Beautiful favours - elegant and traditional charm

I am from Toronto, Canada, and have been ordering from My Italian Favors for over ten years. They have consistently produced the most beautiful favors for my children's sacramental occasions. I particularly love the Italian bigliettini and images. These are traditions we hold dear in our hearts. Our guests always ask where we get our confetti favors. I ordered confetti and favors from My Italian Favors for my wedding. They were beautiful and perfect! Customer service is great; I had to call Maria to ask some questions and she was very helpful and personable. Highly recommended!

11 years and counting! My family and I have used My Italian Favors for every one of our special occasions, Baptisms, First Communions, engagements and weddings since 2007. The bombonieri are breathtaking, absolutely beautiful. So delicately created. We receive so many compliments from our guests. It is so heartwarming to visit friends, and see our bombonieri beautifully displayed in their homes. Thank you, Roberta, for bringing the traditions of Italy to America and the rest of the world.

I ordered my daughters wedding favors from Alex at My Italian Favors. He was very helpful in the the whole process. From providing me with a sample of the favor so I could actually see the product before ordering 100 of them to helping me with the details of beautifully wrapping each piece. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for good quality favors.

I found this on line and feel in love with all there items. We ordered and they came wrapped perfectly all we had to do was tie on the Confetti Flower ribbon. Everyone LOVED the candy dish we picked and in fact we have to order more to send to family in Italy!!!

I ordered the small olive oil bottles as wedding favors, and they were a big hit! I had trouble deciding which favors to order, because they have a great selection and their prices are great too. I had a few questions before I ordered, and the customer service was great; they responded to emails very quickly. I ordered 100 and they arrived on time and none of them were broken!

Ordered 70 platters for my wedding. Process was pretty quick. Received all of them, although some had markings on them that must have happened during their creation. I contacted them and Catherine was very prompt in correcting the problem and helping me. They have excellent customer service, and I would definitely use them again in the future for other occasions. Through the entire process of ordering our favors, which were espresso sets with the saucers and the coffee pots, was so awesome!!! It was an easy process ordering them and receiving them. A few of the favors broke through the shipping process but Roseanne immediately addressed our concerns and made sure she shipped us new ones. She followed up with us and made sure we were happy with the results. Roseanne was very professional at all times. She reached out to me over the phone and email following up on my concerns.

My husband and I ordered the "Espresso Cup and Saucer Set Silver in Heart Box" favors for our July vow renewal ceremony. We were so happy with the service and the product overall. Our guests loved them and the price for the favors was very reasonable. We ended up placing a coffee blend bag inside the box with favor tags that read "The Perfect Blend". The favors were given in favor bags that matched our theme. This gave the favor such a unique look. I will continue to purchase favors from My Italian Wedding Favors for years to come.

This vendor is a hands on type of company that cares about their customers and provides excellent customer service and satisfaction! Look no further, you're in good hands with "My Italian Wedding Favors!"
Just one little consideration for you....some of the beautiful and creative wash cloth favors are not common or regular size. So be sure and ask what size they are as to not be disappointed. That's all for now, Happy Shopping!

Our guests could not have been more excited when they picked up their name tag and table number card that was attached to this 13" box. Our wedding favor was a Tuscan detailed ceramic olive oil bottle, hand painted, with a sunflower motif. Our daughter's only flower for the entire wedding was a sunflower. So, in years from now, when our guests are using their olive oil bottle, they will lble remembering the wedding with ALL those sunflowers. I am still getting calls about how much our guests loved their gift. RoseAnn Rufrano at www.myitalianweddingfavors.com was fabulous to work with. 1-866-993-2867. Her professionalsim and guidance for this even was a "10" on the helpfulness chart! She shipped 200 ceramic bottles and they arrived in perfect condition, quickly. I would HIGHLY recommend purchasing from this vendor!

