So helpful!

I went in Monica’s after going to all the other wedding gown shops in Chattanooga. I had a couple I liked at other shops but nothing was quite right. Monica’s had a large selection of plus sized gowns to try on which helped a lot and helped me find a beautiful essence of Australia gown that had every little detail I didn’t know I needed! I honestly love my wedding gown so much I want to wear it again!

Best experience ever!!!

Amazing experience with Monica’s! I went to 4-5 other bridal shops before I made it to Monicas, and I wish I had never even wasted my time at the others. Their team is fabulous, and they were the only place that truly knew how to pin me into a dress so I knew what the final product would look like. They were also great about pulling multiple styles similar to what I liked so that I had different options to look at. So happy I found “the one” and can call myself a Monica’s Bride! I’m sure every bride gets millions of compliments on wedding day, but I think almost every single guest made a point to tell me how much they loved my dress. Highly recommend you book an appointment ASAP if you are dress shopping!!!

I’m in love with my dress!

I went to this place about 2-3 times and kept coming back to the same dress. The ladies here are so sweet and so helpful and allow you to change in and out of dresses as many times as you’d like without the attitude.

Perfect size for an indecisive bride

I went into wedding dress shopping with almost no idea what I wanted. What I thought would be many hours spent in multiple boutiques turned out to be a single stop at Monica’s! Their selection is amazing. It wouldn’t be a wedding without a slight hiccup. When my dress was shipped to them with a huge stain, they rectified the issue immediately and had me ready to walk down the aisle without a perfectly faultless dress. I also only had to have ONE round of alterations because they were so thorough on my fitting. They made my bustle fool proof and I could dance the night away with zero worry. I only wish I had an excuse to buy another dress from them!

Incredible experience, start to finish!

Monica’s was our go to for my bridal gown as well as for our tux rentals. The Monica’s girls are AMAZING! For my first appt and “yes to the dress” moment I was assisted by the store owner - I had no idea until she handed me her card at the end of the appt; Allie is wonderful and I was really impressed I was truly unaware she was the owner, she is clearly passionate about her job, her coworkers, and you as the bride..everything a boss and owner should be! The rest of the team was also super helpful, pleasant, and patient as we looked through bridesmaids and flower girl dresses, made arrangements for tux rentals, and completed dress alterations. These girls know how to make you feel like a bride. For a personal exeperience with incredible selections- go with Monica’s!! You won’t be disappointed!

Wedding dress

I seriously can not recommend them enough! They made find my wedding dress so easy! I told Allie what I was looking for and she went through and pulled like ten dress that were exactly like I had described. I ended up getting the third dress I tried on. They also made alterations and pickup and everything else super easy!

Fantastic! The owner is amazing!

I came in not exactly knowing all what I wanted but had a general idea. Ali, the owner, helped me figure it out with some trial and error before we found the perfect dress. Ali was wonderful and the shop is beautiful and have a nice range of types of styles.

Dress of My Dreams

Monica's Bridal was the best choice I could have ever made for a dress! I am considered a plus size and the ladies there helped me feel so comfortable and confident. They had so many in my size that I could try on. Stephanie helped me with my fittings and kept me laughing and gave great advice! She taught me how to wear and walk confidently in my dress. She taught my bridesmaids how to bustle my very difficult layered dress and taught me how to hold my flowers and go up steps. The ladies here o ABOVE AND BEYOND to make you feel like a princess bride!

Go here to get your wedding dress if you are near Chattanooga ! The girls are so sweet and you will have such a fun time ! I literally felt like a part of their family by the time the wedding was over .

This was my very first experience trying on wedding dresses and it was an incredible one! Stephanie was amazing. She was so attentive, accommodating, and polite. Monica's bridal was a dream to work with! Stephanie helped me find my wedding dress and it was absolutely perfect. For my first appointment I told her what style I was thinking of and she immediately picked a dress off the rack and said "This is your dress." I was doubtful since I had just met her, but I trusted her. She had me try on several other dresses and styles so I could still get the full experience and saved her pick for the end. Needless to say I fell in love with her pick and it worked out perfect for my wedding! Everyone there was so friendly.

