Absolutely amazing night! The food was spectacular, gazebo was breathtaking, and for planning a wedding, Debbie and Tammie made it easy. Highly recommend if you are on a budget and want something gorgeous!

We are so happy with Moorpark Country Club and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a wedding venue! The grounds of the club are immaculate and so pretty. We did both ceremony and reception outside and it was amazing. The food was incredible as well. Our guests had nothing but amazing things to say!
The original coordinator left Moorpark in the middle of our planning process, but Cindy took over and did a fantastic job! She was beyond responsive and so helpful! No detail was left out and we got everything we dreamed of and more! Our wedding at Moorpark was perfect and we highly recommend!!!

I got married at this venue July 6,2019 and I loved it! The venue is beautiful and they allowed me to bring my own cater and they were very flexible with everything I wanted! I especially want to thank Cindy Who is the food and beverage manager she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us and I appreciate everything that she did! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Moorpark Country Club was the absolute perfect venue for my wedding! The food was AMAZING!!! And the drinks nice and STRONG ! Definitely worth every penny! It was the best night of my life!

My husband and I got married at Moorpark Country Club this past weekend, and we may be biased, but it was hands down the best wedding we’ve ever been to! :). The staff was so professional and knowledgeable and responded to every question or inquiry we had throughout the planning process. Our wedding day was beyond a dream come true and literally nothing went wrong the day of! The venue for the ceremony outdoors is Beautiful and the ballroom indoors for the reception is exquisite. Our guests had the best time, food was amazing, dance floor was so much fun! We really felt taken care of the entire time. I highly recommend Moorpark Country Club to anyone and only wish we could relive our special day again! :)

Your wedding day is among one of the most important days of your life and you have to depend on vendors to carry out your vision. In some cases, the vision is crystal clear and you know EXACTLY what you want. In others, the vendor provides recommendations based on the relationship they have formed with you.

In our case, this was a second marriage with a blended family. Following our engagement, we asked my now husband’s sons if they had preferences for the big day and boy were we surprised by the answer. YES! They had BIG plans for us to hold the wedding and reception at Moorpark Country Club after being there for a Holiday party. They wanted lots of flowers, great food and fun music we could all dance to (even wanted to make sure we had fun drinks for the adults!). Jamison (Jamie) Evans executed the day expertly by communicating frequently and making sure every detail was attended to. She worked well with the other vendors to ensure the success of our event. I would absolutely use Moorpark Country Club for another large event!

I cannot believe it has already been two weeks since that amazing night and it is one we will all remember and cherish for the rest of our lives.

My husband I are were married here this past March, and we couldn't be happier with how the day turned out. Tania, the wedding coordinator, is the absolute best to work with. She is so sweet, friendly, and has a great eye for detail. She made sure the evening flowed well- and she did such a great job. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. You can have an completely outdoor wedding, or you can have an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception. The ballroom is beautiful! The food was fabulous- our guests kept telling us how much they loved the food! And the value is fantastic- definitely one of the most well-priced venues in the area, with exceptional service! We couldn't be happier with our day and highly recommend this venue- you will not be disappointed!

Moorpark Country Club was one of the best venues that my fiancé and I saw before we got married. The staff was so responsive, friendly and simply wonderful to my family and I when we went to see the venue. They rates are comfortable and they are flexible with a lot of the bride and grooms requests. The catering department makes delicious food. The food tasting was so good we decided to book then for our rehearsal lunch. I was so happy with our coordinator Cecilia Tcheichert because she made my planning and my wedding day go by smoothly. My husband and I are very pleased with Moorpark Country Club for making our wedding dreams possible.

I am SO glad that we ended up choosing Moorpark Country Club for our venue. Not only is the site both inside and out beautiful, but the coordination services we received from Cecilia were better than I could have hoped for. Moorpark Country Club was the PERFECT option for our wedding! We were so thrilled to have learned that they began doing outdoor wedding ceremonies AND receptions. Working with Tania and Cecilia was amazing!! They are the BEST. They were so professional and responsive at all times. AND the sweetest. Always made me feel so special. We shopped around a few different venues and they were by far the best team we met! The food was great, not to mention the venue is also great for your wedding pictures. I should also add the my sister was married at this location as well. It's just that GOOD. And the price? Also great! If you're looking for an outdoor wedding venue, it's definitely worth checking this place out. If you're looking for an indoor venue, it's also worth checking it out. We had the best experience at Moorpark country club, especially with Cecilia. She catered to all our needs big and small, and never told us something couldn't be done. We are so thankful to her that she worked so graciously with all of our family members. Our wedding day was amazing and everyone had a wonderful time mostly because of the venue and what we were able to do with it. The place has so much space and is incredibly beautiful even without decorations. We would highly recommend this venue, and hopefully we'll get to work with Cecilia in the future if we want to plan another event there.

