Mountain Meadows Golf Course is a hidden gem located in Pomona, CA with a beautiful view of the SGV mountains as the backdrop of your ceremony pictures. My husband and I got married on 2/8/26, and had a micro-wedding of 37 guests. The entire staff such as Alyssa, Delaney, and Andrew were very attentive and supportive of our needs. Alyssa, the event manager, went above and beyond for my husband and I. We discussed our budget and was very transparent of our vision/needs, in which she was extremely accommodating. Any questions we had, she was on top of it. Our primary goals were to have an intimate wedding that did not break the bank, and still so beautiful. Although our wedding was somewhat intimate, we were very detailed and intentional with our decor. We requested to add the drapery hung on the pergola (highly recommend to elevate the look!), I bought flower petals from my local florist to have down the aisle, fake flower petals for our guests to toss when we exit, memory chairs & tables reserved our deceased loved ones, customized his & hers drinks for the bar, and I requested additional tables for our reception. Any new question or addition I had, Alyssa was more than happy to help!

Delaney was our day of coordinator, and she was extremely helpful. She was the person to get me from the bridal suite, escort me to meet my parents before the ceremony started, and drove us to the golf course to take our professional shots.

I was pleasantly surprised Andrew (banquet captain) and his team serving my husband and I food while we were seated at our sweetheart table. They went above and beyond to ensure the reception was going smoothly, and that our needs were met. The bartender made good drinks as well!

Overall, I highly recommend booking your wedding at Mountain Meadows Golf Course! Great communication and positivity from staff, beautiful venue, and affordable value.

Where do I even begin? Mountain Meadows made my wedding an absolute dream. From day one, they exceeded every expectation a bride and groom could possibly have. They truly went above and beyond in every detail from the flawless setup, to allowing guests to be seated early, to showing such kindness and care toward my 2-year-old who sadly had a fever on our wedding day.
Everything ran seamlessly thanks to their top-tier vendor list and the incredible coordination of their team. My family absolutely loves Mountain Meadows, it has been our venue of choice for every major milestone. My father, sister, cousin, and several aunts have all been married here, and we’ve also hosted baby showers, birthdays, vow renewals, and celebration-of-life events for my dear cousin and grandmother.

I cannot recommend Mountain Meadows enough. They take exceptional care of you and make every event feel truly special. A heartfelt thank you to Gaby and the entire team for everything you’ve done. We can’t wait to celebrate our next event with you all soon!

Gaby and her team were amazing! It was a pleasure to work with every single person there! From our first meeting to our special day, they were professional and helpful. The food was amazing and the drinks were delicious. The venue is beautiful and to top it off the views are wonderful…great for pictures. This is a great place for any kind of event. Thank Gaby and team for making our special day even more memorable.

My husband and I bookmarked Mountain Meadows (separately) as we loved the pictures that were featured. I looked at their pricing PDF that was available through The Knot and saw that they had very reasonable prices compared to other venues. We decided to book a tour. We met with Gaby, and she was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions that we had. She acted very professional and didn’t hesitate to offer her help. We ended up booking that same day because they had a few booking specials. We picked, a free additional hour of event time, $500 off ceremony site fee, and a free upgrade from classic to premium bar hours (we had 2 hours of bar that was included in our selected package). In addition, we really liked that brands like Jameson, Hennessey, and Patron were in their premium bar package. I know a lot of venues would charge more than Mountain Meadows and would even see these brands on “top shelf” menus.
Throughout the whole process, Gaby was very responsive, and I really appreciated that, especially since she was busy with other weddings as well. She would always make sure to reply on the same day but no later than the next day.  The look of the venue wasn’t too fabulous, but good enough for us. It’s just your standard golf course venue, but my guests mentioned that they did appreciate the space and greenery.
I was a little nervous about the food as I have seen mixed reviews stating that the food is good or that the food is bland. I also been to a Wedgewood wedding early last year with a similar menu and the food was average at best. The Wedgewood Wedding also had prime rib carving which was really dry, tough and well done. However, most of the food at Mountain Meadows was very surprisingly tasty. I could probably pass on the rice, but the scalloped potatoes and mac and cheese were both good. The salmon was okay to me, but I heard from a few guests that they went back for seconds. The prime rib at Mountain Meadows was probably my favorite as it was properly cooked and well-seasoned, which relieved me as I was paying extra for this feature. I know that the short ribs are really good too as we tried this during our tasting, but we did not pay extra for this since we already opted for the prime rib.
Mountain Meadows also had great recommendations for vendors as well. The florist that we picked (Tutta Bella) really nailed it with the centerpieces. I don’t think I’ve see a lot of spiral centerpieces, which is why I decided to go with them. Everyone loved SomeCrust (cake bakery) since their cake was very moist and not too overly sweet. The photo booth that we picked also (LX Pix) also had GREAT quality pictures (which I will be posting). Mountain Meadows also allowed outside vendors to come in also and did not require proof of insurance which is a big plus. I know that there are a lot of venues that are very strict and only allow their own services/vendors. We were able to hire an ice cream cart and a late night Kogi Truck to serve tacos.
 
