The best at what they do!

We hired Nancy’s Catering and Events for my daughter and son in law’s destination wedding. Jessica was amazing! She went above and beyond to help me. She had great communication through out the wedding planing process. She was so helpful the day of the wedding too! I went to her several times to ask her opinion on things at the venue and how to keep things running smoothly. The food was amazing also! The 2 helpers she had with her that day were polite and professional. Would highly recommend hiring Nancy’s Catering!

Still Dreaming About the Food…

Nancy’s Catering blew me away. From the other weddings I’ve been to, I feel like wedding food can be hit or miss. I woke up the next morning craving our wedding food again, it was phenomenal! We had a vegan/gluten free wedding and Nancy’s went above and beyond to make our dream menu for us and I still can’t believe how good the food was. All of our guests are stoll raving about it as well, and ate every last crumb we had. We had v/gf eggplant parmesan (the best I’ve ever had), impossible burgers, and pasta primavera in a cream sauce with roasted potatoes and roasted corn/broccoli on the side. They also took so much time and care to make sure all of the food was catered to any and all dietary restrictions. If you want to guarantee your wedding food will be a hit, this is the place.

Delicious food! Great service

We ordered breakfast and dinner for our wedding! The breakfast was absolutely amazing. We had tons of leftovers and the cinnamon rolls are huge! Dinner was also amazing! The sweet potatoes was my favorite!

Delicious food and the utmost professionalism

The food was perfect. Absolutely delicious and when you're catering for a large party like our wedding, that's not a particularly easy task, but they pulled it off seamlessly, and every plate was practically licked clean! Superb!

The best option!

We enjoyed our wedding so much, and a lot of our family is foodies, they said it was so delicious, they were very impressed, we got bacon wrapped scallops, and stuffed potatos, and devilled eggs during our cocktail hour and had Pancetta stuffed chicken and Pecan Grouper with garlic mashed potatos and green beans, it was lovely and perfect for the occasion, plus the bar of WINE and BEER made the night so refreshing and everyone was relaxed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Above and Beyond

My wife Katie and I conducted multiple tastings attempting to find the right team to cater our wedding. From the moment we did the tasting we knew Nancy's would be the selection. We did tastings with four different vendors and Nancy's tasting was above and beyond the rest. From that moment on we knew they would be perfect and they were. Great service, great communication. We did not need to remind them of anything, double check anything, they responded quickly to changes and never missed a beat. Thank you so much to the team of Nancy's, worth every penny. Best food I have ever eaten!

Nancy’s catered our wedding 7/20. Not only was their service amazing but the food was incredible. My especially picky wedding guests and family members were going back for extra portions of almost everything. We’ve had several people ask who did the catering and if it’s possible to get more of their incredible prime rib. Beyond the show stopping food, Dina was communicative and helpful. She never missed a beat. I would 100% recommend having them cater your wedding.

Nancy’s Catering & Events - Wedding

I hired Nancy's to cater my weeding and could not have been happier. Everything was perfect. All of the guest raved about how wonderful the food was. Not only was the food wonderful but staff was exceptional. There was never a dirty plate or glass anywhere to be seen and anytime. Macky was our event coordinator and she walked us through the whole process. She made sure that we had everything we needed so all I had to do was show up. I am so happy with their service and would hire them again without hesitation. If you are looking for someone to cater your event in Pensacola, Nancy’s Catering & Events is the best there is.

Stree free!

Nancy’s catering & events was an absolute pleasure to work with. We couldn’t have asked for anyone more professional, attentive, and flexible than their event planner Macky—she made the whole process stress free and very enjoyable. The food was great, from the first tasting to the reception, and reasonably priced for the service we received. Vegan Wedding

Everything was AMAZING!! The food was phenomenal! Everyone got seconds! It was all vegan food and people were so shocked and amazed at how good everything tasted! Nancy’s catered our beachside wedding reception and helped make it an absolute dream! Awesome Job

Nancy's did an amazing job on my recent wedding. We did a buffet for guests, and everyone raved about the food. They were easy to work with in crafting our menu, and staying within our budget. Can't recommend them enough!

