Incredible
After seeing Madelaines work on instagram I knew I had to have her as the florist for my wedding. Her work is so creative and unique. She’s also such a pleasant person, and a great communicator. I can’t say enough good things! -

Madeline did our florals for our small elopement style ceremony and then again for our larger wedding, and let me tell you...she is magic! She brings so much art and soul to the work she does and brings every vision to life. I had no doubt she would create something beautiful for both days, and that she did. -

The best!!! So grateful for her and her work
Work with Madelaine!!! We planned our wedding in two and a half weeks #covid and were so happy we found such a talented, communicative, professional and kind florist!
I wanted something that was different, joyful and modern—not traditional. Madelaine was able to so effectively turn my random ideas and far-flung inspiration into such a beautiful outcome, especially on such a tight timeframe.
The flowers brought so much life and color to the Durham Hotel rooftop, and really made it feel like an ~*event*~ even though we had a dozen people in attendance. We got so many compliments on them, and it wouldn’t have been the same otherwise. And even though I had trouble describing exactly what I wanted in my bouquet, Madelaine saw into my soul and made the perfect one. Can’t wait to get our photos back, so we see all the florals captured forever :)
She is so knowledgable and capable, was super receptive to and excited to hear all my ideas, made me feel supported, and helped me work through the decision-making when I wanted more than my budget could handle, without pressuring at all. We really couldn’t have asked for a better floral partner, and are so grateful for her and her work!!! -

Madelaine is wonderful and has a true gift for floral arrangements. I knew I wanted something different for our wedding day when it came to floral and she nailed it!! Our bouquets used several silk and dried portions so we are even 4 weeks later, we are still enjoying them in our home. Lovely to work with and beautiful results!! -

Kind, Flexible, and Professional
Working with Mood Fleuriste is an absolute breath of fresh air in a wedding industry that can be exhausting and filled with overbearing demands to spend more money. She listened carefully to our budget and our dream, and respected them both! Most incredible of all: when we made a mistake and accidentally came up 2 boutonnières short on the morning of the big day, she whipped up extra ones on the spot for our groomsmen, and didn't charge us an extra penny. She's communicative, kind, down to earth, on time, and pays attention to detail. If you're looking for a personality that will listen attentively and help you articulate your vision for the day, pick Mood Fleuriste.
Bonus: she didn't play into gender stereotypes, and cared as much about my husband's voice and opinion on the wedding as she did mine. -

Truly amazing!!
Madelaine is a dream to worth with through the entire process. I am a very indecisive person, but she really helped walk me through every choice I had to make, and even with my fairly small budget I didnt feel like I was having to sacrifice my vision. Our conversations were always very relaxed and fun, and she was incredibly responsive with all my little questions and made the process as relaxed and enjoyable as it could be.
She also helped me with our dining decor (I'm a cheese cloth fanatic now), and the shoes I wanted to wear (please consider crushed velvet).
Everyone LOVED our flowers, and I was living my most extra life the way I wanted. She orders them from overseas, but you wouldn't have guessed it looking at them. Seriously stunning! One thing I really appreciated was that she tied my grandparents wedding rings to my bouquet - she took all the little touches so seriously you can tell she cares and loves her job. I seriously can't rave enough about Mood Fleuriste and our experience.
Do yourself a favor and PICK MADELAINE. -

Madelaine is amazing. Flowers weren't initially a huge priority for me, but I knew that DIY flowers would be too stressful. So I went searching. Another (very well-reviewed, established) florist I met with told me that an idea I had (to use beer bottles as vases) was strange. Madelaine, however, took my vision and excitedly ran with it. I knew as soon as I spoke to her that I was in the best possible hands. She has so much passion for flowers, and I know she put so much thought and creativity and work into our floral design. I gave her some creative freedom, and I feel super confident that nobody else out there has a bouquet like mine. :) -

Working with Madelaine was so easy and so much fun! As someone who doesn't know a lot about flowers but knows the look I like, Madelaine made it so easy for me to use Pinterest and describe the look I was going for, and she was able to pick out flowers with me that best suited my needs while staying in budget. Working with her truly made my vision even better than I could have imagined. My bouquet was absolutely gorgeous, and the floral installations were jaw-dropping! Everything about the florals and greenery was perfect. Thank you so much, Madelaine, for making my day so beautiful!

Madelaine is the most insanely talented florist out there! You will absolutely NOT regret booking her to do your wedding florals! She absolutely nailed it with the vision I was going for and went above and beyond anything I could have possibly imagined. I told her I wanted a huge, wild, whimsical and romantic bridal bouquet, and my jaw literally dropped when I saw it for the first time in person--it was so beyond perfect. The floral installation she created for our ceremony arbor literally brought tears to my eyes--it was incredible. I am so sad I couldn't just bring everything she made home with me after the wedding! -

Madelaine was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding flowers. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about florals, but she is so sweet and thoughtful. She made us feel so comfortable when discussing our floral budget and made sure to work within that. After our initial conversations, she was able to put together a floral plan even more perfect than I could imagine. Day-of went very smoothly, and the flowers looked gorgeous! Every single arrangement, bouquet, and boutonniere was perfect. I would not hesitate to hire Madelaine again and am so glad we had the opportunity to work with her. 10/10 would recommend! -

An artist at work!
Madelaine created stunning arrangements for our September wedding (even with our small budget) and provided helpful guidance throughout the entire design process. Her floral knowledge is unmatched and she built a design that paired our wedding aesthetic and personal preferences to seasonal offerings. Madelaine was a delight to work work and very responsive. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a florist with unique, gorgeous, standout designs who is fun to work with! -

Madelaine is most definitely at the top of our "best money ever spent" list! From day 1 of speaking with her over the phone about the vision we had for our wedding, she showed genuine excitement to help us make it possible. Madelaine is the definition of an artist- a very creative one- and was so fun to work with because her ideas were so original and fun! During our planning meeting, she was so open to suggestions and truly heard the details of the vibe I was looking for (which was so important to us) and she used her creativity to reach that perfect vibe we wanted on our wedding day! We absolutely loved getting to know Madelaine while planning the wedding. She's a humble badass who will design the coolest flowers you'll ever see :) Go book her for your wedding!!

Everything about working with Madeline was perfect! She was so friendly, easygoing, responsive, and helpful from the get-go. We had a tight floral budget and she was so great about working with us to get a realistic idea of what would fit within our budget without pushing us to spend more. I'm certain that we were able to stretch our money way further by working with her.
The florals were exactly what we had in my, but ten times more beautiful. We were going for a combination of bright and modern while still being romantic and traditional enough to fit with our venue and she nailed it. I had lots of guests raving about the flowers and my bouquet.
I'd recommend Mood Fleuriste to anyone. Thanks for being so awesome Madeline! -

Absolutly wonderful!
She exceeded our expectations! All the flowers turned out so perfect! She was there throughout the wedding even after everything was set up! She was so sweet and professional. We couldn't have asked for anyone better to do our flowers! -
