This place deserves a 5/5!!! I had my reception here last Friday 12/1/17 and all my guests loved it!!! Guests kept on raving about how food was awesome and how the place looked so intimate and cozy! Lee Chappell did an awesome job helping us out from day 1. He walked us through everything and made all the planning stress-free. He would reply right away if you had any questions. So easy to work with! The day before the wedding I dropped off all the props we are using for the reception and surprised at how well he arranged everything!! This place is highly recommended!

We had our wedding at MyMoon September 2019 and had a simply wonderful experience with Lee and the entire team. We wanted a one stop shop for a modest size wedding (about 80 people) and found exactly that. Our guests were absolutely stunned by the gorgeous space and the food was exceptional. We highly recommend MyMoon to anyone considering a more unique, elegant venue for their big day.

TL;DR: if you're thinking about booking MyMoon, stop thinking and just DO IT.

My husband (!!) and I were looking for a venue that was very 'Brooklyn': fun, a little out-of-the-ordinary, affordable, but still classy. We booked a tour of MyMoon because of all the positive reviews online, but we locked it in as our wedding venue because of Lee.

I'm honestly getting a little teary just thinking about how much Lee contributed to our special day. Part wedding coordinator and part fairy godmother, Lee handled everything we threw at him with a sense of humor and attention to detail, going above and beyond the call of duty to execute our vision. He responded to all my emails insanely quickly and exemplifies professionalism -- he's very respected by all the vendors we spoke to. (I'm also quite convinced that he was the reason the rain held off until RIGHT after our cocktail hour. He's that good.)

Besides Lee: the venue's ambiance was on-point, the food was exceptional, the staff went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome, and the lighted retractable roof over the outside deck was a godsend. The all-inclusive package (ceremony + reception venue, open bar, food, PA system) made planning a BREEZE and was more affordable than other venues we looked at. Pricing was super transparent and we knew exactly what we were getting up front.

Our guests were incredibly impressed by the venue: out-of-towners got to see a perfect slice of Brooklyn, and local guests couldn't believe such a beautiful and spacious event space was located so conveniently in the heart of Williamsburg.

Heartily recommend MyMoon for your upcoming nuptials.

We had A BLAST. So much fun! We felt so taken care of and that our guests were so taken care of that we were relaxed and able to really enjoy spending time with everyone. Thank you to the Mymoon team for bringing us food while we were having alone time right after the ceremony - that was really the moment we changed from jittery and nervy to completely ready to party.

When my husband and I started planning our wedding a little over a year ago, the venue was the first thing we researched. We knew we wanted a warm intimate ambiance for our wedding and not a catering hall. From the moment we stepped into MyMoon we immediately loved it and after meeting with Lee Chappell it was done deal! We were intrigued with the high ceilings, exposed brick walls, huge banquets and hard wood floors. We ate at the restaurant after our first meeting with Lee and every time thereafter because the food is so delicious! Working with Lee was the highlight. He kept us on track with our timeline and was always willing to meet with us and answer our never ending questions. Lee and the MyMoon staff including Rhina, made our wedding day the absolute best. Everything was handled with grace, class and experience. We had 92 guests and had both our ceremony and reception at MyMoon. It was the best decision we made. Our guests enjoyed the food and loved the atmosphere. We can't thank Lee enough for his guidance, support and direction for the past year. He's so darn good at what he does!

We had our wedding Sept. 4th. The venue has a cozy and a warm welcoming feeling as soon as you step in. The staff was super attentive and can’t even describe how good the food was. The venue makes for some beautiful pictures! Our wedding coordinator Lee was super helpful and he made everything a smoother process.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at MyMoon. Everything was above and beyond my expectations. Everyone was so professional and went out of their way to ensure our night was perfect. If you're considering MyMoon for your wedding venue, I recommend MyMoon with all of my being.

I absolutely fell in love with My Moon the second I stepped inside their gates for a walk-through. The venue just has this rustic but modern and easy-going vibe to it that makes it truly Brooklyn. The venue completely fit in with the theme we wanted to go with it. Ruggero, the events manager, was very friendly and helped make sure that we would be getting our moneys worth. He did an amazing job as the day of coordinator as well, helping us keep to a loose schedule at our wedding (i.e. toasts, caking cutting, first dance). The staff was great and on-point as well. We had our ceremony in the garden/patio area and I can not wait to see the photos, I have no doubt they look amazing, especially against that wall of greenery. The most important part - the food of course - was undeniably delicious! At our tasting, we had such a hard time choosing what would go on our menu because everything tasted so good. I'm itching to go back for the Bomba Rice lol!!!! Overall, MyMoon was just amazing and helped make our wedding really special.