By far the best catering company in pensacola

Macky and her team at Nancys did AN OUTSTANDING JOB! We asked for a specific menu to fit our vintage themed wedding. Nancys not only delivered unbelievable food but also did so with my budget in mind! They consistently went above and beyond for myself and my planner and I cannot imagine my wedding without this team! We are still getting calls and texts about how fabulous our food was- I would recommend them 100x over.!

The Best Food!

OMG!!!! The food was amazing! Everything from the salad dressing to the amazing, mouth-watering, cheesy potatoes was crowd-pleasing. We were informed multiple times how delicious all the food was. We did not run out of anything and the food satisfied everyone.

The Villages RV Club had our rally at Pensacola Beach RV resort 15-19 Apr 2018. The main event was a Low Country Boil of which I contracted Nancy's Catering to cook on-site. This event was planned many months ago. Throughout the process it was a pleasure to work with them. The food was nothing less than AWESOME! My fellow travelers really enjoyed themselves. I highly recommend them.

I am so incredibly happy we chose Nancy's to cater our wedding! The food was DELICIOUS, and we got tons of compliments. They have an awesome menu selection and will work with you to create the perfect menu. We worked with Paul Silivos and he was fabulous! We also used Nancy's for our bar service and that worked out great! Their staff were so professional and nice, and helped make our wedding the perfect day!

I can’t say enough great things about Nancy’s Catering. The service, the set-up and the food were beyond amazing. The staff were great to work with from start to finish. They helped me pick the menu that we wanted that worked with our budget. They were very creative and can tell they are very experienced. We did food stations with a his/her do it yourself station with mac & cheese and grits with all of the toppings you can think of, flatbread station, skewer grilling station and passed hors d’oeuvres of crab cakes, caprese skewers and greek pastries. We received so many compliments from our guests about how wonderful the food was.

Nancy's Catering was absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish. Bridget was so flexible and proactive throughout the entire process and they were incredibly accommodating. Everything was delicious, my guests had nothing but rave reviews, and they even made a grilled cheese bar possible for us at the end of the night. They customized everything to give us the wedding of our dreams. I can't say enough about how great it was to work with Bridget and Nancy's Catering. From their friendly staff to their amazing food it was 5 stars all around!

Where do I even begin to express how wonderful Nancy's is? Nancy's catered our reception and our appetizers and dinner was delicious. Our guests came up to us multiple times throughout the evening to express how much they enjoyed their meal. We worked directly with Bridget throughout the entire process. She made the entire process of effortless and was a joy to work with. We had a few menu changes and information was returned to us within a day. Bridget even worked with us to serve special meals for our vegetarian guests and a few kiddos!

My husband and I have used Nancy's for several years, both personally and professionally. When it came time to select a caterer for our daughters's wedding, the decision was easy. Paul worked with us to customize a menu that featured local "Nancy's Haute Affairs" favorites. The food at the reception was perfection! Our guests are still talking about how delicious the food was. Courtney was amazing. It was a breeze when it came to picking out the food for the wedding. The food was also amazing. I had many compliments at my wedding especially about the shrimp and crawfish alfredo. I could eat that everyday. Courtney was always responsive to my emails. Bridget was there the day of my wedding to set up and make sure it went smoothly. She did a great job and so did the rest of the staff. Our plates were waiting for us once we were done with our first dance which was really nice. I would highly recommend them and also just recommend that you go eat there because they have fabulous food and banana pudding.

We used Nancy's Catering and Events for our Rehearsal Dinner and our Wedding Reception. For the Rehearsal Dinner, we had an onsite chef that prepared an Shrimp Boil.... and WOW, was the food so fantastic! We had a buffet style dinner for the reception and again we were so incredibly impressed with the food. Everything was wonderful. Additionally, we had a total of 5 staff at our events, and their service was great as well. Very friendly and very helpful. Nancy's also assisted in having all of the alcohol, tables, chairs, and linens delivered. Both of our events were perfect, we would not have changed anything. The customer service we received prior to the events was the BEST. We worked with Paul Silivos and we can't say enough good things about him. He was so responsive, thorough, pleasant, and just wonderful to work with. He was a huge help with planning our destination wedding. We were so happy we chose Nancy's Catering and Events and would recommend them a thousand times over to anyone.

