    Heartless!!!!

    We rented dogwood trees for a wedding.In the contract it says if cancelled they would keep 50%.Well because of coronavirus restrictions being put in place by the CDC and public health officials the wedding cannot take place.But the caring people that are at Muttonrentals are still keeping 50% of what we paid!!! What a way to help your neighbors in time of need! If they treat people like this in a health crisis,they have no heart!! I would never use them or recommend them!!!!

    Hi Vicki. As we explained on the phone when you called to cancel, we are waiving our 50% cancellation fee and allowing you to apply it towards a future rental in light of everything going on. We understand that this is a difficult time for everyone, which is why we have adjusted our policy.

    We had a distastrous experience with Muttons. Long story short they told us several times beforehand that our chairs would be set up and ready for the wedding, but then called me 30 minutes before it was to start and refused to set them up b/c an ex-employee hadn't noted it on the contract. They charged me an additional $60 to set up 100 chairs, even though they had told me several times it was included.

    Would never recommend that you deal with this company. Ever.
