Skye at MPR was amazing to work with - tolerated my indecisiveness and little tweaks! Planning from afar is nerve-wracking, but they were so on top of it and easy to work with. They have soo much inspo to browse and the inventory to actually make it all happen!

Amazing Wedding Rentals

We recently used Montana Party Rentals for all of our wedding rentals and I would recommend them to anyone getting married in the Bozeman area. Everyone at Montana Party Rentals was so helpful and easy to work with and they have the most beautiful selection of rentals!

So Easy to work with!

MPR is a BREEZE to work with! Tess helped us from day one of deciding want to rent and she stayed on it right until the very end. The rentals were beautiful and everything was seamless - I can't thank the team at MPR enough!

Montana Party Rentals was one of the easiest vendors I had to deal with during my wedding! They were so pleasant on the phone and even offered me a discount if we picked up the tents ourselves! This worked out great as my party was flying into Bozeman and my brother just picked up the tents and put them up for me!

Montana Party Rentals made it easy for us to reserve what we need for our destination wedding in Bozeman. I was able to book everything online and Liza called me within 24 hours to let me know what items were currently in or out of stock. She offered me alternatives for anything they did not have, which was very helpful! My recommendation to any bride is to book early — especially if you need glassware.

Always helpful when I went to the warehouse. They have wonderful selection and handled my always changing mind about things. They worked seamlessly with me and our caterer.

Jill and the team at Montana Party Rentals are wonderful to work with. They have a great shop for inspiration. The price quotes are easy to read and there are never any hidden charges. Everything was packed well for easy pickup and inventory return was a cinch. The prices are spot-on and the selection is beyond compare.

Montana party rentals helped relieve so much of my stress for the big day. They were more than happy to work with me on changes that I was wanting to make and making sure I was a happy bride. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for rentals in the Bozeman area.

Their showroom is beautiful to walk through and really provides you with a great feel for some of the possibilities available as far as table settings, glassware, decor, etc. They even have a lot of antique or vintage furniture available for rent so that you can really create a cozy atmosphere at any event. Our caterer coordinated with Montana Party Rentals to get all of our rental items to and from the venue so that we didn't have to worry about doing any of that, which was amazing. Everything was perfect.

Great service, but they didn't have exactly what I was looking for. It was a good price, though, so we chose to rent them.

I rented chairs and tables from Montana Party Rentals and it was no hassle at all. They were really quick on getting back to my emails/phone calls and were helpful in providing details about the rentals. The quality of the tables and chairs were good and pickup/dropoff was easy.

We rented benches, china, flatware, glassware and a couple of other decorative items from Montana Party Rentals, and were very happy with the style and prices of the items available from them. The delivery charges were high (~$800) because our wedding was in Billings, but we felt that they were reasonable in light of the distance and justifiable for our wedding because the inventory of Montana Party Rentals was more up-to-date than that of any of the Billings rental companies and their prices for comparable items (china, glassware, etc.) were better (enough to offset the high delivery charge by several hundred dollars in fact).

Our only complaint would be about their strict policies regarding deposits and reductions to your order. They require 30% deposit in order to secure the reservation (by comparison, Party Time Plus in Billings requires 25% due on the first of the year in which the event is held, i.e., you may be able to reserve items a year in advance of your summer wedding and not put down money until the beginning of your wedding year). Also, we didn't end up needing to change our order much, but if you're not certain about whether you'll want a certain item or not, be sure to review their policy regarding reductions! Once you put down the deposit to confirm your order, they'll only let you reduce quantities by 20% up to two weeks before the wedding, and at that point you cannot make any more reductions at all.

Overall, though, they were great to work with, had great stuff and were open to acquiring new inventory if you had something in mind that they didn't have.

lots of options

We rented linens, glassware, and a few decor items from them for our wedding. Communication was great and everything was delivered as requested day of. It's fun looking around the showroom in person to pick stuff out but their website is great too!

We rented a few vintage tables, platters for desserts, and patio heaters for our fall wedding. They dropped off and picked up our rentals at the venue without any problems, and set up the patio heaters for us to use. I would recommend them to anyone planning an event in the area.

They were expensive and very strict. Had to return everything the day after by 10am! The rentals were great, just a little pricey

Great selection of items to choose from! The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The only issue I had was they could not/would not give me a time frame for when the rentals would arrive so we waited around ALL DAY for them to show up and they didn't get there until almost 5pm making us have to cancel our rehearsal dinner so we could set up for the wedding - real bummer!! It would have been nice to know we were the last on the list for delivery; we wouldn't have wasted our time waiting for them to show up and maybe could have had a chance to change our rehearsal plans. Also, there was a medical emergency and none of their installers had a clue how to handle the situation. All in all it was a decent experience working with Montana Party Rentals, fair prices and friendly staff.

We rented our chairs and charger plates from this company right away when the planning started. They had a great price on the natural wood chairs that I "had to have". We had to pick up and drop off the items ourselves, and had to have an enclosed trailer, which was kind of hard to come by. That would be my only complaint. Everything was in good condition and clean when it arrived. The charger plates were perfectly what I was looking for to complete my "vision".

Dealing with Montana Party Rentals was the least enjoyable part of our wedding planning experience. If we had other options we would have never gone with them. They apparently control the wedding rentals market in the Bozeman area, leaving us no options. They repeatedly provided us with inaccurate and difficult to decipher invoices. Inexplicable charges were added with no notice, which were only caught because we took the time and effort to find the issue. At one point they told us that we could not remove an item even though it was well in advance of the event date. Thus, their self-determined rules permit easy addition of items to the voucher, but once added they are difficult to remove. The entire business seems designed to milk brides and grooms of as much money as they can during the wedding season, even if this means engaging in less than professional practices.

Terrible experience

I hired this company for 2 events. Their pricing is unfair as they appear to be the only game in town. Truth is there are excellent alternatives a bit further outside of Bozeman. They will nickel and dime you for every item ordered. Delivery and “pick up” charges are ridiculous.

Both of my events were cancelled 10 days before the scheduled date. Exactly 16 days after the scheduled event, I received a demand letter for payment from Jill Redmon’s (owner) attorney….16 days! Her attorney is Troy Redmon, her brother and partner in the business.

If this is the way you would like to be treated, go ahead and hire them.