The only con I would say is that we ended up overestimating our guest count early in the process and didn’t adjust until right before the deadline. We ended up making payments for a little over our actual guest count and they mentioned they had to go through an approval process to refund us the extra expenses. My advice is if you would like to book, make sure to give an accurate guest count, or give a lower guest count. That way, you can pay the venue the difference versus going through the approval process. Or if you have a better idea of your guest count, make sure to adjust before you submit the remaining payments.
Overall, it was a great experience. The service on the day of the wedding was fantastic. They saved my husband and I hors d’oeuvres as we were taking pictures during cocktail hour. The hors d’oeuvres were delicious and they did not skimp on the portion sizes as well! I have been to a few weddings where the hors d’oeuvres sizes were small and they did not make it past 1 round. They also gave us a bottle of champagne to celebrate and made sure we were comfortable.

This venue is not only STUNNING but they are an amazing company! The whole event staff is so sweet, professional, and truly are excited for your event! They will do whatever it takes to make it a special day for you! I had my wedding here and it was such a dream! I also HIGHLY recommend working with their preferred vendors. They are all so amazing and so good with the venue. I used their photographer-Bishop Photography, their wedding coordinator- MKaye Events and Nothing Bundt cakes!

Everything was a dream and I can’t advise you enough to use this venue! The food was amazing! We got so many compliments on how delicious the food was. As well as the service staff were so attentive not only to my self (the bride) and my groom but to our guests as well!

Let me just say, Mountain Meadows was the best decision we could have made for our wedding. We loved everything about it. The team, Gaby, Alyssa, and Yasmine all helped us create the wedding of our dreams. They made everything so seamless and easy for us. We loved their energy and we never felt like a burden when we called millions of times with questions about what to expect from them.
We decided to do the premium package which was the top package. It was a bit pricey and steep for our budget but totally worth it. The preferrred vendors list helped with choosing our cake and our florist and we enjoyed mostly everything that came with Mountain Meadows.
The only downside was that they charge for everything. I believe we paid $150 to turn on a light switch but all this was made up for with the amazing staff that helped us during the wedding as well as preparing for the wedding. The prices are totally worth it and are understandable once the day off comes. Trust in Gaby, Alyssa, and Yasmin. As well as Angie, she was such an amazing day of coordinator and reassured us many times throughout the ceremony and the reception. She helped run everything and without her, we could not have had this day be as perfect as it was. Thank you Mountain Meadows!

I had my sons 18th birthday party at Mountain Meadows golf course. Everyone was professional and very accommodating. Food was delicious, tables and venue was beautiful. Sales team answered all my questions and made us feel comfortable.

I loved working with Mountain Meadows. They went above and beyond and even provided us with the wedding of our dreams. Alyssa and Yasmin constantly kept in contact with us. We had plenty of time to set up.

We got married at Mountain Meadows earlier in the month and everyone there is amazing. They are so flexible with the changes we had to make due to the pandemic. They helped make planning a wedding as easy as possible. Alyssa and Gaby are super helpful and professional. The day of the wedding, Alyssa made sure everything was perfect. I can’t thank them enough for making my day perfect! The inside of the reception area also was just redone so it is absolutely beautiful and the outside ceremony area is gorgeous. 100% would recommend for any event.

