Awesome entertainer!
When I was searching for a wedding DJ I found Mr. Thrill DJ plus, I watched videos and read reviews. After speaking with him I was so excited when he agreed to sing during dinner and then DJ the rest of the night. I had high expectations; and he blew my expectations out of the water. Mr. Thrill DJ plus isn’t just an Elvis impersonator or just a DJ, he is a spectacular entertainer! I would recommend Mr. Thrill DJ Plus to anyone who wants their guest entertained because that’s exactly what will happen with him preforming. We all know the key to a good party is the entertainment. Thank you very much for an unforgettable fun night! -

The King Lives
We hired Mr. Thrill for our wedding on 3/19/2022. My wife's family is from Memphis, Tennessee, and being a huge Elvis fan myself we knew we needed an Elvis impersonator at our wedding. We hired Mr. Thrill without ever actually formally meeting him. We just watched some videos of him online and we knew this was our guy. Unbeknownst to us at the time however, we had actually hired the King of Rock and Roll Elvis Presley himself. The King (as I shall now refer to him for the rest of my review) showed up and took care of business. We kept him a secret to everyone at our wedding and we wanted to have a shock and awe moment for our guests. When it was time to introduce the wedding party, two stories high from a balcony The King exploded onto the scene and introduced himself - “”Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome to Chad and Annie's wedding, Mr. Elvis Presley,” and the crowd went nuts. He shook his hips, sang Burning Love and then introduced the wedding party. It was a legendary performance to say the least. He sang during dinner, sang our first dance song and from that time on, he played music as a DJ and when the moment was right he would step out and sing an Elvis song to keep the dance floor moving. One of our favorite moments is towards the end of the night we handed out mini American flags to all of our guests and he sang An American Trilogy, our favorite song. It made for amazing photos, but more importantly it was an epic moment that my wife, our guests and I will never forget. Many say that Elvis left us in 1977, but we know the truth. The King still lives and he now goes by the name Mr. Thrill. So Mr. Thrill thank you, thank you very much. TCB ⚡️ -

Absolutely the best!
Mr. Thrill DJ is a must! If you’re lookimg for a well coordinated, well run, and fun filled DJ, look no further. I have had numerous calls and texts telling me how awesome “my DJ” was for our wedding! Mr. Thrill knew when to change the pace of the music to appeal to the guests. He’s a crowd pleaser and had everyone up and swaying! If I ever need another DJ, I will contact him without hesitation. -

Packed Dance Floor All Night
Bill stepped in when our original DJ had to be out of town for family matters. He did an incredible job from making sure the ceremony went smoothly to having the dance floor packed all night long! We have gotten so many compliments on how great he was and how much fun everyone had dancing the night away! We can't thank him enough! -

The best DJ In Austin. hands down.
Bill DJ'd for our wedding at the Oasis. What do you want in a wedding DJ? Someone experienced so that when there is a hiccup or change (there will be one), he or she has the equipment and the knowledge to adjust and still make the party a hit. Bill is a flawless DJ and he made our wedding a BLAST. He is responsive and took care of everything. Do yourself a favor and book fast - he's the best in Austin! -

I'm so glad that we hired Mr. Thrill for our wedding. His prices were really reasonable, and he was very prompt in responding to all emails and phone calls. He was also very calm and reassuring in person, which is a huge plus for your wedding day.
Most importantly, Bill created a rocking dance party at a small Sunday afternoon wedding-- no small feat!! I would hire him again in a heartbeat. -

I had my wedding on December 21, very close to the holidays and Mr. Thrill DJ did my wedding no problem!! He played good music and was very attentive to the guests. I got a lot of compliments from my guests who enjoyed the dance floor he made and the music he chose to play. I would recommend him to anyone! -

We cannot say enough about how much we loved our experience with Mr Thrill DJ. Bill was very responsive to every question and he kept all our guests dancing ALL night. He stuck exactly to our taste while also reading the crowd. We barely left the dance floor all night ourselves. We highly recommend this DJ in every aspect! -

