    I can not express how amazing Zoe is! She was absolutely on point with everything the day of our wedding as well as being a huge support during the highs and lows of wedding planning. She was an amazing resource of wedding knowledge that most brides would never know unless they’ve gone through it. Not only did we hire the best wedding planner in AZ, I also developed a wonderful friendship out of the whole experience. If you want an honest friend to help you with your wedding, Zoe Hancock is the person you need by your side.

    She was punctual, thorough on not only bride and groom needs, but whole wedding party, beyond knowledgeable in planning a wedding and the little things that slip through the cracks. Very professional and took so much stress off bride and groom in planning the wedding.

    When we first started planning our wedding, we were very reluctant to pay for a wedding planner. We felt that we had the knowledge and capacity to handle it ourselves, but we chose to hire one at the urging of our parents and friends. We met with several planners and found Zoe to be the most impressive. Many of the other wedding planners left us feeling we would be ‘nickel and dimed’. We didn’t feel that way about Zoe, and choosing her to be our wedding planner was our best wedding decision. She was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. Timely responses, good advice, an ability to take charge, and a fun personality made for a great experience.

    The day of coordination was absolutely seamless. Every detail was executed correctly, and everything ran on schedule. She had earned our 100% trust by the time our wedding day rolled around, which left us completely worry-free. You can’t put a price on that! We knew that even if something unexpected were to occur, Zoe could quickly and competently handle it. One of the other things to consider here is that not only were we worry-free, but it relieved our parents of any responsibility and stress as well. They just got to focus on enjoying our day.

    Do yourself a favor and hire Zoe and her excellent team. You won’t regret it!

    Zoe was hands down a huge part of our amazing wedding! Without her assistance planning and checking things off our list early on since we planned to both busy during the final months leading up to our wedding, we wouldn't nearly have been ahead of everything with out her! Thank you so much for everything from the tiny details of what napkins to put on which tables to helping me bussel my dress. Highly recommend using her well worth the costs, stress and time!

    Zoe was a HUGE help planning my Phoenix wedding from a distance (I was living across the country at the time). She went above and beyond in every respect meeting with vendors at our venue when I couldn't and handling so many details seamlessly! The day of the wedding was absolutely perfect and the best thing was I didn't have to worry about coordinating anyone or anyone because Zoe completely took care of us! I really got to enjoy my own wedding thanks to Zoe's amazing planning. I wholeheartedly recommend her, and can't believe how much she helped me with all for only the coordination fee! My parents, in-laws, and guests all commented on how smoothly everything went, and said it was the best wedding they had been to.

    While planning our wedding, my bride-to-be was a full-time medical student and I was working and going to school full time, which made wedding planning all that much more challenging. After doing some preliminary research, we found Mrs. Hancock's and were quickly impressed with the value and services offered. Our wedding, two weeks ago at time of this review, was PERFECT in large part to Mrs. Hancock's help in keeping us on track and helping with small details we would not have thought of.
    Mrs. Hancock's professionalism and experience were the foundation of our perfect wedding day.

    Zoe and her team were wonderful! My daughter is a full time medical student in her last year, traveling around the country for interviews and auditions while trying to plan her wedding. Zoe's calm, creative and supportive manner was a lifesaver. The wedding was absolutely beautiful. Zoe listened to my daughter and worked creatively to accommodate the many little details and ideas that my daughter wanted and the result was exactly the whimsical homage to Celtic tradition and great works of literature that she dreamed of. I highly recommend Mrs. Hancock's Wedding Planning.

    Zoë was AMAZING! My husband and I were probably not the easiest couple to deal with as we continuously changed our minds on so many details (not to mention I was a hormonal mess as I was 6 months pregnant by our wedding day) but Zoë was a real trooper and even kept us UNDER our budget which was great. The overall result was utterly astonishing and 8 months later we still receive comments from our friends and family about how wonderful our wedding day turned out to be! Although I myself don't anticipate needing her services again for wedding planning, I would certainly hire her for my daughters' Sweet Sixteen parties in a few years! I would highly recommend Zoë's services...you will not be disappointed!!

    Zoe was instrumental in helping me pull off our wedding. We chose not to have a wedding party so that meant no bridesmaids to help with a lot of my tasks. When I brought her on I was feeling overwhelmed by all the things that still needed to be done. I wish I would have brought her on sooner. I would have been a lot less stressed out. She coordinated all of my vendors and my timeline which saved my sanity because the last thing I wanted to do was deal with photographers, the venue, the dj, & the florists in the few days leading up to the wedding. She set up, took down, and packed up all of my decor after the wedding and even secured a baby sitter to stay on site during our reception. She is knowledgeable and professional and gets things done. If you're looking for a weddding planner or day of coordinator I would definitely recommend her.

    Mrs. Hancock went above and beyond a 'day of' planner. I was on the fence about hiring a planner initially, but am sooo glad I decided to have her on my team. She kept in touch with me every step of the way leading up to our wedding, which was very helpful as I had no family in town. She was professional, easy to communicate with and made sure my wedding day was flawless. I would recommend her services to any bride!

    I was a long distance bride, struggling to plan a wedding in Arizona with my mother while I lived in Idah. That was UNTIL i met Mrs. Hancock!!! She is the ultimate consummate professional. She's like a real life Mary Poppins, but for brides and not children. She is extremely responsive to all types of communication; email, phone call and text message. She makes you feel like you are her only bride, even thought she is in high demand. She is not overbearing however will give your her opinion when you ask but will ultimately let you make the final decision. She is considerate of your visions, wishes and wedding budget. She can even make recommendations on what vendors to use (so you know you're getting a reputable, responsible vendor that has already been vetted) and can even get you discounts on services with some vendors! I only wish I could have another wedding so that I could work with her again! With Mrs. Hancock's help my husband and I had the wedding of our dreams.