My mom is from out of town so we just walked into the store in the morning not thinking about needing an appointment. The staff set an appointment up for within a couple of hours for us. They did not push my price range, but rather found wonderful dresses that fit my price. Stephanie was very helpful and kind. The rest of the staff was great as well. A wonderful and perfect experience for dress buying. I loved it and my dress!

After being to several boutique stores in Atlanta and Nashville, I was just about to give up on finding the right dress and though I found some beatiful gowns, they were way out of my price range. I thought I would give Monica's a try to see what they had to offer. Allie assisted me the first visit and really listened to what style I was looking for and pulled several pieces that met those descriptions and also respected my price point range. After pulling the Casablanca dress and trying it on a couple of times, I realized I had found the dress that hit all the marks I was looking for. Allie was amazing by allowing me to take my time to decide. Since I was shopping along, Allie offered to take a picture to send to my friends for feedback. When I started getting the thumbs up, I knew I had found the one and it was in my price range! When I came back later for alterations, the staff were very accommodating to making some changes and additions to the dress. At my final fitting I was amazed at what a wonderful job they had done with my dress. I received so many compliments the day of my wedding and I will definitely recommend to any bride looking for that one of a kind wedding dress to go to Monica's!

Great service and followed up on all my questions. My dress got here much earlier than expected which was great! The ladies here are amazing and helped me find my dress in my price range and that fit my body type well.

Stephanie helped me picked out my dress! I told her the "look" I was going for and she went to town! I bought my dress the first day that we went shopping. Alterations and pick up were really easy, too! All of their dresses are also reasonably priced.

Monica's was the very first place I went to try on wedding dresses. While I ended up finding my perfect dress somewhere else, Monica's should definitely be noted for their excellent customer service. Monica's Bridal shop is an absolutely amazing place! I could not have been happier with the service, professionalism, and selection that they offer. I went to Monica's in search for a wedding dress, and first of all, Stephanie - a consultant and manager at Monica's - recognized my sister, whom she had helped to find a beautiful wedding dress for 10 years earlier!!!! The process was simple - she listened to me name my must have list and my must avoid list, and then she helped me pick 7 or 8 dresses to try. She offered me honest advice, and within an hour I found my perfect dress! I know that this doesn't always happen, but I know that they will do their best to help anyone! Could not recommend them any higher!

Monica's was absolutely amazing. My consultant knew exactly what kind of dresses to pull for me, and I actually ended up getting the first one she picked out for me! She was wonderful, funny, and wasn't pushy on selling me a more expensive gown to gain commission. The best dress for me was the cheapest one we pulled, and she was happy to help me decide on the best length for the shoes I want to wear.
Overall wonderful. They even gave me tips on how to clean my Nana's old wedding veil (it's about 50 years old and yellow).

Monica's was great to work with! I bought my wedding dress, and selected the bridesmaid dresses and tuxes there. I worked closely with Stephanie and Delores. I set up an appointment through Stephanie and emailed her a list of the dresses I liked beforehand. When I arrived, she had all the dresses pulled and let me chose more I liked. I have worked with Stephanie before and value her opinion (after all, she's the consultant and knows what looks best!) and she was honest with me about dress styles on my body type and jewelry. I LOVED working with her! She kept me informed about who ordered dresses, pricing, and pick up times. I also worked with Delores for altering my dress. She was great! She fixed the hem perfectly and pulled everything in so it fit my body just right. I am thankful for Monica's and their wide selection of dress and beautiful work! I definitely recommend them!

I found an amazing wedding dress at Monicas! It was different than other dresses I had seen and really suited my personality, Ashley, my consultant, was very easy to work with during the whole process. On my last fitting, the owner spent two hours with me to make sure my sister knew how to lace my dress and showed me how to walk and hold myself in the dress. Very impressed with their customer service! Thanks girls!

This was BY FAR the BEST bridal experience. I had previously gone wedding dress shopping at Prado (NIGHTMARE- stay away) and David's Bridal. Although the attendant's at David's Bridal were nice, the dresses were more generic and I felt rushed through the appointment. As soon as I walked into Monica's, someone greeted me and asked me what I was looking for in a dress. She than proceeded to pull dresses (and allow us to pull dresses). I ended up getting my dress at this store. I would highly recommend it!!