We had a wonderful Reception at Moopark County Club! The venue was excellent The grounds are beautiful and the food is amazing! We love that we got married and celebrated at Moorpark. Our guests loved it too! It was really a day to remember and we will never forget. Thanks Tania! She was also amazing to work with and really prompt with her responses. Look no further than Moorpark Country Club! Tania and her team were able to perfectly capture everything that I could have ever wanted! Everything went flawlessly, all of the food was SO DELICIOUS, and I have heard nothing but rave reviews from everyone who was there!

We couldn't have asked for a better setting & a more attentive staff from Moorpark Country Club for our wedding. Tania & crew were great from the get-go. As a couple on a budget, we loved that no additional decorations were needed, as the grounds were spectacular as-is, & the audio equipment was a simple & reasonable fee.

Cecilia was amazing- she had everything under control, she was so calm and collected all the time and she always accommodated our requests. So thankful for her help, so many things we would have forgotten if she hadn't reminded us.
The food here is seriously amazing, best food I've ever had at a wedding. We had a custom buffet and our guests Loved it!
This venue is soo beautiful- especially at night. We had hanging lights and a chandelier and it looked magical. Cannot fault anything about this venue. Everything was perfect. And another huge thankyou to Cecilia for making it all possible.

First off, a huge shout out to Cecilia, our coordinator, who was so sweet, friendly, patient, and so great to work with. She is a delight in so many ways and will do her best to make your wedding or event the very best ever. Our wedding was on October 15, 2016 and was absolutely amazing. The venue is breathtaking, we fell in love with the Moorpark Country Club at first sight. The moment we saw the gorgeous views and spacious, luxurious ballroom we knew that it was the place for us. The food was absolutely delicious - and many, many compliments from our guests. All in all, the rate of service, great package options, gorgeous venue, hands down - the best! So extremely happy that Moorpark Country Club will be in my memories forever, where we celebrated the most joyous incredible day of our lives. Thank you!!!

We were captured a beautiful wedding there in June 2016. Everything was on the very high level- service, food, decoration!
The ceremony and reception set ups were located outdoors and they looked just fabulous.

After the ceremony we with bride and groom and the bridal party moved to the green grass to capture some fun shoots with the drone. The video and pictures turned out just fantastic!

Right before the sunset the event manager called Life.Film team and B&G and drove us all the way to the pound where we captured the most beautiful pictures for the day!

The venue was beautiful and elegant. I Love Tania she is the best, so friendly and knowledgeable about everything wedding!!! She was able to accommodate last minute changes and kept my ceremony running smooth and on time despite some set backs. I highly recommend this venue it's all in one and the service was excellent??????

We searched and interviewed several venues before choosing the Moorpark Country Club. We loved the facilities, the banquet room and the outside location for our ceremony. Our coordinator/event planner was the Director, Tania Trombetta. She made it all so wonderful, easy and beautiful. She appreciated our crunch for time and once we had the venue locked in, she was on top of all the details. Tania kept us on target and met our last minute challenges like a true professional.

The club was incredibly generous with their staff and facilities. Our photographer wanted to take us out on the golf course to shoot pictures by the lake and Tania made it happen for us; having golf carts ready to go and she escorted us out herself. The food was incredibly delicious, abundant and our guests raved about the menu! There was so much to choose from with the brunch that we couldn't even taste it all ourselves, but the guests loved the variety, quality and presentation. To make sure we'd be happy with the brunch menu, she had us to the club as her guests for brunch and it truly made a impression. We were thrilled and so were the other couple we brought along to help us taste it all.

My wife and I would highly recommend this Country Club to any newly engaged bride and groom. If you are in the LA or Ventura County to check this facility out before you make any decisions!!

Amazing reception and venue! After touring our top 8 potential wedding venue spots, it became very clear that Moorpark Country Club was the winner. It became our top choice and we had the perfect wedding there!

Without a doubt, Moorpark Country Club is the most beautiful country club we've ever seen. We had a day wedding there in March and everything from the flowers to the trees, the waterfall, the hilltops, the ceremony area, the reception room,and halls looked great. Our wedding photos turned out beautifully as a result. Tania and the staff were amazing. Tania truly understood what we needed and wanted and helped make our day a very beautiful and special one. We hope we get the opportunity to work with Tania and her staff in the near future.

