We had our wedding reception at Mountain Branch just last month, 4/13/24 and the night could not have been more perfect. The staff were all amazing, so accommodating and friendly, Christine was wonderful and flexible with all our little details, the food was delicious, the bartenders were awesome and the views overlooking the golf course were beautiful. The process was easy and enjoyable. We truly had the best time!

Carol and Mountain Branch made all my wedding dreams come true! I could not ask for a more perfect venue or staff to have taken care of my wedding! Carol and Sherry made my day stress free and the staff there were so attentive to me and my husband, as well as all our guests. We can not thank them enough for everything they did to make that day so perfect! We also have received so many compliments on the food and the breathtaking view, which made a gorgeous backdrop for our photos! Our guests have told us this was the best food they have ever had and the cake that is included with the wedding package was fabulous as well! Carol had every detail of the wedding planned out and took care of everything that day! She made all of our lives easier that day and was so responsive and flexible during the whole process, meeting with us several times to go over details and decorations. My wedding was one that I will never forget and I owe all of that to Carol and Mountain Branch.

Mountain Branch is a fantastic, beautiful venue. For the price, you can't beat all the included things with it. We worked with a wedding planner, Christine, provided by Mountain Branch, and they handled all set-up and tear down, allowing us to drop off our decorations the day before, and store it for us the day after. The food was absolutely delicious, and there were plenty of drink options. Every member of staff who worked the wedding was incredibly friendly! My wife and I cannot recommend Mountain Branch enough!

My experience at Mountain Branch was AMAZING! LeeAnn White is a FANTASTIC coordinator along with all of the other MB staff. LeeAnn was there for us every step of the way and was responsive to any questions, concerns, etc. She kept the wedding moving with her times and organization. She was by my side as the bride for everything and made me feel so special. The tent at MB is gorgeous inside and the staff works hard to make sure everything looked perfect from the guests tables, to the cake table, card table, etc. It was also SOOOOO clean inside. We got married in the courtyard and it was an absolutely gorgeous day overlooking the golf course. When I walked down the isle, the staff was fluffing my dress. They were so personable. I couldn't imagine having our wedding anywhere else.

I can not say enough about Carol and her team! They were amazing and wonderful to work with and just a pure joy. The ceremony and reception site is beautiful! Food was fantastic, we received so many compliments and it was all due the professionalism and exceptional service provided by Mountain Branch. They will be my top choice for any future events.

The whole team at Mountain Branch was amazing through the planning process and especially on the day of our wedding. LeeAnn was so great, attentive, and responsive to all of our questions and requests as we were planning our special day. LeeAnn, Carol, and Ashley surpassed all of our expectations for the day of to make sure everything was seamless. Our wedding day was perfect thanks to them! The beautiful view made for a perfect backdrop for our outdoor ceremony, and the gorgeous tented ballroom was so elegant and great for our reception!!

We had a beautiful Fall wedding on a gorgeous day! Carol was very helpful in helping us plan and her expertise helped the day go smoothly. She took care of all the details and even allowed us in early to decorate. Food was delicious, bar was well stocked and the staff was friendly & efficient. We had many compliments from our guests on how much they enjoyed it. After all the planning, it was so nice to be able to relax and enjoy the day!

When it comes to wedding planning and an amazing venue with excellent service, there is no better place than Mountain Branch. My new husband and I had our ceremony and reception there, and everything from the food, drinks, service, view, and tent were more then we could have hoped for at a very reasonable price! One of the best parts of our experience was our amazing wedding coordinator, LeeAnn, who literally helped us with every detail from start to finish. She was so responsive throughout the entire year of planning when it came to answering all of our questions, helping to make decisions, and offering advice to ensure we got nothing less then a perfect wedding day and always responded back to me within a few hours. She was also there on our wedding day to make sure everything ran smoothly, and was there to greet my bridesmaids and I with a massive umbrella when we arrived to ensure we all stayed dry from the rain when we were walking inside. I could go on and on about how wonderful LeeAnn and the entire staff at Mountain Branch were to us, so do yourself a favor and book!! Thanks so much Mountain Branch, our day was more then we could have ever hoped for :)

Mountain Branch was a wonderful wedding venue. The staff was easy to work with and it was so nice to have the catering, tables/chairs and venue all in one spot. Would highly recommend.

Picking Mountain Branch as our ceremony and reception venue for our wedding was definitely one of the best decisions we made! Kim was extremely helpful during our entire (over a year long) wedding planning process, and helped me with every numerous e-mail I sent her. The value truly is unbeatable! The prices were great, the food was phenomenal, and every single person who worked there was so courteous.

The staff was exceptional in laying out our ceremony and reception better than I could have ever asked for.

