Amazing team!
Wow! DJ Luka and MC Gabriel were the perfect team. They had our guests engaged and dancing the night away the whole night. As musicians ourselves, the soundtrack to the evening was very important and we were not left wanting more. We had many guests ask what company we used and we were happy to tell them MSV! They did a phenomenal job blending both of our cultures and making it a fun night for us all.
We also used MSV for our videography. John and Taylor were professional and kind. They were on time and helped us capture all of the great moments of our weekend. We cannot wait to see our video.
Lastly, we got our photobooth from MSV, it was such a hit! Guests loved the photo booth and it was so easy to use. Our only wish was that you could have printed more than 2 copies of each strip, but we look forward to getting the digital versions!Wow! DJ Luka and MC Gabriel were the perfect team. We loved MSV!
I could not recommend Music Speaks Volumes enough. Our experience was streamlined by the owner, Chris, who was highly responsive throughout the booking process. Once our date was closer, we were assigned Bill as our DJ. He was communicative and from our first phone call, we knew he would be great. He played such great music to our taste and kept our guests on the dance floor all night. So many of our guests gave accolades to our DJ. Our MC was Sean, who was also fantastic. He kept the party going all night and had great energy. The whole team was a pleasure to work with and made our wedding a fun party! Flawless Party Thanks to Chris and Bill!
Our wedding was perfect from start to finish thanks to MSV! Leading up to the event, Chris and Bill both took time to meet with us over the phone on multiple occasions to go over the event order and the music. Bill worked hard to get our playlist just right, using a combination of songs that were important to us and just the right music to steer the party where it needed to go. On our wedding day, they were very communicative with us, and always checked in if they weren't sure about something in order to be certain that it was how we wanted. Our ceremony was flawless - everything was perfectly cued and faded, and exactly how we imagined. Many of our guests ended up on the dance floor during the whole reception, and I found it hard to go do anything else at my own wedding because every song that came on was one that I wanted to dance to! I absolutely recommend adding the photo booth - we didn't originally but I am SO happy that we changed our minds - it gave the kids another option for entertainment, and even our much older relatives had so much fun playing around with it.

Bill Skillz (DJ) and Fuzzy (MC), we’re just amazing and I highly recommend!!! They were the talk of the wedding, and multiple people commented that they really made the wedding. Highly recommend
My sister used MSV years ago at her wedding and we all had an amazing time! My husband and I used them for our wedding a couple weeks ago and had a great experience. Good DJ, bad communication
We had Fuz/Sean doing the actual DJing at our wedding and it was good, no complaints there though we didn’t have super strong preferences. We weren’t thrilled with the company’s communication, though. We had to request pretty much all the information ourselves instead of it being proactively provided (form to indicate songs, etc) and they were all very rudimentary - a pdf to fill out which was a bit of a pain instead of a document we could type into or even better a form to fill out online. I know that a different DJ company we interviewed had a much better system that even let you play clips and showed what songs were popular for different parts. We also needed to request a couple times to be put in contact with our DJ before it happened, and when we did meet with him the form we had sent in had not been forwarded to him. Not a big deal, I just emailed it over but just another example of gaps in communication.
The biggest thing was that our contract specified that we would have a DJ and MC as separate people. When we met with our DJ to talk about timeline logistics and music preferences, he had no idea and said he was coming alone (and didn’t mention it until our coordinator asked about it). We sent an email to Chris (our contact until we met Fuz) about it and he gave us a call back and we talked about it. He offered a discount for it and then ended up finding someone who could do it but we opted for the discount instead of the last-minute replacement we couldn’t find reviews for. Pretty Good
Pros: MSV was responsive to e-mail communication. I had Sean and Steve as my DJ/MC. They were both responsive and easy-going to work with and everything moved smoothly through the night. They played most of my specific requests. I also specifically asked for musical chairs and they happily obliged and led it which was a huge hit!
Cons: I wish they had played more participation dances to get people on the dance floor (I believe they only played 2). They also did not play the right version of the mother-daughter song I asked for which was important to me and caught us off-guard. The music got too quiet during dinner to the point I could barely hear anything playing (although not sure if this was the DJ or venues fault as doors were closed but important for them to keep in mind for future weddings at the FEAST).

Will bring the energy!
