DJ through Music Caterer was GREAT!

We were extremely pleased with the DJ hired through the Music Caterer. They gave us a microphone during the ceremony and played music through dinner and the dance. They really nailed the vibe we want and had people on the dance floor the entire night.

This company will make your evening better than imaginable!

We had the best DJ imaginable! During the reception and days/weeks after people continuously raved about Steve and his team. Steve was on top of everything. He was flexible about song changes, and the timeline of everything, and he also helped keep things moving and on time. Having the photo booth and uplighting was a great addition to the party as well. Thank you, Steve and The Music Caterer for everything! You made our night unforgettable.

Wedding Day

We were so excited to have them help celebrate our wedding day! We had so many people out on the dance floor all night long. We loved how accommodating our DJ’s were and would switch up the music if we did not want it played. The sound system was awesome along with the lighting. Definitely would recommend to anybody looking for DJ services and we will be using them again for other events!

The Music Caterer was awesome to work with, very smooth process from planning to wedding reception night. DJ Steve truly read our crowd and had the dance floor full for the entire reception! Would highly recommend for your wedding!

Highly recommend the Music Caterer !!!

Our experience with Music Caterer from start to finish was more than we could imagine. Treena was great with her communication, and Adam the DJ did a remarkable job from start to finish. He kept the Dance floor full, and the music lively, ensuring a good time for everybody.
Our situation was unique, in that we had a date change three months before before our wedding. The Music Caterer was able to accommodate this change, without any issues. Due to the date change, we had our ceremony and reception in two different locations, and Adam was able to accommodate music in both areas of the venue, no problem.
The photo booth was also a big hit !!!!! We did the enclosed photo booth, versus the open Photo Booth, and I think everybody enjoyed that scenario better, because they could be themselves and not have everybody looking at them. It was also a great opportunity for the kids at the wedding to have something to do as well. Everyone really enjoyed all the props that went along with it too !!!!
Well worth the extra money.
Overall, the experience was a great one ! Highly recommend The Music Caterer for a wedding or any event you might have.

Kept the party going!

We booked the music caterer based off a friends recommendation and they did NOT disappoint! They had our guests dancing all night long! From our ceremony music, to the photo booth to the incredible set up….don’t wait BOOK them ASAP! They are worth every single penny!

Went above and beyond our expectation!

The DJ and the photo booth attendant were amazing! everyone loved the photo booth and the DJ's read the crowd so there were people dancing all night! They helped out with everything that we needed or asked about.

Absolutely Incredible

The Music Caterer's photo booth was fantastic. The customer service was incredible from start to finish, we were able to submit a custom footer to match our wedding theme on each photo strip as well as pick the backdrop color, everyone loved it and we were given a book of all the photos at the end of the night. These guys are an absolute staple to a great wedding reception, I'm extremely happy we went with them.

Awesome DJ and photo booth!!

Everyone involved was professional, fun and just overall awesome!! They put on a fun event for a school dance and were able to not only get all the kids out on the dance floor having fun, but the adults as well. I would highly recommend them for any event!!!

Wonderful experience

Jackie and Kyle were FANTASTIC DJs! They were such troopers setting up our ceremony on a raining day in a park and the music went very smoothly. For the reception, they were incredibly professional and the dance floor was never empty! Music is very important to me, so I was very pleased with how the night went. I had so much fun that I myself, the Bride, was on the dance floor ALL NIGHT :) Not to mention Treena was a joy to work with and always quickly responded to all my emails. Thank you Music Caterer!!

I thought that you did a great job! We have a bit of a microphone situation, it stopped working you did a great job improvising and getting it fixed! You followed my music selection perfectly! I also asked for great music to keep people dancing and everyone did all night long!!!

Fun and Professional DJ Service!

My husband and I hired The Music Caterer for our wedding (both ceremony and reception), and they did not disappoint! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly guiding us through our wedding night. All of our guests had fun dancing to the great music and taking photos in the photo booth. There were no technical difficulties or problems whatsoever. We highly recommend The Music Caterer to be the DJ at your next event.

Book them! They were absolutely amazing. There was never a time when there wasn't people on the dance floor, most of the time it was full! Couldn't be happier with our decision to choose them. Chris kept the party going all night!

Our wedding was June 9th, 2018 and we had Adam & Sammy helping us throughout the night. Adam did a phenomenal job keeping the crowd entertained the entire night and the photobooth was a major hit. There were people in the booth at almost all times. Sometimes you hear people talk about things they wish they did differently, but we can both honestly say we have no regrets going with Music Caterers for our entertainment. It was a great night!

