Our wedding cake was perfect! Everyone loved it! It was beautiful and exactly what we wanted. We had the cake through a package with Tuscany Falls but would have gone here otherwise as well. My parents had their wedding cake made here 35 years ago and now I had mine from here. Fabulous bakery.

The wedding cake Naples Bakery provided was the best wedding cake I've ever tasted. It was light and moist even a month later as we finished the last piece (that had already been frozen and thawed). The cake was decorated exactly as we had requested and was delivered exactly on time. Thanks for being a part of our very special day. Lynn & Peter

I had my wedding reception at the Orland Chateau so my cake was included. I super happy to hear my cake was included but when I heard I had to go to this one bakery called Naples I wasn't to happy. I had always wanted to be able to pick out my our bakery, so we went and tried the cake. oh my it was so good I felt like the Chateau was setting me up. How can the cake be included and it be so good!!! Well it was be did a raspberry and a chocolate man was it good. Might not wait until that one year mark before eating it again! I showed them a picture of what I wanted the cake to look like and I drop off the ribbon and cake topper. It turned out so beautiful! I would order from them again!

We ordered our wedding cake from Naples Bakery. The bakery was flexible & able to make the cake as I wanted it designed. It was beautiful and was super delicious. There was not a slice left at the end of the night. Our guests were very, very pleased. Thank you Naples Bakery!

We had a great experience with Naples bakery. The cake was included in our venue package, but we stopped in at the bakery several times for a tasting and to pick a design. The first time we stopped in we were very indecisive and had no idea what we wanted. The staff was very patient and reviewed pictures with us and explained all the options. We decided on a 4 tier with ribbon, cascading sugar flowers and silk flowers on top. They asked us to find some examples on Pintrest and email them. I completely forgot and they called to remind us to send examples. I was worried after I had dropped off the silk flowers

Oh, the cake! It was SO good. We had a chocolate cake with raspberry filling and chocolate mousse. It was AMAZING! Our top of the cake is sitting in our freezer taunting us everyday...until a year from now. We picked up other bakery treats every time we went in there to take care of something. It was DELICIOUS!

The staff were great as well!

Naples was part of my platinum package at my venue. My husband and I went for tastings and knew they were the one. All of our guests raved about how good the cake taste. I am so happy we chose Naples. Great staff and delicious cake!! Thank you Naples Bakery.

Very good cake. They customized it the way that we wanted it. They only drawback was the fact that they actually want you to freeze the top layer; whereas a lot of other bakeries will order you a fresh cake for your year anniversary.

I had first tasted Naples' cake at a wedding expo, which was two layers of yellow cake, one layer of chocolate, raspberry mouse and chocolate cream. I fell in love with it, it was absolutely divine! So, I ordered it for my bridal shower. It was such a hit, even a couple of friends that don't usually like cake LOVED this cake. So, I decided to get it for my wedding and of course, it was a hit there as well. They also hold tastings right inside the bakery. I even received a 15% discount. This is a high quality bakery and highly recommend their cakes.

my cake looked and tasted fantastic... people commented on how beautiful and classy our caked looked... it tasted awesome.. we had yellow cake chocolate mousse chocolate cake cannoli filling and yellow cake... The whole cake was ivory in color..

Naples did a wonderful job on our wedding cake. We live in Florida and it was very easy to contact Naples and order everything over the phone. We had visited the bakery before while visiting and had looked through the catalog and did a taste test. I do not usually eat cake at weddings because it is usually dry and even sometimes bland. I had so much of our cake though! It was so moist and fresh with cannoli filling and the frosting was so good. We picked a fairly simple design but they did a beautiful job. It was also reasonably priced. I definitely recommend this bakery!