Mountain Branch truly made sure that not only my husband and I had the best wedding ever, but they also made sure our guests had everything they needed. I have been getting continuous compliments on how great the food, service, and overall wedding was. You won't be disappointed having your wedding here!

Could not have asked for more! Carol McCarthy went above and beyond she felt like family after a year of planning. Any time I needed her she was already one step ahead, she even gave me her cell # the week before. How many hotels do that none.
Food staff service were flawless best choice you could ever make. Having my baby shower there in two months.

LeeAnn and her team were so great to work with! They took care of everything. Everyone raved about the food, venue, staff, and beautiful set up. We were so happy and would do it all over again.

I got married on September 6. Leading up to that was a breeze with Mountain Branch! They are so organized that everything is just basically done for you, and all you have to do is answer questions. The food, alcohol, cake, tables, chairs, some linens, and venue were all included in the price! Hello!!! Do you know how many brides plan all those things separately?! But I would like to point out the amazing coordinator, Carol. We had no a/c in our limo, on the hottest day of the year! So I contacted my wedding planner to get with Carol and see what we can do to cool off before I had to walk down the isle. When we showed up, there were cold drinks and a bucket of ice ready and waiting! Which wasn't the plan since I was just suppose to get out of the limo and get married!
All I can say is this was the best venue every and cannot thank the staff enough!

My daughter and son-in law just had their wedding at Mountain Branch golf club this past weekend and it couldn't have been more perfect! Every detail of the day was recognized. reviewed, managed and exemplified just as we had asked...AND BETTER. The service was outstanding and the accommodations were wonderful. Our guests raved about the food and the gorgeous outdoor setting. I highly recommend this venue for any event!

Carol & her top notch staff amazingly pulled together our most special day. Every single detail was well taken care of & even better than we could imagine. We felt well taken care of from start to finish! All of our details were executed flawlessly! It certainly was the best day of our lives and we couldn't have imagined a better place to have our Reception than at Mountain Branch! Cheri is one of a kind & truly did a fantastic job! She has a keen eye for the details. We received so many compliments on the venue and the food especially. Everything was so delicious! Mountain Branch is a one of a kind, beautiful venue with amazing views, indoor/outdoor Reception space and the most beautifully draped tent you will ever see!

Mountain Branch was amazing! Carol was fabulous to work with and made sure everything went smoothly the day of our wedding. Having our ceremony outside overlooking the golf course was gorgeous. Not a single detail was overlooked! My vision for a fall wedding was brought to life and was more lovely than I could have EVER imagined! My day was truly perfect because of Mountain branch! All of my guests were in awe of the gorgeous tent and would not stop raving about the delicious food! I would definitely book mountain branch again for any event!

It was the prefect day! Food was hot and delicious, everyone enjoyed themselves! The venue was beautiful. Our wedding planner was very attentive, she was always willing to do what we wanted! Amazing experience!

We had our wedding at Mountain Branch in October and could not have been happier. From the beginning, Carol was there to guide us through the process and she was fabulous. She was so involved that she even shared her wedding anniversary with us to make sure our night went as planned. The rest of her team were so helpful, the day before, during and after the wedding as we dropped off/picked up a lot of decorations, favors, etc. Our rehearsal dinner was also at Mountain Branch, which was also memorable. It was raining the morning and early afternoon of our wedding, so the staff had set everything up for the ceremony to be inside the tent. The rain stopped about 30 minutes before the ceremony started, so we asked if we could have it outside. With no questions asked, the team rearranged everything to be outside as we originally hoped it would be. Our family and friends were amazed with their quickness, and not to mention the rest of the service, how great the food was, and so forth. This just goes to show the kind of customer service they consistently delivered throughout our entire experience. We had the wedding of our dreams, and our guests said it was one of the best weddings they have ever been to. I would highly recommend Mountain Branch to everyone considering this venue. Thanks again for everything, Carol and team! You really made our day so special!

The venue of Mountain Branch is absolutely gorgeous!! But even better is their staff!! LeeAnn, Nicole, and all her additional excellent crew make all the the stress "you hear about in planning the wedding/reception" fly out the window and become RELIEF instead!! Our experience there was perfect!! If you have any doubts, don't doubt Mountain Branch and what they have to offer!!

We were one of many couples affected by the Elk Manor Winery closing. 6 weeks from our wedding date we had to desperately search for another space to accommodate us. Mountain Branch was fantastic! For one they had our date, and LeeAnn went above and beyond to make our wedding perfect. I wanted a rustic, barn wedding and although we didn't have the barn LeeAnn helped us make the reception space rustic and beautiful. All of the staff that worked our wedding day were great. Beautiful venue! The staff was amazing to work with and were very attentive the day of the wedding. The food exceeded our expectations. Couldn't be happier and have recommended them to many of our friends.
