Words can’t describe how perfect our wedding ceremony was, all thanks to Debbi! We were able to customize our ceremony to make it personal to us, and we felt an immediate connection with Debbi as soon as we met her. She was personable, responsive and professional. Professional Officiant Role - Joy to Work With – Unbeatable Value

Debby was a terrific officiant – My wife and I could not be happier that we chose Debby. She was easy to work with – an essential attribute given the difficulty in coordinating a wedding. Our wedding was outdoors at our house requiring Debby to be understanding and able to adjust to the situation while maintaining focus on the wedding ceremony to deliver a beautiful and memorable event. All attending the wedding commented that it was the best wedding they had ever attended. Debby had a significant role as the officiant in making the wedding a beautiful beginning of the next chapter of our lives.
Debby provided us with the written ceremony a week before the wedding for us to review and to become familiar with before the wedding ceremony. I selected Debby nine-days before the wedding date – She accepted – We were successful in a memorable wedding even with the compressed schedule because of Debby’s experience as an officiant.

My wife and I highly recommend Debby – you can not find a better value.

Beautiful ceremony

My fiance and I were guests at my friend's wedding, and because I'm usually bored at ceremonies, I was really impressed with Debbi's ceremony, because I didn't fall asleep! She was talking to US - the guests most of the time, and including us in my friends' ceremony which made it so wonderful. After meeting with Debbi, we knew why she's so popular. Her personality and her caring and enthusiasm shows. She officiated our wedding and I love how she says, "martital bliss, sealed with a kiss," and "kisses to the mister and the misses." My guests raved about my choice of an officiant - some of my elderly relatives wanted me to get married in a church, but when they saw the happiness Debbi had for us and the appreciation for my guests, they were convinced we made the right decision for us. Go for it - Debbi is the best.

Wow - Deborah exceeded all our expectations as our officiant. We didn't really give much thought to our ceremony - we were focused on the reception. But Deborah changed our thinking as she explained that the ceremony is the foundation of our marriage. Our guests raved about Deborah and her personality, her enthusiasm for us, and the emotion that she brought to our wedding. Couldn't have chosen anyone better, and am very grateful to my aunt for recommending her. I'm doing the same for others by referring Deborah.

We were married in a small ceremony at my mother's home over the weekend. Debbie was available at short notice and worked with us over 2 weeks to craft the best ceremony. She was warm and friendly but also very professional with us. I'd recommend her to everyone! She made the event very special and catered to last minute changes.

We could not be happier with our decision to have Debbi as our wedding officiant! Working with her to craft a ceremony that truly reflected us turned out as well as we could have hoped. Debbi guided us to many ideas worth considering, allowing us to create a truly unique ceremony through a very intelligently designed brainstorming process. After it was over, some of our guests told us it was the best one they'd ever heard! If you want something that is truly unique to you, and you're not afraid to consider a few different options for your ceremony (e.g. which greeting you want, which reading you want, etc.), then talk to Debbi. I was referred to Debbi by a neighbor who had seen her officiate her niece's wedding, and I'm so glad we found her, especially on short notice. The officiant we originally chose just didn't seem to care - missed appointments, didn't return my calls, and we felt dismissed and disrespected. Ms. Debbi treated us like family - caring, excited for us, and personalized our ceremony on two days' notice so that our family members felt we all knew each other well. Ms. Debbi is very warm and caring, and she made our guests chuckle a couple times during our ceremony. You can't go wrong with Debbi.

All I can say is that my husband (yay - I can call him my HUSBAND!) and I knew from the moment we spoke to Debbi on the phone that she was going to be our officiant. We got married on the water and she even included a few mentions of the venue and the water in our ceremony. We have 4 children combined, and she made sure to include them and make sure they knew how much we loved and appreciated them in our ceremony. My family told me that they felt she knew us for many years. Guests remarked t hat they thought she was a close family friend. She is very personable and enjoyable to be with Thank you Debbi - you made the most memorable day of our lives incredible.

We can not express how pleased we were with Debbi, she truly EXCEEDED our expectations. Step by step she offered the most calming company with encouragement and heartfelt words. And delivered a one of a kind, memorable and heartfelt ceremony.

We contacted Debbi only TWO days before our wedding. She was extremely responsive, flexible and fulfilled our requests with no hesitation. She wrote a beautiful ceremony, helped us with customized vows and was adventurously open to our dog being a part of our ceremony. Debbi is a true gem, a beautiful person inside and out and is deeply passionate about uniting couples in marriage.

Since we eloped with only a few close friends in attendance, she also helped us honor loved ones who were not able to join us on our wedding day. One of our guests is newly engaged and immediately asked us for Debbi’s contact information after the ceremony so she can book her for her wedding. We HIGHLY recommend her, she is the BEST OF THE BEST!