Where to begin! We had our wedding at MyMoon this month and it was fantastic. The space is absolutely gorgeous. We didn’t want a typical hall and when we walked into MyMoon we knew it was the perfect setting for our wedding.

The coordinator, Lee, is incredibly professional and responsive. But what I really loved about him is that he genuinely cared about our day and making it perfect. If you do get married at MyMoon, use the vendors Lee suggests. He works with them often and they are all excellent.

If i had to offer any type of criticism it would be that the bar was a little more restrictive than I expected, with a few guests letting me know that they ordered a drink and were told by the bartender they couldn’t make it. This isn’t something I asked about during the process so no fault of MyMoon, but something you might want to ask should you book with them.

I could not be happier with our experience and am so grateful for the staff at MyMoon for making our day so special. Our guests really loved it as well and many have told me that it was the best wedding they ever attended. Hurry and book with them, you won’t regret it!

If you're looking for a low-key wedding venue, MyMoon is the place to go! We had 70 people at our wedding and it allowed everyone to be spread out and still have a decent sized dance floor. The venue itself has multiple rooms & areas including a patio, terrace, grand hall, and side room. The venue itself looks great on its own and we barely added any further decorations. We had our wedding on a rainy day in April so the patio roof was closed but it worked out extremely well since the patio itself is gorgeous & is heated. The sound systems are great and your DJ/officiant won't have to bring any additional equipment such as mics. MyMoon offers silverware, a caking cutting set, gift boxes, candles, chairs, free menu printing, you name it - they'll probably have it. When we had our wedding, their projector wasn't working for a slideshow, but they are in the process of upgrading this and possibly getting a TV monitor in its place. Food is typically served family style and there is a huge selection of hors d'oeuvres, entrees, desserts, as well as a phenomenal open bar service. Our guests complimented the food & open bar especially. In terms of the staff at MyMoon, Lee is probably the most detail-oriented person you'll ever work with. His coordination & planning is second-to-none. He reached out to us to coordinate when to meet & planned events & cues exactly as requested. Lee was with us on our wedding day coordinating with our vendors & helping with the timeline & cues. The waiters and waitresses are super attentive and were constantly clearing dishes & refilling waters. We would not have done it without the wonderful staff at MyMoon and would not hesitate to recommend this venue to others.

Getting married at MyMoon was a dream. They say when you've looked at lots of options you just know when you've found the right one -- that's what happened to us. The place itself and the services included are just phenomenal. It is truly gorgeous and has so many inclusive features which was really valuable for us after venue searching for so long. They have beautifully decorated indoor and outdoor event options, a delicious menu, excellent staff and the legendary Lee himself. After an initial dinner out on the deck and meeting with Lee, we felt great about the place and booked immediately. Throughout several emails and in person meetings, Lee walked us through the entire process in detail, always responding quickly and thoughtfully and making time for us when we would randomly pop in with questions. He also helped me coordinate a surprise guitar performance for my husband and was flexible in doing test runs for our wedding slideshow. The staff is always friendly and consistent every time we've been there. Extra bonus is that they had lots of extra decoration items available to us which was just awesome. This is a venue where you can trust that you will be fully taken care of, as the members of their team are all seasoned professionals in the wedding business -- it seriously runs like a well oiled machine. One thing I also found reassuring was that they take Covid protocols seriously -- Lee explained to me early on the strict compliance they follow with regard to the most current regulations. This was one less thing for me to stress about while getting married during such an uncertain time. On the day of the wedding, everything went so smoothly and they provided little touches that all went into the magic of the night. I really loved getting married here and would recommend MyMoon to anyone I know looking for a venue for any special occasion.

Lee and the team at MyMoon made everything about our wedding as perfect as it could be. It's clear that hosting weddings is their bread and butter as they had every detail down pat and left nothing to chance. All our guests raved about the food (we opted for the family style instead of individual entrees). Pricing was super reasonable especially considering the area is so expensive. I'd reccomend MyMoon to anyone looking to have their wedding or similar type party in Brooklyn!

Cannot recommend this venue enough! We had our wedding at MyMoon on a Sunday afternoon in September, and our guests are still raving. From an event planners perspective, this place is a gem. There is very little decor that needs to be brought in because the venue comes with its own cool ambiance. There are separate rooms for the ceremony/celebration and a beautiful outside area. Not to mention, the food and drinks are DELICIOUS! The service was very professional and Lee, the event manager, is incredibly meticulous- he works with you throughout to ensure that you too will be over the moon.

