  10/2024 wedding

  Ellie was so great for my wedding makeup! She was so flexible with my schedule in getting me in for a trial and wedding day, the makeup was amazing, lasted all night into the morning! She even gave makeup sample bag incase I needed to touch up! She was so sweet and listened to exactly what you want. The makeup was perfect!!

  Ellie is so talented. She was totally professional and on time. She is so easy to schedule and communicate with through a great website. She also took photos for us and they turned out amazing. I will refer her to everyone.

  Ellie not only did my makeup for a photo shoot but also took my family pictures. She was amazing!

  Unprofessional

  No communication! Last minute she reached out to us a couple days before the wedding to tell us she won't be available for the time we needed her team. We paid in full for her service. This caused a lot of stress for us having to find someone last minute and pay the extra fee for short notice. Still waiting for our refund.

  Thank you for providing feedback so I can provide some clarity on the issue. I was asked if I could reschedule the booking for later in the day but unfortunately due to existing commitments, I could not. When I discussed this with the bride we recognized this meant that I could no longer provide services for the wedding party. Generally, I would have kept the deposit (as stated in the contract) but instead, I sent a full refund the day it was requested. Any delay was due to bank processing.