I just recently had my wedding here and it was absolutely perfect! Gaby and everyone on her team are amazing! They always made sure to respond in a timely manner and provided as much assistance as they could throughout the whole planning process. Out of the other venues my husband and I checked out, Mountain Meadows definitely offered the most “bang for your buck”! It is such a beautiful and relaxing venue. When the services are done through them and their vendors, it made everything so much easier. My wedding turned out beautifully because of Mountain Meadows!

My husband and I recently had our wedding at Mountain Meadows and it was amazing! Everyone we spoke to throughout the entire process was so great and helpful, especially Gaby! Rosana and Gaby are amazing! Mountain Meadows is amazinggggg! My wedding day could not have been more perfect! We booked before the end of the year in 2017 and our wedding date was December 15th, 2018. My husband is in the military and lived in Washington during the whole wedding planning process. Rosana and Gaby worked with us to accommodate meetings, tastings, and details when he was in town and able to meet together. They listened to my ideas and made recommendations and suggestions which were all so appreciated. One month before the wedding, the most important month for all the final details, I received a job over in Washington and accepted. I felt so confident with the venue and the lovely ladies working there to help me bring everything together, even being 2 states away. The day turned out perfectly and as worry free as a wedding can be. I owe it all to Rosana and Gaby, and my mom. I would recommend this venue to all my family and friends for anything. It’s been months since our wedding and I’m still getting messages and phone calls about the venue, the food, and how beautiful and perfect the day was! I can literally write a book about how amazing Rosana & Gabby are and the whole Mt. Meadows Team ! Truly the best decision I made was going with this venue. From the beginning ideas, to the stressful decisions, and on the Big Day these ladies and the on site team such as the bartender, servers, day coordinator were truly with my husband and I the whole entire way. Not only were they professional but gabby & rosin also took the time to create a personal relationship with Anthony & I. Rosana even let me vent to her on the phone for 10 minutes about some of my stresses. Gabby made sure to help Anthony and I with any details that needed to be decided or finalized, she never pushed, she always directed us into what was best for us. I can truly go on and on about this venue. but I would like to thank them from the bottom of my heart for having a major hand in making my day so special ! I actually miss speaking with them ! lol OH AND THE FOOD !!!

Rosana was the absolute BEST, extremely helpful, responsive, and overall very thorough in everything that she helped us out with. Loved the turn out of everything. Gaby and Rosana were great in planning and preparing for our reception. Gaby answered all of my questions throughout the whole planning and was very quick to respond. Ryan did an excellent job making sure everything ran smooth on the actual night of the reception. Everything was exactly what we wanted and was beautiful. The food was delicious too!

Gaby at the Mountain Meadows Golf Club was absolutely the BEST! She worked with us from the start , accommodating our every need with our
wedding party (about 130 guests) and our budget. She was constantly in communication with us about what needed to be done and how to get things ready for the big day. Not only was the venue gorgeous, but it still made our beautiful wedding feel small and intimate, fitting everyone perfectly with space left to spare! The dance floor is fabulous if you want to have everyone out there, but it also doesn't look bare if just a small amount of guests are up dancing. We had a photo booth, which was placed in a corner in the back (perfect fit!) and there was lots of space for decorations and guestbook etc to be placed throughout the venue. The venue provides lots of spots for great pictures, we were married outside and it was beautiful! The food was also delicious and there are many delicious plates to choose from. Gaby and her team were also there to help us, our bridal party, family, and guests throughout the entire wedding, making sure everything was running smoothly from ceremony to reception, and that everyone had what they needed to enjoy the night! Mountain Meadows and Gaby made our day/night the special event that it was and we are grateful to have worked with such excellent people!

We could not have picked a better venue for our wedding!! Michelle and the rest of the event staff were on point. Anytime we had questions they responded right away and were there to help guide us throughout the whole process. The reception decorations from the twinkle light backdrop to the draping were beautiful.