My now husband and I looked at 5 different venues before deciding on Moorpark Country Club. On the first day we looked at MCC, we knew that we had fallen in love with the friendly staff, the views, the easily accessible location, and overall feel of the venue. We loved the gazebo area as MCC does an awesome job of keeping that area looking picture perfect. Due to the great landscaping, we didn't need to add a lot of flowers during for the ceremony which ultimately helped with our flower budget. To make it easier on ourselves, all the vendors we selected were the ones from the recommended list provided to us by Tania Trombetta. Everyone that we met with was phenomenal and we highly recommend that for your sanity and to ensure that everything as smoothly as possible, you contact the vendors on the preferred list first. For every step of the way, Tania answered all of our questions, big and small. At no point did we feel pressured, dismissed, or rushed. We really felt that all of the staff at MCC were warm, welcoming, and completely professional at all times. Our wedding was great and we couldn't have for a better day or a better venue. Thank you so much MCC for making our special day a truly magical one.

Moorpark Country Club was the PERFECT choice for my wedding. We were looking for elegant and fairy tale like, but within budget. Tania helped us with most of our planning and tours and was so helpful, she always answered my questions promptly and had great input when needed. Day of she did a great job of helping me stay calm which is a plus as well!! Cecelia was also very polite and professional. The food at the country club was amazing at my tasting appointment and although I didnt eat much the day of the wedding, all my guests were raving about the food afterwards. My husband, I and our parents are all very happy with our choice of MPCC!

Don't normally do reviews but Tania and Moorpark Country Club deserve to be promoted. Great service by the staff and the food was great. Tania was outstanding and the club is beautiful. We had the best wedding and reception that will be remembered always.

Tania at MCC is the sweetest lady I have ever worked with! I know that our day is going to be in great hands! Their pricing and packages are great as it is and yet they will let you customize them however you want to fit your needs. The venue itself is stunning and we love that there is an indoor/outdoor option with the gazebo and ballroom and the chandeliers in the ballroom are absolutely stunning! Also the large wall windows provide a breathtaking view of the course, sunsets, etc without making you feel as though you are stuck inside.

Moorpark Country Club provided the most amazing location for my wedding. It was a beautiful day and Tania was so easy to work with and accommodated our every request. We can't say enough good things about her. The food was delicious, the gazebo and gardens were amazing (she made sure they were in full bloom, even in February!), and the staff was professional and treated our guests like royalty. From the signature cocktails to the pictures by the lake, everything went off without a hitch. Thank you to Tania, Tori and the whole MCC staff. We could not have chosen a more elegant venue.

Just got married at the Moorpark Country Club 10/18/14 and it was awesome. It has all you need great views, large room, great service and great food! Tania deserves five stars for her service and professionalism alone, the way she helped and handled everything was just awesome! She and her staff went above and beyond anything I could of imagined. All the guest loved it and couldn't stop talking about how great the food, decorations and the staff were. Don't look any place else. When i first started looking for a venue to have my daughters wedding reception, many of the places i called made me feel like they didn't have the time to talk to me. They said they would email me a package and i could look that over and get back to them. That wasn't the case with Miranda and Anna. They always made me feel important and gave me all the time needed for my many questions. They were always very quick to get back to me during the planning process. The venue was absolutely beautiful. Many of our guests said over and over how much they loved the food and the scenery. We definitely recommend having your reception here!!!

Our wedding day and overall planning experience was made very special by Anna Padilla and her assistant Miranda. Anna took hours to sit and plan out every detail of the wedding and gave wonderful suggestions and ideas to make the day go smoothly and feel special. She gave us the best referrals for chair covers and a DJ. She went out of her way to make sure every detail was thought through. On that day she was supportive and helpful and made the wedding run smoothly without a hitch! She stayed through the entire wedding reception making sure everything turned out as planned. I would highly recommend this venue, especially if you are looking for a beautiful outdoor ceremony and an indoor reception.

We got married on 07/20/2013 at the Moorpark Country Club and our wedding cordinator was Anna Padilla. It was the most amazing, beautiful, full of laughter and tears wedding that everybody loved. We owe all of this to Anna. She is amazing, thoughtful, and made our day so special. I thought I had the ceremony planned perfectly, but after sitting with Anna, she made it much more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. She brought out our personalities and everyone from the photographers to our guest kept telling us that it was the best wedding they had ever been too! My hubby had all the men crying, WOW so amazing!!!!

