Favor we’re as expected

We purchased 40 stemless wine glasses with engravings. Only received one broken one. We over purchased for that reason. Also purchased gift boxes and ribbons. Spent less than $200 on all? I believe.

LOVE LOVE LOVE my wedding favors! We got personalized mason jars and they were perfect! We ordered 175 of them and not a single one was broken. I was a little worried after reading the reviews! But I could not be happier with the way they turned out! Without a doubt would recommend! The products were great quality as well! Absolutely no complaints!

My wedding will be in April of this year, but I wanted plenty of time to look over/check things before I knew everything was perfect. I've ordered 80 ceramic piggy banks for my wedding favor from My Wedding Favors, but realized upon checking that one came badly cracked. I've reached out to customer service to get a replacement, and their responses were very prompt and courteous. They requested for photos of the cracked favor, which I sent over. No questions asked, they confirmed that I'll be getting a new piece free-of-charge. I just received the confirmation today, but wanted to compliment their great customer service and the superb experience I had with them!

My Wedding Favors offered tons of cute choices for wedding favors. I was a little late in buying the favors, but these came right on time (actually, 2 days earlier than estimated). I bought the little anchor luggage tags, and everyone at the wedding loved them.

The amount of products they have available for wedding favors was GREAT! I was able to find personalized stemless wineglasses for less than $2 a glass! Great for large weddings! Their online support team was great as well and responded promptly to my questions. They also have tracking on their shipments which is great!

The site not only had so many options and ideas, but the price was hard to beat. I ordered 250 sets of glass coasters for less than I could find elsewhere and they arrived quickly and in tact. They were very professional and I would definitely recommend them for any bride, especially those who cannot seem to find anything that fits their style. Myweddingfavors definitely had something for practically anyone.

This website was very easy to navigate. And their prices are very affordable and my order came within 3 business days. I was very happy to see exactly how the photos on the website looks exactly same as the actual shell place card holders and table card numbers looks. The color they used on the paper design matches my motif. The shells are not too small and not too big, so the shells can hold the card perfectly. My Wedding Favors website has a variety of choices to choose from according to your wedding style. Since our wedding is on the beach, I chose to order the wedding shells as place card holder, to put personal touch to our wedding décor. The quality of the shells are also very nice, and looks authentic.

We ordered wine bottle stoppers as our favors. The quality was even better than I had expected and they came with beautiful unassembled gift boxes. The price was the best I found on any website. They arrived with zero damaged or incorrect and even came earlier than they were supposed to. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for favors. Also used coupon codes and got an even better savings!

Wonderful company, the favors were what I was looking for (some were not in as good of shape as hoped, but they were fairly inexpensive so was to be somewhat expected). I ordered too many and had to return some, and they were very quick and helpful to receive those items and issue a refund. THANKS!

This site was wonderful for cheap, unique favors. I am a huge coffee/tea fan, so I bought coffee mugs and filled them with personalized tea bags. They were very unique and cost about .75 each.

For our wedding we decided to the Personalized Stemless 9 oz Wine Glass. The glasses are good quality, especially for the price. The personalization looks good, but I wish it was a little darker. They have great customer service! We ordered the little gift boxes as an add on. When we got the shipment, a few were missing. As soon as I called and told them, they sent (over night) the remaining boxes.

I wanted fun and whimsical wedding favors to go with our theme, but I didn't want just "different" favor boxes - I wanted something that would be great for photos and add some fun times to our wedding. I also didn't want to chance ordering favors that were cheaper on eBay after my dress-fiasco, so when our planner recommended My Wedding Favors, I went online and that same day ordered their ribbon wands (used to send us off after our ceremony and after our reception), and their candy tins. It was a little pricey, but again, I didn't want to deal with another bad seller on eBay, and I was pleased after receiving everything!

We ordered wine stoppers for our wedding favors. We received them in a timely manner and they were perfect! The only time consuming thing for us to do was to add our personalized tags to each favor. They did not do that for us so just keep that in mind if you order personalized tags but don't let that discourage you from ordering from this company. The favors were awesome and everyone loved them. Very good quality for the price.