If your looking for a outdoor ceremony with a beautiful view of the mountains, your looking at the right place! Not only is it beautiful but it fits your budget. It also comes with a day of coordinator. Michelle was my coordinator and she exceeded all my expectations. My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better coordinator for our ceremony than Michelle Scribner! She went above and beyond to cater to us and our guest. Rain or shine, she made sure that our ceremony ran smoothly.

Mountain Meadows and its staff were simply amazing. We could not have asked for a better venue for our ceremony and our reception. First, the staff, especially Michelle, was super helpful and accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed and wanted for our wedding day. The venue was absolutely gorgeous. The renovations to the gazebo made our reception picture perfect. The banquet room was spacious and the ceiling decorations truly made a beautiful space that much better. When we booked, their prices were incredible. I know that with the recent renovations, their pricing has increased, but the quality of what you get for what you pay is still fantastic.

I cannot stress enough how awesome Mountain Meadows is. It met all my expectations and more.

Mountain Meadows is our hero.

We went through a unfortunate experience with our original venue that put us in a situation to where we had to find a new venue within 6 months of our wedding. When we first met with Gabby from the Mountain Meadows team she was totally sympathetic to our situation and made it a priority to help us. She went above and beyond to make sure that from that moment on we were taken care of in every way possible. Gabby and the Mountain Meadows team were absolutely amazing! They did everything right to make sure our wedding was a dream come true! The food and setup was something out of a fairy-tale! Wecan't thank them enough for all their support! Sam and I never felt so valued and important!

This was the perfect place to hold our ceremony and reception for our wedding. We lucked out and got to use the newly renovated ceremony site which was stunning. The reception turned out perfect. Our theme was black and gold and it was down to the tee of exactly how i envisioned my wedding. Gaby and Samantha were great the day of with coordinating the timeline. I would recommend this venue to anyone who wants to have that perfect wedding. We got married on March 5th and my guests are STILL talking about my wedding there. ♥

Mountain Meadows could not have been any easier of a choice for my husband and I. When we first met with Gaby and Cori in July 2015, we were amazed at how awesome their team and packages were. Not only are their packages flexible to what you want, but they come with everything. Including a list of preferred vendors who make the entire process easy! We really did not have to outsource at all and were able to find everything we need to be above and beyond what we even hoped for.

Both event managers were always helpful and got back to me in a timely manner, and the rest of the staff was always so nice and helpful with anything I needed. From the initial meeting to the day of the wedding, everyone was so helpful. We even used the bridal suite from 7am until the moment the husband and I had our grand exit and left. Like I said, Mountain Meadows really does have everything!! We were engaged for 7 months and had it practically planned in 4 months.

Everyone who was part of the team at Mountain Meadows helped. They made you feel like you were their friend planning your wedding! I couldn't have asked for a greater company to host my event!

Mountain Meadows is a beautiful and reasonably priced venue. The wedding coordinator Gaby is amazing. She is professional, kind and caring. She is awesome at her job. She help make the wedding of my dreams.

My husband and I were EXTREMELY HAPPY with the outcome of our wedding, the venue looked AMAZING, everything was BEAUTIFULLY set up and all staff was so ACCOMODATING to our guest. From the moment we met with Cori, event manager, she was so welcoming and made us feel very comfortable that we booked right away. As a new bride, of course you can't help but to be nervous and stressed because you want everything to turn out perfect, but Cori helped alleviate some of those feelings. She responded quickly to phone calls and emails from this anxious bride and helped us every step of the way in the planning process. Both Cori and Gabby worked very well together and communicated our wedding details to each other that way when we called they were both able to help us out! I absolutely LOVED the fact that on the day of our wedding, Mountain Meadows staff made sure the bride and groom were taken of, from having someone take us out to the course for pictures, to making sure the newlyweds had their appetizers/dinner ready on the table, and ensuring we were enjoying our time. Food was delicious! All of our family and friends had a great time and are still talking about how much fun they had at our wedding! Thank You beyond words, Cori, Gabby, Ken, Dana, and Samantha... You all are AWESOME!!

My husband and I were very happy with this venue! Gaby and Cori were awesome! I had a lot of questions and they made sure to answer them all and made sure I understood what was going on. The set up crew, day of coordinator, and all the event staff were wonderful the day of the wedding. Everything looked amazing and we got a lot of compliments on how good the food was and how great the venue looked.

