. My reception was fluid and seamless because of her. My guests complimented me on my beautiful flow of events but it was majorly due to Naydia doing behind-the-scenes navigating. At the end of the night with me being up for 24 hours straight, I went back to the bridal suite to find my decors neatly packed by Naydia and her team in their respective bags. I highly recommend Naydia and am grateful for her in executing my perfect wedding day!Naydia is awesome, professional, energetic, highly detail-oriented, and super sweet!! Fairy Godmother
Naydia was definitely our guardian angel / fairy godmother who helped make our wedding day a dream come true! She kept a close eye on the tiniest of details, made sure all of our vendors were up-to-date on the timeline, and kept the bride and groom from going crazy from wedding planning stress! I'm so glad I chose Narimay Events as my wedding planer. Naydia is very organized, detail-oriented, and responds quickly to any questions you may have. From our very first meeting, I knew she would make my special day run smoothly. There were so many details I wasn't aware of when planning a wedding and Naydia made sure everything was covered. She also made sure that I had a stress-free wedding day. Naydia and her team are so amazing. They went above and beyond my expectations. You will not be disappointed if you chose Narimay Events for planning and/or coordinating any special event.I'm so glad I chose Narimay Events as my wedding planer. hands down one of the BEST decisions I made for my intimate wedding was to hire Narimay Events as my wedding coordinators. I was planning long distance and needed a lot of help, and Naydia and Stephanie were unbelievable. They seemed everywhere and nowhere at once. They helped with little things like pinning my veil to my head, to bigger things like setting up the dessert display, my escort card display, making sure everyone is seated, to helping hustle and get my ceremony started on time, and then everyone back to the reception. They made sure I got my food plated before everyone else went to the buffet line, they took care of my bouquet, and I'm sure they did so many other things.
Naydia was my main point of contact and was a source of calm throughout the process. She was very detailed and thoughtful in all her questions.

Naydia was an awesome event planner all around. She was our day of coordinator.
First off - Neither my husband or I had had any close friends get married so we didn't have much "experience" to rely on, so Naydia's advice was super helpful. And we are glad we listened to her advice!
As for the day itself. She is super observant and just knows what to do and is a quick problem solver. (ie: I had printed our seating charts a bit off but she quickly moved guests around and got us going.) We also ran out of food at one point and she was able to get more food out in no time! She adapted our agenda to delays, wedding video bugs (even fixed the computer). We also had given her some instructions ahead of time as to how to set up/what to set up and everything was done perfectly :) and beyond my expectations. Best of all, I didn't have to worry! She thought of everything and was very resourceful.
After the wedding, they hung around and cleaned up for us, shooed us away to rest, and loaded all our stuff in our cars =].

There are no adequate words to describe what Narimay Events did for me and my husband. Naydia and Steph made the wedding planning process fun, exciting, rewarding and ultimately, far less stressful! :) They continuously challenged us to think outside the box, sparked our creativity, and most importantly, supported our ideas because they really wanted to ensure that our wedding was very personal and an accurate reflection of us as a couple.
Besides being tremendously supportive, they literally organized our entire wedding from top to bottom. Early on, they helped us create our budget and provided us with a schedule of key milestones, which they sent to us in small batches as each deadline approached. Even though we started planning our wedding over a year ago, the time really flew by fast, so the organizational tools they created for us became super instrumental in helping us as the wedding got closer. Naydia and Steph were both quick to adjust and flexibly revise anything in the schedule and to-do list as the day got closer. They both provided us with invaluable insight as to how much we could expect things to cost, where we could purchase certain things, wedding traditions, etc. Naydia even helped us purchase some of the materials for our crafts and gave us suggestions for different crafts we could pursue! Their experience in event planning speaks for itself, as they always had ALL of our bases covered - and even accounted for key details I missed (i.e. designating a gift collector, a clean-up person, etc).
Our wedding day ran incredibly smoothly - everything was on schedule, guests were happy, and me and my husband were calm and relaxed! We were able to freely enjoy our wedding because we knew we were in such good hands! Naydia and Steph were both ALWAYS there for us - one of them was at every single one of our venue meetings and even most of our vendor meetings - and they were both always just an email, text, or phone call away. Naydia was a life saver, or should I say wedding saver. She helped me in every stage of my 2 year planning for my destination wedding in Downtown Disney. I thought I may have been able to do it on my own, but I would have been sadly mistaken. Without Narimay Events, their eye for detail and experience my wedding would have been a mess. And on top of all of this Naydia is one of the sweetest and most sincere people I've ever worked with. Thank you so much!Naydia was a life saver, or should I say wedding saver. I'm big on details. I love hashing out every single detail of every single moment. I had pretty much the entire wedding day planned out, and was actually a bit reluctant to call on anyone to help on the day-of because I felt so prepared. How HAPPY I was that I ended up asking Narimay Events to help me! The wedding day was nothing short of AMAZING because of the wonderful help from Naydia and Stephanie. Let's get into some details:
(1) I started working with Narimay about a month before the wedding. At this time, I thought I had all of the details covered. Turns out... I wasn't even close! They brought such a unique perspective and even had templates to use, suggested some songs to play (I hadn't thought of that detail), and brought up some important questions I needed to ask the vendors.
(2) Remember how I said that I thought I had all of the details covered? I also thought that I'd be the go-to person on the wedding day if anyone needed anything, had questions, etc. I figured that it was all covered, so I wouldn't be called on much. We DID have a lot covered, but, there are SO many people to coordinate on the actual day - I had no idea. There are big things like greeting all of the vendors (who, by the way, come in at all hours of the night) to small things like "we're about to cut the cake. Where's that cake knife that you brought?" I AM SO THANKFUL Narimay Events was there to take care of all of these questions - big and little. It left me and my husband to enjoy the night - 100% hassle free! I can't even imagine what would have happened if they weren't around. There likely would have been nonstop aggravation. Narimay was so professional, so cheery, and so so helpful.
(3) All Narimay Events wants to do is make sure your event runs smoothly; they are the epitome of "the customer comes first." They are amazing and are 150% recommended!
