Muth Audio for the Win!

I had the pleasure of working with Rachel from Muth Audio on our special day and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. Professional, fun and on top of everything I needed. Wouldn't recommend anyone else in this area to DJ for a special day. GREAT SERVICE!

Josh drove two hours to DJ our wedding. He did such a wonderful job and even stayed a bit later than planned due to rain showers.

My husband and I used them for our wedding reception! They are very accommodating and professional. We even had a band playing and they accommodated sound for them too! Work with them for any event and you will not be disappointed. Mark was awesome!

Fun! Fun! Fun. Not a dull moment the entire night and kept the reception schedule on time. John Hopkins ((DJ) did a wonderful job engaging and entertaining our guests!!

I couldn't have asked for better service! Everything was so nice from the lighting to great guest interaction and the Photobooth is a must! I highly recommend Muth Audio for any special event you need a DJ for! Awesome time!

Great website to plan your event. They give you a username and password to access the site. You can plan everything for your event down to the smallest detail. Their selection of music is incredible. Our DJ (Joshua) had reviewed our online details and called before the event to answer any questions. Joshua was at the event a couple of hours early to set up. He was very polite and professional. Josh had people up dancing all night. I had several guest complimenting him and telling me they wanted to use him for their upcoming events. I would highly recommend Muth Audiio and the DJ Joshua. Great night thanks to their service!

Muth audio was great and we highly recommend them. We decided last minute to book a DJ (rather than rent our own equipment and use a song list) and their response time was incredible. Their website was easy to navigate and submit songs. James was the DJ at our wedding and he was wonderful. He was really engaging and our dance floor was full for the duration of our reception. We definitely recommend Muth audio to anyone looking for a DJ in the area.

I would HIGHLY recommend this company! Also, fill out the online form WAY before your wedding! I waited until the last minute and regretted it. They mention so many good points about the ceremony and reception I was scrambling to figure things out.

In the end Josh was amazing!! He kept the party going, really got a good feel for the atmosphere, and played more than just recent hits. It also really touched me that when someone would recommend a song or genre that was a bit off of what we requested, Josh would come over and personally ask me if I was comfortable with it. He understood that the night meant a lot to us and I could tell he was sincere and wanted to make it a night we would always remember. And he succeeded! At the end of the night after a "few" drinks someone had the desire to sing karaoke. AND JOSH MADE IT HAPPEN! All of a sudden a wedding reception turned into a karaoke contest! It was AMAZING! If we ever need DJ service again, not only will I use this company again, but I will personally ask for Josh.

Muth Audio was seriously amazing. I hardly ever write reviews but they truly went above and beyond for us at our wedding! They took care of our ceremony and reception. They didn't skip a beat and they kept the party going! They are so friendly and down to earth. What really stood out to me and my husband was a small gesture...one of the guys came up to our table just to ask how we were and if we needed anything to drink! Like I said, I know it's a super small gesture but during all of the chaos of a wedding, it was nice for someone (our DJ?!) to care enough to think of something small like that!
I would recommend them for any event! They were friendly, professional...honestly perfect!

I provided the DJ for my sister and brother in law's wedding reception. The bride, groom, and I were all very happy with the services we received. The couple really enjoyed having control over what songs were going to be played and not played at the reception. They only had positive things to say about the process and the communication they had leading up to the big day. Our Dj's name was Joshua. He did a great job interacting with the young party guests. He didn't even get mad when a little one jumped up near his equipment. Joshua stayed at his station the whole time and always seemed to be engaged in what he was doing. He stuck with the playlist my sister and her husband desired and if a guest requested a song that he felt like might not be totally appropriate for all listeners, he asked them for permission first before he played it. Overall, the party guests had a great time, the music sounded great, and my sister and her husband couldn't of been any happier.

The DJ joshua was amazing very helpful and good at understanding the type of music and how we wanted our music played. The service from this company was perfect. They followed up with me multiple times prior to the event, asked all the right questions to help make our wedding anniversary party perfect. I love the online services and the fact that I could pay online as well as make notes for the DJ and pick specific songs weeks before the event. I would recommended them for anytype of party. Oh yea i had someone come and sing at my event as well and the mic sound and music was on point and they also played a video for us. Very flexible and they truly gave there all and made our night perfect.