Gabby was very helpful even on my wedding day. From my first appointment she was very clear and helpful. I loved my wedding and how it turned out!

I have been so please with the service I have received thus far from Mountain Meadows Golf Course. Cori and Gabby are wonderful women and I am so looking forward to working with them for the remainder of my engagement. Venue was beautifully done for our wedding

Finding a venue for your wedding is the most important decision you will ever make. It sets the tone and vibe for your special day. We had looked at many locations and never found one that just felt right. We explored. All our options. Resorts, banquet halls,country clubs, but nothing grabbed our attention. We went to a bridal show 2 years before our wedding date to Mountain Meadows and just fell in love with the scenery and lay out, not to mention the people. We booked that same day! With changes happening and remodeling to the venue, we never fell through the cracks. The girls made everything so smooth and flawless. The food was to die for! We all have a little bridezilla in us and it never phased them. Email after email and call after call they responded quickly and had answers. Our day was amazing and I know in my heart we picked the best venue with the best people.

My husband and I absolutely love Mountain Meadows. The very first time we checked out this venue, we fell in love with this place. The ceremony gazebo was super cozy and the rolling hills in the backdrop made it even more spectacular. The reception hall was very spacious and came with draping linen on the ceiling with twinkling lights. Elizabeth, whom we worked with, has gone way out of her way to make our wedding day so special. Not only she was very easy to work with, she tried her best to accommodate all our needs. She is super personable and nice. She went above and beyond to make sure our wedding happened as planned. On the day of our wedding, we realized that we didn't have flower pedals for the flower girls 5 minutes before the start of the ceremony. Elizabeth went and got us the pedals just in time. She even saved my husband and I some appetizer when we went to take pictures in the golf course. She is amazing!!! We had a wonderful time and we have received so many compliments from our guests. Everybody loved our wedding. We are so glad that we chose Mountain Meadows for our wedding ceremony and reception venue.

What a beautiful location for a wedding! The staff was easy to work with and very accommodating. For the ceremony, they let us bring in our own alter and they set up the chairs in the unique way that we wanted. We had an evening ceremony and they allowed us to come in early that morning to decorate the reception hall, which was very helpful. If you are looking for a venue for your ceremony or reception or both, I would definitely recommend Mountain Meadows.

My husband and I were very happy with the outcome of our wedding reception. I didn't have a wedding coordinator plan my wedding. I did it all on my own, and Mountain Meadows made my vision come true without the need of a wedding planner. I thought I was going to have to set everything up myself, but they did it all for me. Every little detail I had envisioned was displayed the day of my wedding. Mountain Meadows is beautiful and very reasonable. They have great packages that include the food, limo service, open bar, flowers, cake, and much more. I would definitely recommend Mountain Meadows to anyone who is interested in it. Another nice thing was the privacy we got. We have a 2 year old son, so rather than having to worry about him running out, stangers taking him, he was perfectly safe the entire time. He was running around doing his own thing, and the only people around (aside from the workers) were our guests. Very nice!

This venue is absolutely breathtaking. Tawnia, the coordinator who worked with us was so exceptionally helpful. She was always available whether we called or emailed her and always so friendly & professional. I would say all of our wishes were granted. This is an affordable venue, the ceremony area is picturesque and the reception hall is beautifully decorated with twinkle lights. Katie, who is also a coordinator was very easy to work with as well. I can't say enough about how wonderful it was to plan my wedding with the help of Tawnia. She was able to set up the room the way I envisioned it, even though I wasn't able to fully communicate with her about it towards the end. The only suggestion I can make is that you check the calendar of events for what is going on next door at the Fairplex, especially if you are having an outdoor ceremony and also to make sure traffic won't be an issue. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone and everyone. Thanks so much for making my day perfect!

I cannot say one bad thing about this location, Katie and Tawnia are great to work with, one of them is available 7 days a week to help with all your needs and/or questions, would totally recoment the facility for a wedding, shower, b-day party, etc.

They were a great place to have my wedding! loved everyone there, so nice, so personable. Out of all my vendors they would be one out of two that really made my day the best!!

