Highly recommend rentals and planning with the owner - she did an outstanding job on my daughters wedding. Everyone loved the decor, I cannot say enough good things about her as a vendor. 5 stars!

I couldn't have asked for a better planner for my baby shower! Everything she put together was fantastic and spot on. I ended up buying a tablecloth in her shop (a gorgeous ruffled number) with some matching chair covers and they were such good quality - I still have them and used them for the holidays! I highly recommend her for both events and linens - simply amazing work, thank you!

Sara is amazing and I would recommend her to anyone I know. She completely removed the stress of the planning from us and took it all on herself. I KNEW when we showed up at the wedding everything would be perfect, thanks to her.

Sara was able to work with us through our crazy wedding. Everything that could go wrong, went wrong, and she was able to take any change of plans or bad news and make it work. Moreover, she made it work beautifully! After all was said and done, we had many of our guests wanting to take home the décor. Mrs. Freund, you are a superstar and I highly recommend you to any Bride and Groom.

Her ideas made my wedding perfect! If I could do it all over again Id deff go with Sara! Everything she offered and came up with was perfect!

We worked with Sara starting January for wedding planning in preparation of our big day. I instantly clicked with her, she is super friendly and outgoing - and I really wanted someone I liked to deal with for the whole process. She offered us a discount on rentals since we booked planning with her and I am so happy we accepted - we rented the most gorgeous sequin linens and ruffled tableskirts. Everyone was blown away by the decor!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The seller put a (stolen) image on her Etsy page of a tablecloth and after I ordered it in a custom size what I received was Not at ALL what the image looked like. I was a week out from my wedding with no sweetheart tablecloth. Seller misrepresents her items and abilities. I ordered a sweetheart tablecloth on July 25th letting them know it needed to be delivered by August 18th, 2018. I told the company if this was not possible let me know and I would look elsewhere. She said it could be done and I placed the order. I contacted her on August 7th asking how my order was going. No answer, I again contacted her this morning, NO ANSWER. I again reached out to her this afternoon, letting her know if she did not respond, I would be disputing the charge. This being August 20, 2 days after my order should have been delivered, I was told there was a delay with her lace shipment. She should have notified me way before this. She said she responded to my inquiries, but there is nothing at all in my conversations until today when I said I was going to dispute the charge. Very unprofessional, and now I have to run around to find a tablecloth for my daughter's sweetheart table for her wedding. Shame on you Mrs. Freund

Fabric material of the napkin ties is completely falling apart, looks nothing like the beautiful photos. Also did not match sample color swatches or a table runner I ordered in the same color - seemed to be way more of a color difference than one would expect with just a different dye lot of the same color. Contacted seller and didn't ever hear back (has now been over 6 months since my order). It was ok because we had time to find something else, but can't imagine brides on a tight timeline relying on this seller.

I ordered a black sequin runner for my 10.30.15 wedding on October 12, 2015. After waiting for about a week and not receiving a tracking number (keep in mind, my cc was charged on 10.12) I left the seller a voicemail on 10.19. I then followed up with an email on 10.20. After no response to either attempt, I called the seller again on 10.22. I was able to reach her this time (I think she thought I was someone else, she answered "hey there!" and when I asked to speak to the owner of the store, her voice changed right away). During this call, she told me she planned to ship the runner out at the "end of next week." I told her that was too late, my wedding was 10.30 (mother in law is very sick so our wedding was moving fast) and that I would need to cancel the order. She became sympathetic, said not to worry she would get the runner to me by my wedding date, and that if there were any issues or challenges to that she would let me know no later than Tuesday, October 27th. The 27th came and went with no contact. I called to follow up the day before the wedding to get the tracking info - no return call. My wedding came and went, no runner! Here it is, the Wednesday after my wedding and still no contact, no apology, no runner AND I am having to dispute the charge with my credit card. I still can't believe she left me high and dry like this when I gave her an out. Very sad that she did this with no concern for a bride with a sick mother in law.