We used MSV for our wedding in early May - we could not have been more impressed! DJ Bill clearly read the vibe of the room and created an unforgettable night of FUN and dancing! We received several comments from our guests specifically how awesome our DJ and Music was! Would highly recommend for you wedding and/or event. I am not one to typically write reviews but I felt I needed to. What can I say about MSV Entertainment? Only good things! They were so accommodating, helpful, prepared and overall a joy to work with. They are such a wonderful group to work with. We utilized their DJ, MC & videographers. All of them were so knowledgeable and helped us personalize parts of our wedding we had not even thought of (such as what songs everyone walked down the aisle to, or having a stop motion video of our bride & groom legos). All four men that we worked with helped brighten our day, took away stress and/or made us laugh. They were respectful of the other vendors that we had working as well. I cannot speak more highly of these gentlemen and this business. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who is hosting an event, especially a wedding! Our special day would not have been as good without them and the videos that they made for us, help us relive the day as well. The videos are one of the best things that we invested in from our wedding. Whenever we think back on our wedding, the vendors are always a highlight we talk about, which includes MSV. The BEST vendor we could’ve asked for
Music was such an important part of our wedding planning thoughts and we really wanted to make sure we picked the right vendor. We hadn’t been to many weddings or events with DJs or hosts, etc, but we saw MSV on our wedding venue’s preferred vendors list and decided to reach out. We booked pretty far in advance, so when it got to a few months out from the date everything began pretty quickly. The planning process with MSV was very smooth, organized, and easy, which was great considering this point of wedding planning was pretty stressful. We met/spoke with Chris regularly and he was always able to answer questions and accommodate any changes.
Wedding day was better then we could’ve imagined. Chris (MC/host) Bill (DJ), and Kaitlin (photo booth attendant) were friendly, professional, and overall enjoyable to work with. Even almost a month after the wedding, we’re still hearing how much our guests loved MSV. They truly know how to keep a party going and get & keep everyone dancing. MSV truly made our wedding unforgettable. They really reacted to the crowd and chose songs based on the responsiveness of our guests. We are still hearing wonderful reviews from our friends and family three months later, saying how amazing the music and dancing was at our wedding! A tremendous and heartfelt thank you to DJ Bill Skillz and Chris for bringing our dream wedding to life!!! From the beginning, they were professional, responsive, prompt, and super friendly. Our music was one of the most special and important things to us, and what we loved the most was that they took the time to really listen, and take into account all it meant to us. They took all of our requests, made some great suggestions, and put together the perfect night. Bill checked in with us as the big day approached to figure out all the details. He was so personable, and took his time with us. We were so happy with both Bill and Chris throughout the whole process. They saw it through to the last song of the night, both professionally and personally. We would recommend them without hesitation!! We were lucky enough to work with DJ Bill Skillz - who we can't say enough good things about! He made sure to call us ahead of time to review and go over what we wanted for the night, and he definitely delivered on exactly what we wanted. The ceremony and cocktail hour music was exactly what we were looking for. The music and energy for the reception right from the start was perfect, and we keep getting compliments from our guests. We are big music fans, and we had a lot of preferences, which he took into account, and also felt the vibe. When we wanted to really start dancing, he listened and immediately got the right music going to get everyone out having a good time. Amazing!
We had Gabriel as our MC and Curt as our DJ and we honestly could not have asked for a better pair! From the first point of contact we felt heard and they knew exactly how to make our vision of what we wanted come to life! After delaying for a year we wanted to make sure everyone was having a great time and they knew how to make that happen. We had people on the dance floor all night long which is exactly what happened! We also had the mirrored Photo Booth which was also the biggest hit and had everyone bringing it up at one point or another! Seriously, we had the absolute best time and would recommend them over and over again!!!We had Gabriel as our MC and Curt as our DJ and we honestly could not have asked for a better pair! From the first point of contact we felt heard and they knew exactly how to make our vision of what we wanted come to life! After delaying for a year we wanted to make sure everyone was having a great time and they knew how to make that happen. We had people on the dance floor all night long which is exactly what happened! We also had the mirrored Photo Booth which was also the biggest hit and had everyone bringing it up at one point or another! Seriously, we had the absolute best time and would recommend them over and over again!!! -

Amazing DJ!!