I ordered personalized bottle openers for my wedding. The shipment was received in a timely fashion. Upon opening I noticed some of the items were not of the quality I would have liked to see. Color was off, items were a little scratched, ink rubbed off. I emailed the company about my concerns not expecting much. However, I was emailed back within the next 2 hours by a friendly associate. She asked for pictures which seemed reasonable. The next email was for a complimentary reorder of my items with a note saying production would ensure they were of higher quality this go around. I haven't seen the new product yet. But I am 100% satisfied with the prompt and courteous efforts to meet my expectations. If the next batch comes similar to the first I will understand that, maybe as a bulk and discount vendor, it is the best they can produce. And that will be ok with me. They were not unusable. Only a little less then what I had expected. When customer service is high I find it easier to want to do business again!

I ordered the solid chrome seashell bottle stopper in beach-themed gift box--we loved them and so did guests, and the price seemed quite reasonable. They were good looking, solid, and work well--they're among the better wine bottle stoppers I've owned. It took a bit longer to receive them than I'd thought, but within the time frame they gave. All business handled well online.

We used the website to buy personalized burlap bags as our wedding favors. We absolutely loved the bags, they were perfect for our theme and once the order was made, we got them quickly. We did have issues with putting our order in though. I had originally ordered a different type of bag that was on backorder but was set to be delivered 2 months before the wedding date. The backorder kept being pushed further back until it was 3 weeks before my wedding, and the bags still weren't in and the company had no idea when they would be in, so I was forced to change my bag type. Despite the annoyance, the customer service while I tried to figure out if/when the original bags would be in was great and they worked with me to help order the new bags quickly. Overall, I would recommend the site, but I would order well before the wedding date if you're set on a particular item.

My wedding favors were personalized with my name and my grooms name with our wedding date. I loved the favors, my only thing was the personalization came out smaller than I had expected on my favor. However, I was pleased with their service and the price was very reasonable.

We got our favors online from this company- little orchid gel candles. We also got personalized tags to attach on them with a thank you note. Ordering was simple and the delivery was on time like they had estimated. Personalized tags came out great. Decent pricing as well.

I hired the folks at myweddingfavors.com to create custom gifts for my guests. They did good work but they were tough to get in touch with and took a while to respond. The gifts were a bit late, but did show up in time for the wedding. The quality was good and the guests loved them, but I really wish they had been better with communicating. I would recommend them to a friend, but I would advice anyone working with them to make sure to order the gifts early so there is plenty of time for them to show up stress free!

My Favor order was lost and arrived a week AFTER my wedding. They did send replacement favors, but I was mortified that some guests had wine glasses and others votive candles. Best advice is order your favors at least two months prior to your wedding to avoid any issues.

I ordered small glass mason jars for wedding favors. Nearly two dozen of the jars came cracked or shattered. The site instructs you to order extra in case of breakage, which I did. However, it is poor service to have something arrive broken and then expect the customer to be responsible for it. I called the company and expressed my concerns. They offered to send a replacement box of jars if I sent a picture of the damage, which is understandable. What I do not agree with is that I had to wait several days for the company to file a damage claim with UPS to get their refund back before they would ship me a new set of jars. I understand that it is the delivery service's fault for damaged packages, but it should never be the customer's problem either.

We ordered several things for a wedding dinner. We ordered 60 tubes of lip balm with 60 stickers. We got 60 stickers, but also got nearly 400 extra tubes of lip balm. The stickers wouldn't stick no matter what. We ordered wine glasses. The quality is good, but several arrived broken. The company was prompt to respond, but only after requiring photos of the glasses broken in the box. The bubbles were a hit, but aren't great quality. If I did it again, I'd just buy bubbles at a store.

I don't know how I was clicking around, but I stumbles across the calla lily wine stoppers as gifts. I thought they were useful, and also decorative for those that don't drink (the cork makes them look like they're potted!). I also ordered tags with our names & the date to attach to the gifts. The tags were printed with a laser printer on 8.5x11 paper, and you punched them out. I thought the printing could have been of a higher quality, and knowing now, would have used someone else to do the job. Everything was shipped promptly.

I used this website for my guest wedding favors. While I'm not into giving bad reviews I will just say I had some problems with this company! When some of my product arrived it was damaged which was very stressful for me because it took a while to get a manger on the phone. I will say once I finally talked to her she was very kind and fixed the problem!

Ridiculous customer service!

