AMAZING DJ and Photo Booth Serives

Peter and his MC were AMAZING and very professional! The MC was funny and had all of the attendees at the party laughing. Will be using them again!

Best DJ Ever!!!

Peter was very creative, experienced, and FUN! He was so easy to work with, we literally have no complaints. We met with him about a week before the wedding so that he could give us the customized experience we wanted, but even if we wouldn't have met, I am sure he would have gone above an beyond either way. He is everything a DJ should be, great personality. He was on time, self sufficient, and very professional. You can tell he really enjoys his job and it really creates the environment that people love to be in. Don't give it a second thought, go with Peter!

a LEGEND. Not hyperbole. Best DJ Ever.

This isn't hyperbole. Peter Garcia is the BEST DJ OUT THERE. He is so good that i remembered him from DJing my wedding 10 years ago! So When I knew I was going to need a DJ for my 40th birthday party this past weekend I knew he was the guy. Nobody compares.
Listen I know I'll probably sound biased because I hired him for my parties, but he literally made my party epic. EVERYONE DANCED. Even the people who tell you "no i don't dance". I had numerous people come up to me during the party and even text me the next day to comment how amazing my music was and how great the DJ was.
Peter knows how to throw a party and get your guests moving. While he is totally open to whatever I pitched at him (and I had quite the mix of requests...from disco to modern hip hop, old school dance songs, reggeaton and latin music), he played everything I requested, mixed it seamlessly but also read the crowd and could tell when to mix it up. There are even songs i requested that I knew could be difficult to mix in (but were dear to my heart) and he was able to cut them in perfectly with other songs so the party continued.
He is also a great and warm MC. He asked people to sing me happy birthday, show love, etc. He is so flex and accommodating but still knows music so well that he can take whatever your vision is and make it happen AND make everyone love it too.
People kept asking me "who chose the music? Its awesome!" and i told them that while i had made some requests, it was all Peter.
I'm quite the music snob and get bummed when I go to parties with DJs where the music isn't great. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my music needs. Thats why I hired him 10 years ago and again last weekend.
PETER YOU ARE A LEGEND! Thank you for making my party unforgettable. You brought friends and family together in a way that only good music can!

Best DJ ever!

We hired Peter for our DJ for our wedding. He was so easy to work with, great communication and very professional. We had an absolute blast, The dance floor was packed the whole night! Everyone loved the the Photo Booth and took tons of photos to help us remember our special day. Highly recommend Peter as your DJ for any occasion!

Better than I dreamed

With a bit of fear and trepidation I began my hunt for a DJ for my husbands 50th birthday party. My husband is a Costa Rican American and a professional musician and particular about the music he likes. I found Peter by a referral from another DJ and honestly feel like I won the lottery! Peter was better than I could have imagined, from his responsiveness to my emails, flexibility and professionalism to his amazing job of creating the perfect mix of songs, reading the crowd and creating an amazing party atmosphere for our loud, fun, party-loving Costa Rican family! When it was all said and done, the food was nice and the venue fit well but it was Peter who made the party. He was worth every cent and honestly could have charged more. I cannot say enough good things about Peter and highly recommend him for any party, wedding, or event!

Most personable and knowledgeable DJ!

Right from the start, DJ Pete was professional and very organized. We met in-person for an intro and a week before the reception date. We also communicated via e-mail and text message and DJ Pete is very responsive. He walked step-by-step our wedding reception timeline and took the extra step to visit the venue with us so he can plan his DJ equipment set-up. Websites used to reference the timeline and music were very easy to use. He coordinated with our MC and live band perfectly. DJ Pete also provided Photobooth services that came with unlimited print outs as well as a photo album and USB drive from the night. Another service that DJ Pete provided was a projector and screen to showcase a video as well as our names onto a wall (photo attached) with different variations (not pictured here). We HIGHLY recommend DJ PartyBoy Pete - he gets the job done right and was absolute easy process and fun experience!
We would not mind attending any parties he services in the future! Thank you, DJ Pete!!!

Exceptional Service

Peter went above and beyond to make our wedding entertainment superb. He did a phenomenal job with reading the crowd and adjusting the music accordingly to please our diverse guests. He was responsive via email and phone which is extremely important for an anxious bride. He was receptive to my feedback and made sure to address any questions or concerns I had regarding the planning process. We had a very thorough planning session which helped ease my anxiety. Throughout the entire process, he was kind, understanding, and patient. I would highly recommend him for any occasion.