Ms. Mullinix was referred to us by a couple we know whom she married. From our first conversation on the phone, to the end of our wedding ceremony, we just knew she was the right person for us. Her outgoing, charming and kind personality drew us in, and her enthusiasm for us and our wedding even made us more excited. My mom and I had gone to a bridal expo where I met Debbi, I instantly fell in love with her. Debbi was the only officiant my husband and I met with and I have absolutely no regrets. Debbi is phenomenal, she is very attentive, passionate and really does love her clients. My wedding guests couldn't stop talking about how fantastic she was. Hello from Ohio. I hired Debbi Mullinix as my daughter's officiant at her wedding, and I am thrilled that I chose her. We had not met her due to our location and schedule, until a month before the wedding that took place last week, but she kept up with us through emails and phone calls. Very attentive to details, and she really made us feel appreciated. Wonderful, warm personality that shines through her words and through her eyes. My daughter wasn't nervous, my son-in-law felt comfortable, and our guests bragged about what a wonderful ceremony she delivered. I have never written a review before, but feel compelled to let people know how wonderful Debbi was as our officiant before and during our wedding. We hired her months before we met her in person based on her charming personality over the phone. When we met with her to go over our ceremony, we were very impressed with her sincere demeanor, and she was such a fun, relaxed and warm-hearted person, so we were very pleased with our decision to choose Deborah. She personalized our wedding ceremony to suit our personalities and our history, and it was so wonderful. She arrived an hour before our ceremony, which was a real comfort to me. During the ceremony, my husband and I really focused on our ceremony and her words, and were very thrilled with her happiness and caring words. At our reception, we received so many compliments of her service to our ceremony, and that is why I am writing -because many of our guests kept telling me to let her know what a wonderful ceremony she performed, and how much they liked her. Debbie married my husband and I on October 7, 2017. It was absolutely perfect. We planned our wedding very fast (1 week). Debbie replied the day I contacted her and was just as excited as we were. The day was simple yet perfect. Debbie arrived ecstatic and loving. After a quick introduction to our children, Debbie proceeded with the perfect ceremony tailored to our wishes. Deborah comes with a wealth of knowledge of what your guests will like and appreciate in a wedding ceremony. Debbie is the best at what she does. She takes individual time and really gets to know the brides and grooms. She has a ton of options so you can make your day special! We really felt like she was a close family member by the day of the wedding.

Debbi was amazing. Followed through and made us comfortable with our service. Made sure we knew what we were doing and guided us along during the ceremony. (important when you're nervous!) Our guests were very complimentary on the service. It was everything we dreamed it would be.

Debbie is an amazing person to work with! Considering that my wife and I decided to elope and had about a week to plan this all, Debbie was flexible, timely, and really listened to us when we explained what kind of ceremony we wanted. She customized our ceremony after talking with us as well as provided wonderful ideas in terms of location. We got married right in front of a beautiful red barn near our home in Edgewood and the ceremony could not have been any better. Hands down it was the most perfect day of our lives. Debbie was there early, explained the timeline and order of events, and was professional and friendly. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for an amazing officiant. She will do her best to make your special day perfect.

How can I describe debbi other than "just perfect"!!! From start to finish she was there for my every question or need. I loved the fact that she let us create our own little ceremony by letting us choose our own words by providing us with a bunch to choose from. She was absolutely perfect! Thank you so much! It was absolutely wonderful working with Debbie on not only the planning of the service but the day of was even better... she remained calm, made the service personal, fun and appeared so intimelly involved in each and everyv word. Debbi is very friendly and made us feel like our wedding day was as special to her as it was to us. My son and his wife Maggie chose Debbie to be the officiant at their recent wedding and we could not have been more pleased with their choice. From beginning to end Debbi was not only very professional but also put the entire wedding party at ease. She met frequently with the couple and incorporated personal vows and requests into the ceremony . The entire ceremony was perfect. Debbi was amazing! She was so responsive and professional about everything. She was also very flexable from the very start of planning our big day! We werent sure about the weather that day and our backup plan was an indoor option that started about 40 mins after our outdoor ceremony option. She was completly flexable and understanding about that and didnt try to pull more money out of us, which is usually what vendors do in the wedding industry! Shes human and understands things happen! She is a great officiant and she is willing to do whatever she can to make your ceremony perfect for your needs! Wether you're laid back and easy going or into every little details she will help you make your big day perfect! I HIGHLY recommend her!!!