My mind was overloaded and forgot to book entertainment for a school event. I called one week before our event and spoke with Treena. She was amazing to work with and was able to get a photobooth for us!! The kids LOVED it and the personalized logo on the photos was the best!! Thank you!

We had Chris and Kevin as DJs for our wedding this last weekend. They were excellent! Very professional and friendly! We allowed them to choose the music for the dance, and their choices were awesome! They played to our theme and venue (a rustic barn wedding) very well but didn't just stick to country either. They kept people dancing! They also played for the ceremony and had all the songs we requested. They did a great job. Treena was excellent to work with as well. The planning worksheets were extremely helpful and made the night flow smoothly. Thanks for helping make our night unforgettable!

We originally rented the Hashtag printer for our wedding, but the company called a week before the wedding and told us that it hadn't been as big of a hit at weddings and suggested we go with the open air photobooth instead. Jackie came and set everything up and made sure all of our guests got pictures! Everyone loved it and had so much fun!

Kenny, Kim and Kevin were absolutely amazing!! They made our special day one we will never forget. Their choice of music was exactly what we wanted, and were able to fulfill all the requests. The Music Caterer was the perfect vendor for our wedding! They provided our reception music, photo booth, and also provided a sound system for our outdoor wedding. They answered questions quickly and were able to accommodate special requests...especially for songs! We had Adam and Sammy the night of our wedding and it was great to see that they enjoyed working together and made sure that everything ran smoothly for our night. DJ Adam made sure to keep us in the loop and was flexible when we needed to deviate from the original plan.
The photobooth album is a great keepsake and so many guests told us they loved going in with the different props. The guests also loved that they got to keep pictures and could get more if they had a group going in.

Dave and his assistant were second to none- absolutely amazing!! Their song selections and responsiveness to our requests was spot on. The entire time, Dave was calm, patient, reassuring, kind, and enthusiastic. He was awesome with our last minute requests, and seriously made our wedding perfect!! The Music Caterer was AMAZING for my wedding. They were super helpful in planning before the big day. When the day came, Adam kept the dance floor full the entire night! We used Music Caterer for our wedding in April. The 2 DJ's did an awesome job and played all the songs I had requested beforehand and worked well with the crowd and their requests. The dance floor was full the whole night and a great time was had by all. We also used the photo booth and it was a big hit! We received a photo album at the end of the night with all the booth pictures. It is a great keepsake! Thanks for making our day a truly memorable one :)

Everyone at The Music Caterer was absolutely awesome to work with. We booked them just for a photobooth, and they were great! They have flexible packages, start/end times, and they let you customize the footer and background of the photos. Figuring out the details for the day-of was so easy and the day-of setup/takedown was flawless. I would book them for other future events in a heartbeat!

Everyone at my wedding complimented our DJ and a few engaged couples even asked me for more information about them. Austin was very communicative before the wedding also and very helpful. They did an amazing job at our wedding. They were cheaper then any other DJ we looked at and their music and professionalism was outstanding! They helped us out throughout the whole night and kept people on the dance floor. They were extremely easy to work with and had great communication with us. The Music Caterer was able to meet all our accommodations with our ceremony, reception, and photobooth. The were able to set up the outdoor ceremony space with enough equipment for all our musicians, meet the bands requests, and played our music like we planned it. They followed all our requests and guidelines for all of the music at the reception space as well. They also made the announcements we requested and kept out night moving forward. They were friendly and fun! The pricing was also a great deal for the DJ services for the ceremony, reception, and Photobooth.

The Photobooth was excellent. It was well kept and looking like new. The guests and children truly loved it. We also really liked that we got a photo-book with all of the pictures and notes from our guests. The props were well organized, clean, and in great condition.

They did an awesome job! The only downfall the printer stopped working, so lots of people didnt get photos! They never printed out later!

Kenny was our DJ and we had an amazing time! I am very particular about my music and had sent a few song requests previous to the wedding and they had an amazing playlist set up for the night. Our entire wedding party, along with tons of guests, never left the dance floor unless we were going to the photo booth. We danced until 1 am and had the time of our lives.

