Our wedding involved three different locations - the hotel, ceremony site, and reception venue - which presented a complex transportation challenge. We couldn't have navigated this complex situation without the help of Moonlight Limo and their amazing coordinator, Emily. Emily was incredibly patient and helpful as we worked through various shuttle schedules. She provided expert advice and helped us create a plan that ensured our guests could effortlessly move between venues.
On the wedding day, the shuttle arrived promptly, and the driver was professional and friendly. Our guests were able to relax and fully immerse themselves in the celebrations. Moonlight Limo was very responsive from the beginning and very easy to work with. They were clear about their plan and prices, and we had no issues at all for our wedding day! We used Moonlight Limo as transportation for our wedding in Warwick, NY in October 2024. They were professional and responsive from the moment I contacted them for prices. A few other transportation services never even got back to me and moonlight limo emailed me back right away to ask for more information and followed up shortly with a very reasonable quote. They provided a 55 passenger bus that made 2 trips from our hotel to venue and 2 trips from venue to hotel. The bus was clean, driver was awesome, and everyone I communicated with was friendly and helpful. I’d like to thank the driver for being patient and flexible when some of our guests were not present at the agreed upon time to leave the hotel. I highly recommend this transportation company for any wedding or event!!Moon Light Limousine Service's reply:

Gary was really helpful over the phone talking through the different vehicle options available based on my itinerary and party size. He was able to draw up a contract based on our agreement in no more then 10 minutes for my review. I was looking for one way transportation departing the venue back to main hotel for a group of 45.
Contracted for the bus to arrive at the venue at 10:45pm and the coach bus came earlier (10:00PM) than expected which was great as some of our guests were ready to leave and had the opportunity to sit on the bus.
The driver was polite, hospitable, and shared that he had also got married recently as...Moon Light Limousine Service's reply:

actually beyond expectation the amount of ease that they presented with keeping track of your driver and them being reliably on time and responsible. we had them be our reception shuttle and airport pick up for our honeymoon. We were worried at the end of the night that the time we had them for passed by a bit but they responsibly knew there where several people still at the hall and the driver came to out intoxicated rescue! Moonlight Limos are true professionals and their communication is unmatched. Any email I sent, I received an email or a call within a half hour to follow up / confirm. They put me at ease while planning my wedding and I knew I could count on them. Our day went incredibly smooth which would be a challenge because there was a lot of traveling with a huge wedding party and close family members, but Moonlight got it done! We had a wedding scheduled on December 4th after several Covid cancellations. We booked the service with Emily about a week prior to the event. She was extremely responsive and courteous. I was skeptical as I had never used a service in NYC. I confirmed the morning of the wedding that they would show at the time scheduled. They did. Raphael was the driver. He was well groomed, polite and responsive. The vehicle was clean and fit our needs. They were stupendous, and I would provide a strong recommendation. Moonlight Limo was lovely to work with and were very communicative and accommodating as things changed after a COVID-postponement. We hired the 14-seat vehicle to transport the wedding party and family back and forth to the church. Moon Light Limousine was such a pleasure to work with and use for my 9/3/2021 wedding in North Haledon, NJ. After postponing from 2020, they were so accommodating with the date change with no issues. Even with last minute changes, they were able to accommodate our needs. We had the Cadillac Escalade Limo that took our wedding party to and from the hotel and the Princess Rolls Royce to take us (the bride and groom) home at the end of the evening. The drivers were also such an absolute pleasure! They were understanding with the necessary instagram photo sessions and boomerangs and also gave us ideas to do! Working with moonlight limo was a breeze! They were so accommodating, even down to the wire when I needed to get a larger limo two weeks before my wedding. The drivers were so kind, even popped up during my receiving line at the church to offer me and my husband water. They really go above and beyond to make your day worry free!!! They were great in communicating with us leading up to the big day and on our wedding day I was so surprised with how nice it was.