If you are searching for a DJ look no further. Mr. Thrill is top notch. Weddings are stressful, however he provided not only the equipment for the music, but a wireless mic for the minister. He has and extensive selection of music for the reception, and even a site you can go to preselect the music you want played and a comment section so you specify the song for a special dance. We really enjoyed the fact that he wasn't an in your face talk after every song performer. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect DJ. -

We could not have been more happy with Bill! He has a great process to make sure he played the type of music we were interested in. He also accommodated our venue by setting up additional speakers and brought microphones for the ceremony! I will definitely recommend him to all my friends getting married in the Austin area! -

Bill was a great addition to our wedding day! We were hestitant go book a DJ due to cost, however Bill was right in our budget! From the first day I inquired about pricing, I was impressed with his service. Prompt email replays and a no nonsense business man. The online planning tools he used made everything run so smoothly on our wedding day!
I waited until the night before the wedding to finish our playlist, and I was worried it was too late to make adjustments... however come wedding day, everything was perfect! Bill showed up early, set up quickly, didn't require any assistance during that process, and he was ready to rock and roll. Pre wedding I (bride:) was having a little melt down and I didn't even get to leave my suite to speak to him prior, but he was ready and every song from the intro to exit was perfect timed and things went perfect!
During the reception my guests really enjoyed the music he played. It was a mix of my playlist and some requests from guest. He helped us keep everything on time, and his MC services helped the crowd know what was happening and when.
Bill Harris - thank you so much for making our special day awesome! If we ever have the need for another DJ you will be the first person I call! -

Our service could not have gone any better and it started with Bill handling our music and timing perfectly. He had to setup in three different locations throughout the night which was not a problem. He has a great ability to not only get people on the dance floor but to play music to keep them there. Would definitely recommend his services! -

Oh, man....Bill was a champ! We had to rearrange the whole venue at the last minute because of the weather, and Mr. Thrill just rolled with the punches!! Other than a few requests for our dances, we let him choose the playlist, and he knocked it out of the park! Our guests adored him! -

This DJ was amazing!!!! We used Mr Thrill primarily for his DJ service, but we also had him preform a few songs himself. He has a terrific voice. Our crowd was not huge on dancing and he was able to still get them out there. He really has no idea how big of an accomplishment that really was.
The performance was amazing. He could have been a little faster on email replies, but at the end of the day his service out-shined that minor detail.
Really, I cannot say enough about the service. We also added up lighting and he and or his team transformed our venue to something beyond our expectations. I had no idea what a little extra colored lighting can do, but it was amazing.
The live performance was great. I know this is not applicable for everyone, but just have him sing Sweet Caroline and see what that does for your guests. they will love it!!!!!
Great vendor and we hope to see him again at the next wedding we attend! -

Bill Harris (Mr Thrill) was very easy to work with when planning my hill country destination wedding. The web based program allowed us to pick out the type of music we wanted and provide a timeline. He set up a ceremony system and a reception system. The guests had a great time dancing and listing to their favorites. I would highly recommend choosing this DJ. -

I can't say enough good things about Bill "Mr. Thrill" Harris! He really made our wedding special.
He is incredibly professional and accommodating, and is just plain FUN! He knows how to read a crowd and keep the party at full tilt.
He is a true performer - and his enthusiasm really made the entire experience FANTASTIC. We've received countless compliments from our guests!
He also did our lighting, which was wonderful as well.
He's the best, and I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to get rave reviews from the guests at their event!
For brides - seriously - you will have one fewer thing to stress about. He makes everything easy and you'll know that you have your entertainment in good hands! -

Mr. Thrill DJ Plus did an amazing job at our wedding. I lived out of state, so had to do all the planning with him via phone and email. Mr. Thrill DJ plus was organized, responsive, and helpful to all my requests. Our first dance was a song not in the current library, but he had no problem getting it for us. Also, he played many of our requests and did a great job playing music that would get the crowd dancing. I'm pretty sure the entire room was on the dance floor for the last few songs. I highly recommend him! -