    My family and I found Mrs. Hancock's involvement essential to our wedding planning process. We hired her for the partial wedding planning package and I truly feel that she went above and beyond to ensure that the wedding was successful. It was the first wedding for my family so we appreciated all the advice, the immediate responses, the vendor recommendations and assistance with vendor communication, the support of our ideas, and most of all the day of the event we worried about NOTHING. My guests thought it was the best wedding they'd been to, and I agree! I would highly recommend Mrs Hancock to anyone who needs partial/day-of wedding planning services, and I believe she'd be excellent as a full planner as well. Thank you Zoe!

    Because my daughter is a busy physician living in NYC who chose to get married in the Valley where she was raised, we knew we would need help planning and pulling off her "destination wedding". We hired Mrs. Hancock as a "Day of Wedding Coordinator" but she was SO MUCH MORE! She helped us find a caterer, photographer, DJ, decorator, buses, etc. by identifying 2-3 great professionals in each specialty who were available for the date we needed them so that my daughter could interview and choose the ones she wanted. Every one we chose did a super job! We only had 6 months to organize the event. Mrs. Hancock helped my daughter stay on schedule by sending her timelines and weekly assignments by email. She really knew all the ins and outs of today's weddings, she spent time getting to know our daughter and her dreams, and certainly kept the bride and the parents of the bride calm knowing that she had our backs. During the walk-through of the venue 3 days before the wedding, she pointed out a big problem with the way we planned on organizing the room but came up with a relatively inexpensive and beautiful solution. On the day of the reception, the caterer's truck had mechanical issues so arrived late to the venue but Zoe and her assistant worked with all the vendors to pull off an absolutely beautiful event and NOT ONE GUEST KNEW THAT THERE HAD BEEN A PROBLEM! She was warm, friendly and helpful to our guests, discovered a couple of wedding crashers and quietly had them removed and had everything clean soon after the last dance! We were able to relax and enjoy the day and our guests! We truly couldn't have done it without her! I highly recommend her.

    I can honestly say that hiring Zoe as our wedding planner was the best investment we made during our wedding. Although we hired her as a day-of wedding planner, Zoe took no time getting down to business. Throughout the entire planning process Zoe had one goal in mind and it was to remove stress from the bride and groom. As a groom, I was unaware of how much time and effort goes into planning a wedding. Once we had Zoe on our side, the once daunting task was much more manageable for my wife and I. Along with this, her wealth of knowledge of the planning process and experience working with a variety of vendors help to drive down costs while still capturing our vision for the day. I cannot thank Zoe enough for making our wedding day so special and stress-free.

    Hiring Mrs. Hancock's Wedding Planning for day-of coordinating services was by far the best decision we made in regards to our big day. As a hands-on bride, I thought myself, my fiance and my family could plan our wedding day ourselves. But when it came down to it, handling different vendors and meetings and timelines became very overwhelming, and that's where Zoe came in! From the moment we hired her, I felt very assured that our day was in the right hands. Zoe's extensive professional knowledge and caring personality make her very easy to work with. She genuinely listens to you, and thoroughly understands the vision you have for your big day. When our wedding day arrived, Zoe had planned our timeline beautifully - we got to enjoy our day with family and friends, while Zoe seamlessly handled vendor arrivals and behind the scene details. Afterwards, our guests could not stop talking about how much they enjoyed themselves and were particularly impressed with the ease and flow of the day. A million thanks to a wedding coordinator that made us feel special, comfortable, and well taken care of, and who gave us a wedding that was perfect for us. Love, a very thankful bride.

    I'm proud my daughter considers me 'super-mom' but the truth is I had no clue how I was going to coordinate a wedding, get myself dressed and actually be there for my daughter on her wedding day. Hiring Mrs Hancock for Day-of Wedding Coordination is the smartest thing I've ever done. Zoe began to help us weeks before the wedding from the first day we spoke, and saved us so much time, aggravation and money. The ceremony and reception room were both much more beautiful thanks to her expertise and attention to detail than we would ever have been able to do ourselves. My daughter calls Zoe Mary Poppins because of the way she 'magically' solved problems that popped up. I can't begin to thank Mrs Hancock and her team for all they did to make my daughter's wedding all we hoped for. I highly recommend this very talented, thorough and kind professional for any event planning. You will enjoy your event so much more!!

    Absolutely Enchanting! My sister's wedding was that "ENCHANTING".
    From the smallest details to the important ones, Mrs. Hancock and her team did an absolute beautiful job.
    Everyone participating at the wedding from caters, florists, DJ and all the personal she hired were very professional, friendly and made all of our guest feel unique, the way an especial day as a Wedding Day should be.
    We heard so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful the wedding ceremony and the after party was.
    Everyone had such a wonderful time.
    Thank you very much for such an amazing job.
    I could not expect less from Mrs. Hancock Wedding Planner, she and her team are Superb.

    Zoe was with us every step of the way, she found the best vendors for our Wedding and they all worked as a team to pull off an amazing Wedding that we and our guests will remember for a lifetime. The Wedding was flawless and absolutley amazing for all. She stayed within our budget with high quality vendors that were very professional every step of the way. Without Zoe we wouldnt have been able to pull this off, it would have been way too much stress on us.