When I got married last September, we used Garden Chalet as our reception spot. A cake from Naples Bakery was included in the cost. Naples is an old fashioned bakery in that they are more concerned with a cake tasting great than looking flawless. You won't find any fondant here. However, I have to say that I think my cake was one of the most beautiful parts of my wedding. I had fallen in love with a cake I found on Pinterest. Despite my blue wedding, I wanted a pink cake with flowers cascading down. Naples doesn't make sugar flowers, but they allowed me to bring in silk flowers that I ordered off of Etsy. Their arrangement was gorgeous. It was definitely way better than I even imagined when I brought in my shoe box of flowers. I have an expression of pure joy in the picture of me walking in and seeing the cake for the first time. The cake was layers of vanilla, chocolate, raspberry mouse, and chocolate mouse. It was heavenly.

The MOST BEAUTIFUL cake I have ever seen was provided to us by Naples. I wanted square tiered with purple dots and silver ribbon. They put everything together for us and the cake tasted absolutely delicious and I personally think wedding cake is usually gross. The cake was moist and the buttercream frosting was homemade with fresh fruit inside. I would highly recommend Naples to anyone looking for a wedding cake.

Naples Bakery is simply the best. Jennifer and John are amazing to work with. They helped us create our dream cake and also did a sweet table at our wedding. Everybody was talking about our cake all night. I highly recommend including the cannoli filling in at least one of your layers!

We used Naples Bakery for our wedding cake and it was wonderful. The cake was delicious and they were very accommodating with what I wanted. I had a picture of what I was hoping for and it looked better than I could have imagined. They were very helpful when we went in to pick out the cake and let us try any flavors we wanted. Our vendor had a realtioship with Naples, so we had to get out wedding cake here (or pay extra). We really wanted to use a local bakery, but after we went in for our cake tasting, we were sold! They use a mix of whipped and butter cream frosting which was perfect for us because we don't like frosting in the first place, especially really sweet frosting. It was light and delicious! The cake and filling options allowed us to create a unique cake for our wedding and received great reviews from our guests. Not to mention, it looked abslutely gorgeous!

I absolutely loved my wedding cake, although I didnt really have too much time to enjoy it. Naples did a beautiful job decorating it and the staff was friendly and helpfull. I would recommend them.

My fiance and I tried another bakery before we went to Naples. The other bakery charged us for a sample, didn't make the sample correctly, and then the cake tasted terrible. When we got to Naples, they sat us down and immediately brought out a free sample of cake that tasted divine! When it came to decorating the cake, they offered to match the color of the decorations and frosting to any swatches I might have. The cake was beautiful and we got lots of compliments about how good it was from all our guests. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Also, their prices are fantastic! They seemed far lower than anywhere else we looked.

The cake was beautiful and looked exactly how I pictured it. When we went for our tasting I had a picture with me of what I wanted and they had a similar cake in their display. However, their cake was square and I wanted round. They said no problem. I did have to bring in my own ribbon and flowers for the cake which I didn't think was right, but I got them super cheap and Michael's so it wasn't that big of a deal. The person who helped us with our tasting was very nice and patient with us and even went in the back to make more of a flavor we wanted to try that they ran out of. We even ordered dessert to bring home with us after the tasting!

The cake was amazing! It was very reasonably priced...they even gave us a discount since our reception was at one of their preferred sites! I still have friends (3 weeks after) raving about the cake! DELICIOUS!!!!!! So many people were upset that there wasn't more cake because it was so good! The staff is helpful and friendly and their cake is amazing! Prices are also very very reasonable! There was no other baker that was willing to charge me $500 for a 5 tier cake... and did I mention it was delicious?!? Excellent sweets for a great price!

When I first got engaged, the only thing I wanted to do was to go cake-testing! When I found out that our reception hall included cake from Naples Bakery, I got very excited. I called them to see if we could do some cake-testing, and they had so many opportunities to come do it!

At my wedding itself, I wasn't able to eat the cake until 11pm (towards the end of the evening because I was dancing so much). The cake was AMAZING, and I actually had two slices!

Two words: Cannoli Filling.

We had the most amazing wedding cake. It was huge, I didn't expect it to be so big.

We originally were going w/ another bakery w/ more cake flavor options but had to cancel due to horrid customer service.

