With the difficulty with "average" sized rings at all the usual suspect jewelry dealers, my trio rings had an excellent selection of rings that made me feel very comfortable from the start after reading the awesome reviews they had already. As a woman, I have a size 11 ring size. Most of the stores searched carried only up to size 9. With the styles that I liked, the rings would have to be resized, causing damage to the shaft. It was very smooth to find what I was looking for.
Been putting off getting a ring for my wife for our 11 years of marriage because I just wasn’t sure what to surprise her with so I just told her to come pick something, we started on another site because she didn’t want real diamonds (because of their hype) and we went to pay but our card limit wouldn’t increase. So I gave her some time alone and she called me back in because she found this site and a ring set she liked. The process was smooth to purchase and it didn’t cost as much as the other site and she liked this set better anyway. I asked if she was happy with it and let’s just say I’ve been treated like a king. She got her ring and got me one too, but I have to send mine back for resizing. Make sure you get the warranty or whatever because it saved me 40 dollars for resizing, and also get a free ring size tape.

Where to start?! Trio is AMAZING!! My husband and I got married Aug 27th 2021. I wasn't able to afford the ring from Trio that he wanted, at the time. I ordered it for him, for Christmas, as a surprise. I ordered the Gracie 10k white gold and (I believe) 1/15 diamonds . The ring is flawless! The diamonds are gorgeous, they're bright and noticeable and very light catching! He chose a fabulous ring that has a bit of "bling" but not too-too much! The transaction, as well as all communication, and delivery went as smooth as it could all possibly go!! I highly recommend Trio!! I would take a photo, however his ring is wrapped in a fake bigger box, under the Christmas tree! Trio's ring size drop down menu only goes to a size 13. My husband has a larger knuckle and needed a 13.5. It was as easy as putting that bit of information in the comments/more information section at checkout. Upon completing my transaction online, I immediately received an email confirming my ring size choice, so I knew they had seen it and that the ring would be crafted in the correct size. I highly recommend purchasing the warranty. You never know what could happen to a piece of jewelry! I purchased the warranty and had our wedding date (8.27.21) engraved on the inside of the band. The engraving is stunning! It's very clear and made me smile to see our wedding date engraved on the inside of the band. The engraving is absolutely worth the extra $30!! To make a ring extra special, I also highly recommend that!! Trio was so amazing to work with. I will absolutely purchase from them again, in the future!! Along with the ring, they sent a folder with all paperwork regarding the warranty. Thank you, Trio. I truly can not wait for Christmas morning. It has been so hard keeping this ring a secret, as he has mentioned it several times and I had to keep pretending like it wasn't a priority, to keep the surprise. When we upgrade my ring in the near future, I am absolutely going to be purchasing that ring from you!!! I sincerely can not say enough positive things about this company, my experience, and the ring! I hope this review helps someone who is on the fence with purchasing through them, take the chance and do it! They're incredible!

It was an exceptional experience.
Found out about Trio Rings while researching online. It was my first time to procure something expensive. The customer service was exceptional. Laura & Brittany were very accommodating & understanding. I had initially was in track with my payment until we were hit with second wave of COVID19 so everything had shut down but TrioRing were really flexible to accommodate the unforseen change. I would buy again from Trio once the economy stabilises. Best user friendly vendor. Look forward to receiving my gift to myself.