    Mrs. Hancock's Wedding/Reception and Event Coordinating services surpassed our expectations! I work full time and found planning both a destination wedding and a local "after-party" reception overwhelming. I am also a perfectionist and can get distracted easily. This is where Mrs. Zoe Hancock was a godsend! She kept me and my husband-to-be on task and clearly defined what we needed to do--and when. Thanks, Zoe, for keeping us focused on the big picture!

    A well-respected veteran in the wedding planning industry, Mrs. Hancock is a wealth of resources. Zoe and her team embody poise and professionalism; they get the job done! Just tell these ladies what you want for your special day and they'll make it happen.     Where do I start!
    I must admit, I was very hesitant to hire a wedding planner. A groom with a background in event planning thought he knew it all. Then I met Mrs. Hancock! Words can't express how helpful she was in this process. Her patience with a stubborn groom comes second to no one! From picking music, colors, venues etc I was difficult(hard to admit) but she stayed patient with my bride and I through it all. Instead of "hiring a vendor" we truly made a friend during this time of our lives. On our day Mrs. Hancock and her team(Nicole & Cayla - thank you) made sure there was no detail missed. Even when we played the newlywed game I tried to move my chair back and she yelled at me. In a nice way lol she just didn't want us to lift a finger on our day. I'd recommend her to ANYONE that wants the best of the best. She's your favorite wedding planners favorite wedding planner :-)

    What can I say about Mrs. Hancock and her team other than Superb. 6 stars!
    I wanted to keep our friendship in tact, so I thought carefully about the decision to hire Mrs. Hancock for our Daughter's wedding. :-) Well.....because I'm into people who are open, honest, professional and give constructive criticism, I knew the choice was the best choice. Mrs. Hancock helped to keep the stress level at almost non-existence. And if there were any need to worry she would always assure us that's what she was there for. Even with a very stormy day, Mrs. Hancock and her team, in and out of the rain made sure that the guests were escorted in without getting soaked. The team effort was well-orchestrated. Everything was in it's place; vendors were taking care of. I sat with ease knowing that the wedding was in good hands. Although I brought things with me that Mrs. Hancock already had. Just wanted to make sure. :=) there was no need.. Mrs. Hancock and her team were top notch. We received so many positive comments about how smoothly everything went and that it was one of the best weddings ever! Mrs. Hancock's professionalism speaks volume.

    My husband and I never gave much thought about hiring a wedding coordinator when we first started planning our wedding. It was never included in our budget. The first time we met Zoe Handcock was at a wedding expo in Mesa. She had us thinking about hiring one and we decided to meet up with her to see what kind of ideas or how she can help us. After the interview, we decided that she would the perfect fit to our big day. Since she has not much experience with Asian wedding, it was learning curve for her but she did an exceptional job at the end of the day. Zoe is very good listener and will not judge base on the decision once I've made up my mind. She collaborare well and very professional with other vendors and is well known in the wedding industry. I have heard great things about her when we mention we were working with her. When we request for resources, advice, sugguestions and ideas, Zoe will get back to us within 2 or 3 days at the latest. She follow up or check up on us in between periods where there not much to done. On the day of wedding, Zoe made sure I was comfortable, happy, and stress free. Overall, she made my day as magical as I can imagine.

    Awesome, competent, conscientious wedding planner. She starts off a little formal and strong, but you'll be glad when the actual event rolls around. She anticipated our every need and took care of each one. Her vendors were wonderful and suited us well.
    It was important to us to make this a family event, and Zoe accommodated our style and personalities.

    Before the wedding, Mrs. Hancock kept us on a time line so that decision making was made with much less stress because nothing was done last minute. She was always available for answering questions, giving information and direction. At the wedding, Zoe took care of everything so that it ran seamlessly. She was on point the entire time. As the mom, I got time to visit with guests and dance, which of course thrilled me.

    Zoe is an extremely competent Wedding Coordinator who also enjoys what she does. I highly recommend her.

    When we first met with Mrs. Hancock we were absolutely in awe. I have no creative eye but Mrs. Hancock does!! She kept reassuring me that it was going to look amazing and it did. I was completely blown away. Mrs. Hancock takes charge and takes care of things to where you don't have to think of anything on your big day. If you need a glass of water, food, bobby pin, or anything, she has it with her and if she doesn't she will go and get it! Not only did we get a wedding planner we gained a friend. We are so happy to have shared our big day with Zoe!! You will not get a better wedding planner!!!!!! We Love you Zoe!!!!!!!

    Where do I begin? I hired Mrs. Hancock approximately 4 weeks prior to the wedding as a "day of coordinator". Zoe and Arden were above and beyond my expectations. Zoe is a true professional in her field. She took over all of the aspects of my contracts with all of the vendors and the day of made everything so seamless. She understands what it takes to make a bride and groom feel comfortable and she removes the burden of making sure everything is perfect. What she promised in deliverables was delivered. Zoe started out as a vendor and ended up as a friend! She is AWESOME! The value of her services are well worth it considering all that you must coordinate as a bride and groom. Words cannot express how important she was to us the day of our wedding. I highly recommend Mrs. Hancock's services for a wedding or any other event planning that you may need.

