I have nothing but amazing things to say about Mountain Crust. The venue is amazing, the staff is incredible, and the food and drinks make everyone happy. We used the rooftop bar, the love shack, and the outdoor area for our wedding day. The ceremony and dinner were outside, while the dance floor was set up inside of the garage. Mountain Crust does an amazing job setting up the areas for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. The pizza is AMAZING, and loved the homemade ranch. Along with the pizza, we did the fresh baked cookies for the dessert and they were an absolute hit. We chose a mojito and an old fashioned for our drinks and I love that when they can, they use ingredients from their own garden. We used the day of coordinator through Mountain Crust, and Janae was truly the sweetest person and I absolutely loved working with her. Any stresses we had the day of, she helped to make sure we knew all the other options available. The staff were dancing along with us, passing around the cookies.
All I can hope for now is that I get to be a guest at Mountain Crust sometime in the future, or at least a wedding where they are catering! -

If I could give them 1,000 stars I would. My husband and I had our wedding here last month and it exceeded all expectations. The venue is beautiful and needs little adornment, the food in incredible, the vibes are immaculate, and the team is THE TEAM for hosting weddings and events. I appreciate how transparent pricing was throughout the process and they were worth every penny and then some. They made life easy for us and we are so happy we chose this venue for our wedding. -

The perfect venue!!
If I could give MCEV more than 5 stars, I would!
Going into wedding planning, I fully expected it to be stressful, overwhelming, and way more complicated than it needed to be. However, the team at Mountain Crust made it feel SO easy. From day one, their communication was amazing. They were always quick to respond, answered every random question we had, and made us feel completely taken care of throughout the entire process!
The venue itself is absolutely beautiful! Every little detail feels intentional, and you can tell how much love and care has gone into creating the space. It was exactly the vibe we were going for and felt so us. Seeing the vision I'd been dreaming about for over a year finally come to life was such a surreal moment, and Mountain Crust absolutely nailed it.
Now let's talk about the pizza. It was INCREDIBLE!! We knew it would be great, but it somehow still exceeded expectations. They were also so accommodating with guests who had allergies or were gluten-free, which meant so much to our guests and us! We even got to make our own personal pizzas to enjoy as a late night snack when we got back to our hotel which was just what we needed!
The staff deserves all the praise in the world. They were so fun, so kind, and somehow everywhere they needed to be at exactly the right time. A special shoutout to Jeff, who was unbelievably sweet and made sure I got a cookie while I was out on the dance floor. It sounds like such a small thing, but it's one of those little moments that I'll always remember :)
I also can't say enough good things about Janae and Aubrey! They were absolute rockstars throughout the planning process and on the wedding day itself. Everything ran so smoothly that I genuinely never had to worry about a single thing. They handled everything behind the scenes and somehow flipped the space from ceremony to reception so quickly it felt like magic! We seriously can't thank those two enough!!
Since the wedding, we've gotten endless compliments about the venue, the food, the staff, and the overall atmosphere. Multiple guests have told us it was one of the best weddings they've ever been to, which is about the highest compliment we could ask for!
At the end of the day, Mountain Crust wasn't just a venue, it was a huge part of what made our wedding feel so special. It was hands down the best day of my life, and if I could do it all over again, I'd choose Mountain Crust every single time! -

We just had our wedding at Mountain Crust and it was everything we hoped it would be and more. We were honestly sold from our first walkthrough - the vibe of the building and backyard were perfect and any time we interacted with staff members, it was a treat. They're all so kind and fun!!
The venue itself handles all food, alcohol, tables, dishware etc. offering a variety of options and packages which made planning SO easy. We were still able to make everything very “us” with decor and details.
The wedding day itself was honestly so smooth. We paid for the Loveshack getting ready suite and it was amazing. If you’re on the fence on that, it’s completely worth it in my opinion.
We had Nico as our day of planner and point of contact throughout and she was FANTASTIC. She did a great job setting all of our decor up according to our vision. I wasn’t stressed at all throughout the day because everything was handled before I even thought about a thing. Even when there was a period of rain during dinner, umbrellas and blankets were passed out and it honestly made for a really cozy vibe and great photos.
Our guests were consistently coming up to us to compliment the venue, food and staff. The entire Mountain Crust team has a way of making everyone feel like a VIP - accommodating allergies/dietary restrictions and going out of their way to make sure each individual guest was having a great time. I could go on and on about the people. They truly bring the party!
I would 10/10+++ recommend this venue to anyone! Amazing experience start to finish! -