I visited Monica's with my out of town mother. The bridal fitting and appointment was the best experience I could have hoped for. I was able to try on 9 different dresses well within my budget that offered the style and detail requests I had asked for from the consultant.
The consultant was very helpful, professional and made my mom and I feel at home. We walked out with a dress and veil after an hour an a half.

GREAT PLACE! We went shopping for my dress about 10 months before the wedding, and the first store we went to was Monica's. After one of my bridesmaids went snooping in the "Do not enter room" we found my dress. It was everything that I was looking for. Except that when I had seen these dresses online or even on a wedding show, they were normally upwards of 6 grand. So you can imagine my delight and surprise when it was only 1,000! We ordered it right away!

Ashley the consultant that I met with was so sweet. And understood that I wanted to try on different styles just so I knew I wasn't making the quickest decision. I wasn't rushed or pressured. It was great!

Now we did have some problems with the shipping. The vendor had taken longer than anticipated so the dress didn't get there as early as I would have liked, but it worked out fantastically! But honestly, that wasn't an issue with Monica's, it was the vendor.

Doloris (the woman who did my alterations) was amazing! She was funny and had everything planned to the "T". She told me how to walk, where to hold my bouquet, etc! And because I live out-of-state and couldn't travel during the week she would take my appointments on her lunch break. She was so complimentary and amazing! I would go back there just for her!

I couldn't have chosen a better place to get my dress!

The most pleasant experience for this mom of the bride. Natalie of Monica's guided us through the dress finding process so elegantly. Her expertise and care for her client was wonderful. The fitting times were so much fun and all the special tips to mom, dad, and sister( matron of honor) were great. You can't go wrong in choosing Monica's for your wedding experience.

Our whole bridal party ordered dresses and suits from Monica's. The staff is super friendly and continuously give you helpful hints for the wedding day. If your want superb service, go to Monica's!!

Also, Monica's called to confirm measurements for a few members in our bridal party. Thankfully, Monica's confirmed sizes because our friends were incorrect. What great follow-up!

I went to multiple locations looking for my bridal gown but nothing compared to Monica's. Their selection and amazing customer service cannot be matched. I left ready to invite Stephanie to my wedding (I highly recommend making an appointment with her!) They make everything so easy for your big day. It's a wonderfully run company that has employees that truly care about the customers.

I went to Monica's to shop for a wedding dress. It was my first day of looking. Delores helped my mom and I pick out the perfect dress and I left that day with my dress ordered. She is so nice and really listens to what you want and also what your budget is. We also ordered our bridesmaid dresses and the tuxes from them and it was all a very good experience. They knew me by name every time I went back to get fitted and to pick up my dress. I would definitely recommend brides to be to go there for dress shopping!

I'm sure that Monica's has worked with easier brides but they have not worked with a more grateful one. I appreciate every minute of time that Martina and the staff at Monica's spent with me. I purchased my dress from Monica's and the alterations staff redesigned it to better fit me. The also helped me to design and order my custom veil, which was a waterfall of amazing bridalness. The alterations were perfect and the dress was amazing to be in all day long. As great as the dress was, the veil was still my favorite part. It added such fantastic drama! I also purchased shoes that were so comfortable to dance in and accessories at Monica's. They were so helpful with my bridal portrait and storing my dress until the rehearsal dinner. The level of service was so high and I looked my best because of it.

Delores, Breathtaking is the best way to describe the beautiful dress and quality of service you provided to our daughter while we were in your bridal salon prior to our daughter's recent beach destination wedding! You and your husband are both owners and also work driectly with each customer for that special one on one attention, making each of us feel we are the most important person! Exquisite in every detail ... from finding that perfect dress, to alterations to the final fitting where a mock wedding ceremony is carried out! You provide each bride with details such as how to walk and carry themselves, how to carry the bouquet and teach the mother and bridesmaids how to bustle the gown prior to the reception! Also, we traveled 2 hours to your salon and the placement of the wedding gown in our vehicle for travel was another special detail ... making sure it traveled with minimal wrinkles ... and covered so the groom couldn't steal a peak! Our daughter's gown is a "Marisa Couture" and she truly looked like a princess wearing it at her fairytale wedding! Fantastic gown shop! The ladies were so sweet, they made me feel very comfortable. They knew their stock very well and were able to find a dress that matched my vision perfectly. The price was awesome and I would recommend Monica's to everyone!