    Mrs. Hancock is amazing! She was invaluable in planning my daughter's wedding. Mrs. H helped us negotiate contracts, acted as the contact person with vendors, organized all the details, kept everyone on track, and provided excellent advice on all aspects of wedding planning. Mrs. H also was there the days before and after the wedding to help organize setup and cleanup of the venue. I do not know how I could have enjoyed my daughter's wedding if Mrs. H had not been there- she took care of any issues that arose, orchestrated the both the ceremony and reception, and made sure gratuities were provided to all of the vendors. Not only did Mrs. H provide superb service, but she also is kind, thoughtful, fun to be with, and has become a friend to both my daughter and to me. I cannot imagine another wedding planner with all of these attributes!

    Could NOT have done it without Mrs. Hancock! She made the entire experience much easier and less stressful. To have her outline our timeline for the big day and help us narrow down the hundreds of vendors available in the Phoenix area was amazing. The day of the wedding there was no stress and any questions I could direct to Zoe and her team. She's also a sweetheart and you'll end up with a friend out of the experience. : ) Thank you Zoe for everything!

    Mrs. Hancock is an amazing wedding planner. A year before our wedding we decided we were in over our heads in planning the event of our lives. Making the decision to hire her was the best decision we could have made. She pointed us in the right direction for vendors, not only providing us with people who with excellent service and professionalism but also introducing us to life long friends. She always kept us on track with what needed to be done and always had the big picture of what our wedding and reception would be like in her head. When the wedding day came along it was stress free, and seeing how she pieced everything together was amazing. Though we had been a part of the planning process the whole time, what she pulled off in the end was better than either one of us had imagined.     Mrs. Hancock and her team of lovely assistants made my wedding day everything I dreamed of. I was attempting to plan my own wedding from out of state while simultaneously working full time and applying to PhD programs. One fateful morning, I sent a desperate email to a wedding planner I had just happened upon in a google search and the incredible Zoe Hancock stepped into my life. Zoe tailored her service to my style. She provided guidance, support, and expert advice in every aspect of planning which enabled me to make informed decisions. She connected me to a team of stellar vendors and she helped me to negotiate in a new and foreign field that was initially overwhelming. On the day of our rehearsal and the day of our beautiful wedding, Zoe professionally and respectfully wrangled our distracted, late, and excited family and wedding party members and enabled me to truly be present and enjoy this special time. Investing in Zoe's planning service was absolutely the best wedding decision I made. I recommend her with the highest compliments.

    Zoe helped us to save money the minute we signed a contract with her. She is extremely experienced and knows the ins and the outs of all that goes into a wedding. She helped to keep me on track with all my plans. Her sincerity and genuinity are a plus because planning is stressful enough - you don't want a mean person helping you! Zoe has a huge heart for her clients and understands the stress a bride goes through so she helps relieve the stress in any way possible. Zoe was so sweet to send my husband and I breakfast in our hotel room on our honeymoon, we thank you so much for that! Overall, I don't think our wedding would have been as stress free for David and I as it was without the help of Zoe and her skilled team! I thank you for everything you did!

    I had an amazing stress free time with my daughter's wedding, thanks to Zoe. All I had to do was write out the checks...vendors she recommended were excellent and we walked down the aisle at exactly 4:30 pm...I appreciated the way she knew how to orchestrate the ebb and flow of activities.     My initial conversation with Zoe was supposed to be a quick call to get some pricing but it turned into a 45 minute conversation that eased all of my fears and made me feel 100% comfortable moving forward with Mrs. Hancock's, Inc as my wedding planner and coordinator.
    From vendor recommendations to building my "vision" to all the little details down to every fork, spoon, napkin, & votive candle- Zoe has guided me through the planning process in a way only an organized, top of the line planner can.
    She showed up with an hour's notice to help me make the final decision before I ordered my wedding dress, constantly puts my needs above all else, and was always available to answer any questions and offer advice. There were days I emailed and texted her 50 times and she was also prompt & thorough with all responses.
    Considering most people only get married once, I don't think it's the best time to have to deal with learning from your mistakes- Zoe's experience and insight is, without a doubt, what allowed my wedding to go off "without a hitch". My wedding had several hiccups beyond her control (faulty generators, cars not starting, etc) but Zoe and her team fixed all problems before guests were able to notice anything was happening. I know she's only one person, but it was like she was at 10 places at once.
    Planning with her has been amazing and I highly recommend her for any & all events. Thanks Zo- love ya :)

    I would like to preface this review by saying I originally had a book of a review written about what and amazing experience it was to work with Zoe. Unfortunately, there is a 2000 character max. Below is the cliffnotes version :)

    I met Zoe late in my wedding planning process, and after just one meeting, I knew I could trust her with the most important day of our lives! Her thoughtful guidance, attention to detail, and knowledge of the industry was incredible and reassuring. After quite the peaceful planning process, somehow everything blew up 30 days away from our wedding day. I called Zoe crying late one night, desperate for comforting words and possible solutions (because let's face it, guys just don't know what to say to a blubbering bride). Thanks to Zoe, within 48 hours our HUGE snag was solved and better than before! There was absolutely no way I could have gotten through that week as peacefully and tactfully if it hadn't been for Zoe! Once the big day finally arrived, Zoe and her team were ON POINT! From the moment they arrived they operated like a well oiled machine. It was the most amazing feeling to just let go and enjoy our day knowing that our wedding party, our vendors, and each and every guest was taken care of. I thought we hired a wedding coordinator, but we truly hired a friend. Zoe treated us, our friends, and our families as if they were her own, and we couldn't be more grateful that she came into our lives. It was truly fate. People kept telling us that food and photography are where to spend the money, and although those things were very important, we would say 100 times over that hiring Zoe to be our coordinator was the best investment we made for our wedding. If you somehow have any reservations after reading her reviews, I have two words for you, HIRE HER.

