Music Factory Made Our Wedding Unforgettable!

From start to finish, our DJ, Tristan was absolutely amazing! He was professional, easy to communicate with, and really took the time to understand the vibe we wanted for our big day. Tristan made everything feel seamless, from the ceremony to the last song of the night.

The music was spot on the entire time. He read the crowd perfectly, played all our must-have songs, and mixed in requests without missing a beat. Our dance floor was packed all night long.

I have to also thank Nilda in the office. Excellent communication at all times.

Great Service!

We used this company to provide sound for our wedding. I must say I was very impressed. I was expecting just 2 12" or 15" tops. They provided 2 very nice column array speakers. They delivered ahead of time before ceremony and hooked everything up. Very professional. Would recommend!

Great Music

The staff at Music Factory was great to work with! They worked with us to make sure they played the songs that we wanted to be played during our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Their decorations helped make our first dance unforgettable. Our DJ, Christian, had everyone dancing the whole night and was great to work with! Overall, a truly great experience.

Exceeded expectations and more!! Amazing from start to finish!

Music Factory was absolutely fantastic from the start of our inquiry to the final song played on our wedding night. Highly recommended by our venue, they did not disappoint! Living up to their reputation and then some!! They were quick to respond, very professional, and incredibly easy to work with.

We hired Music Factory for both our ceremony and reception, including their ambiance lighting and cold fire sparklers. The ceremony was beautifully enhanced with their provided microphones and the perfect music selections we had chosen for our entrances.

The reception was the highlight of our evening, thanks to the DJ who effortlessly matched the energy with an impeccable playlist. We received countless compliments from our guests about the amazing music, and we couldn't agree more!

To make it easy, we sent a detailed email of important songs and preferred artists before the event, and they flawlessly incorporated every single one. We had such good vibes throughout the night. The cold fire sparklers added that extra 'wow' factor, and we're so thrilled we opted for them.

Music Factory truly exceeded our expectations and played a significant role in making our wedding day unforgettable. We are so grateful to have had them as part of our special day.

Lighting for a corporate event

We hired Music Factory for the Association of Bridal Consultants Annual Conference in Puerto Rico. They were recommended by the hotel and they did not disappoint. There staff was polite and on time for everything. All the lighting they provided was amazing and they even offered additional suggestions for us. We will be using them again and again and again. Highly recommend.

Best night of my life

Just amaze!

Music Factory really amazed us with their professionalism, communication and ideas. Great experience

The DJ was responsive and professional. There were some songs on our request list not played, but the DJ did do a great job of following the vibe of the crowd and had everyone on the dance floor!

Exceptional and professional music and MCing

These guys nailed it, absolute perfection from ceremony to reception. And they were so easy to work with! We never had to chase anyone down or worry that they couldn't find the venue locations or anything.

Most importantly though, I have to say DJ Juan V. *killed it*. The main thing we had emphasized when talking with him before the weeding was we wanted to throw a lot of tradition out the window (no first dance or anything) and just have a lot of high energy dancing at the reception. He played a great blend of our requested genres and some local music, and absolutely nothing corny or overplayed. Everything felt fresh while still accessible for older generations. That was exactly what we were hoping for-- a fun party in Puerto Rico with all our favorite people where everyone was able to have a good time.

Weeks later and I'm still hearing comments about how fun our reception was. I believe my mom put it best: "I don't think there were any butts in chairs the whole night!" To DJ Juan: I'm sorry we didn't have more time to talk to you the day of the wedding, we were too busy dancing! If we ever hold another event in PR you're definitely top of our list. Thanks for everything!

When I look back at my dream wedding, I acknowledge that I couldn't have done it without Music Factory. The team represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. From the DJ to the lighting, everything was exceptional. Their support was excellent from the beginning to the end of the process. Nilda, Carlos, and their team first assisted in developing the vision; their ideas were unique and aligned with my interests and style. They independently communicated with all the other vendors to coordinate the details. I felt like a guest at my wedding since their team knew what to do and never asked me for guidance. I enjoyed the sparklers while dancing with my husband and when the confetti fell around midnight. DJ Gabriel was amazing; he played our favorite songs and kept our guests on the dance floor all night. I am unbelievably happy to have used them in my wedding, and I highly recommend them to anyone after my experience. Planning a wedding can feel stressful, but the Music Factory team made the planning smooth and enjoyable. Working with them was among the best parts of the planning process. DJ and Special Effects