When we started thinking about music for our wedding, we weren't sure what we wanted. After contacting a few DJs, we realized that the usual DJ package was not for us. We didn't want anyone revving up the crowd with spinning lights and blaring music. Mr. Thrill listened to what we were saying and totally got it! We had John as our DJ, and he was perfect for us. He played the music that we had picked out, made the announcements, and was such a joy to work with. He was very flexible and accommodating, and he was so pleasant and professional.
Also, Mr. Thrill's website was so cool and fun to use! We were able to enter the timeline of events, people who needed to be introduced, and our special songs. Then we picked out our "love it" and "like it" song lists. We didn't have any to put in the "hate it" song list, but it was there if we needed it. It was a lot of fun, and it made the process a lot easier than I had expected. -

Mr. Thill DJ truly went above and beyond to make our wedding just awesome. He listened to ( and played) all our song requests even ones not in his song library. He was very flexible as we changed our first dance song only days before the wedding and we worked with my coordinator to ensure that the timing of the ceremony nd reception was right on cue.
At dinner he made it a specific point to come and personally congratulate my husband which we thought was quite kind. He kept everyone moving at the reception-we had a blast! It was truly a dream wedding and I couldn't recommend him more! He was as fantastic as his hair! -

I cannot recommend Bill enough! We sent out bids to several DJs and Mr Thrill was not only one of the most responsive DJs, but also one of the most affordable. We contacted him and gave him some information about our ceremony and he instantly set us up with an account so that we could manage the music for our ceremony. He followed up with us a week or so before the ceremony to go over all of the details and we could tell that he had actually taken the time to go over the music we selected. He even told us how great of a job we had done selecting our music!
He also had a great feel for the vibe that we were going for. We forgot to give him the list of songs to play as guests arrived for the ceremony, and he selected songs based off of everything else that we had previously selected. He had a great mix of Beatles songs (the processional was "In My Life" and my wife walked down to "Here Comes the Sun") that fit out ceremony perfectly.
We had sent out a "Play My Jam" request card with our RSVPs, so we had a playlist that we built based off of our friends'/family's requests. Bill had a great feel for what should be played when and really made our ceremony/reception fantastic.
Once it was time to get our guests out and dancing, Bill did a great job of selecting songs. From the first song to the last song, he was right on point. He took any requests that came his way and even let people have the microphone if they wanted to perform a song (my dad raps "New York State of Mind" at all of the family wedding). Our reception started at about 5:30pm and Bill was still going strong (along with our dancers) at 10:30 pm!
All of this to say that if you want a flexible, affordable, and all around good, friendly and professional DJ for your wedding or event, you would be hard pressed to find anyone better than Mr. Thrill! -

In 2005, Bill Harris was my English Teacher. He was one of the cool teachers who had posters of amazing bands all around his classroom. Last summer I saw him DJ for one of my friend's wedding and knew I had to have him do the music for mine.
He was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process, answered all of my questions and made me feel relaxed during all of the planning. I requested my cake (which was the UT Tower) to be lit up and he was able to provide lighting for it and for the dance floor and made it all look wonderful.
The dance floor was full the whole night because he has great taste in music! He knows exactly what to play to make people dance. My guests would start to leave to take a break or get a drink and he would play another great song and everyone stayed out to dance some more! His taste in music ensured all of our guests had a great night and I couldn't imagine having any other DJ!

Experience: There is one word for this guy.. AMAZING! He is personable, experienced, and great at getting the dance floor filled. I swear, we had almost our entire reception dancing throughout the night due to Mr. Thrill's excellent music integration and song timing. The song balance was perfect. We would hire him again in a heart beat.
No Worries: On the wedding day, the most stressful experience was the organization. You want your guests to enjoy their time and have fun. It was so great having a DJ, that was also our acting emcee, take care of our guests. He would take song requests, interact with the audience and took all of the worry and hassle out of this experience. Remember, peace of mind on the wedding day is invaluable and it comes standard with Mr. Thrill.
Dancing: Like previously mentioned, the crowd loved the music. He brings the dance spirit alive! We saw family members that have never danced in their life out on the dance floor busting moves! My wife was worried (before the wedding) that guests would stop dancing and the floor would empty out.. not once did this happen. Mr. Thrill WILL GET YOUR GUESTS ONTO THE DANCE FLOOR.
Advice: If you want peace of mind on your wedding day, contract Mr. Thrill. If you want your guests to have a good time at the wedding, contract Mr. Thrill. If you want some help coordinating and organizing the wedding through the assistance of an emcee, contract Mr. Thrill.