    Mrs Hancock was the event planner for my wedding on 10-19-13. My wife and I attempted to plan the event on our own, with my wife doing most of the work. As the date neared, approximately 3 months out, we we're overwhelmed with the details and coordination that was involved. My wife searched for help and found Mrs Hancock through her many previous great reviews. After meeting, we were certain that she was right for us. Mrs Hancock provided a service that well exceeded anything I had hoped for. On the day of the wedding my wife and I were able to enjoy ourselves as Mrs Hancock ensured that everything ran smoothly. Of all of our vendors or services we used for our wedding day, Mrs Hancock was the one that we could not have done without. I would and have highly recommend her to my friends and family.

    My daughter and I came across Mrs. Hancock quite by accident ... while we were shopping for my dress for the wedding in Scottsdale. In the weeks following the meeting, my daughter decided that hiring a wedding planner would be the perfect solution for alleviating her wedding day anxieties. She could not have made a better choice in choosing Mrs. Hancock. In fact, I am sure that our "accidental" meeting was all part of the plan. While Mrs. Hancock joined Team Marisa comparatively late in the game, she was a joy to work with and a wonder in performing her responsibilities. In the weeks before the wedding, she successfully solved several unanticipated problems ... and in the days before the wedding, she was magnificent in attending to every detail. I can only imagine the tremendous asset she would be for a bride in the earliest days of her planning. As for the wedding day itself, it went off flawlessly ... in large measure due to the exquisite attention to detail that marks Mrs. Hancock's work. The slightest issue was attended to ... and she and her team provided all the guidance and assurances that a bride (and her mother) could possibly imagine. Her professionalism is unmatched. I would strongly recommend Mrs. Hancock, not only to families planning a wedding, but it is quite clear that she excels in planning ANY event. HIRE HER!!!

    Zoe was an invaluable resource during the wedding planning process. She was a great sounding board and offered her expert advice when necessary. It was wonderful knowing that someone was always in your corner, willing to offer a helping hand, make calls to vendors or even just listen when, as a bride, you need to vent. Her whole goal is to make everything as easy and stress-free as possible, and to that, she really does deliver. On our wedding day, she was ready with handkerchiefs for my groom and groomsmen (it was warm that day), she patched up our DJ after he accidentally got stabbed in the leg by a cactus (he was bleeding down his leg!) and most importantly, she kept everything running smoothly and on time. If I could offer any advice to brides it would be this: 1. Start your projects early and finish them early. 2. Don't wait until the last minute for anything. 3. Hire Mrs. Hancock!!!

    Mrs. Hancock isextremely knowledgeable in all aspects of wedding planning. She provided us with a fantastic list of vendors that were excellent and reasonably priced and offered advice and direction when needed. When the wedding day came everything went very smoothly. She had everything under control and the event was truly amazing and beautiful. As the mother of the bride I was able to truly enjoy the day without having to worry about anything.     Mrs. Hancock, what can I say? There are not enough words to describe how helpful she was in the planning and executing of our Big Day! I joked with my now husband, that the first time we met I heard angels singing, but it's not far from the truth. Meeting with her that first time instantly took my stress level down 12 notches. She gave us some great vendor recommendations that proved invaluable, and she was there every step of the way for me, including multiple trips to bridal stores when my original dress turned out to be "the wrong" one. She kept me focused and on task so that I didn't get overwhelmed in details. On THE day she made everything run smoothly and I never worried about a thing, which as you know is key to having an amazing wedding day. She is a part of our family (you can't shake us now, Zo!), and we're grateful for the wisdom she imparted.

    Mrs. Hancock's Weddin Planning service was the best decision for planning my daughters wedding.She handled our planning with a precise program from beginning to end. I don't remember the word stress, on the contrary it was fun, since she understood what we were looking for and staying within our budget. She helped from saving us money with vendors to seating arrangements and putting our leftover cake and gifts away that evening. I would definittely and highly recommend her to any bride to invest in a wedding planner, as she will save money, time and stress.

    In little over a month, Zoe Hancock, planned the perfect wedding for us. She planned the wedding from day one to the day of the wedding. She displayed all the attributes of a great wedding planner; with the utmost organization, detail orientation, she was flexible, and thoughtful. She simply got things done. She was well knowledgable about the ins and outs of the one day we needed her resources the most. She has connections and influence with vendors throughout the valley. She looked over the contracts with vendors before signing them getting the best deals and making sure we didn't miss anything. She will go out of her way, even to the west valley in our case, to meet with you anytime, and was there in our initial meetings with vendors which helped us ask the right questions, and make the right decisions. May be most importantly, she gave us peace of mind, not just with the planning, but emotionally. She has done hundreds of weddings and has had experiences with all sorts of situations, which we of course we had one of our own, and she guided and supported us along the way. She is an expert communicator and assists with communication among you, the vendors, the venue, and your family. I'm sure you'll be happy with her as we were!

    Jeremy and I had our wedding in my parents backyard on October 20, 2012. Being in the event industry we didn't initially plan on having a wedding planner. As the wedding neared we found ourselves stressing on how all the details would come together. I certainly didn't want my mom having to coordinate everything on our wedding day or the days leading up to it. That's where Mrs. Hancock came in.

    It wasn't easy for Mrs. Hancock to dig out all the details we had already planned on, but she did and she was able to meticulously organize them. Se helped us in making final decisions. She made sure that the day/evening flowed smoothly and was able to adapt and keep things moving when we got behind or ahead of schedule.