Nancy's catered a shrimp boil at Navarre Beach for our son's and daughter-in-law's rehearsal dinner. Everything was absolutely flawless.
First of all, Paul provides exceptional customer service. He is unwavering in his responsiveness and patience.
At our event, Maurice and Stephanie were incredible. We were decorated and ready when a sudden, violent storm developed. They hung in there with us to save decorations and necessities. Service was delayed because the weather prevented guests and guests-of-honor from arriving on time. Maurice and Stephanie were so flexible. The storm passed and the party a success.
The food at the low country shrimp boil was delicious. Guests are still raving about it.

From the very first bite at the tasting, we knew we'd found something special in Nancy's. Now, two weeks after our wedding, our guests still can’t stop saying great things about the food!

We held our reception outdoors at the beach, right on the sand. Paul S. put together a menu perfectly balanced between simple elegance and the casual beachside vibe we hoped to create. Their signature fish dish-- a sweet, salty and tangy “grouper margarita” -- blew everyone away. The beachside mac and cheese bar (with spicy shrimp, delicate Cajun crawfish, big chunks of smoky bacon) was a huge hit. The brightly colored “sensational salad,” featuring candied pecans and fresh fruit, actually tasted as good as it looked. The servers were always helpful, yet unobtrusive. Paul was seemingly everywhere, all the time making sure things were running smoothly. (He even personally cooked up a special made-to-order appetizer for us right in the middle of the reception!)

We chose Nancy’s because of their reputation as one of the best catering companies on the Gulf Coast. They lived up, or exceeded, that reputation in every way, and helped make our wedding as special as it could be.

Nancy's recently catered my daughters wedding reception. Needless to say we were not disappointed. We had a modest budget. Paul was very easy to work and provided several options within our budget to work from. The food was delicious and the service was prompt efficient and courteous. Every person I have spoken to both during the reception and after have raved about how good the food was.

Should the need arise in the future Paul and Nancy's will be first on my list.

Nancy's was such a hit at our wedding in Pensacola, FL. We had about 250 people and decided on a cocktail hour with passed appetizers. I hear the fried green tomatoes were to die for :) we then opened up the reception and had three food stations. A raw bar, HUGE hit fully stocked with raw oysters and two types of crab claws. Carving station, grilled chicken and grilled vegetables. The meat was cooked perfectly. Last the crawfish and shrimp savannah, people are still raving about the delicious flavor. The food stations helped our reception flow just as we wanted. You would think with that many people it would be tough, but Nancy's was on top of it all. We highly recommend them for any of your catering needs.

Paul and his crew did a fabulous job with our daughter's wedding. We got comments on how delicious the food was and how it was displayed. Service was excellent and we didn't have to worry about anything. He helped us come up with a menu and provided great insight on the kind and amount of food for a wedding. Because the weather was iffy, he was calm and made the night work with a last minute change in how the event would be setup and didn't flinch. He brought out the big guns (his Dad Gus) for the grilling station. I am still getting compliments on how delicious the food was and highly recommend you visit with Paul for your event.

Paul and the whole team were just amazing. I did everything through them, bridal shower, catering, venue for ceremony and reception. Paul worked closely with me throughout the whole process and really made everything easy. The food was amazing and everyone raved about the mac-n-cheese bar they did! We found Paul as a saving grace after a miserable experience with not one, but two other coordinators. From our first meeting with Paul, we could tell he knew the business. He was able to answer all of our questions (there were lots) and found a solution to any issues we ran into. I would recommend Paul to ANY bride that is not able to devote all of their time to wedding planning, but still wants a beautiful wedding.

Paul and his staff exceeded all of my expectations. They were professional and the quality of service we received by the entire staff was exceptional. The staff does such a great job that you don't even know they are there except for the fact that they meet your every need. We had so many guest tell us that the food was the best they had ever had at any wedding reception and I would agree!