My husband and I could not be happier with the services provided by Muth Audio Designs for our wedding last month. Brian and John were incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire experience. Our reception was a blast, and many of our guests have commented on how great our DJ was. Good music at the reception was very important to us, but we weren't able to spend a fortune on a DJ. The price cannot be beat in the Columbus area. For anyone looking for a professional DJ for a great price, I highly recommend Muth Audio Designs!

When it came to deciding on music for my wedding, John Michael didn't hesitate to put everything together. From setting up the appropriate equipment for both the ceremony and reception to being the DJ at the reception to putting together playlists, he did EVERYTHING PERFECTLY! I was extremely pleased with everything and our guests loved the music because they couldn't stay off the dance floor. He was a professional throughout the entire process and my husband and I couldn't have asked for everything to have flowed any better than it did.

John Michael was the best DJ we could have asked for! He met with us beforehand to discuss the ceremony and reception and made us feel super comfortable. We were trying to cut budgets and planned to "DJ" ourselves with an iPod and garage band.. After hours of frustration and a groomsmen talking some sense into us- we decided to hire a DJ like THREE WEEKS before the wedding, maybe even less!! We didn't want to stress about music day of if something went wrong. Muth Audio was above and beyond anything we expected. Sounds cliche, but they literally MADE the party. My whole childhood growing up I never dreamt of my dress, or flowers, or the chapel.. I envisioned hours on the dance floor with my closest family and best friends! Our DJ made that happen and people are still talking about it months, and months later! They have a way of keeping everyone on the dance floor all night long, if that's what you're looking for of course! And we were! Highly recommend Muth Audio and have already referred them to multiple couples!

John Michael was so amazing! He worked with me on everything and laid out all the details (even some I hadn't even thought of!) He was able to save the song as I was walking down the aisle. I was worried I wouldn't make it all the way up to the altar before the music stopped playing and alas, John Michael had it covered! The music looped around seamlessly and I had no stress. He truly cares about your event and really works to make it all you wish it could be.

Brian was so great to work with throughout planning the entire event. He responded promptly to all of my questions that I had and made sure that everything was taken care of. My DJ's name was Jon and he was absolutely fantastic-probably the best part of the entire evening! He organized our guests to receive their dinner entree's and made sure to talk and entertain our guests. Not to mention, the music was good too! He made sure everyone felt involved and really like they were a huge part of our special day. 2 months later and our guests are STILL talking about him and how great he was. You'd be crazy to use any other vendor!!!!

Muth Audio Designs provided us a PA system with an engineer to do a multi-track recording of our multiple live performances. And also provided a 2nd PA system and DJ for a seamless transition into our reception. Our DJ John read the crowd perfectly and kept the dance floor full the entire night! We would never find a better production company for our unique requests, and we were more than thrilled at the affordability of their 5 star service.

If you are a perfectionist and are looking for an audio company who will appreciate, tolerate, and exceed your expectations, then stop looking now because Muth Audio is hands down the absolute best decision that we made for our entire wedding!! From the one on one consultation and attention given, to the online database of information and song selection they exceed all other companies in their category. Our guests were blown away by how amazing and professional our DJ John was. And as a bridezilla I appreciated how flexible he was and how we knew exactly what I wanted. The flow of the evening went wonderful all because of him, not once did he have to ask me what I wanted next or what to do if something went off schedule he just rolled with it and allowed us to enjoy our night. Our guests praised song selections, ability to make requests and the awesome lighting that wasn't even expected that gave our reception the perfect feel! Our guest continue to rave about how the DJ was the best that they have ever seen! I can't praise Muth Audio enough great price, amazing customer service, and perfect delivery! Brian went over the top to make sure the bride and groom had exactly what they wanted the way they wanted it. He's effi yet flexible at the events. He was very interactive with the guests as well, getting them involved with events and dancing. We still have guests bragging on what a wonderful job Brian did at the wedding and reception! Awesome DJ! I sent a list of songs and didn't have to do anything else. The night ran smooth, thanks to Brian running the show as our DJ. Everyone was dancing and having fun!

Brian did a wonderful job DJing our wedding. He was very reasonable in price and very helpful with any questions or concerns I had leading up to the wedding. Very helpful, friendly, and professional. He was wonderful; he so wonderfully transferred cassette tapes of my grandmother's music onto a CD to use for the ceremony. Great to work with, I would highly recommend.