    Mrs. Hancock worried about all the little things so that we didn't have to...The big things too! Details you would never think about, Zoë does. It is evident that Mrs. Hancock takes pride in what she does. You will not feel like "just another bride".

    Whether you're getting married at a venue, a resort, your own backyard, a park or a private residence, Mrs. Hancocks is absolutely the right choice for you. I already have guests from my wedding whom plan on utilizing Mrs. Hancocks services and vast knowledge of everything weddings.

    One hugh example, I had moved out of state in the middle of everything cause my husband is out of state... While I was gone we communicated through emails and phone calls they handled everything for me... I totally love the job that they did and wouldn't of aske for anything else....

    OK, so I was the "Father of the Bride". I knew the pressure my baby and her husband to be were under. I wanted the best for both of them and I thought I could help give them that. Wrong!!! As I followed along with what Mrs. Hancock (Zoe) was doing with the kids I quickly learned a professional was the best choice and the best professional was Zoe. What a ride! Every detail was covered, every question was answered and the lady was able to keep me in my place (and that's not easy to do). In the end, the wedding and reception were perfect, better than I could have even hoped for Charissa and Jose. We all owe Zoe so much, much more than any $$ cost. We made a great friend in the process and so there is now a special bond. We will see her on their one year celebration, of this I am sure! Thanks Miss!!!

    My husband and I decided on a backyard wedding in order to save money. Little did we know how much more work it is to have a backyard wedding! Luckily, we had the foresight to hire Mrs. Hancock who of course knew exactly what we were getting ourselves into. Mrs. Hancock held my hand through the planning process, always listening to me and helping me to make MY vision a reality. She referred creative, affordable vendors who really took pride in their work. The day of the wedding was just a wonderful dream. The entire time my husband and I were able to focus on each other and on all of our wonderful friends and family. While Zoe handled every detail and made the event spectacular. She also catered to us and made us feel like royalty! I would highly recommend her services to anyone planning their big day. If you want to truly enjoy your event and not be bogged down by the millions of details that must come together the day of, Mrs. Hancock is your planner! My husband and I agree that she was the best money we spent!

    Oh my goodness! What can't I say about how wonderful Mrs. Hancock and her staff are. She completely understood our needs and just got who we were as a couple from day one. I always felt comfortable working with Zoe and had 100% confidence that our day would be perfect, and it was! I had a lot going on in my life beside the wedding and I certainly couldn't have accomplished a fraction of what needed to be done without her. She always had my back and I will never forget that. She's the kind of person that you will want to keep close throughout your event planning and beyond. Thank you Mrs. Hancock!!!

    My wedding was July 28th , 2012. at church and then reception was at royal palms. i thought i had every thing done and i just needed coordination on the day of the wedding. i meet with Mrs. Hancock; Very Professional in every way you can think; very organized, always there to help you, never busy to answer any question, has an answer for everything or a solution. She goes over and beyond any expectations and makes sure that every thing is perfect. she had a great team that know exactly what they are doing.

    I would for sure recommend her to any one who wants a perfect event.

Caitlin and Victor Ruelas knew what they wanted but between work and school, who has the time to prepare, interview, negotiate, plan? Mrs Hancock ! We were so pleased to meet with her during the initial stages of the wedding planning. We hired her and we knew we would be well taken care of.     Mrs. Zoe Hancock and Mrs. Hancock’s Inc. provide excellent service. Excellence doesn’t mean nothing goes wrong, excellent service is genuine care for people, the ability to recover when things don’t go as planned, and attention to detail.
    I was ecstatic when my best friend and partner asked me to be his bride. When we decided to marry in Phoenix Arizona I knew we would need some help with planning and coordination. Besides both of us being transplants with no family living here, I was busy with graduate school and we both have full-time jobs. Our friends laughed at us when we said we were looking for a wedding coordinator. Yes, with most of our friends getting married, they had vendor contacts and ideas. But they had never met Mrs. Zoe Hancock. We walked into our first appointment with Mrs. Hancock and her team with a dream of feeling elegant on our wedding day, and also incorporating our fun island cultures. We had dreams … but no idea of how to step by step make the feeling a reality.
    Mrs. Hancock, you are worth your weight in PLATINUM. When we wanted a downtown Phoenix venue, you helped us find Bentley Projects. When we wanted funky decor, you connected us with Encore Creative. We needed someone to capture memories, not just take pictures, you suggested Christopher Maddox Photography. You helped us review and re-review our vendor contracts; you even got us discounts! And negotiated to get us what we wanted within budget. Most of all, when I started to freak out about my personal look, THANK YOU for offering to go dress shopping with me - you melted my heart. This is not something that a wedding coordinator normally does; this is something that a wedding coordinator who recognizes her bride’s needs does. This is someone who genuinely cared about me.
    The days leading up to our wedding were very stressful for me. Thank you for taking over and allowing me to rest and to spend time with friends and family who travelled from afar to attend our wedding. You made sure every vendor was prepared and on duty. Further, because of all the distractions, I started forgetting details I intended. Thank you for not forgetting the look we were going for, even upgrading the pen to sign the marriage license to match the elegant, but fun theme. Only YOU, Mrs. Hancock would think of the pen. Thank you and your team for also upgrading the bathroom, the snacks, making sure we had water behind the scenes. You were amazing!

