We had our wedding on 9/27/2025 at Montana Wildflower, and the day couldn't have been more magical. From the smallest of details to the largest, Kerri and her team handled everything! Not having to worry about set-up or take down of our decor was a life saver and one of the aspects I appreciated most. Kerri was such a pleasure to work with. She was approachable, professional, detail-oriented, and kind. If you're looking for a venue to have your wedding that is surrounded by gorgeous views and lovely, supportive staff, look no further! Give them a call :)

We are so happy we chose wildflower. Better than we could have imagined it. Keri and her team were extraodinary and helped us so much in so many ways. The venue is beautiful and Keri made our wedding day run so smoothly. We had absolutely no problems at all throughout our experience and we cannot speak highly enough about Montana Wildflower. Keri helped us with any questions we had along the way and through the planning process and overall we simply cannot put into words how amazing our day was and HUGE credit goes to Keri and her team at Montana Wildflower. We highly recommend if you are getting married to contact Montana Wildflower ASAP. You will not regret it :) -

Perfect Wedding day
This venue and its owners are perfect! Our wedding day was the most perfect and beautiful day thanks to this place. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and tucked away in its own private area, and Red Lodge (the town it's located in) is also a wonderful place to be! There are so many options for ceremony placements and backgrounds to fit what ever works best for you! Kerri is amazing as well and is so so helpful and made sure that our day was exactly what we wanted. The barn is also so beautiful and perfect for a reception area! With a cute area for the bridal party to get ready as well, this place has everything you can think of for a great price! (It is also very close to the Bear Tooth highway which makes for wonderful bridal pictures!) -

The setting of Montana Wildflower Weddings is truly picturesque, with its stunning Mountain View and serene water features creating a dreamy backdrop for our special day. The barn, in particular, exuded rustic charm and provided ample space for our guests, all while maintaining a comfortable temperature even during our July wedding. The high level of service provided by the team made us feel completely at ease, allowing us to fully enjoy every moment without any stress.
Beyond the beautiful venue, the ladies at Montana Wildflower Weddings are an absolute delight to work with. Their kindness and professionalism shone through as they effortlessly ensured that everything ran smoothly. We got a message back almost immediately when we sent an inquiry. We ended up having a weekday wedding and Keri made all of our dreams come true. Keri was very responsive, which was part of the reason we booked Montana wildflower weddings. Keri was so great to work with. She met with us three months before the wedding to help line everything out. Everything and anything I needed she was there. If I ever were to have a wedding, this would be my top pick. I can’t express enough my gratitude at how easy she made our big day. She set everything up, tore everything down. She even had some things to rent, which made it so convenient. This is the best venue in red lodge in my humble opinion. I have been to many weddings in my lifetime and as a bride this was the best experience you could ask for. I can’t say enough good things about our wedding here! -

Keri, Kortni, & the ENTIRE team at MWW is AMAZING
From the first time I contacted Keri until after the wedding, Keri was extremely friendly and very helpful with any questions and help that we needed. The day of the wedding was truly flawless. There was no last-minute rush to do anything from me or my family. We simply got to enjoy the day and enjoy each other. The venue is beautiful and the personal experience with the team there was truly unbeatable. We are so lucky to have chose to get married at Montana Wildflower Weddings and meet the incredible people that keep the wheels turning there. Highly recommend! -

She went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. From coordinating with our vendors to making sure the timeline ran smoothly, Kortni's dedication was truly exceptional. She was not only efficient but also a pleasure to work with. She made our vision a reality.
We also want to give a shoutout to Keri, who was incredibly helpful since day one. Her assistance and warm demeanor made us feel so comfortable and well taken care of.

First off, wedding planning is EXTREMELY stressful, everyone knows that. But what they don’t know is how amazing this place is! Having Kerry & Briany help us the whole way made everything go so smoothly and stress free on the day of. They are both so sweet and informative, they could literally do this in their sleep. We don’t live in Montana, so all of our planning was done from afar. Every question I had was answered promptly, every visit to MT before the wedding was always extremely productive and thorough, and because of that, the day of the wedding was impeccable. Everything was taken care of! I especially loved that they have an on-site cabin to rent for the wedding party, that was super convenient! The decorating they did for us turned out so beautiful and was one less thing off my plate. I only have things to say about my experience, it was truly amazing. I could go on and on, but I don’t have to. Just book it! You won’t be disappointed, I promise. 😊 -

Super sweet staff at a secluded and beautiful venue
Keri and her team were beyond amazing. They were sweet, welcoming, and thought through everything. From the moment I met the team, I had 100% confidence that they would be helpful and attentive. Not only did the planning run smoothly, but on the day of the wedding, the bridal party had nothing to worry about. In addition to the team, Montana Wildflower was the perfect venue. It was our secluded little paradise with a beautiful view of the Beartooths. Our guests loved exploring the many places to sit around the grounds including hanging out by the pond, near the waterfall, at the bar, or in the barn. I would highly recommend taking advantage of the couch and chair options MWW makes available to spread throughout the grounds. Lastly, MWW is a great location because our guests loved staying in Red Lodge! There are plenty of fun things for guests to do the days leading up to the wedding. -