I made an order for 25 gold Eiffel Tower bottle openers on January 14, 2020 and never received a shipping notification. I contacted them on February 11, 2020 to ask about the order and its status, they replied the next day saying that they would look into it. Fast forward to February 20, 2020 and I still never heard back from them. I emailed again asking for updates, and they tell me that they found that I was undercharged for the shipping of this order and they would not be able to ship the order based on the shipping charges I paid. That is total bullshit! The website calculated the shipping costs and charged me at checkout. They gave me the option of cancelling my order and when I said I wanted to cancel, they refunded the order amount minus the shipping charges! I still haven't received the refund of the shipping cost I paid!
Also, why did they not inform me that the order could not be shipped due to "insufficient" shipping costs? Why did I have to email them a month later to ask about it and then be informed of this issue? If I never brought it up, would they have continued to pretend to be oblivious? Horrible customer service! Give me my money back!

I ordered my products and paid for three day expedited service six days ago. I was told my items, which were not back ordered, would arrive next week! I was scolded and chastised by the "customer service" rep for expecting my items in three or four business days. She expected me to have read some sort of fine print that three business days didn't start until they took their time filling my order. I ordered on a Friday and it didn't ship until Wednesday! I asked that my expedited fee be refunded and they said "no". I can't understand how folks like this can stay in business. Rude. Unprofessional. Uncaring.

Be careful ordering from them they do not return items. They are very misleading. They have the worst customer service, there rep raised his voice and rude comments.

I order the custom coasters via phone I was assured the product would leave the warehouse on the Wednesday and I paid for overnight shipping. Well it didn’t happen I was told they would eat the cost to overnight on Friday before 10. Well I didn’t get the whole package. Jess or Jessinia told me what would matter if she contacted the warehouse but she can send tomorrow. Tomorrow is the wedding. Never ever use this terrible, inconsiderate company. You can get the same stuff from amazon. I eish I did. I am still waiting for a credit. NEVER USE THEM!!!!!!!

Horrible Service!

I ordered some wine charms and they never arrived. 10 days after delivery date I called and they informed me they couldn't get a hold of the supplier. It took 4 more calls and 3 more days with wait times on the phone of 20 min plus for them to refund my money.

This company is terrible! Do NOT order from here. I ordered 20 sets of 4 "luxurious silk fans" that appeared to be strong since it's said to be of bamboo wood. They are the cheapest quality wood and can snap with a finger. They don't even close well! To be honest, the dollar tree store had better quality fans!! I took apart one small box of three received (from the original large shipping box) and the sets of 4 were neatly stacked, so I unsealed the plastic wrap to see the fan and kept everything else in tact as received. I should've counted to make sure I received what I ordered, but thought if I left as is, less of a problem when I return. Not the case! Sent it back (as it was received) within the 30 day period allotted time and they're only refunding me half the amount of cost indicating that I only sent 18 sets, they're a discontinued item, the discount not applying anymore and for re-stocking fees. $50 for all that!?! They are crooks!! Horrible, horrible company!!

Do not use this vendor, they are terrible. I would rate them zero if I could. I placed an online order for matchbooks. First, there was a problem with their ordering system and the personalization on my order didn't even go through. Then they sent me the wrong color matchboxes and also made a mistake on the personalization. They sent me labels with the day and month of my wedding correct but the wrong year. I am getting married in 2016, not 2015, and they printed a day in 2015 that had already passed. I sent them several emails about the problem and no one even responded to me. When I called them to correct the problem they refused to send me the correct color match boxes and told me that I made the mistake in the order. They would not even acknowledge that there was an up for a problem with the original order and that it went through wrong. They have told me now the only thing that I can do is either except the wrong color match boxes which don't look right, or send the whole order back and wait for a refund. All in all a horrible company with very bad customer service.

Ordered some favors for my wedding when they came in I was very disappointed. The beach candles didn't look like anything in the picture. I returned them right away paying an extra 18 dollars to ship it and 1 month later Im still waiting for my refund. Horrible company will never order from them again

I had a bad experience with this company. Ordered some personalized items and emailed them (as it was passed working hours) 10 minutes after for some concerns about the fonts. Although, the font shown in the model was mismatched (because it was a baby's motive) and they advertised it for bride and groom, I would have expect that they will match the fonts for bride and groom's names. Anyhow I emailed to make sure. After going back and forth all morning to make sure they sent the correct art, I was notified that I had to pay 35.00 extra because they already sent it. I called and the lady that attended the phone was extremely rude, she recognized that it would not look good, but "that's what you ordered!!". I cancelled my full order and had to pay 35.00 for the "wrong art".