Teresa was our day of wedding coordinator. She was with our daughter every minute of her wedding day. She anticipated all of her needs and was willing to do whatever was needed to make things go smoothly. She does a phenomenal job!

Will highly recommend them to everyone I can.

We couldn't have survived without Paul, Suzie, and the entire staff of Nancy's! They were there every step of the way going over and beyond just "catering". They are professional, fun and unique. Just when I would forget something, Paul and Suzie were always one step ahead of me which put my mind at ease so I could enjoy the planning part and the actual BIG DAY! Nancy's Haute Affairs was so great to work with! Paul was awesome! So responsive (to my millions of questions) He helped with anything he possibly could! Even made the trip out to Fort Morgan (about a 1.5hr trek) just to check the layout and make sure everything would go smoothly the day of!
Not to mention the food was PHENOMENAL!! Everyone loved it, I got so many compliments on everything! And the Mac & cheese bar was to die for!
Well worth every penny!! I can't thank them enough for helping make everything so perfect for our dream wedding!!

If you are looking for wedding planning services in the Pensacola area Nancy's is where you need to go!!! Our event was a rehearsal dinner. I contacted Paul on many occasions with questions, concerns and changes. My calls and emails were promptly addressed. He was flexible with changes and always very reassuring. He communicated well with the other vendors ad coordinated all aspects of the event. Last but not least the dinner. I had many unsolicited compliments from the guests about the food. When we requested the beef tenderloin entrée I must admit we were concerned that it would not be tender and tasteful especially when preparing for 120 guests. Everything including the dessert was fabulous. The staff was professional and friendly. Nancy's came highly recommended by a friend of mine. We are both former Pensacola residents so putting together a large event from afar presents additional challenges on both sides and you must have confidence in the people you are working with.

If you want to be in amazing hands and working with the pros, Nancy's is the way to go! Paul and his team did an INCREDIBLE job planning, coordinating, and catering our wedding day. Paul helped us go from vision to reality as we were planning our wedding from Boston, and the entire day was so beautiful. We worked with him for more than a year before the wedding, and he was always willing to sit down with us and talk through ideas and questions we had throughout every step of the process. Any idea we had they said 'yes' to and helped us figure out how to make it work within our budget.

The food was delicious and our guests were raving about it! Nancy’s is full of ideas for creative things to serve and expertise on what guests like. Nancy's also agreed to work with a couple specific South African recipes we had and the food turned out super tasty and exactly as we imagined. They nailed everything!

The entire reception was managed so professionally and seamlessly by Paul - the wedding day (and rehearsal dinner the night before) went off without a hitch. We can't thank Paul and the entire team at Nancy’s enough for all the help before, after, and during our wedding. It made the day perfect and we were blown away by how above and beyond Nancy's went. If you're planning a wedding, Nancy’s is the way to go!

Paul & everyone at Nancy's was absolutely AMAZING. We started working with Paul more than a year before our wedding and he met with me and talked to me every single time I had a question. I continuously changed things and wasn't sure of budget from time to time and he was incredibly flexible and helpful without hesitation!

Our food was SO good! I chose to go with the mac & cheese station based on reading other reviews and it was worth every penny. Our guests definitely are still speaking highly of that as well as all of the other food!

Also, Paul made it so that every single part of our reception was seamless. He was so helpful in making sure that everything flowed right and stayed on track all night long. We are SO thankful for all that Paul & the rest of the Nancy's crew did for our wedding night, we are beyond satisfied!

Paul and his team at Nancy's Haute Affairs are incredible. I planned my wedding in Pensacola from Virginia Beach and Paul kept everything painless and fun. After just describing the basic idea of the wedding, he created my fairytale. We had an amazing experience from start to finish! Nancy's Haute Affairs catered our wedding, rehearsal dinner and provided day of coordination services for us, and we could not be happier we chose them. The food was delicious, they had so many options to choose from and were so responsive to our suggestions and questions. Many of our guests told us how much they loved the food! Communication was excellent, any questions I had were always answered promptly. I feel that the day of coordination service is the best thing we invested in for our wedding, everything went perfectly without my husband or I, or any of our family and friends having to worry about a thing. They made sure we had a blast, got plenty to eat, the day went as planned and made it the best party we could ever have asked for. So very thankful for every detail they put time into making perfect, and would choose them again in a heartbeat for any future event. Absolutely would recommend them to anyone!