Our Perfect October Wedding
In October 2022, we got married at Montana Wildflower and they were phenomenal ever step of the way! We purchased the Day Lily package and rented some items for our big day. Keri and her team took the stress out of everything! From contacting vendors, scheduling meeting, being flexible with us, setting up on our big day, and tearing down after the party was over they were amazing. Everything was exactly how we had imagined it and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Beautiful venue, friendly and efficient staff, and top tier service and communication! -

Keri and the entire Montana Wildflower team are AMAZING! They made everything so easy and the venue itself is insanely gorgeous! My husband and I cannot recommend this venue enough. Our special day was truly perfect, and we owe so much of that to the amazing staff. You will not regret booking here, I promise you that! -

When I got engaged, I knew that I wanted to use Montana Wildflower as our venue. What I did not know is that by using them, I would get more than just a venue.
We had our ceremony outside facing the mountains, but we had 3 other options for our ceremony location. The team gave up so many option for layout for the ceremony, I truly had every opportunity to make it my own. They also gave me multiple options for the setup of the barn for the reception.
I brought my own decorations and had a vision of what I wanted. Keri and her team decorated the morning of for me and made sure that it was everything I wanted - and more! I could not have set it up better myself! We had the option of yard games for the reception, which were a huge hit! They took all gifts and cards and stored them securely in the bridal sweet after the ceremony ended. I never once had to think about what I needed to get done. They also helped facilitate our exit with sparklers. I got to dance and enjoy myself to the very end of the night while the team tore down all of the décor for me and boxed it up. The whole process was so laid back and hassle free!
We were also given the option to add the lodge to our package! It was a no brainer. The girls used the lodge to get ready in, while the boys were able to use both the Bride and the Grooms sweet. This allowed us to cook breakfast, relax and enjoy the amazing views while getting ready. My husband and I also stayed there the night of the wedding.
There were some important things that I did not want to compromise on, and MWW made it happen for us. We wanted our dog to be on site for the ceremony and for pictures. They did not even hesitate when I brought that up. They were so friendly and welcomed our furry friend! We did not have to go anywhere off the venue for pictures. The venue is huge and has so many options for pictures. They are stunning.
Overall, Keri and her team made the whole experience such an amazing hassle free time! From the moment I stepped on the property, I felt at home and at ease. Through the planning process, they were very responsive in answering any questions that I had. Their love and expertise for this industry was clearly demonstrated in ever aspect! MWW lead my rehearsal dinner, set up, decorated with my vision, tore down, and also had time to check in on me the whole time. We gained some great friends along the way. We had the most amazing experience and I cannot recommend Montana Wildflower enough! -

Great experience, beautiful venue with great people!
We got married April 2022 and I can’t say enough great things about MWF. They made our experience and absolute breeze, I did not stress about a single thing the day of our wedding and truly got to enjoy it. I experienced a family members problems with a venue shortly after and it just affirmed that our venue was the best choice we could have made. Make Montana Wildflower your place because I can assure you, you won’t regret it. I worked closely with Briane as well as Kari they were phenomenal! Seriously look no further than MWF. -

My husband and I worked with Keri and Brianne (miss her! I hope she’s doing well)- and they were FANTASTIC. So responsive, professional and kind.
A wedding is a big deal in my opinion and they treated ours with such professionalism and passion. They were quick to think on their feet when we had rain on our day as well, I really felt at ease. -

I cannot say enough great things about Lindsey, Crystal and the whole team. They had great communication throughout the whole process and the venue itself was stunning. They provided a great vendor list and were very helpful leading up to and the day of. The barn is gorgeous and makes for a stunning reception, especially with the farm tables. The grounds have wonderful ceremony options and lots of beautiful places for guests to explore. I appreciated the transparency throughout the process. There were no surprises and it was a beautiful and stress free day we will cherish forever! 10/10 would recommend!!! -

Great venue, even though I had a terrible vendor experience
Montana Wildflower is a beautiful venue. The staff was so helpful! Their wedding packages are more expensive than other venues, but worth every penny. It was so nice having a coordinator to help with the planning process and to help with all the small details that you wouldn't think of if you've never planned a wedding. The best part is that they set up and breakdown everything for you! Worth every cent!
I would have given the venue 5 stars, but I have a TERRIBLE experience with one of their vendors. I warn to NOT use Blue ribbon bar for your bar service. Their lack of communication and professionalism has led to the owner threatening to sue me over a $3000 bill for services I did not agree to. I suggest NOT using Rocky at Blue Ribbon bar as a vendor.