So glad we went to Naples. We had a simple yellow cake with Cannoli filling & it was to die for.

The girls taking the order were sweet & helpful. We told them our theme & they offered up immediately a design their own sister had. We were shown pictures & knew that was our cake.

We also ordered cookies & pastries which were beyond amazing. Get the tri colored cookies that taste of almond & are chocolate coated. Holy cow!

We got more cake for less that the original bakery we backed out of. Everyone commented on how good the cake was.

The cake was beautiful. It was exactly what I wanted. The cake topper was pretty heavy and they put extra board for support. All I had to do was ask. The cake was delicious...probably the best cake I had ever eaten and the price was unbelievable. I love this bakery and would recommend it to everybody.

Naples did such a good job on our wedding cake. We chose a present style cake which was square and three tiered. It was gorgeous exactly what I dreamed of. We chose the combination cake which was a layer of yellow, a layer of fresh strawbedrries, a layer of chocolate, a layer or vanilla cream, and another layer of yellow cake. I did not get to eat much of it the day of due to my caterer (pierrer's please don't use them!) who either served it all or threw it away, but that's all in another review! My guest coudn't stop raving about the cake. They are all telling me how moist and delicious it was. When we tasted and ordered the cake it was very good and very cheap. $305 for cake, setup, and delivery. Plus no extra charge for fresh strawberries. Print out the online coupon they have it helps alot! The only complaint that I have (and it really isn't a complaint) is I just wish someone would have told me that there was cardboard used on top of the tiers. We went to cut the first slice and the knife wouldn't go through. We rub the icing off the first layer and realized that it was cardboard. I almost cried because I thought it was a scam at first but something said poke the knife in the middle of the layer and sure enough it went right in! What a sigh of relief right!?! We will definately be using them for the exact same aniversary cake next year!!!!!!

Naples did an excellent job with out cake. It was a four tiered chocolate cake with cannoli filling. It arrived on time and was beautifully decorated. Plus it was delicious. I only wish I had more time on my wedding day to enjoy it, but all my guest said they loved it!

Not only are their cake prices MUCH cheaper than the 'per slice' places in Chicago, but their cake tastes better too! They worked with the design I gave them, and we ended up with each layer having different fillings and cake flavor. They offer a 15% off wedding cake coupon- you should use it!

Naples did a beautiful job on our cake. It arrived to the reception hall on time and was absolutely delicious. We had a beautiful 5 tier cake for about 200-250 guests and everyone was satisfied. There was even enough cake for us to be able to take home the top tier. They also do discounts with several reception halls in their area. I would definitely recommend them to all brides.

Naples made our wedding cake and our sweet table. Everything was delicious! We got to design the cake exactly how we wanted it and they didn't add any additional charges! It was the best cake I've ever tasted and the sweet table was beautiful and tasty! The price was unbelievably reasonable. I highly recommend Naples Bakery. My family has used Naples for over 40 years. We spent $225 on the cake including delivery and had a wedding of 150 guests. The price for the sweet table was a gift from my parents, so I don't rememebr the price.

Naples did an amazing job on our cake. We had them pipe chocolate frosting on the cake so that it looked like branches and they incorporated some of our flowers onto the cake since we had cherry blossoms as our theme. The cake was awesome. We had canoli and strawberry mousse filling. It was so tasty once it all came together. They have been in business for years, and now I know why! They were excellent.

Dont always go by first impressions. In tasting samples it was hit or miss but the finished product exceeded evrything I could have hoped for. I was able to choose from the styles they offered and my cake was gorgeous. Looked like something from HGTV. You really cannot miss out on their pastries they are to die for had them at by bridal shower simply sinful. Since my reception venue offered them as the bakery as part of the package we got an exceptional deal, which was well worth it. Thank Naples it was sinfully delicious.

The cake was delicious and the staff at the bakery were very helpful. They really assisted us with our choices and are reasonably priced. However, if you want a custom cake with a fancy design to it this is probably not the best bakery.