DJ Juan did an amazing job getting the party started to keeping the energy alive all night. The cold fireworks were a massive hit and left our guests in awe. Best Wedding DJ

Ever being to a wedding were nobody is seating down because everyone is at the dance floor?... that miracle happened at my wedding thanks to the music and service of Music Factory! The BEST entertainment vendor in PR

Working with Hilton was one of the best things that we could have done for our wedding. He was responsive, thoughtful and very caring about our individual event. After we talking about our vision (through and through mind you) we came up with the perfect plan for our perfect day!

Excellent Service

We hired the services provided by Music Factory for my son’s destination wedding. Their services were amazing! Their recommendations for the reception band: Celina and the Welcome dinner guitarrista Luis Oliveri and the Batucada, were all spectacular as well as their DJ services. I highly recommend them!

Our Wedding

Our wedding was a complete dream thanks to Nilda and Carlos. Since the begging of the wedding preparation they helped to make our vision come true on our special day. From working with our wedding planner, to coordinating with the decorative team they were always very hand on. We had a portion of the wedding outside and they put some beautiful candle lights just as we talked about. Also the dance floor was perfect it look very fancy. The confetti was one of my favorite parts of the wedding and they helped us make it happen. I wanted out initials on the room the whole night and with a great proyector it was the centerpiece of the room it looked amazing. We wanted the ambience of the room to be very romantic and they made it happen but for the after party the room turned into a club and the feeling was amazing everyone was dancing until 4am. Our DJ was amazing we had a meeting with him before the wedding and explained what type of music we wanted and he was just the best. The dance floor was never empty when he started playing. I recommend Music Factory with my eyes close if I where you stop looking and hire Music Factory they literally make your dream wedding a reality.

I had a destination wedding in San Juan, PR on April 27th, 2018. My wedding coordinator, Deisa Rivera at Glamourama recommended Music Factory for my reception entertainment. I was a little skeptical at first because I wanted to make sure the music was both Spanish and English and that we could seamlessly provided both genres of music to please my guests. Deisa reassured me that it would be very easy for the DJ to do both and this is not the first time they have had this request. The quote was extremely responsible and Music Factory was able to customize my package to fit my needs and price point. After I booked the them for the reception, I realized that I needed music for my welcome party the day before my wedding at a different location. I told Music Factory that I only needed the bare minimum for this event and really just wanted music playing in the background. Not alone did they provide me a great price for the welcome party they also had the same DJ for both events. I could not believe it, it made my experience seem very personable because I was able to get to know Juan (WHO IS THE MAN) and he was able to get the vibe of my guests! Juan even stayed an extra hour because he did not want to stop the party...I mean come on who does that!!! When we got to the wedding the day I realized I never gave Music Factory a list of songs to not play or what to play, I even forgot to tell Juan when to cut off the first dance music, but he rolled with it and saw my cues from the dance floor...it was great! Juan really felt the vibe of the room and dance floor, he absolutely crushed it with out even knowing what we liked and did not like. I can not recommend Juan and Music Factory enough, they truly made the night!!

Very high quality staff. Responsible, great price and value added. Glad to have them as part of my wedding. Highly recommended for anybody in the area. They have great knowledge of the hotel locations, and know how to make the most each different venue along with local musicians. The dance floor was great, also make sure to consider adding the confetti!

Carlos, Nilda and the entire team were extremely helpful and exceeded every expectation we had. We live in the states and were planing a wedding in Puerto Rico (which was a bit stressful) but they made everything easier and we never had any issues. The quality of their work was incredible! We had talked about the music, lightning and the dance floor during all the plannings stage but when I stepped into the room I was amazed by how everything came together and how it looked. On top of that they also had the confetti at the end of the night and they were a complete hit!! I would recommend Music Factory 100 times! Thank you for your fabulous and professional work!!