I just wanted to let you know I received my espresso cups and they arrived safe and sound. I was a little concerned about the delivery from New York to Calgary, Alberta, Canada but they arrived very well packaged and none of them were broken.
I also wanted to let you know how appreciative I am with your customer service. Every time I e-mailed you, your responded quickly. I was a little hesitant to order online but your website is very informative and made it very easy and secure to place an order.
My wedding is not until October 2010 but it is very comforting to know one of the items on my "to do" list is complete.

According to your reply it made me feel comfortable to place the order because your email confirmed I will receive the ribbon on time, therefore, I just placed the order right now. I really appreciate your help and prompt response for this matter and would like to stress again that I need the ribbons before July 4th 2010.

I was very happy to have found this company. When I searched for my wedding, I even had relatives looking in Italy but it was hard to do and see in time. For you Italian brides out there looking for confetti, check out Roberta's site. She has a great selection and the finished product was beautiful. I received a lot of compliments from the guests. Roberta is very sweet and easy to work with. She sent me some samples (which I had a hard time getting from other companies) and that made the process much easier.

Placed a trial order with them along with a order to other vendors. Received order within 5 days after placing order. One company I just received order 6 weeks after ordering with 8 emails of asking where is my order. I was promised to have order within 1 week. Needless to say I placed my favor order today with this vendor and hope to receive it as quickly as I got my first order. At this point I really like this vendor and plan on doing much more business with them.

Catherine and everyone else at My Italian Wedding Favors were so helpful with our customized bomboniere for our wedding. Everyone, Italian side and non, loved the confetti and the wine bottle stopper we chose. Catherine was super helpful and very responsive when placing the order. We received everything on time. Out of the 125 ordered about 10 were slightly chipped or cracked (the porcelain flower part) but we ordered more than we needed so that wasn't a large deal. Overall very happy with the customer service and product. Excited to display our bomboniere in the hutch with the countless others we have received from other's special days.

I bought my wedding favors from MyItalianWeddingFavors.com. They were Murano glass wine bottle stoppers. They were great... well, the ones that weren't broken. I ended up paying for an entire case of favors that were broken and had to waste time trying to re-assemble them with crazy glue before the wedding. Good thing I bought extras. I won't be buying from this site again.

Good Product, Terrible Service

Ordered over 100 pieces for our wedding favors and when we picked them up from their factory (to save shipping, it was close to us) they had given us 24 of the incorrect piece. The customer service guy was extremely rude and nasty to us (just what we need 2 months before a wedding!) and offered us either a $25 discount or a sack of sugar covered almonds.

Go with a legit company with a website not built in 1998 and proper customer communication. The only plus is the product is as advertised and we were able to save on shipping.

What a disaster! I have never come upon such irresponsible and poor customer service.

I worked with Alex two weeks out from the event, and he assured me that my 60 favors would arrive in time. They did; however, there was a grammatical error on the ribbon printing which was not my fault by any means. Despite my email to Alex outlining exactly what I needed the favor to say, his team apparently did not have the common sense to check their work and signed off on the incorrect printing. These incorrect ones arrived with two days to go until I needed to leave for the wedding...

Alex was nasty at first, until he realized that the error was the fault of his people and not me. They worked to get a new order out and ship it to the wedding destination, insisting that I send back the original box. WHY?! That's not all though. UPS lost the corrected favors the night before the event and they never made it in time. Though this bit was out of Alex's hands, he insisted the corrected favors be returned to him since they did not arrive in time to be used and we would be forced to use the original favors if we wanted to use any at all.

When I called after the wedding weekend was over to see if I could get a refund of some sort, he refused and told me he had thrown the corrected favors in the trash when they arrived back to him. That was the most infuriating of all! What good did that do anyone?! He refused to give me any sort of compensation and I still had to give out grammatically incorrect favors to my guests. I was utterly embarrassed, and you can be sure I will never use this vendor again. If you're someone who knows how to spell and write, you shouldn't either.