    Zoe, Melinda, you ladies ROCK! I never thought I needed a planner, but as the day got closer, I realized I made a big mistake. I was sent to you by my dear friends at CWLife Photography. I will never be able to thank them enough for sending me in the right direction, straight to your team. Just knowing you were a quick call or text message away, leading up to the wedding, was enough to keep me calm. There were so many details I never even thought of, and you took care of it all. Everyone at the wedding was so impressed with your professionalism. Your emergency kit was a god-send, especially when my cousin lost his buttons, twice. You got the little jacket to me within minutes, when we discovered it wasn't with the dress. You handle all the little surprises that showed up, I didn't stress about anything. I have heard stories about brides who hardly remember their wedding day, because they are so nervous and stressed. I think there is hardly a moment I DON'T remember, because I was so relaxed. Your team was there, and I knew I didn't have to worry. I could sing you praises for hours and hours, but I think there probably isn't time for that. Bottom line, you are the best thing that happened to my wedding. Every bride should invest in a planner, and Mrs. Hancock's team is the best in the business, hands down.

    5 Stars all the way. Amy Bacon, Zoe Hancock, and Kelly Hurley are my rockstars from the wedding. We hired them as day of coordinators and they really ensured that my wedding dreams/vision came through. Everything was perfect. My fiance was skeptical at first about why we would need a wedding planner but at the end of the day he was super thankful they were there. He was thankful that Mrs.Hancock's was there at rehearsal picking up all our items for the Big Day and just seeing the stress come off his fiance really put his heart at ease that theyre worth every penny. On our wedding day, he said "lets ask amy" or "thank God Zoe is there" or "kelly got me some antacids" and I really felt at ease knowing that he needed them as much as I did :). Our families raved at them throughout the evening and the next day at brunch. They complimented at how hard they worked that day and how helpful they were to the bride/groom/ and every single guest. There are no words to express how important it is for a bride to not just hire a planner.. but to HIRE MRS HANCOCK's. I planned the wedding and when the week of the wedding came, these 3 ladies/angels/lifesavers were there to take it off my hands and deliver. If you're a bride and doesnt want to plan the wedding, EVEN BETTER. Whatever help you need for the wedding, they are THE BEST. Now i have gained life long friends and I couldn't have imagined my wedding day without them. I remember thinking multiple times before the wedding day and during, "How does a bride do it without them?!" Don't be one of those brides :) Trust me and INVEST in them. Worth every penny.

    Even if I knew every word of the English language, I would still be at a loss to describe the perfection of my wedding day. From the moment we hired Zoe and Amy, I knew I was in good hands, and my faith in their abilities was rewarded handsomely. Without a doubt, my day was the one I had dreamed of for my entire life. What I never counted on, as I began wedding planning, was that there might be so many pieces of the puzzle that needed to be sorted out and then put together to make my dream a reality. I wanted to make sure every detail of the wedding felt personal to my husband and me, but realized that no matter how much work I did before hand, without help, nothing would be as beautiful as I had imagined it.
    Zoe and Amy took every piece of my wedding puzzle (some still in boxes and plastic bags!) and put together a picture more beautiful than the one I had imagined!
    Zoe and Amy, even as the memories of my centerpieces and dinner plate fade, and I forget exactly who said what and to whom, what I will never forget is how special you both made me feel on my wedding day. My happiness seemed to be the most paramount concern of the day. I doubt I will ever have another day in my life where it will all be about me -- thank you both for helping me make the most of it!

    When we first decided to get married, I thought planning a wedding was pretty simple. 2 months before the wedding I realized that there was too much to take care of and that without a wedding planner I would not be able to enjoy "my" day because I would be worried about things going wrong.
    My florist Michelle (Crazy Daisies) recommended Mrs. Hancock's and after some thinking I decided to let them handle the wedding.

    Thinking back I am so glad I did. I had the most beautiful wedding and not once did I have to think or worry about anything. Amy and Zoe made sure my husband and I were able to enjoy every minute of the day. Before the wedding they helped me to negotiate contracts and to make sure that the timeline for the day itself was perfect. On the wedding day they made me feel like a VIP ;-). Before we were taking pictures I needed some magic tape to hide my bra under my dress and of course Zoe and Amy were prepared for that request. When I was feeling a little dizzy because I was taking pictures in the sun too long, they made sure I got some alone time, water and cookies. Also later that night I needed a flashlight to right some cards and they even had that right at hand. I was just so amazed that there was nothing they were not prepared for or that they could not handle.

    A couple days before the wedding my family had come from Germany to be part of the celebration. I was very worried that they would enjoy it for whatever reason. I also was concerned that other guests would not have a great time. I think all day Zoe and Amy made sure everybody was having fun and that all guests were comfortable at all times. Because the ceremony and reception was outside and I did not want guests to be cold I had made blankets for all the ladies. We had them rolled up and ready to be used. When I realized that it was getting cold earlier than I expected Mrs. Hancock's team was already distributing the blankets and made sure the heaters were placed were they were needed.

    I think I could keep on going about how Mrs. Hancock's made dream wedding come true but I think you get the point :-)

    When I first started the wedding planning process, I was sure that I could totally handle it by myself. After all, its just a party for 75 people, and I entertain pretty good sized groups of people fairly often.

    Once I really got into the details I realized that I had to have help....otherwise, I was not going to enjoy a minute of the day that I was spending so much money on and that was so important to me.

    Enter Zoe Hancock and Amy Bacon. They were by far the glue that held our wedding together. Being a rather type A bride, in the planning process I was happy to be really hands on, and they were so great about letting me be hands on when I wanted to, but also being totally great about stepping in when I needed it.