We worked with Kenny from The Music Caterer. He was very nice to work with and helped answer all of our questions. All three who worked at our wedding reception were very outgoing, fun, and professional. They got the crowd dancing and were a joy to work with! We also had a photo booth from them. The Music Caterer was a very professional, friendly DJ service for our wedding. They answered all questions and requests very quickly and made organizing our reception very easy. Our main DJ, Austin, was very flexible and personable, and did an excellent job during our reception, playing all of the songs that we requested and making sure that the mood of the party was perfect so that everyone had a wonderful time. We used the DJ and photo booth services for our wedding on June 6th, 2015, and they were AWESOME! Treena was an awesome contact while in the planning process and was there to answer any questions I had! From the planning process to the actual wedding day-they were fantastic! Very accommodating-I emailed with some changes the morning of the wedding and they sent me an email back within the hour! The DJ's were Austin, Drake, and Megan and they were great and played awesome music! They kept everyone on the dance floor the whole night! Austin even took a video of my brother and I dancing, which was super nice-an awesome memory to look back on!
The photo booth was great and the little book I got with all of the photos was sure fun to look at the next morning! :) I just can't say enough good things about them, they were definitely well worth the money! I would recommend them to ANYONE!

I loved working with the Music Caterer! We booked the package for the DJ from 5-12, the photobooth from 5-12 and the uplighting. We had Dave (the owner) as our DJ and it turns out that's who we worked with the entire time! I LOVED having him as our DJ. So easy to work with. And our guests really liked him. He kept people on the dance floor the whole night. Anytime we had a question or an idea, we got a response from them so quickly. (I normally communicated with Treena) She is absolutely wonderful! The DJ was so much fun and the photobooth was a huge hit! I would for sure book with these guys! No regrets here!

We recently used Treena and her team at the Music Caterer for our wedding on August 31st, 2014. We used their services for our photo booth and we are so glad we did! I did extensive research on photo booth businesses and trying to find a good deal but also good reviews, they were both!

I had contacted several other businesses but The Music Caterer came out ahead for a few reasons; (1) Treena was absolutely awesome to work with from beginning to end. She answered all my emails and questions quickly. (2) The Music Caterer did offer a small reduction in price for our Sunday wedding (which surprisingly only one other vendor offered. And they say Sunday weddings are cheaper, not so in our case). (3) And one of the other main reasons was that they offered the green screen options with their shots. I really LOVED this option since we had a travel themed wedding, it worked perfectly. She sent me all the images and I could pick and choose which ones I wanted. So for a travel themed wedding this couldn't have been better.

The attendant was also very nice and helpful as well. My guests LOVED the photo booth so much, we got a lot of compliments on that as well!

At the end of the night he gave us a disc with all the images on them and for some reason my computer was not reading the whole disc. I contacted Treena and she sent me a new disc within the week. I was so happy about that! I would have been very sad had i lost all those pictures!

So thank you Treena and team, you guys were amazing!

Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!!! The Music Caterer provided DJ and photobooth services for our wedding celebration. Shawn was our DJ. He was the very best! He met with us over three months before the wedding because we were moving out of state and helped us to choose songs and plan many of the details early. He answered emails promptly and was very professional and fun to work with. Shawn kept the crowd on the dance floor and made our wedding memorable for us and one that many of our guests said they'll never forget. We also had a photo booth which everyone loved. The photo books filled with all of the photos that guests took are such a nice keepsake. Adam and Jackie were also there working the event and did a great job attending the photo booth and helping Shawn. They always had a smile on their face :) I highly recommend The Music Caterer and if given the chance will choose them again :) Thank you for everything!

From the day we booked to the actual event, Austin and his team were AMAZING! Our dance floor was packed with 150+ people for the entire three hours of dancing. We've heard from many of our guests that our wedding was their favorite of the summer because it was a big dance party. We loved that the DJs kept checking in with us to make sure everything was going well, but it was obvious that they were doing a fantastic job. We would definitely recommend the Music Caterer to all of our friends!

Please know I work in the hospitality industry and do not write a review unless deserved!!! My Husband and I rented the Photobooth for our wedding! They did an amazing job, the attendant Austin had fun with our guests and kept them entertained while they waited in line for their turn. We chose to do the green screen (An awesome feature that not every company offers) and rented props for our guests to use! Way to fun. Our guests are still asking us if we have taken a look at our "keepsake" book because they can't wait for us to see all the fun photos!!