Monica's was great. I was visiting my mother from out of town and ended up getting my dress there because it was perfect and they were so attentive and accommodating, I couldn't imagine getting it anywhere else. Their selection is great, and their prices are very reasonable. It's not the fanciest of shops, but forgoing a glass of champagne for a better price on a dress and accessories - my veil was half the price of some I'd seen - is worth it!

Stephanie was great. She knew exactly what I was looking for and helped with every little detail, including making sure my dress was placed in the car properly for the 6 hour ride to the beach. The store has a great selection at great prices but you can't beat their customer service.

Before learning of Monica's, I had visited many bridal shops and had horrible experiences. Some places, like David's Bridal, were so concerned about the sale that they forgot about customer service and creating a wonderful experience for me. I didn't have fun shopping for dresses and just got frustrated. Then, Monica's was recommended to me. Monica's gave me the experience every bride should have. They were patient and treated me like a bride. I was very impressed. In addition, the staff at Monica's was extremely helpful and easy to work with. I was able to get my dream dress and get it for the price I wanted! The staff was always so friendly and made sure my experience was phenomenal.

My mom took me to Monica's for our first look. We bought the third dress I tried on. Our sales lady (Melissa) was terrific, taking our wish list and budget into consideration, and finding the perfect dress! Quite a feat, considering it had to match my grandmother's veil! We also got our bridesmaids dresses and tuxes from Monica's - everything was perfect. So easy, great quality, terrific experience!

I found my dress in another boutique but actually ordered it from Monica's in Chattanooga! Because I was from Nashville, they didn't charge me any sales tax! It was great! It cutt off about 300$! The dress was spectacular and the alterations were perfect! My dress fit me like a glove! They did a great job of making everything perfect!

I enjoyed getting my dress at Monica's. They were more expensive, but the atmosphere was very nice and they gave me their full attention. I even had some bridesmaids who needed a fitting done two days before the wedding and they were able to make it happen for me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dress or wedding attire.

I had a great experience here at Monicas. They were very helpful in finding my dress, which they werent really pushy and let me pick dresses out. Also once i did find my dress the alteration process was really enjoyable. The lady that does the fittings and pinning here is awsome she is very helpful and easy to work with. The only problem i had is that there is one lady that works there that is rather rude and made me and my bridal party pretty uncomfortable. Luckily i had to only deal with her once while waiting to get checked on my second fitting. They also do really good, fast alterations so my dress and my mothers dress were ready and fit perfectly in plenty of time for my wedding.

One and Done!

I had a bit of a unique dress experience as I never had to hunt for my dress. During the Pink Bridal show, Monica’s had a runway show which featured the most amazing combo of boho glam in a dress that I had ever seen. I immediately fell in love and knew what I wanted before I even went shopping.

The appointment making process was online and simple. It included a detailed questionnaire and lots of dress shopping tips. My appointment was during the pandemic but I was still able to bring 4 masked guests. The decor of the store was adorable, trendy boho full of mirrors and comfy chairs. The store location (North Shore) includes its own designated parking lot so you don’t have to worry about finding a space. There are lots of good restaurants within walking distance as well, so it’s easy to make an event out of your dress shopping appointment.

I would recommend NOT scheduling your dress appointment on a Saturday, especially not during the Spring, as Monica’s was very busy and I did not get to that once-in-a-lifetime event experience I had been expecting. The salesperson helping me was very frazzled and had clearly not looked at the questionnaire I had spent time filling out. But, she was very positive and friendly despite the obvious stress she was under. She brought out several dresses for me to try that I never would’ve thought I would have liked. I tried them on one-by-one, liking most, but not falling in love until I finally tried on the gown I had seen at the bridal show. It was disappointing that, despite my gown coming in extended sizes and Monica’s specifically noting on their website that they have extended sizes, the only floor size they had of my dress was a size 6. I understand these floor dresses are very expensive. However, I think it would be a good investment to have a standard and extended dress for brides to try on. Or, perhaps have some kind of rental agreement available with the designer so that multiple stores could share 1 floor dress. The questionnaire I had filled out had places for my dress size and, for brides like me who came in with a specific gown in mind, it would have been nice to have a dress available that relatively fits them. Ultimately, although I was able to wear the dress, the size definitely affected the fit and I had to trust the seamstress that she would be able to make my gown fit me the way it should.