Food was incredible. That was consistent feedback from our guests. The hot dishes (salmon, chicken and steak) came out piping hot and fresh, and the salads and apps were crisp and vibrant. Dessert was awesome too!

Ambiance: The space comes with candle light, tall ceilings and interesting design, so your floral budget can be minimal. Trust me when I say go easy with the decor, because the space speaks for itself.

Event Manager: Lee is a professional. He knows the space and he gets it done. He was responsive, honest and supportive throughout the process. Thank you, LEEEEE!

The biggest worry that I had was that dinner would drag and we wouldn't have enough time for dancing. I provided Lee with my itinerary, and the staff hit every mark at the exact moment I scheduled. I was so impressed by this and happy, which made me a footloose and fancy free bride.

Where can I even begin! From the early days of the wedding planning process back in 2017, we already knew that we wanted our wedding to happen at MyMoon, and only MyMoon. It was the only venue that checked all of our boxes: industrial yet elegant; excellent food; a perfect balance of indoor and outdoor space to allow our 80 guests to move through the venue; and of course, located in Brooklyn. Visiting the venue and meeting with Lee only cemented our decision that MyMoon was the venue for us. Our original date was June 19, 2020, just a few weeks after the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. We had to change our date not once, but three times, due to the pandemic. All of this could have been a logistical nightmare, but thanks to the excellent organizational skills, compassion, and support of Lee and the MyMoon team (and all of our other fantastic vendors), the rescheduling process was seamless. That alone should tell you the level of professionalism and excellence you can expect from MyMoon. But it gets even better than that. Due to the pandemic, we ended up waiting nearly 5 years to have our big day on May 13, 2022. I was worried I would end up building up the event to unrealistic standards in my head because of the long wait. But I can tell you, MyMoon delivered beyond our wildest dreams. From the second we stepped into the venue, we were floored by how beautifully our vision came to life. Lee took care of arranging the guest book, chest card box, and our wedding favors--aspects of the wedding that I either designed myself or else meant a lot to me personally--and did it stunningly. Many of our vendors had worked with MyMoon before and had only the best things to say about the venue and Lee. It's little surprise then that all of the moving parts of the wedding came together seamlessly. From the ceremony to the first dance to the sparkler send-off at the end, Lee and the MyMoon team kept everything moving smoothly and on schedule. Our guests -- many of whom are quite picky -- were stunned by the beauty of the venue space and are still talking about how much they loved the food and drinks weeks later. The New Zealand lamb rack was especially popular! One of the highlights of the night for the guests was the beautiful GOBO light display our names and wedding date--they're still talking about how much they loved that too. I could go on and on, but above all else, I want to share my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to MyMoon for working with us through our multiple wedding delays and delivering the wedding of our dreams. We cannot recommend MyMoon highly enough for any wedding or event, and we cannot wait to visit again for dinner and re-live the memories of the most special day of our lives.

If you are looking for a unique wedding venue you should check out MyMoon. We had the wedding of our dreams here, it was a day that us and our guests will remember forever. I love that we were able to have the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all in the same place. I as love that we were able to have both an outside and inside areas for our guests. The venue is perfect for a wedding of 100 people. MyMoon use to be a factory and they have kept unique industrial designs in the space which lends for amazing juxtaposition agains the soft elements of a wedding. Ruggerio the event cordinator walks you through every step of the wedding process starting with your vision, setting up a tasting and seamlessly hosting your wedding. Their wait staff was amazing and extremely attentive. MyMoon was even able to create a custom dinner menu for us. We are so happy that we choose MyMoon to host our wedding.

Our daughter and son-in-law's wedding at Mymoon was simply fantastic! The space itself -- with the historic and cool main room, the garden deck for the ceremony and dessert, the side room, and the gorgeous courtyard -- provided a magical setting for the special day. Food and drink was delicious and plentiful -- many guests said they'll be going back to the restaurant. The staff (especially Lee Chappell) was warm, cooperative, helpful, and professional-- we reaped the benefit of their extensive experience. We could not recommend Mymoon more highly.

We had our wedding at MyMoon on a beautiful, summer Friday in August. We loved everything from the food that was served to the service that was provided. Lee - the event and wedding manager at the venue was very easy to deal with, extremely helpful. We had a great time. The guests loved the atmosphere and the food. I am so happy with this venue selection. I highly recommend it!