Our wedding required a lot of communication as far as what we wanted and when it was to happen. Needless to say, the Music Caterer came through in a big way. The two DJ's on site for our wedding were wonderful, and the professionalism that was demonstrated prior to the wedding was second to none. These guys are on top of their stuff, and it shouldn't go unnoticed because our wedding flowed so smoothly in large part because of them. From the ceremony music, to the cocktail hour/dinner and keeping the dance floor busy all night. We would highly recommend The Music Caterer as a DJ for your wedding. The prices are reasonable and the customer service is flawless. 5 stars.

A DJ can make or break your wedding. We absolutely loved our Dj's Ryan and Shawn!!! They did everything exactly how we wanted it, even when it was last minute changes or additions. We received many compliments on the DJ even a week later. They were worth every penny. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

The Music Caterer provided us with dj and photobooth service for our June 1st wedding.

I cannot say enough about our dj, Shaun Shouldeen - he is absolutely AMAZING!! He was very professional, had great ideas, and knew how to keep people on the dance floor. We received numerous compliments that night and as time goes on are receiving more and more. We have had A LOT of people tell us that he was the best dj they have heard in a long time or even ever. Shaun also went above and beyond for us by helping to turn our slideshow into a dvd and by helping my husband pull of an awesome dance introduction! :) I would 100% recommend Shaun as a wedding dj.

Our photobooth services were also great. We choose the green screen background and had a lot of funny pictures to go along with them. We have looked at our books a ton since that night!

Shaun is AMAZING!!! besides the decor at my wedding all anyone could talk about was how great our DJ was. I personally didn't want a DJ I was under the impression that weddings with live music were more fun, we ran out of options and I was BLESSED to have Shaun as my DJ. Let me tell you how WRONG I was. Shaun danced with my wedding party and kept the people on thier feet! I have NEVER seen a dancefloor so crowded at a wedding for so long! He totally knew how to keep the party going. I attended 8 weddings this year (not including my own) and I have never seen so many people on the dancefloor! He is very professional and will keep your event moving smoothly. We had a couple snafu's with our caterer and Shaun handled the schedule changes like a champ, none of our guests even knew that the food was running behind. If you are in the market for a DJ, Shaun is your guy, you literally cannot go wrong when you hire him. To have Shaun has your DJ garuntee's a good time! Don't even look anywhere else, trust me, I have seen every other DJ out there, Shaun is the absolutly best!!!!!

Our DJ just rocked! They did a great job of keeping our guests entertained. were very interactive, and even put up with some on the fly adjustments to our schedule. What really impressed us was the photo booth. Our photo booth was used over 150 times throughout the night, our guests love it!. The albums the Music Caterer put together for us with those pictures were great to flip though, but our favorite part was receiving digital copies of not only the four photo strips, but of each individual shot as well. So many of our guests were creative with the shots they did in the booth, and we have so many memorable photos of our guests having a great time.

We used their dj and photo booth for a school event. They were able to get a pulse on the crowd and got everyone dancing and enjoying themselves. Kim and Austin did a great job of getting the crowd going and interacting with them. Brendan did a great job at the photo booth taking care of all almost 500 pictures taken of elementary kids in 2 1/2 hours! This is the 2nd year we had the photo booth and the first year we had the dj service with it and I will have them next year without a doubt! They were great!!
I see where they would be able to take a pulse on their audience and get the crowd going, whether you are talking elementary kids or families and friends at a wedding!!

We used the Music-Caterer for a photo booth for our school auction that had a vintage Hollywood theme (so we called this our Paparazzi Booth!). They were FANTASTIC. Extremely professional - set up was fast and non-intrusive - take down was the same. They were fun, our attendees had a blast, they brought tons of fun props, had great backdrops and overall made the experience absolutely fantastic from signing the initial contract to a thank you after it was over. A++++ company - would strongly recommend!

The Music Caterer was our DJ for our August 5 wedding. They did such an awesome job. Their music choices were perfect and kept everyone having a good time all night long. The photobooth and flipbook booth were the greatest highlights of the whole night that all of our guests keep talking about. All of the Music Caterer staff were very friendly and fun individuals. Their equipment and lighting stuff is all awesome and adds a great touch to the reception. Overall, The Music Caterer was better than any other DJ I have ever experienced. I cannot recommend them enough!

I could not have asked for a better DJ and photo booth service! Shaun took time out of his schedule to meet with us and make sure that everything was just the way we wanted it to be on our special day. Having the music caterer at our wedding was the best part of the night (besides getting married). The DJs were funny, friendly, everything I could have wanted. They stuck to our play list (and our DONT play list), they were great at getting the crowd going, and the sunglasses and air guitars will go down in history as the best wedding pics ever. We would definately recommend the music caterer to anyone who needs a DJ. PS - we first saw them at a wedding show, and they gave out $100 discounts for booking them that same day.