He hopped out on the dance floor for the Cupid Shuffle, which I loved, and my new husband even joined in for it! We had a great time with the music pumping! -

Ladies! Listen up! If you want someone that will go above and beyond at your event, then book Mr. Thrill! He was AMAZING! I had a folder of notes for him, which included names of the wedding party, special announcements, games, etc., unfortunately this folder was misplaced on the day-of. Mr. Thrill still greatly surpassed my expectations. He introduced the wedding party with style, he played all the right songs at the right time, he kept the party going all night, and he even gave us a special performance. :)

Mr. Thrill was amazing! It was such a pleasure to work with him in the months leading up to our wedding . . . and we were absolutely blown away by how incredible a job he did on our wedding day! He came prepared, was extremely professional and was willing to work with whatever we threw at him (which admittedly was a bit crazy!) First of all, we decided moments before our ceremony started that the groomsmen needed their own song to walk in to. I kid you not, Mr. Thrill found and queued up that song ("Walk" by Pantera) in about 90 seconds flat--and our ceremony music was executed flawlessly. Then, there was the reception. You see, we rented a mechanical bull for our reception--and even we were unsure about how/whether the balance of entertainment would work. Some DJs would have seen the bull as competition and tried desperately to win over the crowd's attention, but not Mr. Thrill! He managed to seamlessly work his music into whatever was going on at the moment. If people were packed on the dance floor, he played tunes that kept them moving! If people wandered over towards the bull, he put on some sweet "bull riding" tunes. He seriously just knocked it out of the park (and with very little instruction, I should mention!). We heard time and time again from our guests (and even the other vendors) about how awesome the music was. If you are looking for a fun-loving, professional and reliable DJ, look no further than Mr. Thrill. Honestly, we just can't recommend him enough! -

Bill was exactly what we were looking for in a DJ, someone who would play good music and who wouldn't be very noticeable. He had us pick several songs we loved, liked, and didn't want to hear ahead of time and he tailored the music around those selections. He did a great job of reading the crowd and playing appropriate music to fit the mood. It was great to have several people comment on how great the music selection was when we had only picked a handful of songs! He was incredibly easy to work with and I'd definitely recommend him to anyone! -

He said "no problem!" even though many of the songs we requested were from lesser known Texas Country artists. Many even being bonus tracks that are not easy to find. The music we wanted played was important to us, and Bill was happy to accommodate!
He was able to keep guests on the dance floor the entire night despite competing with the bar that was located outside of the venue. He isn't the typical "cheesy" DJ, and was very professional the entire night, but still very fun. He was also very flexible with small changes the preceding weeks as well as the night of the wedding.

Our DJ was fantastic! Bill kept the party going with his own choices of music as well as incorporating suggestions from us prior to the event. He was extremely attentive to prompts of when we needed our "special dance" songs played, as we did not have a wedding coordinator or exact times listed prior to the reception.
Our event was held outdoors and his lighting and volume were perfect for our venue.
Bill even stayed 2 hours later than planned because our guests did not want the party to stop. Luckily we had the option to stay at our venue as late as we wanted.
We couldn't have asked for a better DJ and his price was far better than all of the Austin area DJs we searched out prior to our event.