They were great!!! Everyone was really professional and helpull, even during stressfull days!! Food was super and service was OMG!! Can not say enough about these guys!! Went above and beyond.

From the beginning, Mountain Meadows felt perfect. I felt like Tanya and Katie were sooo helpful and were nothing short of amazing every step of the way, from the initial planning until the actual day of the wedding. We checked out other venues and although some offered spectacular views, fancy equipment and lighting it did not compare to the attentiveness that Mountain Meadows offered. The location and the inside of the venue is beautiful as well but what sold my husband and I was their willingness to assist us and steer us in the right direction. Aside from referring us to their trusted vendors (which by the way were all awesome) they consistently offered us different options and choices which truly made us feel like they were not just trying to sell what was in their best interest. The day of the wedding was fantastic and as expected, NOTHING went wrong with what Mountain Meadows delivered. Their team was on point, courteous and attentive to all our guests and we can truly say that it was an exact reflection of the service Tanya and Katie had given us from the start.

On a final note, they truly understood what "being on a budget" meant and were not out to charge and arm and a leg for every little thing. We changed the date like 4 times which would have pissed me off but each time, we were given the same unconditional compassion, understanding and treatment. We can truly say that had it not been from these two ladies, we probably would have been in one of two situations, maybe even both.. paying a ridiculous amount of money for a mediocre wedding and/or feeling like we could have had a better wedding. Thankfully, neither happened and I am so grateful to Mountain Meadows for this. In the case I ever get married again (hopefully my husband doesn't read this lol), there would be absolutely no hesitation in my mind to do it all over again with these fabulous ladies. I would 100% recommend Mountain Meadows to any couple looking for a lovely venue with excellent service, planning with minimal stress and an experience I guarantee you will never forget!

This venue was perfect for my June wedding. I had an outside evening ceremony and reception immediately following inside. It was very convenient to have both ceremony and reception in one place. Tiffany and her staff were very helpful and respectful. They made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. And everything was done in a timely matter.Although some things did go wrong it had nothing to do with Mountain Meadows. For example my centerpieces were nothing at all what I wanted but they were from an outside vendor not a reccommendation from them. The food was great, Perfect temperature and the waiting staff was very polite and on point. After our ceremony my husband and I had two golf carts waiting for us to go take pictures out on the golf course on our own. We took pictures by a pond out on the middle of the course.Meanwhile all our guests enjoyed cocktail hour outside on the patio area. The bartender was also really nice and quick.Even after our wedding we had guests compliment the venue and their staff. I would reccommend this venue to friends and family.

Our wedding was perfect! We loved all of the beautiful, scenic pictures we were able to get at the Mountain Meadows! And the sunset, INCREDIBLE! Gaby and her team made our wedding and all of the decision making a breeze. Always so professional, helpful and genuinely excited and happy for us! The food was incredible, cake was amazing. Booking our wedding with Mountain Meadows was one of the best decisions we made during our entire wedding process. We decided on this venue around January 2017 for our September 2018 wedding and from day 1, Gaby and her awesome team were nothing short of amazing. Our wedding was a relatively complicated one: 2 ceremonies, 2 cocktail hours, a lot of coordination and requests from our part. Gaby was always so accommodating, helpful, responsive, and friendly through it all, never once making us feel stressed or that we couldn't make our vision for the day work. The venue itself was fantastic as well, and offered an elegant, yet convenient setting at a very affordable price. If you are thinking about booking with Mountain Meadows, do yourself a favor and just do it. You won't regret it, and you will thank yourself later when you are drowning in all the other details of wedding planning. This will be one of the best and easiest vendors you will work with, and also one of the best decisions you will make in this entire process. Thank you Gaby, Rosana, Holly and everyone else at MM for making our wedding day so special!

Our wedding could not have turned out more perfect. From the beautiful gazebo to the beautiful reception area, everything was just as we imagined it. Gaby was so helpful throughout the process. The food (had the chicken marsala with mashed potatoes) was excellent. I planned our wedding from 3 time zones away and it couldn't have been easier than it was through the all inclusive package. I highly recommend this venue.

