  Beautiful and Delicious

  Oscar helped us with the cake tasting. He was professional, friendly, flexible and helpful. We ended up ordering a vanilla naked cake with guava filling. The cake was made exactly as my daughter wanted for her wedding. It was beautiful and so delicious. Everyone loved the cake! I would highly recommend!

  Loved our cake!

  Our venue reception palace works with Moulin Rose. When we went for out cake tasting it seemed like a regular bakery and we werent expecting anything special. However, the mini cakes we tried blew us away! All their cakes tasted so good it was hard to choose. Oscar was super helpful in creating a design that was what I wanted, while staying within budget. We got the marble cake with oreo filling and our top layer rum cake with dulce de leche! Cant wait to try it on our anniversary !

  We used Moulin Rose for our wedding cake. Our venue, reception palace ballrooms, contracts them for weddings at this venue. Oscar did a great job with the cake. He did a great job talking and explaining things to us at our cake tasting. The cake taste delicious, and looked great. One slight issue is that we wanted our cake to be a navy blue and it was a little lighter than that. That being said, the cake still looked great.

  Moulin Rose cakes are the BEST! I had a vision for what my wedding cakes would look like--I wanted a trio of cakes, each with a unique design. They definitely delivered, even when one of the cakes didn't exactly look as I had pictured, they quickly made adjustments and made it perfect for my special day. Their staff is so kind and attentive. Love them!

  Oscar, was the person I spoke to i regards to my wedding cake. He was excellent. Very attentive and listened to my requests.

  Moulin Rose made the cake for my wedding! Everything turned out so beautiful. Cake was delicious! It was everything I imagined!!!!!! I have fond memories of growing up in a bakery and came around full circle, after 20 years, to find out these are the same owners! Thank you to Yohani, Rigo and Sonya!!!!!

  Oscar was amazing to work with!! We are still getting compliments about our wedding cake (which was months ago). My husband and I brought a picture of our ideal cake and it was executed exactly. My husband was surprised (as were the guests) at the special groom's cake!! We were thoroughly pleased!!

  This is the best bakery! My cake was beautiful and exactly how I wanted it to look. I could not have asked for a better quality cake and design. My mother in law also purchased my bridal shower cake from the bakery, and it was spectacular. I will use this bakery for all of future special events :)

  Absolutely the best wedding cake ever! The cake for both my bridal shower and wedding were stunning and tasted delicious. The staff and owners were really nice and made suggestions and listened to me.

  The experience with them was great. The cake was delicious! During the tasting it was hard to make a selection because all of the flavors were so good in their unique way. They have great attention to detail, offer expert advice, and overall did an impeccable job.

  This is the bakery for me!!! I have been going to them since my kids were small and they did all of my bakery needs...now when I decided to re-marry...they did a selection of cakes (I didn't want just one wedding cake), and the folks at the wedding still talk about it!!! Love them....

  Moulin Rose Bakery in Miami baked a delectable 3-tier vanilla rum cake filled with dulce de leche and topped with fondant. We wanted a simple, pretty cake decorated with fresh orchid blooms, and that is exactly what we got. The only issue was that our cake topper, which was a bit heavy and made of glass, was not secured properly to the top of the cake and so it ended up sliding off the cake. Admittedly, the topper was a last-minute addition on our end and was not part of our original order. We had to improvise and use more fresh flowers to cover the top of the cake. No one noticed the missing topper and everyone commented about how delicious our cake was. We were still enjoying leftovers a week later. I would recommend this bakery for cakes and also for traditional Cuban treats, such as pastelitos, batidos, and croquetas.

  Worst Experience ruined wedding day

  Do NOT bother wasting your time contacting this place. If I could give 0 stars I would. This is by far one of the most unprofessional bakeries I have ever dealt with. I started reaching out to this place since January 25th, as my wedding date is February 22nd, in regards to a cake for my wedding date, and to no avail. Every time I called, no one answers the phone or when they do answer you’re out on hold for 10 minutes and have to hang up and call back. I was told to email so I emailed. I emailed them 5 TIMES, and got NO response. Finally when I did get a response, I got a Mickey Mouse apology and was told I would be contacted Thursday for a cake testing.. it’s now almost Sunday and I still have yet to get a response for a “cake testing” and my wedding date is literally 2 WEEKS AWAY. Needless to say, thanks to these HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL people, that I specifically chose for my special day, I’m not gonna have a wedding cake at all thanks to them. Because of them, and wasting my time waiting for them, now I’m gonna have no cake at all. Save yourself the time and heartache and find another bakery or at least have a backup so this doesn’t happen to you!!!
