Montse and her team were an absolute dream to work with. She made everything so seamless and stress-free, and having her handle our rentals and flowers made planning a destination wedding feel so much easier. I honestly do not know what I would have done without Montse. Because of her, I was able to be fully present and worry-free on my special day, and the night turned out absolutely perfect. Incredible Service!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about MSM Rentals! From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless, professional, and truly exceptional. Montserrat, who I had the pleasure of working with, went above and beyond in every way imaginable. She was incredibly professional, kind, and always prompt in responding to every message and email, which made the entire planning process feel stress-free and fully supported.
Their selection of furniture and décor was stunning, their prices were extremely competitive, and a huge bonus was that they also include floral services—which made everything so convenient. The flowers were absolutely exceptional and beautifully designed. When we ran into a hiccup and realized we couldn’t use pampas due to my husband’s allergy, Montserrat and her team shifted gears effortlessly and with complete honesty. In fact, I truly feel the flowers turned out even more beautiful than I originally imagined.
MSM Rentals truly helped bring my vision to life and made my wedding day feel like an absolute dream. If you’re looking for a team that genuinely cares, delivers outstanding service, and makes magic happen, MSM Rentals is it. I am endlessly grateful and would recommend them a thousand times over! -

I had a wonderful experience working with Montserrat Cortes! She helped me pick out the proper rentals for my December 2025 wedding in the Riviera Maya. From the moment I reached out, I was impressed. The PDF was easy to understand and she even jumped on a video call with me to talk through my preferences and her suggestions. She was flexible when I needed to make updates a month before the wedding. Getting ahold of her through WhatsApp was never an issue. There are several rental companies in this area, but I strongly recommend working with MSM Rentals. Thank you, team! -

Our wedding planner recommended Montse's company for our decorations and she did not disappoint!! All the flowers were GORGEOUS and the furniture and other pieces were on point!! I was extremely pleased with the services provided by MSM. From the outset they were responsive to my many questions and flexible whenever I wanted to make any changes, even last minute. Montse was a pleasure to work with, always willing to listen and make recommendations to bring my vision to life. The end result was more than I could have dreamed of. MSM took care of the coordination, design and styling for my wedding and they truly did not miss any details! The day of the wedding went so smoothly and I owe a lot of that to Montse and the MSM team who worked tirelessly all day to ensure everything was perfect. The best rentals vendor!
MSM rentals was literally the best and easiest vendor we got to work with during our whole wedding process! Everything was clear, straight to the point and no hidden surprises as some vendors like to do. They literally send you a catalogue of everything that you might want/need with the prices. All the rentals were modern, in great condition and well taken care of.
Monste was always in communication, beyond kind, patient and MSM has reasonable prices. I felt the most at ease with this vendor. Thank you thank you THANK YOU to the MSM team for creating such a beautiful space for our wedding! If I lived in Mexico, I would book the rentals for every party I had :) -

Where do I start with MSM…they were wonderful to work with through the wedding planning process. MSM was recommended to us by our wedding planner. They had all of the furniture, decor, and glassware that we were looking for at an affordable price. We were able to easily communicate with Montserrat via email throughout the process. We received the quote in a timely manner and it was easy to pay our balance. Montse helped me plan all of the rentals and decor (including floral arrangements) for my wedding from start to finish. From the first conversation, she provided complete guidance, transparency, product inventory, detailed answers to my questions, and reliable/prompt communication. I feel so lucky to have found her because I planned a wedding in Mexico from the US without ever having seen my venue or anything in person. Montse was an absolute joy to work with and always had a calming, cheerful, flexible demeanor. One of my favorite things about MSM rentals was the affordability combined with quality. Our wedding day was by far the most special day of our lives. We are so lucky to have found and amazing event and design planner who brought our vision to life. Monserrat and her MSM Rental and Events team literally made our dreams come true. Monserrat made our vision for our dream destination wedding come to life. From start to finish I could not have asked for a more dedicated visionary working to make everything happen. It was truly a magical day. The details to the design and the execution of how everything turned out was beyond expectations.
I received so many compliments from all of my guest on the decoré, the furniture, the silverware and the flowers. The entire setup was perfect and absolutely beautiful. Montserrat is not only an amazing talented professional, she’s also super sweet. From the start she was super down to earth and easy to talk to and always answered promptly to any questions or concerns. Thank you so much for all of your help and for your beautiful work. -