Buyer Beware! Of the dozens of vendors we worked with for our wedding, my wedding favors was, by far, the worst. To say that the quality of the items is misrepresented on the website would be an understatement. I ordered personalized plastic tumblers from my wedding favors to give as a favor at our wedding. The glasses arrived and I was shocked at what I saw. These tumblers were of similar quality to that of a disposable red solo cup. I reached out to customer service and informed them that I was not satisfied with my purchase. I did not ask for a refund. I simply asked to send them back and order something that I would actually be proud to give my wedding guests. On all three occasions that I spoke with customer service, they gave me generic, pre-written responses without offering any type of resolution. They would not even offer a website credit or to send me something else. The disclaimer on their page states that they stand behind their product and strive for customer satisfaction. Please do not believe this statement. Once you pay them, they are no longer concerned with your satisfaction. Also, the cups that I paid for were not even given out as favors at my wedding. They were too embarrassing. I will use them as disposable cups at home until they are gone. My advice would be to go with another vendor for your wedding favors.

BE AWARE!!!!
I ordered 180 of some candles using a coupon that gave me free shipping! GREAT I thought... until I realized that their return policy was most ridiculous policy ever!!!!

The product I ordered looked NOTHING like the picture. Horrible quality!

So when I returned it back at my own expense I only get a credit for partial amount. So I called and they said they are deducting the amount that I saved from using my coupon. Wait what??

So I paid 250 total using a coupon for free shipping. It would have costed me 350 without the coupon. In which case I wouldn't have bought it! When I returned the items I got 150 back because they deduct the coupon amount that I originally used.

It was written in their policy so they refused to credit my full amount but as a frequent online shopper no vendors have ever done that before. You should get back what you originally paid for. It doesn't make sense that they are dinging you the discounted amount for returning the items.

Thanks to myweddingfavors.com I will now look at the return policy prior to purchasing, which I never had to after 10 years of online shopping.

Super disappointed with this company. I order mason jars for my wedding and paid $60 extra for express shipping. My items came broken and then when I opened the box I saw I don’t even get what I ordered.....I had 150 shot glasses!

I called yo and they told me they would refund my money but could not get me the correct items in two days so my guests are out wedding favors and we will go buy cheap plastic glasses for drinks.

So disappointed with this!

If you are looking for a stress free way to order favors for your wedding look elsewhere. I ordered in January and received my order in a timely manner but was sent the wrong boxes for my favors. When I contacted them to return the wrong boxes they gave me my options. I shipped back the boxes (which I had to pay the shipping for) in the beginning of February and it is now the end of March and I still haven't received a refund even though FedEx tracking proves that the return package arrived. After several calls, emails, and promises of a refund in 3 to 5 business days all they can say is "waiting for management approval." I've been in management approval limbo for almost a month. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Please be wary of this company. The merchandise is NOT like it is pictured. The printing is usually substantially smaller, the products are smaller than they appear to be, we were ripped off twice - ordered personalized wine labels that never arrived and monogrammed flasks that never arrived - each time we got the run around from customer service. Ended up challenging nearly $200 in charges for merchandise never received and never received so much as an apology. This company is a ripoff.

I need to make a small change to my order. I've been sitting on hold for an hour and a half and counting. There were "two callers" ahead of me. Needless to say I'm pretty aggravated at this point. I'll leave a better review if my problem is resolved, but personally, being on hold for this long is completely unacceptable.

I ordered $98.00 worth of wedding favor boxes on a Friday. The next day I found the same boxes at Party City for $40.00. I called myweddingfavors.com on Monday to cancel the order (they don't answer the phone on the week-end). They refused to cancel and said it will ship on that Wednesday. The customer service is terrible and after I got off the phone with them I felt frustrated and belittled. The product shipped and then was sent back to them and I was charged $12.50 for both ways. As it stands they have my $25.00 and I have nothing to show for it. Please be careful if you choose to do business with this company.

DO NOT USE MY WEDDING FAVORS. COM!!! I ordered my bridesmaids gifts from here and was so disappointed. Unprofessional!!! Very long and stressful story later, I only got half the order. Their explaination was that they were waiting for the entire order to be ready (waiting for 2 buttons) before processing it. In the meantime, the items I puchased became no longer available. Not one person who worked there thought to email me to tell me the items were backordered 2 months. Trying to fix the problem was such a hassle and I only got the run around. After multiple phone calls later, I actually got my refund. If you want a stressful and horrible shopping experience, shop here. If not, look elsewhere.