Seriously, get married at Mountain Crust - you will be so happy you did! The MC team was friendly, welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable from the moment we met them. The space had the same vibes, and it's so apparent that a lot love has been put into it.
A special shout-out to Janae', who coordinated our 100+ person wedding smoothly and seamlessly. Leading up to the wedding, she was always readily available, patient, kind, and knew exactly what she was doing. Janae' took so much pressure and stress off of us, and her talent in this role is so evident. We love you, Janae' 🥹!
MC was also very reasonable for the price point, and we really appreciated their transparency, and that they were flexible on vendors. My husband and I had some special cultural requests that the kitchen and bar team did an amazing job accommodating, and the drinks, food, and energy from the staff were incredible. We loved it so much there, that we're going back for a tasting so we can eat their food again!
A bonus that we were very happy about is that MC is committed to sustainability and reducing waste, which was a big value in our search for wedding venues.
It's a huge decision to choose a venue, but we can say without a doubt that MC was so worth it, and we're already trying to think of an excuse to have another event there in the future 😅 -

We truly cannot recommend Mountain Crust enthusiastically enough. This was beyond a 5 star experience and we had an absolutely incredible time.
The food & drinks were delicious, the staff were all super fun, and their day-of coordinator kept the day running smoothly the whole way through (Shout-out to Nico!). We had both our ceremony & reception at Mountain Crust so it was a seamless experience for our guests from start to finish. The staff did an amazing job with the set-up for both and flipped the space around for the reception really quickly once we finished taking family photos during the cocktail hour. We did not feel rushed by the venue's staff at any point, but appreciated that we had them to make sure we didn't forget to do something (like signing our marriage license at sunset!). My bridesmaids and I were also able to hang out in the new bridal suite - known as the "Love Shack" - ahead of the ceremony, and that adorable space made the perfect backdrop for the first look & private vows the two of us did right before lining up to walk down the aisle.
The team at Mountain Crust were extremely communicative leading up to the event as well, taking the time to answer every question and provide recommendations where we needed them. My husband & I both agree that there isn't a single thing we would have changed about our wedding, and Mountain Crust Event Venue is a huge reason why. Our guests have all told us what a great time they had, and we can only hope that one of them will get married here in the future so that we can come back and enjoy it again. -

Hands DOWN Best Wedding Venue & Staff Ever!
Hands down the best wedding venue, hosts and staff we could ever ask for! When we toured Mountain Crust a year ago, we fell in love with the down-to-earth, backyard style wedding that we had always dreamed of. From day one, the Mountain Crust team went out of their way to ensure we had the most amazing day ever. Leading up to the event, the team was constantly in contact with us to ensure we had every detail planned and prepared. As with any event, last minute changes are inevitable but the Mountain Crust team was always there to help us with the planning and execution. Fast forward to the day of, and I wish I could say how many times I thought "this is the most perfect day ever." The Love Shack getting ready suite was a perfect place for the Bride to get dressed, and be removed from the stress of the day. When I say stress, I should emphasize that the Mountain Crust team removed every bit of concern or stress we had - and it was just the stress of standing up infant of a bunch of friends and family and having the most epic party. After our ceremony on the lawn, the Mountain Crust team went to work - pouring hundreds of drinks, serving hundreds of pizzas and ensuring our guests were always taken care of to the highest standard. The Mountain Crust team truly made the difference between a "good" night or a "good" venue and one that us, nor or guests, will ever forget for the rest of our lives. If you are considering a backyard wedding, a reception - or even just a fun event, we cannot recommend the Mountain Crust team higher.
Mountain Crust has several options of budgets, food and drinks to fit your needs and they are more than willing to work with you guests that may have dietary restrictions. With that said, we are totally partial that their pizza is the best in Denver, and your guests will absolutely love it! -