We could not have asked for a better entertainer for our wedding! My husband and I were both insistent that we had a great DJ, as a DJ can make or break a wedding. We had more fun than we could have imagined at our wedding, and we've been receiving compliments the past couple of months of how much people enjoyed our wedding reception. Bill Harris conducted himself very professionally but was not afraid to have fun at our wedding. He honored all of our requests of what kind of music to play and what not to play, while reading the crowd and playing the right music to keep people on the dance floor. He did a fantastic job of just engaging all of the guests, and the dance floor was packed all night. He was very confident in what he was doing, and ensured both of us that he knew how to entertain guests of all ages--and he definitely did so! We had 20+ kids under the age of 10, 100+ guests between 20-30 years old, and 100-200+ 30-85 years old! Our photographer captured so many great moments of guests on the dance floor, and those photos are of guests of all ages having an absolute blast! We would highly recommend Mr. Harris for any occasion. We were so relieved we could rely on him for such a huge aspect of our wedding and have no reservations that, if you hire him, you'll feel the same about yours! -

I am very particular and detail oriented to say the least so it made me nervous to hire a DJ that I hadn't had the chance to see in action but after contacting some of his previous brides for input my fears were put to rest as they all raved about him. Everything they told me was true the night of our wedding. I had emailed him some pretty specific requests for the different parts of the night and he took them and every song choice was perfect. At one point I had said no line dances but when my dad put in a request for the Macarena, Mr. Thrill took the time to come check with me to see if it was ok, which of course I said yes to! I was really impressed by that! One thing that was so important to me was that people actually dance and have fun and that is exactly what happened... The party would have continued on and on if we wouldnt have left-- I was so sad to go when he came and told me it was time for the last dance-- such an incredible night that wouldn't have been the same without our awesome DJ!! -

Mr. Thrill was the DJ for our wedding and was an absolute pleasure to work with. He arrived at our ceremony site with plenty of time to ensure that everything was in working order and coordinated music with our ceremony musician. Mr. Thrill kept our guests dancing on the dance floor and even selected the perfect song for an impromptu mother-son dance. Unbeknownst to people on the dance floor, several of our guests commented on how they appreciated that our DJ was not "blasting out" the guests with loud music. I can't say enough good things about Mr. Thrill!!! He provided the music for our wedding ceremony and reception on March 5 at The Terrace Club in Dripping Springs. He was fabulous and did an amazing job!!!
Our ceremony went off without a glitch due to his great attention to detail. He made our reception so much fun! I received many compliments on him after the wedding. He really got the dance floor going and made it a lively evening. He was organized, professional ,and knew what to play to get the crowd on their feet. I saw friends and relatives dancing for the first time ever and boy was that entertaining! Our wedding guests especially loved the Neil Diamond and Elvis vocals that he performed!!

Bill was the DJ at my heading and he was fantastic. I didn't give much notice, maybe a couple weeks - and my wedding was on a holiday weekend. Despite this he still managed to be available and bring exactly what i asked to the reception. He was the ONLY hired service at my reception that went the way it was suppposed to and i really appreciate that. Everyone loved him, i would highly recommend him to anybody looking for a DJ that is very professional and kind, he really did make the reception. Thank you Bill!

Bill, aka Mr. Thrill, was just the DJ we needed him to be for our wedding. We wanted him to play mostly song that we provided him (French music during dinner, specific songs for special dances, and a long list of songs we wanted to dance to throughout the night), and had heard horror stories about other DJs not following Bride and Grooms directions. We never had that problem! Mr. Thrill was very flexible, and allowed us to call the shots of how the reception would go. Also, we loved that he was able to mike our ceremony at the last minute, and he did an excellent job. All of his equipment was excellent and provided great sound.
From the beginning, he was very easy to work with, and that continued right down to the end of our reception. Thank you so much Bill!! We've already recommended you to other Four Seasons brides! -

I first saw Bill performing as Elvis in a Round Rock bar. He was hilarious, engaging, and thoroughly entertaining. Even though I wanted a much more subdued personality for my wedding, I figured that anyone who could get an entire bar on their feet and dancing would know what to do at a wedding, and booked him later that week.
Luckily I made the right choice! At my wedding, Bill was professional, well-dressed, and demonstrated impeccable taste in musical selection with relatively little guidance from me on what songs we liked. He respected our "do not play" list and delivered a truly classy musical playlist. His announcements were tasteful without being intrusive, which is exactly what we were hoping for. All in all we are thrilled with how our wedding turned out and with our choice to hire Bill. Whether you want a "fly on the wall" DJ (like we did), or a crowd-roaring entertainer, Bill can do it all.