I do not know how to really put into words how amazing the food, service, and care everyone at Nancy's Haute Affairs provided . It started on the very first contact a year before the wedding date through the conclusion. Our guests that night kept approaching me and saying the food was so delicious and the service was outstanding. The comments kept coming even after the event. I have to mention Paul Silvos who really knows his stuff and is completely charming in the process. He went above and beyond the scope of our arrangement. We used them for our inviataions as well and Hillary was amazing she followed up everyway possible by getting additional samples and monitoring the progress of the invites in production until delivery. All I can say is if you are having any type of event in Pensacola Nancy's Haute Affairs is the place to go !!!

We were thrilled with the service that Nancy's provided for our rehearsal dinner, as well as our wedding reception. After taste testing several Pensacola area caterers, we discovered that Nancy's had by far the best tasting food. It was very important to my husband that the food be exceptional and Nancy's did not let us down! Not only was the food delicious, but the service was impeccable. Both events went off without a hitch! Paul was always very pleasant, whenever we had to contact him with questions or concerns. Nancy is a pleasure to work with. We had a seated dinner for 176 people and the service was impeccable . She had enough staff to serve all the guests at each table at the same time and the food was delicious. The grooms family are all foodies from New Orleans and they were totally impressed . This was the most reliable, easy-to-deal-with vendor that my husband and I encountered when planning our wedding. Paul was extremely helpful and flexible, and made sure that our day went smoothly, from last minute changes two days before our wedding, to meeting me early at the venue, and keeping us on track throughout the night. The entire staff was professional and courteous to us and all of our guests. Everyone raved about the food, signature cocktails, and impeccable service. We could not have been happier with the quality of product and attentiveness. Nancy's is truly the best of the best! They went above and beyond, and even helped me with picking up my center pieces at the end of the night, and taking them back with them to Nancy's when my venue wouldn't hold them for the night! Food was GREAT! Paul was sooo helpful through the whole process. As an out of town bride I sent him SEVERAL e-mails with SEVERAL questions and he answered each and every one of them. We went with Nancy's because Paul answered ALL of the questions in my first e-mail where our other consideration did not. The other factor for choosing Nancy's was the fact that it was a buffet and Paul assured us we would not run out of food, if needed they had kitchens that wee open and they would get more without increasing our price. Of course we had about 20 people that had RSVPed that didn't show up so we had plenty of food. The team went above and beyond and helped rearrange the room after our ceremony to get it ready for the reception. They helped out with several other aspects of the wedding as well. They even made us two huge to-go plates for me and the hubby and wrapped up all our leftover cake. I would use them again in the future.

The food was wonderful and Paul made it so easy to "design" our own menu. Had terrific advice and helped us make decisions & changes along the way. They were very flexible in changing whatever we wanted and his staff was wonderful. All of our guests raved about the food, especially the crab cakes! They went above and beyond was was "their" duties to make sure everything went smoothly, even though we were thrown a curve ball with DeLuna Fest being rescheduled. Still had a full staff and great food. Paul delivered on their promise of making the evening spectacular! Would absolutely recommend to anyone needing catering. Nancy's provided AMAZING food for our wedding of 250+. My husband and I could not be more happy with everything that Nancy's did. Everyone there is extremely nice and easy to work with! We worked directly with Paul. He was great at helping us choose an affordable and delicious menu for our large guest list. Once we choose the menu, he set up a private dinner for us to taste the food and to see if we were happy with how everything tasted. The food was amazing. All of our guests loved the food too....and I mean ALL. People went on and on about how good the salad and crawfish savannah pasta was. I have been thinking about having a holiday party just so I can have them cater it! :)

Paul was very flexible and professional. I e-mailed him many times about food and other wedding details. He was always happy to give a recommendation. I would definitely recommend Nancy's without a moments hesitation. I cannot say one negative thing about them!

