  Musselman Jewlers helped me put together the best moment of my life against all odds.

  I had been traveling Colorado mountain climbing for a month and came across an special opportunity to propose to the love of my life in Las Vegas in less than a week. I started scrambling to find a suitable ring, and due to the natural wood look and unique morganite gem I was seeking I began to lose hope until I called Ray Musselman of Musselman Jewlers. Ray assured me he could make this happen for me, even when I told him I had only a couple days to pull it off. When I came to pick up the ring, Ray and his staff were super encouraging and friendly and the ring was absolutely gorgeous. When I proposed to my now fiancé, she was absolutely blown away, and the ring was far exceeded her wildest expectations. I am forever grateful for Musselman Jewlers for giving me one of the greatest moments of my life and helping me kick off a lifetime of love with the woman of my dreams. Thanks Ray, I'll never forget you and your awesome team. I'll be back for matching wedding bands!!

  So helpful for a sporadic bride!

  Imagine: a week before a wedding, and the need arises to clean up the rings we have for our big day. Enter in one of the best phone calls I had with Linnette, who welcomed us before even coming to get our rings polished. She was so nice, that was all I needed to stop by and entrust the company with our rings.
  
  When I stopped by, Ray was so kind and understanding of the upcoming big day. Ray had such an eye, even knowing the kind of material the rings were made of and understanding what needed buffing and cleaning. HE CLEANED OUR RINGS FREE OF CHARGE. With this in mind, would highly encourage any jewelry needs.
  
  Looking forward to our next step of jewelry needs in life to make sure Musselman is our place to go!

  Won me over for life

  I came to Ray because the bagguttes kept falling out of my wedding band. I haven't been able to safely wear it for over a year after being married for only two, and I was desperate to find a solution. Ray spent a lot of time explaining my options to me, and in the end he devised a fix that secured the baguettes without having to remake the entire ring, while still keeping with the style and feel of my entire set. His work is so high quality that I actually prefer the look of it now compared to the original, and I feel confident wearing it on a daily basis again. Musselman's has me as a life-long customer and Ray is just a true pro.

  I had a family diamond we wanted to use for my engagement ring. We went to several jewelers to get quotes for custom designed rings and to pick who we wanted to work with (we wanted someone that seemed willing to work with us to make this exactly what I wanted). Walking out of Musselman Jewelers, we looked at each other and were totally sold! They do a lot of custom design and Ray and Lynette appeared to truly love what they do! They were willing to work with me on little details and were really helpful in making the ring exactly what I wanted. They also set up weekend meetings with me and my fiance so it was nice for our schedule. I now have a ring I love and they made it a fun and easy experience. And my fiance was really happy with the price! I think we got quotes from 5 place and they were really competitive and worth every penny! I definitely recommend Musselman Jewelers and will be going back in the future! :)

  My family has been going to Musselman Jewelers for many years. They are a family business, and they know their business inside and out. They have pre-made jewelry, but they can also custom make or design the perfect piece for you!

  Absolutely terrible repair service.

  Don't waste your money or risk destroying your jewelry at this place. I took my vintage engagement ring here to have a half-shank put on and the prongs to be rhodiumed. We were charged $500 and the ring was repaired horribly. The shank was soldered on crooked and he put huge lumpy solder blobs on the prongs which wasn't even part of the repair. We took the ring to another reputable jeweler in town that works on antique jewelry and he acknowledged that the repair was terrible and that the repair should have cost between $120-$200 max. When we brought this up to the jeweler he very unprofessionally called the jeweler in front of us and other customers to confront him about the pricing that we received. His solution to fixing the ring that he damaged is to take it apart and rebuild the prongs which we absolutely do not trust him to do so we are out $500 and still have to find another jeweler to fix the damage to the ring. Even more unprofessionally the jeweler knew he had Covid and was waiting on customers without a mask.