We had a reception only event at Mountain Crust Event Venue and from the day we toured the venue until the end of our event it was a perfect experience. We worked with Nico the entire time and she was incredibly responsive the entire time. Our reception was set up perfectly the day of and our vendor recommendations from the venue were great. We had a bit of a weather mishap and had to move dinner inside which delayed dinner - but that was NO PROBLEM! The team passed out pizza while we waited and the guest were happy. We had at least 10 guests come up during the event to let us know how awesome Nico and the rest of the team were. We'd highly recommend Mountain Crust Event Venue if you're looking for great food, incredible pizza, and good energy. -

Mountain Crust is incredible!! I can promise you, you don’t need to look at additional venues. You will not find a venue that is more fun, more kind and willing to make anything happen. I am so grateful for our experience with Mountain Crust Pizza.
The Great:
1. The Staff – they are kind and had had fun with us! They communicated with our guests, they were always willing to help and went above and beyond at every step!! Standout employees from our event were Janae (our day of coordinator and one of the most organized and detailed humans), Spencer (upstairs Bartender and someone multiple guests called out saying how kind he was and how wonderful his drinks were) and Ryan (Owner and just sunshine in a human).
2. The food and drinks – I mean what else do your guests want?! BEST PIZZA AND UNLIMITED FOR 3HRS??? All of our guests left full and satisfied and HAPPY!
3. They do everything – day of coordinator, place to get ready, serve food, great bartenders, tables/chairs/napkins, etc. They even gave us great recommendations for Vendors. We booked one of Mountain Crust preferred DJ’s - Alysia the owner of Moonlit Entertainment Co and she was incredible! She listened and tailored the music to our guests and us. We had such a good time with Alysia!
4. Environmentally friendly – they compost and are nearly zero waste! Which also means real napkins, real plates, real silverware!!!
5. Loveshack – what a truly beautiful and perfectly casual spot to get ready in the morning. It is decorated so nicely but so incredibly comfortable. We had a group of 12 + vendors and we didn’t feel crowded!
The Bad:
LITERALLY NOTHING! I have no constructive criticism to offer.

Mountain Crust is incredible. Everyone had only amazing things to say: the staff is incredible, friendly, and so helpful. The pizza and salad is local and delicious. And the venue is beautiful, cozy, and has amazing views. Getting married at Mountain Crust was the best decision we made and I'd recommend them without hesitation to anyone wanting to get married in Colorado. -

Mountain Crust Event Venue was the perfect place for our wedding! It is not your traditional venue, but rather an intimate and absolutely fun space. The venue itself is gorgeous, with amazing sunset views from the rooftop bar. The ceremony site feels extra special as you are under the shade of a large tree. Finally at night, the outdoor reception space feels magical under twinkly lights. What makes Mountain Crust even more special is the dedication and service of their staff. They ensured all were having a great time. Getting married at Mountain Crust truly felt like a dream! -

We recently had our wedding at Mountain Crust Event Venue, and it was truly a night to remember. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our day special. Janae, our day-of coordinator, was fantastic and ensured everything ran smoothly. The atmosphere was perfect, and we felt like every detail was taken care of.
The food at Mountain Crust was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. It added an extra touch of magic to our evening, and our guests couldn't stop raving about it. The venue truly provided a culinary experience that exceeded our expectations.
One aspect that stood out to us was the attention to detail in the decor and ambiance. Everything was set up beautifully, creating the perfect setting for our celebration. However, we did notice a few areas where communication could have been clearer, which left us feeling slightly uncertain at times. It didn't detract significantly from our overall experience, but we believe it's important to mention.
In conclusion, our wedding at Mountain Crust Event Venue was everything we could have hoped for and more. The staff, the food, and the ambiance all came together to create a night we will cherish forever. Despite some minor areas for improvement, we would highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a memorable and unique wedding experience. -