Mountain Meadows created a magical environment for our wedding! Their staff is very organized, friendly, professional, and very accomodating. And the food and presentation were excellent! It is a beautiful venue with plenty of natural lighting and views of the beautiful golf course. Also, their preferred vendor list has great vendors who go above and beyond! Thank you, Mountain Meadows, for an amazing reception that ran so smoothly!

Mountain Meadows Golf Course offers a great value for your money! I got married on a Friday evening and it was nothing but amazing. The girls in the catering office Tiffany and Elizabeth are very attentive; they made the whole process very easy for my husband and I. Very understanding and accommodating to the millions of questions and changes that came up. During the events, the wait staff is professional, punctual and very helpful. I will be recommending this place to my friends and family.

The place was beautiful and very very convient. The price for a Friday or Sunday wedding was so affordable, the only reason they did not get a perfect score was because of the staff. We had provided our own appetizers and instead of serving the appetizers during our cocktail hour they served during dinner and did not notify me of the mishap. They served me and my husband our plate but did not include the appetizers on our plate, which made me feel as if they were purposely hiding the fact they served the appetizers at the wrong time.
Other than that mishap everything else was PERFECT.

We had a beautiful ceremony at Mountain Meadows on June 12, 2010. Everything went perfectly and smoothly. Tawnia & Katie in the catering office are very helpful and accommodating. Both of them were very easy to contact and answered all my questions. The rehearsal went smoothly too. It helps having Tawnia & Katie as they kind of act like day of coordinators so you don't have to worry about anything day of. They worked with all my vendors with set up and stuff. The wedding packages are so nice because everything is included, not having to worry about setting up or cleaning up was great. We dropped our favors off early, our guest book and sign in frame and everything was set up when we got there. We got to use a golf cart to go take pictures near the lake on the golf course. I had a great experience and everyone had a great time. We had prime rib and chicken marsala which were both good. Thank you Mountain Meadows, Katie & Tawnia!

Very well done! We absolutely loved our wedding!!

We initially looked at this venue because our wedding was on the 4th of July and you can see the fireworks from the Fairplex Fairgrounds from outside. We had approximately 160 guests, but the place can accomodate up to 300. They have a dance floor, outdoor patio area and a ceremony area. The decor looks a little old, but the golf course is well-kept and from the reception area you get a nice view. The parking lot is also close by. They had a decent selection of food at very reasonable prices, after comparing to a lot of other restaurants in the area and also at places in Anaheim. Our coordinator, Cindy, was very helpful in answering all our questions and the planning process went smoothly. Our florist really enjoyed working with them and they referred us to our photographer. There was some slight confusion with the guest count during dinner, but that was resolved quickly. We also received a free weekday round of golf.

We chose this venue mostly because of the gazebo and cocktail hour area which are beautiful. Things were good overall, except for a few things. First, we showed up for our rehearsal and they didn't even know it was that day. Luckily it all worked out. Secondly, we never got our champagne toast at the rehearsal dinner like we were promised. Nor did they realize we had a bar tab. I think they just need better communication between staff. Lastly, I had asked them to bring out the grooms cake at a certain time during the reception and it didn't happen until right when we cut the cake.

Overall I am so happy with Mountain Meadows. Gaby, Michelle and Samantha were so easy to work with and were able to respond to me quickly when I had questions or requests. They were also very accommodating with their menu, since me and many of my family members have a gluten allergy. The chef was awesome and I thought the food was very good.

My biggest complaint is that they cut tiny pieces of cake for our guests and not everyone got a piece. If people were not sitting down then cake was never served to their table. Many people came to my mom later on asking if there was cake. We ended up having our whole bottom layer of cake left over to take home. They also ended up losing the box for my cake cutters and flutes and showed very little effort at the end of the night to look for them. I am still very disappointed.

Overall the venue is beautiful and extremely reasonable.

If your looking for a beautiful venue this is the place. Great scenery and venue banquet hall.

The venue was very beautiful, ceremony gazebo needs to be repainted, but flaws were easily hidden with decorations. Only one major complaint, the timing of events booked on the same day was too tight. The day of our rehearsal, there was a wedding & we were rehearsing in the middle of them setting up & on the day of our wedding, they scheduled a baby shower before & we only had a hour & a half to set up the reception room. But their staff was very helpful & turned the room over quickly and helped bring my vision to life.