An Fantastic DJ to make your wedding a heck of a party!

I initially met with Pete because i had 2 co-workers who highly recommended him to me. They kept raving about how he kept people dancing all night at their weddings. After our first meeting, my fiancee and I instantly decided we wanted to book him. He was professional, personable, and it was evident how passionate he was about making sure everyone had a good time.
The dance floor at our wedding was constantly packed. My biggest fear was that no one would dance since I come from a family/friend group of introverts, but he had such a great playlist (curated from our musical taste) and knew exactly how to read the crowd to keep them out on the dance floor. We specifically asked for a lot of 90s alternative rock even though it isn't typical wedding reception music and Pete delivered on that and somehow turned it into mega dance party. He has a super easy to use website where you can build a playlist from his extensive library of songs and also plan your wedding songs (processional, recessional, etc)

I also had a few special request for some more obscure songs to be used for my reception entrances and Pete went out of his way to get them for me. So many of our guests kept saying the music was their favorite part. His prices were also super reasonable compared to other DJs we looked up online. Having Pete as your DJ will be one of the best investments you will make for your wedding and I highly recommend him. I hope to get the chance to work with him again!

Amazing Wedding

Peter Garcia was amazing and made the wedding "lit." His professionalism from the first meeting to the actual day of the wedding was superb and I couldn't have asked for more.

Lots of Dancing

I was maid of honor at my best friends wedding and after an amazing night and LOTS OF DANCING, I knew I wanted him to play at my wedding. 2 yrs laters he did! Best DJ ever!!!! A must have at any event. Highly recommend him

Awesome DJ and great photobooth!

We recently had the pleasure of having Peter and his Music Spot team handle our wedding ceremony and reception this past weekend! We first met Peter to go over our wedding details and then he walked us through some great online databases to get us started with our music selections! Everything was super easy to use and so convenient and we were able to upload all our song requests and timelines online! Peter provided our ceremony and reception music and we also added some uplighting and a photobooth! Everything turned out perfectly and he worked seamlessly with our venue to make sure everything was set up properly! Everyone loved the music and people were dancing all night long! The photobooth was also a huge hit and people definitely took plenty of pictures! Peter made sure to get all our songs in and we couldn't have asked for a better night! I'll definitely be referring Music Spot to anyone who needs a great DJ!

Party Boy Pete and his emcee were beyond amazing! While they are not technically magicians they made the atmosphere magical. EVERYONE was on the dance floor!!! They were able to get everyone to participate and I’ve never experienced anything like it (no one in my family dances)! Someone told me that if chose a good DJ nothing can go wrong. That was the best advice! Pete and his Emcee were so amazing that we asked them to DJ for an additional event the following week! I can’t say enough good things about Pete and his emcee! BEST DJ!!!!!!

Peter was exceptional from initial quote to execution of the most incredible night of my life. I am writing this review on my wedding night, and as I reflect on it -- I am fully aware that Peter put our special day over the top with his professionalism and expertise. As a bride, it's difficult to anticipate all the small details and hiccups that can arrise during the wedding day. Peter and his MC were able to effortly pivot, make announcements and encourage guests participation, when needed -- all without direction. His music selection was wide ranging. His booth set-up was impeccable, complete with a facade and top notch strobe light set up. His skill, professionalism and overall attitude made us feel at ease throughout the day. I cannot say enough about Peter and highly recommend.

Pete was able to meet both myself and now husband on multiple occasions to explain the website and answer all the extra questions that we had. He also was great at corresponding through email. The entire night he was able to feel the crowd and change the songs if people weren't feeling it. We also used the photo booth service that was provided. it was so much fun, and I didn't have to worry about anything. We got a copy of each photo strip and took it back that night! Still to this day (wedding was 10/08/16) I am hearing how great the DJ was from friends and family, and how much fun the photo booth was.

We completely loved Party Boy Pete!!! We have had him at 2 weddings and 1 renewal of vows!! You get more then what you pay for!! He is AMAZING!! The DJ makes the party...you can have the best food but if your DJ isn't good then your party will not be good. Pete had everyone on the floor from the beginning until the lights went on at the very end. We love him and his assistant!!! GREAT JOB!!