Mountain Crust is truly a dream company. I wish I could work there honestly. We found them originally when we went to an old friends wedding that they catered and they were electric. Not only was the food amazing but they were the whole vibe. After that wedding we could not have been more pumped to find out they have their own venue and we were sold immediately-- couldn't have been more in love with their vision. It truly is the perfect "backyard wedding" vibe that is so hard to find in the city. The venue is beautiful with super stylish decor and an amazing natural feel with mountain views, tons of plants, natural light and huge vegetable garden. We absolutely love this company and everything they stand for, I could not recommend them more, we are still beaming after the wedding of our dreams. Now we are just awaiting our next chance to shake our booties with the Mountain Crust crew. -

So happy we found Mountain Crust for our wedding!
We'd heard from others, and were just aware of the culture around weddings that anything and everything will be marked up, starting costs are ridiculous, and every add-on seems to compound. You're either paying for a huge venue that you don't need, an expensive venue with lots of extraneous fluff, or just getting a plain small back-office room if you want to be cost-conscious. There's so many factors with building a wedding that even with a planner the stress doesn't seem to be alleviated much and you just want to have a memorable and enjoyable experience for something that (hopefully) you'll only do once in a lifetime.
With many big decisions, figuring out what you want is usually the most difficult part then everything else tends to fall into place. We had looked at many venues, everywhere from downtown to deep in the mountains and were excited to find something in the middle (literally) that provided the best of both; a great view, close to and accessible from the city, great amenities and flexibility for food, decorations, scheduling, and at an amazing price. With the availability of choosing on-site or outside vendors for DJ, food/dessert, day-of coordinator, decorations, and officiant, we were able to build our own experience and timeline how we saw fit. They primarily had pizza and pre-defined meals, but also an extended menu to allow for dietary restrictions and were easy to work with to accommodate gluten free, dairy free, and vegetarian
MC had a great layout with indoor and outdoor space, options to hold both the ceremony and reception on-site, and an already-great-looking place that few decorations were needed or necessary. The space is already set up to provide open areas, or nooks and crannies for different kinds of gatherings, and the close to city but secluded feeling of the location allowed our party to have privacy and accessibility.
Working with them was really great and exactly what we needed; they were responsive, flexible, clear, and timely. Naturally, we had to update our plans multiple times but they were very accommodating and helpful to ensure that we had everything we needed, and were very easy to work with.
On the day of, through our coordinator and defined timeline, we were able to leave it to them and not worry about anything. If there were any issues we weren't aware of any, and everything from the setup (AV/chairs/tables), ceremony, bar and appetizer/dinner service, went smoothly. All of the staff were really nice and friendly. -