Stop searching. These guys are the real deal. We were married in 3/17 and switched horses in midstream. I was anxious bc I hadn't sent my full list of likes/dislikes and musts but little did I know that I had nothing to fear. The team was beyond accommodating and our dj was THE BEST!!!!!!! Every guest stopped me to tell me this was the best party they had been to in ages and it was all thanks to JUAN!!!! As a 1st time (NYC) bride you can understand my anxiety levels were off the charts. Juan was like your really good friend who gets what kind of music you are into, what you don't like and will dance with your aunt if you ask nicely. Cannot wait to go back to PR and book him for a big party. Thank you music factory and JUAN!!!!

Since the beginning everything worked perfect with Music Factory! The ideas the gave us, providing different alternatives that could work for lighting, décor and music for both the church and the reception. As a matter of fact the Church where my daughter got married is very small, yet with all the lightning provided, the Church truly looked like a total different place!! The different dance floors that could be used and/or matched with the reception's décor were wonderful! The monograms used on the walls and the ceiling at the reception were a unique touch! The confetti blast was such a thrill! The best pictures of the wedding happened when the confetti started to fall! Wow! The dj's station was marvelous! All those crystals shine through all the ballroom! The DJ keep everyone dancing until late at night! I wouldn't have changed a thing!! I would certainly use them, again, and again! Music Factory is the best!!!

The Music Factory did a great job of entertaining our guests. We had a guitar player for the wedding, and had a planeros band for the reception. Both were exceptional. I had a lot of requests, and the Dj was perfect with all of them. All of our guests were dancing and had a great time. I would highly recommend this group for a destination wedding.

Music Factory was a great partner in wedding planning. We had an Indian wedding at La Concha and Antiguo Casino, and Nilda from Music Factory was SUPER knowledgeable of the spaces when it comes to best options for the layout and lighting. She really acted as a partner, and guided us through the process. Additionally, she was very responsive, professional and friendly.

Generally, their pricing was really competitive, especially since they seem like one of the top options in Puerto Rico (if not the top). The only pricing that seemed high was outdoor string lighting, but everything else seemed very reasonable. Nilda worked to ensure every detail made our day special from making the Gobo lighting work in a difficult space to illuminant lighting. She also was helpful in crafting a solution for us to make a ballroom that was too large seem like a fitting size for our wedding.

Finally, my fiancé and I though Juan was an amazing DJ. We like top 40, mainstream EDM and hip hop, however, it was an Indian wedding so we wanted to make the cultures of Indian / American music feel seamless. He researched the Indian music we requested and found clever ways to mix them with the American music. Juan is a fantastic option for your wedding!

For wedding couples looking for a DJ Music Factory is the right vendor for them. I was so happy with our DJ Juan, he was amazing. He had everyone dancing, and he was so personable. I literally met him a few minutes before the event and told him want I wanted for our couple dance, and he was so precise I couldn't ask for anything more. Every email I sent Music Factory they responded right away, they made this transition for a destination wedding for easy. I was not worried about them at all, they made me feel very comfortable and assured me every step of the way and they definitely delivered.

We got married at the San Juan Marriott and Stellaris Casino in July 11, 2016. This was a destimation wedding, so we didn't know anyone or the area, which made me a little anxious. However, Music Factory was very easy to work with and did such a great job for us! They didn't need a lot of direction and played all of our song requests! My advice would be to definitely give yourself time to go over all the music you want played at your wedding. Both my husband and I were so busy with other stuff that we let this go until the last minute. Everything went very well but I wish I had given myself more time to prepare. DJ Gaby was very professional and hit the ground running! He was very flexible and we appreciated that so much. It was an awesome experience!

We had such a great experience with music factory, especially with their representive Nilda. She was always available though email and phone whenever we needed her. For our ceremony, we used 3 musicians and we were very specific with certain songs we wanted played and they learned the music and played beautifully. Our reception lighting was amazing !! Nilda and her team were outstanding! Music Factory offered a price point that could not be match by other DJ's and delivered excellent results. The contracted services were for DJ and lighting. The DJ did an excellent job of matching our music tastes which were very diverse (from country to salsa). The also covered the cocktail hour playing a special mix developed by the bride and groom. We were very happy with their services!

Music Factory did an amazing job providing the music for my wedding ceremony and reception. They came highly recommended by my wedding venue. From the onset, the entire process (getting quotes, signing the contract, setting up the conference call, making payment arrangements) was very smooth and efficient.