Not as professional as I hoped.

We searched for a venue for YEARS before we booked since I understood how huge of a decision it was! To save money, we opted for a Friday wedding, which came in a package deal which made it cheaper with more guests than other places were for less guests.
Tiffany was fast to reply to my emails full of questions.
We chose to upgrade the meal but they served the beef during cocktail hour instead, which upset me since that was NOT the plan. I got an apology but no refund.
My bridesmaids were locked out of the bridal room and were unable to retrieve their items until the next day.
Police routinely patrol their parking lot and therefore my groom got a ticket on our wedding night for his expired tags! Had I known they patrol, we would've taken my car. I realize it's public property but a warning would have been nice.
I was told in advance that my bridal party could take pictures by the lake but at my wedding, was told only the bride and groom could. They let us take the bridal party afterall, but it angered me and stalled our picture taking opp!
They worked with us on a few things (the bakery we wanted wasn't on their approved list but they did it through them anyway) but disappointed us on others.
Overall it was just okay.

When I arrived, I noticed that the reception tables had not yet been set up with the gifts for the guests and one of the chair covers was missing. At the start of the ceremony, there was not a table in the gazebo for the rock ceremony. I became aware of the guests standing as I walked down the aisle and noticed that the chairs were not set up the way we agreed. The sign to enter the reception said processed instead of proceed to the reception. Later, I learned that the signs for the Ceremony and our Special Drink were in my maiden name. In addition, I booked over a year in advance so there was plenty of time to ask for this information/the groom’s last name. At the reception, we had guests who came up to us and complained that the bar would not serve them whisky because the bar ran out of house whisky. I was appalled that a premium whisky would not be served because it was not our fault that the facility was out of house whisky. It turned out that all of our events started late due to dinner being served so late. By the time we played a special song for guests, they had already left for the evening. I felt rushed with the father/daughter dance and I didn’t even see the mother/son dance as I was busy talking with the DJ about our new timeline due to dinner being delayed. I am very disappointed that our guests missed the special song and that I missed my husband’s dance with his mother. I was later told that the venue also ran out of rolls during dinner. I also learned that the bartender did not know how to pour shots or mix cocktails. My cousin, who is a bartender, was telling the bartender what goes into different drinks. I believe that the facility was short staffed due to the event prior to my wedding. The fact that the facility was short staffed and dinner was delayed caused a lot of stress on my wedding day not to mention that our events were compromised. I believe that this venue is a great value, but it comes with a price.

Right from the beginning, we knew Mountain Meadows was the most beautiful place for my daughter’s wedding. I felt Tiffany and Monica were so helpful, nothing short of amazing, every step of the way. Working with them for over a year, I knew everything would be perfect. Little did I know since the day of the wedding all of my dreams fell apart. First, they had booked a school even early in the day that ended at 3:30pm after they said weddings booked on Fridays had use the facility for the entire day. Our wedding started at 5:00pm with 170 guests and many from out of town! They used the bride’s maiden last name for the Mr. & Mrs. Sign (ceremony, reception, special drink) instead of the groom’s last name and there were not enough ceremony chairs for the guests (approx. 140) so guests had to stand.

There were not enough plates and no cups during the cocktail hour. Dinner was supposed to be served at 7:15pm and it was served after 8:00pm. This made all of the events planned during the night start later and they felt rushed. The cake was served after 10:00pm and many people had left by this time. The service was very upsetting because there was not enough help. Mountain Meadows is such a beautiful place, but we had such terrible service. After talking with the manger, I was given a small refund. Despite this, I would not recommend Mountain Meadows for any event because it caused a lot of unnecessary stress due to promises they did not keep.

For those who want the gist - the staff was inattentive of the details they were supposed to deliver, treated me and my party as though we were not giving them thousands of dollars of business, and neglected to ensure safety and security of my guests and our belongings (which led to theft from my bridal suite!).

Now I am in talks w/ Mountain Meadows through the BBB. I'm hoping no bride has to go through what I had to put up with - with less than mediocre service, negligence, and lack of security.