From the moment we stepped foot into MyMoon we knew there was no turning back. A little oasis in the heart of Williamsburg, filled with so much character and charm. Every time we visited we fell more and more in love, and our guests are still raving about the beauty of the place.

My husband and I had our intimate Ceremony only at MyMoon followed by some mingling with appetizers and Cava. The event was beautifully organized from start to finish!

Which brings me to one of MyMoons hidden gems.... Lee!!! What an incredible human being, with the kindest of souls. Every one of my emails was answered with pure joy and positivity. He worked with our vision and embraced every one of my ideas! He made sure that on the day of, my husband and I had everything we needed and even helped coordinate our families walking down the aisle.

Truly look no further, picking MyMoon was the best decision I made for my wedding day!

We’d give them a million stars if we could! MyMoon is such a stunning wedding venue in the heart of Williamsburg. The food was outstanding and the service was impeccable. This was the first venue we had visited on our search for a wedding venue and we were SOLD! We instantly fell in love with MyMoon. We met with Lee, who my husband and I affectionately like to call our “Zen wedding Coordinator “ he was so knowledgeable about everything wedding related and no detail was too small for him. The food blew us away at both our first meal there and the tasting, and the food on our wedding night was exactly the same, simply perfection! We feel so lucky to have found this absolute GEM!

Lee Chappell is a wonderful host and the staff was great as well. We loved the beautiful eclectic feel of the venue. Indoors and outdoor. The enclosed patio (ceiling that opens and closes) is great if you want to have that outdoor feel in the winter. I highly recommend, great surrounding neighborhood as well. Beautiful hotels nearby.

MyMoon was a fantastic venue for our big day! When looking for a venue in Brooklyn, we found lots of open spaces where we were paying a rental fee alone, and would then need to hire separate vendors for everything else. Since MyMoon is a full-service restaurant that we'd been to (and we knew their food was good), it was immediately a top contender for us. Also, the venue is gorgeous! The giant, airy, bohemian outdoor patio combined with the industrial, open indoor area is just amazing.

However, what really sealed the deal for us was the Events Manager, Lee. He walked us through every area of the venue, telling us how other couples had used this space and what he would recommend. It was clear this man knew his weddings and that we would be in good hands. He responded to all of our questions in a timely manner and the restaurant was open to all of our ideas for the day. Our guests continue to rave about how beautifully rustic our wedding was, and I don't think it would have come together as swimmingly if it weren't for Lee. I highly recommend this place!!!

It’s been 10 days since the wedding and Hubby and I still can not get over the fantastic job Lee & MyMoon did to create and execute the perfect day! Like every Bride, I was naturally nervous because I wanted everything to go smooth & it really did. Lee was able to answer all my questions extremely quick. He also worked well with my vendors and made sure they delivered what was needed. Lee has been nothing but professional, caring and friendly from the moment I went to inquire about the venue space until even after the wedding was complete. The drink & food service were all beyond outstanding, delicious too! MyMoon adds such a creative and beautiful touch to all the decoration. The venue is gorgeous even without the added decor BUT with every wedding you want your own custom touches to it and they did just that. They took items and placed them along my original set-up. I thank them so much for that! It really really made all the difference. I received nothing but compliments. Thank you Lee, thank you Mymoon for a night I will never forget!

I cannot emphasize enough how happy we are that we got married and had our reception at MyMoon! We live in Los Angeles, so we had to plan everything remotely. We were only able to tour the venue in November and taste the menu in April.
We toured a TON of other places around Brooklyn and Manhattan and none of them even came close to MyMoon! The first time we saw the place, being that it was November, a lot of the greenery was absent. But, it still became our frontrunner option because of Lee, who is in charge of events.
Among all of the other venues we toured, only about half of them had the actual events director show up for the tour (it was the day after thanksgiving, so there is that). But when we got to MyMoon, I immediately could tell that Lee was someone who cared about each and every wedding that took place at MyMoon. The food tasted incredible, so after we did our tasting, we just moved forward and started planning.

Every person who attended our wedding kept saying things like 'Wow, this is a really cool place", "the food was so good!", "how did you find this venue? It's such a cool place!" etc.

If you are planning a wedding in NY, you really should schedule a time with Lee to tour the place and check it out. Our budget was about $30,000 and I feel like we could not have chosen a better place, even if we had 10x or 100x what our budget was!