Paul (event planner) and his staff were WONDERFUL. We had a small intimate beach wedding on Pensacola Beach for family and a few friends, about 35 people. It was a destination wedding for us so much of the correspondance was done through email, although the initial meeting was in person. They catered the wedding. We also rented equipment from them, including a sound system. They were very easy to work with, very flexible with last minute changes, pleasant and professional, and the food was GOOD. I highly recommend their dessert station :)

The caterer was amazing and made the event run so smoothly I had not a care in the world. From the initial consultation with Paul, he was quick to respond and answer all my questions. On the day of the event, they did an amazing job setting up in the outdoor courtyard space at the Lee House bed and breakfast. The food was to die for: we chose passed appetizers; lemon chicken and shrimp and crawfish over pasta. They even customized late night pizza. My husband lived in Italy and asked for a special prosciutto--they didn't carry it but made sure they got it for him. The staff were professional, courteous, and on top of everything. They brought us (the bride and groom) our plates at our sweetheart table and made sure we had after-dinner plates for a late night snack. I had a grooms cake and ordered special boxes for favors for the immediate family and they made sure they were boxed up for me. We ran out of white wine and chicken at the reception. Before we ran out, Paul made sure to bring in extra and talked with me about the wine and made a special run to Richey's liquor to make sure we had enough drinks for our guests. I would highly recommend this establishment for your wedding or special event. You will be so happy that you did. Paul the event planner is so easy to work with and makes adjustments where needed. All my guests commented on how wonderful the food was and how beautiful the wedding was and I know Nancy's played a big part in that. Thank you Paul for truly making my special day so memorable.

Paul was the best thing that happened to our wedding. He was always available to help answer questions we had concerning etiquette, decor, vendor recommendations, etc. Our wedding day was everything we dreamed it would be, put to life and made better! And Nancy does the most beautiful invitations. The food was incredible and our guests keep e-mailing and calling to tell me how much they enjoyed the wedding, especially the food. Paul at Nancy's Haute Affairs was the most knowledgeable, friendly, helpful person to work with! We ended up using Nancy's for both the rehearsal dinner and the reception, and they were both so elegant - and of course the food was delicious! They were also so willing to help out with whatever needed to be done - even if it wasn't technically a job for the caterer, and we appreciated that so much! They really know what they're doing.

Nancy's Haute Affairs supplied our invitations and planned our rehearsal dinner on Pensacola Beach. Nancy took the time to go over the books of samples with us and made sure every detail was correct. Melissa and her team did a fabulous job with our rehearsal dinner. The food was fantastic and the ice cream blizzard bar was a huge hit!

Words cannot express how wonderful Nancy and her staff are! She was a lifesaver throughout the entire planning process and always full of fantastic ideas. She helped make our wedding more beautiful than I even imagined. And the FOOD! Everyone still tells me they are dreaming about our mac and cheese bar (who doesn't love mac and cheese???). Anyone looking for a catering experience truly centered around the details, stop looking! Paul and the crew at Nancy's Haute Affairs are great! The staff at Nancy's Haute Affairs is outstanding. Everyone was very helpful every time we went into the store. They made us feel like family, which is very comforting during a stressful time. Nancy provided the guidance we needed when making the decisions about our food, save the dates, invitations, and set up of the venue. She was always available for all our needs and if she wasn't, Alyssa and the rest of the staff were there to take on any challenges we presented.

On our wedding day, everything was perfect. When we arrived to the venue, the staff was thoughtful enough to bring the passed hors d'oeuvres to the wedding party. The buffet tables were set up beautifully and the presentation of the food was splendid. The staff was very professional and curteous. We truly enjoyed the food. It was delicious. We also had a lot of positive feedback from our guests regarding the food and the service. Many people said it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. We even had people ask us the name of the dishes so they could try to find a similar recipe online. Many people told us they went back for seconds. Guests also told us the staff was very attentive and polite. Even with 250-300 guests, the quality of the food and service was impeccable.

What really meant a lot to us is how attentive Nancy was during our reception. She genuinely wanted us to have a wonderful time without any worries and was right there when we needed anything. That is priceless.