Anna did an amazing job in putting together a beautiful and classy reception! The outdoor cocktail hour allowed everyone to enjoy the lovely scenery. Many of our guests said it was one of the best receptions that they had ever attended. My husband and I had the time of our lives and are so happy that we chose Moorpark Country Club. I am so glad we chose this venue for our wedding and reception! Everything about this venue is spectacular! Let me start by saying the outdoor ceremony area and the indoor reception ballroom are beautiful. My guests were in awe of the georgeous view of the golf course from the many huge windows in the ballroom. The ceremony space has the most lush green lawn and beautiful plants and trees. Although the wedding was at a country club and the reception was held in the main banquet room, the space was amazingly private and we had our own entrance and parking area for our guests. and the ballroom was not your typical boring ballroom. Everything was so picturesque! Next, let me talk about the service on our wedding day! FANTASTIC!!! Sara, the banquet captain was there to meet our every want and need during our reception. It made me feel like a princess! Day of Coordinator, Anna Padilla's extensive experience and take charge attitude kept everything running smoothly throughout the entire day. The entire team at Moorpark made the planning experience a pleasure. Every concern or request that I had was responded to in a timely manner. As our wedding day approached, I made many phone calls about little details and it felt, at times, that taking care of my issues was their first priority. Anna was very thorough and made sure that every detail was taken care of. At one point, I was having difficulty coordinating set up time with one of my vendors and Miranda (Anna's assistant) took over and handled the issue, relieving my stress. The food at the reception was fantastic! Every person that I spoke with about the wedding, made comments about how great the food was. People loved the cappucino bar! The entire experience was fantastic and the value of what we got for the price was extremely good! I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone that wants to have a fantastic event with experienced and attentive staff at a great price!

I absolutely love this venue! The garden area with gazebo is perfectly maintained and great for photos. Anna, the events director/coordinator has so much experience that every detail was accounted for and she took charge the day of the wedding so you didn't have to worry about anything and could really just fully enjoy your day.

This venue was exquisite. It's beautiful, classy, and ANNA (the Wedding Planner/ Coordinator) was superb. She had the patience of a Saint. Understood our budget. Respected our vision, unconventional as it was! The food was delicious. Every waiter and staff person was warm, friendly and professional. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

This venue has a great location, and the setting was beautiful, great views of the golf course. We held our ceremony at the Gazebo and even though it was cloudy the whole time no rain (thank goodness) Our guests gave us compliments about the venue and we have gotten tons of compliments regarding the menu selections, prime rib and the stuffed chicken. Anna was great and my day went very smooth with no drama. It was definitely my dream wedding and I wouldn't change a thing.

We had or wedding ceremony and reception at the Moorpark Country Club and it was amazing. First off Anna was the greatest to work with. She always answered my questions quickly and handled everything the day of perfectly. Secondly the grounds and venue are beautiful and the food was out of this world. We got SOOO many compliments on the place and food. Choosing this venue was the best decision and I am beyond happy with their service. Choose them for your next event you won't be disappointed!

Moorpark Country Club is a very classy and elegant place to hold a ceremony and reception. Its location alone provide picturesque qualities you cant find anywhere. It sits atop a beautiful golf course and the decor is outstanding. It also comes with an onsite wedding coordinator that is available to coordinate both your wedding rehearsal and wedding day. The coordinator on site is extremely nice and helpful. She does everything a day of coordinator will do for you, without the extra cost, since she works for the site.

I couldn't have picked a better place for our wedding. It was absolutely beautiful. I have heard some negative things regarding this venue about the coordinator Anna. Anna was AMAZING! She gets the job done. She tells people what to do, because, she does this for a living and knows what works best and will look best! She keeps people calm and keeps the show going. In regards to it being a working gold course/country club there are restrictions on where you are allowed to take photos but it's a great location where you are allowed to go, so it's ok!! The site was stunning, the grounds were perfectly maintained and I couldn't have asked for a more dreamy, perfect wedding. Thank you!!!

We were so happy with having our wedding at Moorpark Country Club. We loved the beautiful outside ceremony area and the large and open ballroom. Anna was wonderful to work with and we were so happy that she was there to coordinate on the wedding day. She was very organized and responsive to all our questions leading up to the wedding. We really appreciated the time she spent with us walking through all the details for the wedding day. She did not rush us at all and ensured that everything was covered. In addition, she documented everything clearly, which made us feel confident that the day would go as planned. Anna was flexible in meeting our needs and there were no hidden charges or anything that came up that was not originally agreed upon.

Best place ever to have your wedding!

This site is beautiful. It is all close together so if you have grandparents it is nice. There is a nice round about in the parking lot so all your vendors can get close to the site the day of. It is very private. The food is OUTSTANDING, the dinner tasted exactly like the samples. Tori and Tania are amazing and super helpful. It is just a wonderful place to get married!!