I saw a picture of a wedding cake in a magazine that was appealing to me but I did not like all of the details, I went into Naples Bakery and looked at their portfolio and saw a cake I liked but I wanted to incorporate some of the details of the cake I saw in the magazine. The lady I dealt with was very nice, and she listened to my ideas and with her hekp, she created the cake of my dreams. It was beautiful and we received a lot of comments on it. I haven't seen the professional pictures of it yet, but I can't wait. It tasted good as well. I had a four-tier cake at a very reasonable price. I would highly receommend this bakery.

A wedding cake with Naples Bakery was included in our reception package with Garden Chalet. Our cake turned out beautifully and perfect and tasted delicious! The only reason I'm giving it a 4.5 on flexibility is because at our first visit, the person we met with to discuss our options and ideas gave us the feeling that we did not have much flexibility in what we wanted or what they could do because of the package rate with the reception venue. We did understand that they do not work with fondant, so there are limitations to designs when it comes to butter cream frosting, but we prefer cream frosting to fondant anyway. However, when we went another time this time meeting with a different person, she seemed more knowledgable of the package deal and gave us more options. She showed us the book we looked at the first time but also gave us another book with many more examples. We understood our pricing limit with the package and knew if we wanted more we would have to pay the difference which was fine with us. We showed her pictures of some ideas and came to an agreement on flavor, filling, design, shape, and color. We also chose to add on ribbon to go around the bottom of each tier which they were able to provide. We were very happy with our second, deciding visit as well as the end result. We loved our cake :) Naples also provided a lot of the dessert with our reception package like creme puffs, eclairs, canolis, chocolate covered strawberries, and many other pastries. They were all delicious.

Our wedding cake was so gorgeous!!! We brought a picture that we found online, and they matched it perfectly! The amount of compliments that we received was outrageous! The cake was not only gorgeous, but so delicious! We would recommend this place to anyone! And they delivered it right to the venue. That's just one less thing to have to worry about on the big day! My wedding was May 2, 2015. I booked my reception with Georgios Banquets and Naples Bakery was in our contract for the cake. I am so glad it was! The cake was amazing! The process of booking the cake was so easy. You do not need an appointment, which is so helpful! Go in for a tasting and the ladies go over everything with you. We choose a chocolate and vanilla layered cake with strawberry preserves and chocolate filling. Guests are still commenting on how good the cake tasted! I will definitely go back in the future for more cakes! Thanks Naples Bakery!

We ordered a Chocolate cream, and banana cream cake. The taste was incredible! However, they put a huge plywood platform in the middle to hold the cake up the slices of cake were not very big at all. Not pleased with the design either. Value for money was good.

With our package with venue, Naples was the bakery providing the cake. We went there for cake tasting and picking out which cake we wanted. I was kind of disappointed as I wanted a fondant cake but oh well...I had never been to a cake tasting and we tasted the first thing that they handed to it and it was delicious, we didn't try anything different! We picked out our cake and was done. The only thing that I was disappointed in was that the color of our cake was suppose to be cream and it was like a butter color which really wasn't that pretty, but oh well! Naples is an old-fashioned bakery like my grandma worked in years ago, and I would recommend them even though I was disappointed in the cake color - but a minor, minor thing - really!

We were so happy with our wedding cake from Naples! They did such a beautiful job! It was a 3 tier white frosted cake with white swirls and a few dots mixed in. They put purple flower petals to match the bridesmaid dresses on the top of the layers. With my bride and groom cake topper, it was so lovely! We chose 2 layers of chocolate cake with chocolate butter cream and vanilla butter cream fillings.So delicious! Also, the reception hall we chose (Garden Chalet in Worth) includes the cake in with the price - so we didn't have to pay anything extra.

Probably the best wedding cake I've eaten!!