We loved our choice of the Music Caterer for both our DJ and photo booth services! The music was wonderful. They played most of the songs we had requested and stayed within the types of music we asked for. Our no-play list was honored as well. Kim was our DJ and she was very friendly and flexible. She communicated efficiently with us the at our reception to make the music perfect for our celebration. The photo booth was a big hit with many of our guests. I loved that we could take home 2 photo albums with the photo strips that night. We enjoyed looking through the photo strips with our family the next day. I took half a star off responsiveness only because multiple people respond to e-mail, which is nice because communication was fast - but it was a little confusing sometimes. Overall, we were very happy with The Music Caterer!

Highly recommend they did a great job the whole wedding and I mean everybody loved it . it was so much fun !! The photobooth was a wedding gift from my mom and we couldn't be any happier with it. The music caterer was very professional and communicated very promptly with us. As the wedding was held at Lambeau Field, they provided 4 very cool Lambeau Field backgrounds with the green screen. The guests got a copy of the photo and we got a copy of the photo plus we got digital copies of the photos and the photo strips. The guests had a blast with it and we are having a blast looking at the 500 photos we received! The attendant was very nice too. Worth every penny...don't skip the photobooth at your event!

I only docked them a star on professionalism because the DJ accidentally locked his keys in his car with his suit, so he was wearing a t shirt and basketball shorts for my ceremony. It was pouring rain, though, and they had all put in a lot of effort setting up outside, and then last-minute moving everything indoors when we moved the ceremony. Played great music, and the photobooth was fun, but... maybe find out how to pronounce the new couple's last name? Mispronounced it all night. Oops!

Overall the DJ and photobooth were the highlights to our event. We did a kissing game that gave each table a song that they had to dance to to get us to kiss. And with the DJ's, Shaun, help this game was amazing! Way more fun than I had ever imagined. And the photobooth was nothing but fun! I love this company, and this is my 2nd time interacting with them (first being my sister's wedding.) My only complaint is that eventhough I had told the DJ in email and over the phone the version of our first dance song we wanted to dance to, he still played the wrong one. But a minor flaw in a great job!

They provided our DJ servies, Photo Booth, and uplighting. Everything went smoothly the day of! There was a miscommunication about the first dance song though, I asked for the acoustic version and while they said that would be okay, when it came time it was like a remix version. Nothing I could do about it once it started, that was the only issue I had. otherwise great!

Overall Things were great, It was a great time and the dance floor was never empty. They had a great flow and it is was just FUN! I had a Slideshow go bad ( the pictures were playing but no music was coming out of the events sound system. The DJ ran over to me and said what songs did you have and he TOTALLY SAVED it. It was almost like there was no problem... The only thing that didnt go over so well was we had a few requests that we wanted played and they never were. The big one was a request from the bride to her mom and her moms best friend. We didnt even notice that it was missed until the next day... That is how good the music was... we were having so much fun we forgot ourselves...

The DJ's were a little on the rookie-side of things..As thie bride I felt like they had to okay everything with me all night and it was a little annoying. The music caterer was our DJ and photo booth this past weekend and overall the guests would have never known we had issues but I am disappointed. First he had to be told you play music during diner and then a few dances we had wanted to do had to be scrapped because he forgot to do them earlier. I thought they were going to set up a hash tag for us and that never happened. They created a custom banner for our photo booth but had the wrong color for our background. I asked for grey and it was red, it looks terrible with our banner. However the most disappointing part of my might was he mixed up the father daughter song with the mother groom song. I had picked the song for a very very important reason for my dad and I and he messed it up. I feel if u had paid that much things should have hone smoother. Overall it was a good night but advise would be to double check everything a few times beforehand, I really wish I would have.