Only thing: one: the golfers are allowed to tee off right next to you, but you cant really hear them.

Two: consumption bar is cheaper but make sure you pay as you go. Only put a couple hundred down and then add more as needed throughout the night.

We first started working with Kelly (assistant coordinator) for our wedding and she ended up leaving and we were now with Anna Padilla (head event coordinator). She was efficient getting us together to go over what Kelly had set up and make sure our needs were met. She made sure our questions were answered beforehand and was responsive in emails.
During the wedding, everything was amazingly set up. It was more than I ever imagined it to be and Anna was flawlessly coordinating everyone to make sure it was perfect. The entire set up and templates Anna used to help us imagine how it would be were perfect in helping us show the other vendors how the set up would be and what we would need. Her staff were very professional and courteous.

Loved this place. Kelly was so organized and on top of things. She helped us figure out what we needed and by when. The kitchen was also accommodating in allowing us to alter some of the dishes and put our own touch to the food.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with how everything turned out. The food was wonderful, the setting was perfect, and your servers were right on top of all our needs.
Thank you for making our event a memorable and beautiful evening. For me, it was especially nerve-wracking to be planning it from out-of-state and you made sure it all came together.

Our wedding was amazing! Moorpark Country Club is an amazing place to have a wedding! We highly recommend this location! Our guest loved it and complimented the food. Our biggest reasons for choosing this place was because of price and beauty. We started working with Miranda but since she has left. Miranda helped up put together a food package that was affordable for us, that made our wedding possible. The second half we worked with Anna Padilla.

I really wanted to give them 5 stars but there was a few things that did leave us with a bad taste in our mouth. I specifically requested the venue to ask me if we wanted to put more cash on our bar once we hit a certain amount in the evening or turn it to a cash bar for the guests. The venue reassured me numerous times when reviewing the budget that we had more than enough money on the bar for our guest count ahead of time. They even suggested we back it down...a lot, so we did. Based off that reassurance we used the money in other places for our wedding. When the time came, I was not notified we were over on the bar until we were $1,000 over AND They spoke with my mother, not me! My mother ended up paying the charge when I specifically did not want her too! In my pocket book or hers, that is not chump change. Then I was asked about the tip….after the 21% “service charge”. Tip...well lets say it’s at the bar!

The Moorpark Country Club made our wedding very special. They were very easy to work with and made sure that everything was perfect on our wedding day. The banquet manager and wedding coordinator worked with us to make sure that we didn't have to worry about anything the day of our wedding.

It was a beautiful venue with plenty of outdoor space for guest to enjoy the view. The main ballroom turned out beautiful for our reception! We were very happy with the people and the facilities at Moorpark Country Club.

Everything was great, the only issue we wish we could’ve avoided was to have more than (2)bartenders at the bar... we were a party of 240 people and they were looking a little frustrated during cocktail hour. Also the WiFi was very slow and difficult for some of our vendors to connect and stay connected to. Other than that Moorpark Country Club was very accommodating for our large party and such a lovely venue to have had our wedding!

My favorite part of the venue was the outside area. I loved the trees and all the greenery.

The venue is absolutely gorgeous. Between the ceremony site and the huge windows that overlook the golf course, it made for the perfect background.

Anna was such a great help! She was precise and made sure everything went smoothly.

The venue was beautiful. The day really went as planned. The service by the wait staff was amazing! Especially the care the bridal party received during pictures after the ceremony by a waiter there named Jeff. The one thing that got very tiresome about the whole ordeal was constantly being told what to do by the director of catering. Rather than giving helpful suggestions based on her experience, she would flat out tell me what to do. It was not appreciated on MY wedding day. She consistently jerked both my hand and my bridesmaids hands because she didnt like where we were holding our bouquets. Not acceptable behavior. In addition, I had several people not show up to the wedding, and we asked that the food be placed in to go boxes. Despite the venue having a full kitchen, they miraculously did not have any form of to-go box. When we asked that the extra food be brought out for other guests to enjoy, the director of catering acted as if it just was not possible. I didnt appreciate her attitude given I had paid between $63-68 a plate. I should get them whether the people showed up or not. I would recommend this vendor to someone else, but I would strongly recommend telling the director of catering that you are uninterested in her suggestions.

I thought that everything was done and prepared for my wedding leading up to the days. then i find out that she didnt have me on the calendar for rehersal, and it seemed like once i arrived at the place at 3pm none of the tables were set up and there was just one problem after another. at one point i was in bridal suite crying becuase everything was just a disaster