We highly recommend Nancy's Haute Affairs for anyone's wedding needs. They can help make wedding planning less stressful. Even more important is they can help make the final outcome of one's special day superb. Our wedding day was the best day ever.

Melissa was AMAZING!! Our wedding would not have turned out so perfect if it werent for her. Melissa was very prompt at responding, and was always willing to do what ever it was that we needed. Outstanding wedding planning and catering! The entire wedding party lived out of town and could not have made the wonderful wedding happen without Nancy and Melissa. We even changed the venue the day before the wedding and it still went off without a hitch. The food was outstanding as were the decorations. Highly recommend Nancy's Haute Affairs!!

Oh My GOSH!!! Melissa from Nancy's Haute Affairs was the best of the best. We loved her from the start. She has such a bubbly personality and so very full of life. Very easy to work with and she bent over backwards to help us with every detail of our big day. Our wedding would not have been what it was without her assistance and we love her for it. We are the parents of the groom and reside in Oregon. Nancy's Haute Affairs was recommended to us by the bride's parents as an excellent option to cater the rehearsal dinner. Due to the distance of our home to Pensacola, we needed someone who could take charge and provide an outstanding evening with great food and service. We arrived only 48 hours before the event and Nancy had all of the details covered. In our emails preceeding our arrival, we always received prompt responses from Nancy. She was exceedingly professional and gave guidance and suggestions when it was clear we needed it. She was simply a joy to work with. Everyone commented about the excellent food and her servers were top notch.

This was our first oppotunity to use the services of a caterer and we cannot imagine how it could have gone more smoothly. We would not hesitate to recommend Nancy's Haute Affairs to anyone needing the services of a caterer.

Nancy’s provided such great food and service! Most of my guests came from N.Y. To celebrate with us in F.L. and we’re very impressed with the food. That says a lot because they are a tough crowd to please. The food was consistent with what we tasted at the tasting and the rehearsal dinner! I highly reccomend the beef tenderloin dinner and spanakopita hors d’oeuvre.

Nancy's Catering provided the food, set up, service and bar-tending for my daughters wedding in April of 2018. We held the wedding outside at Blackwater River State Park. The food was excellent! There were some challenges (outdoor, uneven ground, morning rain downpour, no power, one outdoor faucet!) and they provided great service and a lovely food presentation! We had greek spinach and cheese triangles, mac and cheese bar, empanadas, heirloom tomatoes on toast, twice backed potato puffs, pinwheel sandwiches. There were multiple toppings for the mac and cheese to include shrimp, cheeses, ham, bacon, etc! We served wine, beer and Moscow Mule as the signature cocktail. Everyone on the staff were nice, greeted us with a smile, did their work unobtrusively and helped make the reception a success. All the dishes were delicious and warm. I would definitely recommend Nancy's Catering! (The price below includes tent rental, chairs, bar tending, and wedding planner in addition to food and food service.)

Melissa with Nancy's Haute Affairs was an absolute dream to work with. From our initial meeting all the way until the event she was professional, fun and on the ball with details. The food was amazing and the guests are still raving about it. The staff was professional and I had absolutely no worries or concerns going into or during the event. Due to an unforeseen event my original wedding director had to leave early and Melissa stepped in ad fulfilled her role for the final part of the evening.

Melissa and the staff at Nancy's Haute Affairs went above and beyond. Everything was better then expected I would recommend their services to anyone.

Paul did a great job. On the other hand, the lady that was with me the day of the wedding made a few too many mistakes for a bride to overlook. Great outcome tho, food was awesome. Thank u Mr Gus!

My husband and I enjoyed food from Scenic 90 cafe and Nancy's Haute affairs (owned and managed by the same people). They were our first choice to provide picnic like food for our beach reception. Our menu was fried and smoked chicken, garlic dill potato salad, the scenic 90 sensational salad, green beans (with smoked turkey), and deviled eggs. There was only positive feedback from all of our guests about how delicious the food was. This menu was friendly to diabetics, vegetarians, and lovers of great food. They are a little pricier than everyone else, but it was had to complain after how awesome the food and service were.