Debbi was amazing! We contacted her on short notice to help have a ceremony including our recovering grandmother, and Debbi could not have been more gracious. As a DJ these days I am providing the ceremony music as well as the reception music. Over the years More than Words was the officiant I worked with at least three times a year.She has a very contemporary,spiritual approach that is from the heart. Loved her!! My wedding was even better than I had imagined, thanks to Debbi. She gave us many choices to choose for our ceremony, along with designing and crafting her own words to make our ceremony even more personal. It was raining real hard the day of our wedding, and she even added a humorous sentence about the rain being good luck, that really helped ease our nervousness, and make everyone chuckle. As I searched for an officiant to renew our vows, Ms. Deborah's reviews on Facebook drew me in. After speaking with her, I new then and there that she was the perfect fit to marry my husband and I once again. She was open to the many ideas that we wanted to incorporate into our ceremony. Ms. Mullinix met with my husband, my children and I at a place and time of our choosing to go over the wedding ceremony. She was very professional, on time and organized. She gave us our own copy of the ceremony so we knew what to expect. She took over the ceremony and made me feel so comfortable. During the ceremony I started to cry and Ms. Mullinex saved me by having a tissue handy. She was just awesome!! As I watch the wedding video over and over, I am ever so grateful that we found her to join us during one of the most important memories in our lives.

I have always said if I remarried that I would want a beach wedding. I had the opportunity to be married at Rocky Point Beach, MD at our annual family reunion. I selected Debbie Mullinix as my wedding officiant who was very professional, and let me make the words to the ceremony my own. All of the sudden, I realized that I would be starting a new job in the midst of everything! Debbie was kind enough to calm my nerves, and she married us June 28, 2015 at Carson's Creekside Restaurant on the pier by the water with just very immediate family, so that I could legally be married to my husband, Ed, which would make starting a new job a lot easier with a new name! Debbie is also conducting a beach ceremony for me at Rocky Point Beach July 25th so my entire family can see Ed and I get married at our annual family reunion. This 2nd ceremony will be very special, because my sister will be bringing my 82 yr old Dad who is in a nursing home. My dream of a beach wedding was certainly fulfilled, and I will never forget looking into Ed's eyes by the water as we said our vows. I can't thank Debbie enough for working with me! Debbie was great! She met with us at a Dunkin Donuts and we discussed what the ceremony would be like, we then kept in contact over text, facebook, and email. I have messaged a lot of wedding officiate and I asked them couple questions as well as I looked into their history. After talking to Deborah, I knew right away that she was the person we wanted to marry us. She gave us some options as we weren't sure exactly what we wanted to say. We ended up using some of what she gave us and adding some and deleting some to make it very personal. She arrived early and took care of the paperwork for us afterwards. She is a lovely person and makes everyone feel comfortable around her.

Mrs. Debbi did a great job at our ceremony. She helps you with everything and if you have no idea on where to start just ask her and she will help. My husband and I had no idea so we asked her and she was right there. If we had any questions all we had to do was either call or message her and in a timely manner she responded back with no hesitations. On the night of she came early to make sure everything was okay and we really appreciated that. Also she guided us through during the ceremony which helped out a lot. My husband and I would recommend her to anyone no questions asked. :)

Ms. Debbi married my wife and I in an elopement in June 2014. She was absolutely wonderful! I actually found her information on craigslist (which sounds sketchy I know) but after I emailed her I could tell she was very legit. She responded to our every question quickly and gave us lots of information we didn't even ask for (but ended up needing). We traveled from out of state (gay marriage is illegal where we are from), so she even helped us find a place for us to exchange vows. For all LGBT couples, she was very accepting - I never felt judged at all through the whole process (which was very refreshing for me). During the ceremony, she was so heartfelt. I wouldn't choose anyone else. I highly recommend her, she is absolutely wonderful!!! You will absolutely love her, I promise.

We had a wonderful experience with Debbi! She allowed us to customize our wedding ceremony exactly how we wanted it. All correspondence was very prompt and professional. Her experience with weddings was helpful both before and during the ceremony. Her actual delivery of the ceremony was great. She was loud and clear enough to be heard by 60 guests in an outdoor setting. We would recommend her to my friends if they were getting married.

Debbi was very personable and flexible. She provided my husband and I with multiple ceremony examples and was very encouraging throughout our writing our own vows. She was easy to contact and we stayed in communication throughout the process. She is professional and very easy to talk/deal with. We didn't have a traditional wedding ceremony, instead it was small (less than 10 people) in a restaurant. She was flexible with everything and the ceremony was just perfect. We chose Debbi as our officiant after meeting her at the Havre De Grace Wedding Walk. Debbi provided us with the framework to construct our perfect ceremony. We were not entirely satisfied with the service provided. Although she was very efficient and professional in terms of preparing for the ceremony, she seemed to be in a rush during the actual ceremony and came off as being very insincere. We were made to feel uneasy and awkward during our ceremony, as well.
She was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly. She made it easy for us to be creative in putting together our own ceremony. However, when it came to actually meeting, she was not very personable. If we had know what our results were going to be ahead of time, perhaps we would have pursued other avenues to find someone better suited for us.