Do yourself a favor and book MSM.
We worked with Montserrat at MSM and she was our lifesaver.
For starters, we had a hiccup with our original furniture rental vendor and were in need of a new vendor. We found MSM on wedding wire about a month away from our wedding date. Needless to say, we were a bit skeptical of vendors and lost trust in working with vendors internationally. We knew we wouldn’t have time to fly back to MX to view furniture and meet the new vendor in person. We were stressed to the ninth degree until we met Montse.
MSM provided all of our reception furniture, ceremony chairs, SWH table and chairs, cocktail tables and bar, lounge set, lawn games, lighting, printed our menus, designed our seating chart, and created personal signage —pretty much our entire wedding setup.
Here are all the reasons why we recommend hiring MSM:
1. Attentiveness- Montse responded to our wedding inquiry within 24 hours. We later learned that she was working a wedding that day and met with us via Whatsapp after she was done working. We also learned that she had previously worked at our wedding venue and we were able to confirm the quality of services provided by MSM with venue staff.
2. Trustworthy- Montse was transparent and presented the price catalogue with pictures from the get-go. The quote stayed true to all of our agreements.
3. Reliable- Montse was on time to all meetings and followed up with our conversation recapping our discussion accurately. Most importantly, all of her services and rentals were delivered on time for setup on our wedding day, just like how we asked.
4. Customer service- Montse really went above and beyond with customer service. We feel like the universe sent her to us to balance some of the challenges we had. The day before our wedding some guest cancelled and some guests who were unaccounted for decided to show up. Montse was able to accommodate those changes in our seating place cards and printed menus. Also there were small, but important details that we and our coordinator had forgotten like table numbers that Montse noticed and provided the day of the wedding.
5. Budget friendly- one of the reasons we moved on from our original rental vendor is because of the ever changing and inconsistent pricing in our quotes. MSM was more affordable so it made room in our overall budget to add more to our wedding.
6. Personality- we found Montse’s calm and amicable personality really reassuring. She was also flexible and made recommendations when appropriate. She is so nice and working with her just made the end of our wedding planning experience positive.
We wished we would have met Montserrat at the beginning of our wedding planning process. If MSm
Was able to deliver the service they did the month before, we could only imagine what could have been accomplished had we hired them from the beginning. We learned that MSM is more than a furniture rental company, but they offer wedding planning and designing too and we benefited from all of that with some of Montse’s creative direction offered when we asked.
If there is any advice we can offer future couples about planning a wedding in Playa del Carmen, better yet, the Riveria Maya, go with Montserrat at MSM.

Amazing work
I 100% recommend msm for your wedding furniture! I had my wedding outside of the hotel, at Villa la Joya, and after getting quotes and talking with more than 5 other vendors I found MSM, I couldn’t be happier to have chosen them! Communication- super easy! Quality of furniture- great condition, style- elegant, chic, modern, boho, execution - perfect! Oh, and they have a very good price!

Efficient, trustworthy, and offering high quality service
I want to start off by saying I rarely take the time to write a review but after working with MSM and he experience that I had I wanted to make sure I shared it with everyone.
I had an amazing experience with MSM , whether it was the quick response time from Montserrat or how much detail she put into making sure everything was perfect.
I highly recommend MSM for anyone looking for a fantastic rental vendor!

They really take care of every single details.
Like a banquet and catering company we love work with them, cause the equiment always are in a good conditions, clean and they delivery puntually. Also even if you forgot something, they always be happy to solve the problem.

The best quality!
We are so happy that we chose MSM for our wedding. The furnitures we rent were all delicate and good looking, and the flowers are just as pretty as we imagined. We had multiple alterations and asked quotes for multiple times but Monste has always been so patient and responsive. Although it's a bit pricey but believe me it's all worth it! -