Mr. Thrill DJs and Bands is great! I've seen Mr. Thrill perform solo and with his band, The Kopycats, several times at bars during happy hour times and enjoyed his performances. When I found out that he does DJ services for weddings, I knew I had to ask him to do our wedding.
He was very professional and flexible. When we gave him a list of songs for the pre-ceremony, ceremony, and reception (some of the songs were a little obscure), he didn't bat an eye and added to his own list of songs. It was great because my family is from Puerto Rico and listen to a lot of salsa songs and all I did was give him a list of songs and he had it covered.

I got the approval from the future wife that having an Elvis at the wedding reception would be lots of fun but when I started trying to find an Elvis impersonator that lived in Texas I quickly got disappointed at what I was finding and thought that I might have to fly in an Elvis from Las Vegas to perform at the reception.
But then I found video of Elvis (i.e. Mr. Thrill - Bill Harris) playing at Elvis's Birthday party at Chuy's Restaurant on the internet and he was great in the video – and I knew I found my Elvis. I immediately contacted him and hired him. His rates were great and he was always easy to reach via email or cell phone. We even added on to his duties and had him MC (as Elvis) the main events at the reception (bridal party introductions, cake cutting, introducing people doing toasts, and releasing tables to get in buffet line).
When the big day finally came – wife and I, and everyone else at the reception were amazed by how great Elvis was. Everyone (young and old) thought he was fantastic.
I can’t thank Bill (Elvis) enough for doing an amazing job at our wedding reception and I would highly recommend him to anyone!

DJ Thrill was incredible! He kept everyone on the dance floor all night long. We had a wide variety of people there and they all had fun. The only somewhat negative thing I can say is that he played our bridal party processional songs in the wrong order (girl songs for the boys, boy songs for the girls) but that didn't really matter to me. I can say with confidence that you will throw a great party when you hire DJ Thrill. -

We cannot thank Bill enough for the fabulous job he did as a DJ at our wedding reception. He played all of our favorites and chose very appropriate songs to fill in the rest of the time. Everyone loved the music and raved about how fun it was to simply listen and/or dance. He also got on the dance floor with us to remind us how to do some of the dances! We would absolutely highly recommend him. -

Bill Harris (Mr. Thrill) provided great service as DJ for our wedding. December 7 was a very cold night in central Texas, but Bill kept the party jumping with great music selection, getting onto the dance floor as necessary to lure people out and very funky but warm selection of hat and scarf. He definitely kept the energy up through-out the reception, jumping in and participating when needed and then retreating to his booth and letting people have good time. Bill also provided additional lighting for the tent where our reception took place to help set the mood. We were very pleased with Bill's work and got many positive comments from friends and family as well. We will certainly recommend Mr. Thrill for future parties and celebrations. He has fun act too (impesonation of Elvis, Neil Diamond and others) that you should check out! -

Mr. Thrill was awesome! When he busted out the Elvis at the end of the night, it was a hit! He played all the right music and made sure to feel the crowd out. We would highly recommend Mr. Thrill!

DJ Thrill was completely professional, promt, timely, and respectfull of all requests. I would recommend him to friends and family in a heartbeat. Mr. Thrill does a great job. He really knows how to get a dance started. He also really listens to his customers. For example, we had a special request because of a certain medical condition of one of the guests of honor and he came through with flying colors.
I will definitely recommend him as a DJ for events in the future. -

We had a vision of what we wanted and Mr. Thrill delivered on everything we asked for, we are catering chefs so we really wanted someone who was not stuffy and would have a good time with us, he did not disappoint and we all had a blast together, he was one of the family by the end of the wedding reception. -