    They also pointed us in the direction of several fantastic vendors – DJ, photographer, seamstress, beauty and caterer.

    Several weeks out from the wedding, they put together a super detailed timeline, confirmed EVERY single detail with EVERY vendor and made sure that every single thing ran perfectly on our wedding day. I really cannot emphasize enough that the money I invested with them was by far, the most valuable money I spent, they were truly amazing.

    Day of, I showed up at the venue about noon, they put a mimosa (or 2, or 3 :) ) in my hand, and I relaxed and visited with my bridal party while I got ready. I didn't have to lift a finger or worry that anything hadn't been managed.

    During our event, they were SO on top of things – making sure that our event was flowing as it should and making sure that everyone – most importantly myself and my husband – were having a wonderful time.

    They are amazing. I cannot recommend them enough.

    If you’re debating whether or not you need a day-of coordinator, trust me, you do. And if you want someone super organized and sweet for a great price, you need Amy of Mrs. Hancock’s. She had great vendor recommendations when I needed them, and did a great job of keeping everyone on the same page the week of the wedding. Amy was totally there for me every step of the way. When I had a flower crisis two days before the wedding, Amy was immediately on the phone and online looking for someone who could help me out. She also helped my mother pull herself together before the ceremony, for which I am extremely grateful. Amy, along with Kelley and Christy, helped make our wedding day truly special and EXACTLY the way we planned.

    I had alot of things go wrong with planning the wedding by myself. When I found Amy Bacon at Mrs. Hancock she really helped me fix everything and let me know what i needed to do, even though i only hired her the day of the wedding. My wedding was amazing and i have to give lots of credit to them. Thanks so much!

    Zoe and Amy are amazing!!! I was traveling between Wisconsin and Arizona while planning my wedding and Amy and Zoe kept everything on track!! I can't imagine what my wedding day would have been like without them. I don't want to!! They handled every task and issue that came their way. Every time I turned around, one of them was on hand to help put on a bracelet, dry a damp hanky or get a glass of wine. They worked with all the vendors to make sure my day went off without a hitch. During the design meeting at my venue, Amy was on hand to provide ideas, which lead to things that I would have never thought of! And as we sat at the meeting, I realized that their experience is what I needed to make my day go smooth. That is why I had chosen them. Zoe and Amy bring so my help, experience and love to the table when you work with them. I would not have enjoyed my wedding day if Zoe and Amy had not helped me in every way. They are worth every penny!! And more!!!!

    This review is from an MOB, aka financier. Of all the money spent on my daughter's recent wedding, our absolute best value was Zoe Hancock and Amy Bacon of Mrs. Hancocks Wedding Planning. We contacted them late in the planning game and really didn't allow them a fair amount of time to fully provide their services. But where they stepped and took over was amazing. They were professionals with a capital P. There was not anything that they could not help us with; from getting a last minute guestbook to taking care of wedding guests that were not feeling well. They did not have a great deal of time to get to know the bride, but were able to pickup on her likes and dislikes right away. They thought of every detail, and were there with us on the wedding day from beginning to end to ensure everything was done as we had requested. They were the attentive, from making coffee runs, to adjusting the air conditioner for our comfort. They actually saved us money everywhere they could. They made some awesome recommendations for hair and makeup artists. We were happy with all of they did for us. They were gracious as they worked with the other vendors to make my daughter's day absolutely perfect. There was no nervous, uptight bride in our suite. Zoe and Amy were taking care of every detail while the bride was catching a few rays of sun on the lawn near her room. They truly were worth their weight in gold. Not only did they make the bride's day perfect, but there was no stress for me, the MOB. That in itself was worth the money. If I had this to do again, they would be hired at the very beginning of the process. I would have pressed harder for my daughter to get a planner sooner. They were just the 2nd best thing of the whole day, with the best thing being 'our bride'.

    How do we even begin to say thank you to this wonderful pair - Amy & Zoe are true professionals! They understand what it means to take care of the bride, groom, family, guests, vendors, etc..... Our guests raved about their service and attention to detail. We were on the fence about hiring a wedding planner for the day of our wedding, but we are thrilled we did. They made everything go so smoothly. They called vendors in advance to ensure all details were set, walked the venue, and spoke with us at length to understand our vision for that fairytale wedding.     Mrs. Hancock's Wedding/Reception and Event Coordinating services surpassed our expectations! I work full time and found planning both a destination wedding and a local "after-party" reception overwhelming. I am also a perfectionist and can get distracted easily. This is where Mrs. Zoe Hancock was a godsend! She kept me and my husband-to-be on task and clearly defined what we needed to do--and when.

    A well-respected veteran in the wedding planning industry, Mrs. Hancock's is a wealth of resources. Both she and her lead assistant, Cayla, embody poise and professionalism; they get the job done! Just tell these ladies what you want for your special day and they'll make it happen. If you're not sure what you want or how to achieve it, no worries; Mrs. Hancock is a fountain of innovative ideas and she’s not afraid to present more efficient options, but, ultimately, she lets you make the decision. Mrs. Hancock was like my right hand; she was the point of contact for all vendors and she took charge of all the little details, which resulted in a smooth celebration.

    Mrs. Hancock's services are well worth the cost. Wedding planners like Mrs. Hancock provide peace of mind, help relieve stress and anxiety, and oversee the behind-the-scenes of a wedding so that you can concentrate on yourself and your guests. And that, future brides, is priceless!