Our DJ was John Honaker from Muth Audio, and he was AWESOME!! I would recommend him to anyone who wants to have a blast at their wedding reception (and who wants their guests to have the same amount of fun)! He talked to me and my mother (the bride and mother-of-the-bride) about what we wanted during the reception, what music to play, what music not to play, etc. He had great ideas on how to get guests involved, but he was very courteous and asked beforehand if it was okay that he follow through with his great ideas. Muth Audio sets up an "online profile" for your event, and you can submit song requests in advance. But those songs aren't set in stone! The DJ took song requests during the reception even if it wasn't on the online list. The company has a set fee for 4 hours, but they are very flexible! They're willing to let you buy more time if you want. We requested 5 hours right off the bat, and John was very laid back, flexible, and communicative when we were closing in on 5 hours. He was totally willing to let us have more time if we wanted it! Plus, not only was the reception barrels of fun, it also went very smoothly! The DJ kept things moving along, and there was never a ridiculously long wait between the different parts of the reception. He kept people on the dance floor and/or entertained with his song choices and commentary. I am no expert on sound systems or speakers or lights, but the sound systems, speakers, and lighting was more than adequate for our reception hall. I.e. the lighting and sound was just as awesome as the reception turned out to be! My mother, husband, and I (and probably lots of other people who attended our wedding reception) would recommend John and Muth Audio in a heartbeat!

My DJ's name was John Honaker, provided by Muth Audio Designs. John was punctual, interactive, friendly, and professional. Both my wife and I have nothing but absolutely great things about John and Muth Audio Designs. I can't thank them enough for making my wedding beyond perfect.

The fact that I could provide my wants and desires about my wedding day and reception, and it was completely taken care of. I couldn't have been more confident in the talents of this company. I was able to relax and enjoy our day while Muth Audio Designs moved the event along in a delightful and entertaining way. Not only were my expectations blown away by how well the entire event went, but I still am receiving voice mails and emails from our guests telling us that it was the best wedding they have ever been to.

The amount of attention to detail and the creative intuitiveness of the staff at Muth Audio Design was so helpful. They were aware of our wants and how we wanted a party to turn out, and made sure they did their best to make that happen.

This day was a day me and my bride will always remember because of Muth Audio Designs. it will be a day that everyone will keep talking about and I couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you all so much!

They definitely take all stress of the day away from their clients. I didn't worry at all about them the day of the event. The only thing that I would say could improve was that meeting with them to go over everything before the event felt a little last minute. But during that meeting, all concerns were put to rest knowing that they truly did have everything under control. I certainly would highly recommend them to anybody.

Muth Audio has all the bells and whistles for your wedding ceremony and reception. Our DJ was very personable and did a great job working with us and he kept the reception flowing. We loved the music selections, the slide show, the hue of lighting used in the reception venue. The entire ceremony and reception was "seamless", which helped relieve the parents of the bride's stress level!! We would have used them for the photo booth also, if we had it to do again. :)

John was very responsive to my requests, and took time to make sure names were pronounced correctly, and worked to make sure the music kept people dancing all night long. I did not pay directly for this service, as I paid the couple in installments, and they paid for service directly.

I would highly recommend this service.

Muth Audio was recommended by a friend who got married and enjoyed her experience. John was great to work with and flexible in the services/prices. At times, I did have to follow up with emails in order to get a response, but it didn't affect the service provided. Also, there were a few songs that were played during our reception that were not on our song list - if you only want the DJ to play songs from your list I would specifically request that. Their client online portal was user-friendly. Overall, we were very happy with Muth Audio and would recommend them.

Definitely worth the price! There was a breakdown in communication as far as dismissing tables go since we had the DJ dismiss tables. But these guys are great to work with. It would have been nice to have met our actual DJ beforehand instead of someone who wasn't doing our wedding, but most information was communicated to our DJ in an orderly manner. I would recommend.

We met with John to go over our wedding details and knew he would be perfect. Unfortunately, about a month before the wedding John told us he had to go out of town to expand the company and would not be able to DJ our wedding. He assured us that he would give us a replacement that was just as good as him. Matt, the DJ that worked our wedding was ok but he was not what we were hoping for. We wanted someone that was a good entertainer and engaged in the crowd. Matt messed up our introductions even though we had talked on the phone the week before the wedding to go over important details. Matt was also somewhat soft spoken and did not demand the crowd's attention for special announcements as we would have liked. In the end, everything went fine but we would have really preferred to have had John as he was the reason we went with this company. My recommendation would be to confirm what DJ you will be working with but, as in our case, that doesn't always work. We made sure we confirmed on several occasions that John would be our DJ but, even though we did that, when it came down to it we were let down and the company did not follow through with their confirmation.