After validating that I had indeed found my dream dress, the payment process was simple and clearly explained. I knew I wasn’t going the traditional route of wearing a veil and the salesperson assisting me was supportive and never made me feel pressured to make any additional purchases.

My dress arrived a few months later and my two fitting appointments were wonderful! Ashley was professional and efficient and gave some GREAT tips throughout the fittings. She told me how to help relax the clear straps on my shoes and reassured me that I didn’t need 14 layers of Spanx because I’d only end up feeling miserable. She even made a suggestion that I loved for how I could wear my dress again after the wedding.

The pick-up process was quick and clear directions were given on how to prep my car along with what to bring. My dress was clean and came in a beautiful white garment bag. The type of dress I had was low-maintenance so I didn’t have to do anything extra with it between the pick-up process and the wedding day.

I would definitely recommend Monica’s to any future bride! My suggestions would be to take some PTO and go during a weekday when there is less going on so you get the special, one-on-one, unrushed attention you want. (Just take the afternoon and make it a whole event.) Also, if you feel you might need an extended dress size, call them so you will know what to expect. The front desk was always very kind and responsive (the 1 time I called and no one answered I immediately got a call back). Also, pay attention to the emails they send as they are chocked full of helpful information.

LOVE these girls! Not only did I find my dress there, we also got the bridesmaids dresses and my mom's dress. The team at Monica's are amazing. I've worked with Stephanie on multiple occasions and she always pulls exactly what I try to describe. The dress prices are within a range of budgets and every dress I tried on, I loved. They are prompt, polite and fun to work with. I recommend Monica's to everyone who asks me about dresses (for any occasion!). After having a terrible experience at my first dress shop (out of town), my experience with Monica's was refreshing. They stayed well within my budget, instead of making me feel like I would be hard-pressed to find a gown within the range I'd set. Stephanie arranged the dresses she, my mother and I had chosen together (unlike the other shop we'd visited) in a 'flight' so that the shapes flowed as I narrowed it down to one dress. I had custom alterations done to the straps of my dress, and they came out beautiful! The alterations department is very prompt, and were surprisingly well priced for what I was asking. Overall, I highly recommend!

When I went to buy a dress, I was impressed that I was allowed to take photos. Most places won't let you do that and it was important for me when making my decision on my dress. My dad said we didn't just buy a dress, we bought advice. At my fittings, I was taught how to get the dress on and off, bustle, and how to walk, which is a very important skill.

Monica's Bridal provided excellent service when I purchased a bridesmaid dress for my sister-in-law's wedding. The bride lived in New Hampshire and they took photos of me in various dresses and sent them to her. They were very accommodating to the distance and made sure the bride had exactly what she wanted. Monica's has some of the best selection for wedding gowns of any shop in Chattanooga. My sister and my best friend both found their dresses there so I knew this was my first stop when I started looking for mine. Ashley was a great consultant and really listened to what I wanted and was looking for and she was great at helping me feel comfortable in the process. The only issue for me was trying to schedule my fitting, they're so busy and I was coming in from out of town so I had a tough time trying to coordinate dates to come in for alterations and ended up finding someone local. Ok, I loved the staff at Monica's!!!! My immediate help was Stephanie and she was awesome!!! I showed her a picture of a style of dress I wanted and I had my dress after 1 try on. I paid on my dress like 2 days later, I loved that one so much. I had been to so many other bridal shops and they did not have dresses in my size to try on and I was getting discouraged.

The staff at Monica's was so helpful and always welcoming whenever my bridesmaids and I went in.

My fitting was awesome and I enjoyed the help they gave me on how to walk in the dress, step up in the dress, hold my Dad's arm and my bouquet. I had a destination wedding and the hotel was not much help with those things and I did not have a wedding planner.

