  Exceptional

  I was looking for a videographer for my wedding. I found My Big Day Videos. Pascale is amazing. She was there early the day of my wedding! She is very professional and knows what she is doing. Her video caught all the special moments of my special day. She had a beautiful vision when it came to making my video. She is very responsive and kept me in the loop before and after the wedding. We received our wedding video back promptly. I highly recommend Pascale.

  Every precious moment caught on film!

  Pascale was so wonderful to work with. She went back to all the footage a couple times to get a few moments that were important to me, and she was so nice about it. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend her!!!

  Checked all the boxes for quality, value, and service

  I spoke with and got quotes from several wedding videographers. I was not impressed with any of them until I spoke with Pascale. She was clearly very knowledgeable about the technical aspects of capturing and editing wedding video and audio. She knew all of the key parts of the wedding day that needed to be captured and how to capture them. Communication before the wedding was excellent and on the day of the wedding she communicated with me on what she should would be doing and some of the limitations that the church presented for her. She worked around those limitations and captured great video and audio during each part of the day. She worked well with our wedding planner, photographer, and staff at the reception venue and was not intrusive. We couldn't be more pleased with the final videos that she produced: the entire ceremony, all of the reception speeches, and a highlight reel. The videos were artfully edited. There were a couple things that we wanted changed and she readily accommodated the changes. Her pricing was reasonable. So in summary Pascale checked all the boxes for quality, value, and service. I have one more daughter that may be getting married so I will definitely be calling Pascale if we need a videographer.

  I would hire her over and over!

  Pascale is so sweet, and very professional! She will work with you to get exactly what you want! She knows the shots she wants and needs, but she listens to what you want/need. too!

  Professional and Fun

  Pascale captured our day so beautifully. We are so happy to have the option to go view our special day for the rest of our lives. Pascale goes above and beyond to get great footage. Watching our wedding ceremony again was one of the greatest gifts! Highly recommended!

I live in the Bay Area and was having a Lake Tahoe wedding so I did not get to meet with her beforehand but she gave me a call before I booked her to answer all of my questions. She is quick with emails. I felt secure that everything was going to go smoothly with her videotaping my wedding. Her fees were reasonable.   Pascale is a true professional. She asked what we expected in our wedding videos (yes, two weddings) and not only did she deliver, she far exceeded our expectations. She filmed every moment that she knew we would want. Pascale has a great personality and knew how to roll with the punches! She made everyone comfortable and it was apparent in our final product by the way she captured all of the precious moments. We won't hesitate to refer Pascale to our family and friends. This was by far one of the best investments we ever made. We will treasure our beautiful wedding video forever.

  Wonderful Experience

  Pascale was absolutely wonderful throughout the process. She was such an incredible professional and was excellent during the photos with the bridal party. The end product was incredible and she got it to us so fast after the wedding. She was by far the best decision we made in the planning phase for our wedding.

  MY BIG DAY VIDEOS did an excellent overall job of capturing precious moments of the wedding, and being flexible to stay longer. The turnaround time was quick and the DVD was of high quality. I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their event videotaped … especially the price being very reasonable compared to others.

  Argued about my name and left early

  She got to the venue and argued with me about what my name (the bride) was for a few minutes. (Hint: it's NOT Tammy!) Didn't mic my uncle who was giving me away but luckily his voice was picked up by my husband's mic when we bought the raw footage for an additional fee. She showed up in clothes you would wear to work out in but Worst of all she left early in violation of our contract, didn't say goodbye, lied about it when I asked and missed getting footage that was important to me of all of us dancing at the reception. Would not recommend. Very unprofessional. Raw footage was only thing worth the headache. Gave 3 stars for flexibility only because she traveled a few hours to provide her service.