The whole Mountain Crust team was an absolute pleasure to work with! We had our reception here, and they truly went above and beyond to make the whole experience top-notch. When we first toured Mountain Crust, the atmosphere was perfect, the people were amazing, the food was delicious, we booked almost immediately. On our wedding day, any expectations we had were greatly exceeded. This venue is so laid back, accommodating any wishes you may have, helping you along the way, all while dancing their booties off and making sure you do too. I'm a little late to posting this, but better late than never! We got married during the pandemic, but still wanted to celebrate with all our friends and family so we hosted our wedding 2.0/vow renewal celebration at Mountain Crust on 07.29.23. There truly aren't enough wonderful things I could write about this venue and the staff to do it justice - I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an awesome place to host their wedding or event.
- The venue itself is spectacular, they have done such a great job renovating the space. Our guests kept raving about how much they loved it. The team is also so flexible to almost any request, we brought in the Sweet Cow ice cream truck for dessert and it was such a hit.
- The pizza is incredible, so delicious and they have the process down to a science for distributing it to all the guests. We had about 100 people and the line moved really efficiently and they never ran out of food. Also 10/10 recommend having the bride and groom put on aprons to make the first pizzas! We did this in place of having a cake and it was such a fun new tradition. All our guests loved the moment and it was such a fun photo session as well.
- We loved how much we could personalize the alcohol that was available - we are big beer drinkers, so it was important for us to have some unique brews available and the MC team definitely made it happen.
- If you have a dog that you treat like a human child, then this is definitely the venue for you! They are SO dog friendly and it was so special for us to have our fur baby with us the entire night. She loved the space and had a great time partying with everybody.
- And lastly, but certainly not least, the team itself at Mountain Crust is FANTASTIC. They truly are what make every event so special and unique. They all have such an awesome energy and are upbeat throughout the entire event, often joining out on the dance floor! They also successfully completed every request I had, the transition of the ceremony space to reception/dance floor was flawless. Nico is also awesome to work with, she was so responsive to all my emails and silly little questions. She welcomed us into the venue a handful of times to do walk throughs in advance and was so reliable day of. Definitely could not have asked for a better venue manager/event coordinator.
I wish we could host an event here every single year, it was so awesome and will forever hold some special memories for us and our guests :) Definitely book Mountain Crust ASAP! -

My husband and I had our wedding celebration at Mountain Crust and it went incredibly well! The Mountain Crust staff was wonderful to work with, and made sure to answer all of our questions in detail leading up to our event. They were also very accommodating during our event and made sure to check in with us throughout the evening. Not to mention the pizza was AMAZING. I would highly recommend Mountain Crust for your event. -

Wow, wow, wow!! 100/10
The Mountain Crust crew feels like home. They are so genuine and welcoming, we want to continue our new friendship beyond our wedding day!! I haven't stopped raving about them and their brand-new venue to everybody I meet. We had our wedding ceremony and reception here in May. It started raining as our guests arrived for the ceremony, but Mountain Crust was so accommodating and let everybody inside to wait until it passed. And classic CO, it passed within 10 minutes. The Mountain Crust crew then ran outside and dried all 120 ceremony chairs for our guests!! We had light scattered showers the rest of the night, but Mountain Crust didn't let us go hungry or thirsty! They were passing pizzas inside, handing out beers, and just absolutely bringing the party!!
We are so happy that all of our guests felt taken care of by the staff, that was all we could ask for! Thank you a million times over MC! -

We were so happy to have our event at Mountain Crust. Decorated in a way we love, the indoor/ outdoor ambience is a perfect space for a group to gather for multiple different areas of entertainment. The staff could NOT have been friendlier and more supportive of the community we brought into their space. The food was INCREDIBLE! We brought our dog to run around and the staff loved playing with him as well. We made playlists to play at the event but never needed to since the music provided was amazing too and perfect for the vibe we were trying to achieve. Our family and friends were able to connect and have an incredible memorable evening all thanks to the amazing helpful friendly staff at mountain crust. Since our initial conversation with this vendor we have been treated with respect and shown they truly care about the experience their customers have. They just want you to have an amazing time no matter what. Thank you to the amazing staff, we still speak of how friendly you all were even weeks after the event. We 100% would recommend partying with Mountain Crust!! -

We decided to have our wedding at Mountain Crust's event venue because we got to experience their service at a friends wedding in the mountains. When we heard they were opening up a venue we looked no further. THEY BRING THE PARTY! Seriously y'all- there isn't another staff or crew like them out there in the Colorado wedding scene. We had 120 people for our wedding and we were able to get the venue, food and booze for under $14,000 it was so much more affordable than anywhere else we looked! Thank you Mountain Crust!! -

Excellent spot if you’re seeking a delicious, laid back & beautifully polished party. Would absolutely recommend Mountain Crust Event Venue to anyone! Our wedding was absolutely magical and Nico & the staff are a FUN bunch to work with. Venue itself is so pretty you can keep the decor minimal, and the space has great indoor/outdoor flow for parties. Responded very quickly and wonderful job as day of coordinator as well. Drinks, food and venue all made the party exceptional. -