When my fiance and I first began meeting with our DJ, we were so excited because he seemed to understand what we wanted. I provided him with a music list and I thought we discussed most of the details. As we got closer to the wedding date, my fiance and I had a few requests/ideas that we presented to our DJ. In particular, we were playing some special music that we knew a lot of the guests would not know how to dance to. I asked the DJ several weeks in advance to introduce my fiance and I before playing the music so we could show the guests how to dance to the music---we had a whole routine lined up. The DJ agreed to do it and thought that it was a great idea. Well, during the reception, I just heard the music start, without an introduction or anything. At that point, it was too late to say anything as the music had already started. We also planned it so we would have more people out on the dance floor. We were both really disappointed, especially since the DJ agreed to it and seemed really on board.
Another thing--our DJ spent the majority of the time sitting behind the DJ booth. We barely saw him and barely heard him. It was nearly the equivalent to playing an IPOD. At one point, one of our groomsmen took the microphone and did his own DJ'ing because our DJ wasn't doing anything to get guests on the dance floor.
Thank goodness we provided the DJ with good dancing music, because I'm not sure how it would have gone if we let him have free reign.
We also used their uplighting, which I was very pleased with. It looked elegant and added a lot to the ballroom.

On the night of our wedding the photo booth showed up 1.5 hours late and while they were there the booth had technical difficulties for a total of 45 minutes. While they were there and the booth was running it was great though.

I would not recommend this DJ to anyone after the experience we had for our wedding. I had unasnwered emails throughout the planning process which when brought up afterwards was not even apologized for. The package we paid for listed "prize giveaways" and crowd interaction as their priority, however no prizes were given and many of our guests commented that the crowd interaction and song choices were lacking. The DJ was polite and professional at the event but did not bring any enthusiasm or excitement to the event, there was a long gap of no music where guests were asking us why the DJ was not playing music. When we let the owner know after the event that we were not impressed with the service, he came back and pointed out every reason we were wrong, including that we did not have "dancing type of guests" and that it was our fault that there was a gap in music, but refused to acknowledge the items that we were disappointed with and provide any sort of explanation as to why they did not happen other than putting the blame on us. The DJ we had told the owner things that were not true in his explanation of events that night as well. Overall not at all impressed with the enthusiasm, crowd interaction, or service we received from this company before, during, and after our wedding.

TERRIBLE. Total amateurs from start to finish

Do yourself a HUGE favor and hire someone else!! Our wedding was 9 months ago and I'm still upset about this DJ service. When we booked Music Caterer at the Wedding show we were promised professional DJs... at our wedding we had two total amateurs. Seriously, a friend with a laptop would have done a better job.

The guys were rookies from the very start of the day. At the ceremony, the bridal party processional song was started before we were even in the ballroom and lined up, the song ended as I was half way down the aisle(this song was definitely long enough for the girls to get down the short aisle).

For dinner, we compiled a long list of songs and only heard 3 from the list...the rest of the songs were not guest requests as all the guests were seated and not anywhere near the DJ.

As far as the dance goes, I have no idea what they were doing. To kick off the dance portion of the night, they called us by the WRONG NAME when introducing us during our first dance...our last name is 5 letters long and extremely easy to pronounce.

We were about 8 songs into the night and I had only heard 2 of the songs from our list. I approached them and asked if they indeed had the request list, they said "yes," I then asked why the majority of the songs played were not from the list and they said "well, we have to play songs that the older people will dance to." I asked them to get back to the list, which they did for about 45 minutes. I re-approached them and told them thank you and that they were doing a good job. This was apparently a mistake because then they went completely rogue again. My husband then approached them and asked them to get back to the list and to also turn the lights down because they had the lighting turned way up like it was a church dance or something. They turned the lights down and played a few of our songs before going back to doing their own thing again. That's when I just gave up on having good music for the night and turned my focus back to guests. My husband approached them again later in the night requesting that they turn the volume down because the long string of obnoxious 90's club music was just way too loud to tolerate and had driven many of our guests into Thornberry's separated bar area.

The whole music aspect of the day was very disappointing. We were so excited to have Music Caterer providing our music because we had a great experience when meeting with the rep at the GB wedding show. When talking with the rep at the show, my first question was "are you one of those DJs that insists on choosing all the music or can we give you a list of the songs that we would like played?" The response was "yes, you can definitely give us a list and choose all the music, lots of couples do that." That was my deal breaker question, so we booked with confidence that those words would be honored. During our wedding planning months, we I spent an extensive amount of time collecting requests from guests and selecting our personal favorites. I had 3 complete lists, one for the ceremony, dinner, and reception....and they were completely ignored. I just do not understand how this could happen....we kindly asked several times for our wishes to be honored and they just continued doing their own thing. The whole experience was very disappointing and felt super rude.

I wrote an email to the manager but he was "too busy coaching sports" to ever call me back to address the situation. He already had our money, so what would he care, right??