DJ Juan was amazing. Given that we had a destination wedding, I was able to speak to DJ Juan via conference call to discuss music choices and preference. He did not disappoint as he played all of my must have songs, included songs that we needed, as well as keep my guests entertained and on the dance floor. DJ Juan went above my expectations and I would recommend him and Music Factory to anyone looking to host a fun event. DJ Juan arrived early and stayed late and was very professional the entire time.

Thank you so very much for helping to make Jennie and Matt's wedding everything they dreamed of!!!! The Planeros band was terrific and set the stage for a terrific party. The lighting in the room created a perfect ambiance for the evening. The DJ and Emcee were great and worked very well with the band (which was also outstanding).

Most importantly, you were so nice to work with. You made everything so easy--every request we made was so easily accommodated by you! Whenever we asked your advice it was "right on!"

We will certainly recommend you to all who ask!

DJ Juan was awesome!!! He kept the party going while taking into account our recommended songs. Working with on the arrangements and coordination with Nilda was very easy. She is always accessible by phone and extremely friendly. Can't go wrong with Nilda and DJ Juan.

Music Factory was so awesome to work with. Nilda was sooo sweet. She always responded very quickly. The Dj did an awesome job with the music and very sweet also. The lighting and our logo was amazing! Our guests ae still talking about the music and the logo on the floor. We all had a great time and we owe it to Music Factory for the great music! I would definitely recommend Music Factory for Lighting, Logos, and Dj if your planning to get married in Puerto Rico!

We hired a dj for our rehearsal dinner. The dj was awesome. He was professional and friendly. He played all the music we requested and more we didn't think of. We were so impressed. They were affordable too.

I helped organize my cousin's wedding this past weekend (june 27, 2015) and the reception was absolutely phenomenal. They provided architectural lighting as well as the DJ service and it really made a difference, it was such an elegant event thanks to them. More importantly they were very responsive to people's song requests and the dance floor was just never empty. They were also there very early and responsible. I recommend them 100%

I worked with Music Factory for my destination wedding in San Juan. Destination weddings can be very stressful but Music Factory allowed is not to worry due to their professionalism. They have a vast number of services and provided me a keyboard player for my ceremony, a DJ. MC and lighting. I highly recommend :)

We just wanted to say a Warm Heartedly Thank You to the DJ, which did a magnificent job on our wedding day May 13th 2015 at the Courtyard Marriott Hotel in Carolina, Puerto Rico. The DJ is from Music Factory Inc. out of San Juan, P.R. I met with the DJ when he first arrived at the hotel, he saw I was in the reception room; I introduced myself to him and vice versa. He had a great personality and did an outstanding job throughout the evening. Music Factory Inc. made our day memorable. We had the pleasure of working with Nilda at the Music Factory for our wedding at the St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort and Spa this past November! They did such a great job! Our guitarist for the ceremony was perfect and just what I had imagined, our guest loved it! Our DJ did an outstanding job, music was prompt! Very accessible and easy to work with!

We contracted Music Factory for the plannification and eventual realisation of our 50th Wedding Anniversary. Among the services included they provided; DJ, live music, recommended a great videographer and gorgeous ambient lights. We provided an extensive list of "oldies" music and where concern because we had guests ranking from teens years old to 80 but the DJ selection was amazing. He mixed the music perfectly and everybody danced the night away.

Oh my God! Their fabulous services made this memorable occasion an event for all to remember throughout all our lives.

Music Factory did the lighting for our ceremony at San Cristobal and reception at El Convento Hotel! The lighting made the event even more breathtaking, people were raving about how romantic it made the fort look. They are truly talented at what they do!

MUSIC FACTORY, This high-tech company performed the best party of the 25th anniversary of my graduating class ... The music, technology, service and professionalism was one of a kind.

The music of the great decade of the 80s was the best and the DJs knew how to masterfully transitions that created an unbroken sequence that kept everyone dancing all night.

The visual technology was amazing, the colors, lights, visual effects created an environment that I had ever witnessed. They took our decade of 80 one more time ...

The employees of the company very diligent and helpful.

It was an experience that exceeded by far what we want ... A Dream come true!!!!