Initially the young "consultant" we spoke with said they couldn't do the design I wanted, but I loved the taste of the cake we decided to change our design...thankfully I spoke with a more experienced person closer to my wedding date and after speaking with the actual baker/decorater they agreed to do my original design. It came out great and tasted even better! we had 2 different flavors - yellow cake with lemon mousse and strawberry mousse (yum!) and chocolate cake with chocolate mousse (yum yum!!!). the buttercream frosting and mousse fillings were light (not too sweet) but full of flavor!

both cake flavors were absolutely delicious, but the chocolate was my favorite!! I would highly recommend Naples for the best tasting wedding cake you'll ever eat!

The cake was beautiful and tasted even better. It was so rich and moist I wanted more!

The staff at Naples Bakery worked with me every step to get the perfect wedding cake. I did not make it easy...I changed my mind a few times but never did Naples staff complain.

Naples will forever be the place to order cakes and desserts!

Naples was able to provide an exact replica of a picture that I brought to them. They allowed me to taste all of the different cake and filling flavors. Their prices fit my budget, even after paying for delivery to the hall. The cake was delicious and we received many comments on the appearance.

Through my banquet hall I was given a cake for my guests. Choices were for me to go to the bakery and pick what I wanted. I had a vision of how I wanted my cake to be decorated...... They did it. It was a beautiful cake. It actually was very good as well..... YUMMY....

I honestly went in with the thoughts of wanting a red velvet cake, I wasnt given that as part of my options.... but that might be the agreement that they have set up with the banquet hall. I ended up getting half vanilla and half chocolate. They did let me taste a sample of fillings and flavor of cake. The cake was great and yes yummy.

The only thing that I didnt like was that the person helping me wasnt too knowledgable and had to keep going back and forth to ask questions... I am glad I had a vision cause the girl wouldnt of been able to help me if I didnt.

Overall..... I really would recommend Naples Bakery the cakde was beautiful, my florist added fresh flowers and it was yummy.

We were referred by our banquet. The cake tasting was really hard to make, thier hours were not accomidating but we mange after three times of trying to get in. I was always told that they were to busy to have another couple to do any cake tasting. But once I got in it was worth it. Our cake taste delicious and looked beautiful just as we expected.

Our venue, Orland Chateau, has a contract with this bakery and includes the cost of the cake in with the food, which was actually pretty helpful...the cake ording process was pretty easy....we went there a week before our wedding and choose the cake and flavors and that was the end...not much planning or choices....but the cake turned out very pretty and delicious...so no complaints here...

The cake I ordered was not the cake I recieved. It did not look like the picture that I provided to them. I paid extra for ornate details that I did not receive. The cake tasted good though.

While the cake was delish, it did not look how I expected the day of our wedding.. we had asked them to put ribbon around it and the seems were all over the place instead of all on the "back" of the cake.. honestly I was disappointed. Also, the two people that I worked with to decorate the cake weren't really nice, they seemed extremely annoyed with what I wanted for my cake although it wasn't that difficult and I provided pictures..

The cake was good. They did not have fondant available. The cake was beautifully decorated. My experiences inside of store was not very good. I felt ignored and then rushed. Considering that the cake was included in my package at the venue, it was fine.

My family has always gone to Naples for sweets, so I knew from the start that I wanted Naples to do my wedding cake. The employee who took our order seemed very knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions. I guess the one question we didn't think we needed to ask was whether or not we were going to receive a real or fake cake. And I'm still not entirely sure what happened, when my husband and I went to cut our cake we met a wood block. Our videographer came over and suggested maybe we had a fake cake and he had to show us where to cut. We ended up scraping out a little clump of cake to feed each other. Also, we thought we were advised appropriately on how much cake we needed to order, but when the cake was going out to our guests, we ran out of cake. While the cake was delicious, I feel disappointed in the quality of service we received.

Manager raised her voice at my wife when we called because the cake they made was not the one we ordered for are wedding..had to drive to naples and finally we recorded her saying ok we gave you the wrong cake but at least you got one I'll give you 10 dollars ....What????Do not go there!!!!