MSV and Bill were amazing!! Even months later people were still commenting on how fun our wedding was and there were always people dancing. Before the wedding I was absolutely stressing out over song selections for the ceremony and various reception "moments" and Bill was so patient and helpful. My indecisiveness meant he didn't get half the songs until just 4 days before the wedding and only got the recessional song and our toast order the day before! I don't know how he felt about it but he pulled it all together beautifully! We also had a number of Russian songs that we wanted played during the reception and he did a great job integrating them.MSV and Bill were amazing!! Even months later people were still commenting on how fun our wedding was and there were always people dancing. Amazing DJ!
Curt and Gabriel were our DJ and Host for our wedding on 11/13 and I cant say enough good things about the two of them! They had every single guest on the dance floor ALL night. I truly loved how much fun all of my guests were having. They both were super engaging, and kept my guests dancing all night long. Gabriel and I spoke a few weeks ahead of the wedding and discussed music choices, and went over the timeline. The communication we had was great, and very helpful! Mc/dj - videography
Gabriel was our MC and Curt was our DJ. Our experience was absolutely amazing. I really wanted everyone to have a great time and wanted everyone up and dancing. That is exactly what happened. It could not have been done without Gabriel as our host. His energy level set the tone of the evening and he made sure our crowd was having a good time from the moment he introduced himself and Curt. Gabriel knows how to work a crowd and interact with a crowd – making the evening fun, lighthearted while keeping it professional at the same time. He made it a point to make sure my guests were always in good spirits and wanting to dance. In my opinion, music is what makes a party a party and dancing is what makes a wedding fun. Gabriel and Curt really hit it out of the park, I couldn’t have asked for anything better. He made my husband and I feel very important which is something every bride and groom should feel on their wedding night. Leading up to our wedding day, Gabriel and MSV in general was very responsive and the communication was excellent. About a week before our wedding we had a phone call with Gabriel letting him know what we wanted, and he assured us that the night would be a blast and that there was nothing to worry about. Well, he stuck true to his words. I do not think we stopped smiling the entire night. It will be something we will remember forever. We highly recommend. Ask for Gabriel and Curt!! I would ask them to be part of our wedding all over again if I could!! I will forever recommend this company and Gabriel and Curt to everyone.

They both created a picture in their head and had my husband and I perform their vision. It was excellent. Their communication level was 10/10. When they asked us to do something for their video it was easy to understand, and it was actually very fun. Having video footage is something that will last for the rest of our lives. I am so happy that Ray and Gabby were part of our wedding day, I would ask them to do it for us all over again. If you are unsure if you want video, just do it. You will have no regrets. As a former wedding DJ music was something that was tremendously important to me for my own wedding. We also needed a blend of American and ethnic music which not many DJs do a great job of. Bill Skillz and Nick Brown absolutely crushed our event and everything from the setup to the MCing was flawless. Bill really understood the blend of music we wanted and had our dance floor packed all night. All I had to do was provide him with some of the Guyanese music we wanted played and he was able to work everything in seamlessly. Weeks after our event people were still commenting on how good the music was and we would happily recommend MSV to anyone. The photo booth pictures looked great as well. MSV was great! First off, they were so kind and professional in allowing us to reschedule the wedding twice due to the pandemic. Richie and Nick listened to every request we had and played the exact music we asked for (and we had a lot of requests!). Great Experience
We chose MSV for our wedding after knowing 4 other couples who used them and raved about their experiences. They did not dissapoint! Bill Skillz was our DJ for the night. From the planning process, he was very communicative and listened to all of our preferences and followed up several times in case we had any changes that needed to be made. Both the DJ, and the MC, Gabriel were absolutely perfect. Gabriel had so much energy and really made my wedding party and I comfortable and excited before introducing us to the dance floor. The two of them had us on the dance floor the entire night! We had a few friends come up to us throughout the night saying how amazing they were, and even had one of our friends end up booking them for their wedding next year since they had such a wonderful time! Great DJ, MC and Videography services!
We booked MSV as our DJ and videographer for our pandemic rescheduled wedding in July 2021. This company was so accommodating while moving to a new date. Gabe and Curt were our fantastic MC and DJ. We received a lot of compliments from our friends and family about how much fun they had dancing and partying on our special day. They had impeccable song choices and were extremely professional, thoughtful, and involved in helping to tailor to our personal preferences for how we wanted our celebration.
John did an amazing job as our videographer. Our wedding video came out perfect and we will have this to cherish now. Thank you!! You were fabulous to work with and gave us something that will last a lifetime