The only thing I had to say about Monica's that I did not like was the fact that I was told my dress would be packed for a carry on bag for flight and it was not. The box they put it in was over the size limit and had no handles. I was told it would have handles. My step dad picked my dress up for me and I did not see the packaging until the night before my flight to Jamaica. I was stressed trying to figure out how to get my dress there without packing it in my suitcase. It fit into a carry on suitcase my step dad had thank goodness.

All of my bridesmaids gowns were ordered through Monica's bridal! This locally owned and operated store is wonderful in this community! They offer great lines of designer gowns, great customer service and plenty of accessories to choose from! All of our tuxedos were also ordered through this vendor! For the guys, the easy to access form they could print off on-line allowed them to get professionally sized in their respective cities and fax it in to make our deadline! The ladies at Monica's stayed in constant communication with me on everything you could possibly imagine -- so I could either plan for said delay or deadline or make the necessary calls to get everyone together for fittings! They were outstanding and wonderful!

I found my gorgeous gown at Monica's along with the suits for the groomsmen and the bridesmaids' dresses. All of the outfits were amazing! We had excellent service from my consultant at Monica's. My only hesitation is their prices. I felt like they had high prices for accessories and alterations. Also, several of my bridesmaids were unhappy because they were encouraged to order their dress in a size that was way too big, and therefore had to get alterations. Overall, Monica's has beautiful gowns, and if you can pay their prices- then it is absolutely wonderful.

I ordered and put a down payment on a wedding dress from Monica's Bridal. When the dress came in, I came to the shop for a fitting. The dress was not how I imagined it looking and I realized that after figuring all the alterations that would have to be made, but I realized that it was no fault of the business. I took full responsibility in finalizing the purchase of the dress. The next day (day after the first fitting) I called and spoke with the sales person who sold me the dress and made sure that I did not want any alterations done to the dress because I wasn't sure that I was going to wear it. She agreed that was the best thing to do and I would come pick up the dress. A month later, I received a call saying that the alterations were complete and my dress was ready for the second fitting. I asked to speak with the manager and she snapped back at me saying "I do not understand what the problem is?" I told her that I told the sales person not to make any alterations because I did not think I was going to wear the dress. She continued in saying, "well if you are going to try to sell the dress, I better just have the alterations taken out and come pick it up." I asked Delores, "can i speak with a manager please?" She responded, "what would you need to talk with a manager about?" I said, "with the situation and your attitude." Delores's response was, "my attitude? you are the one with the attitude." I have now spoken to the manager and both owners and not only were they completely rude in how they handled this matter, with rude accusations and attitude, but they also were unhelpful with any resolution. I understand that when I ordered the dress it was mine, and one I order it, it is mine and I had no issue with that, but my dress was altered and now it cannot be sold as a new dress. When the owners were talking with my fiance they told him, "we were not being rude, we were being professional." When he told me they compared being rude with being professional, it was a sign to me that I should've NEVER tried to buy a dress here. Also, when we were trying to find a resolution they acted as if they were doing me a favor by returning our phone call and continued to talk down to us. I have filed an official complaint with the BBB on this issue. Good luck to all future brides with finding a dress of their dreams.

Monica's bridal has a beautiful selection of gowns, and they happened to have the dress that I had fallen in love with online by Watters. I called, and they had just got the specific dress that I called about in the previous day. It was also in my size! I got so excited and rushed down from Knoxville the next weekend with my mother and bridesmaids. I made a rash decision out my excitement and really regret buying my dress from this store. I feel like I did not get an adequate bridal experience.

When we pulled up, I was instantly disappointed. The building is incredible old and dingy. Since everyone had came with me, I felt bad and didn't want to cancel the appointment.

I had made an appointment; however, nobody greeted us when we arrived. When someone finally came to the front, they weren't very welcoming and nice. The six of us were ushered to a corner of a store with a tiny mirror while walk-in appointments used the large mirror in the center of the store. At one point when my bridesmaids were in the store pulling dresses, my consultant rudely told them to get back and sit down like children. The consultant was incredible unprofessional. She would not allow me any time to talk to my mom in private when trying to choose the dress.

Everything in the store was so dirty- from the slip that they gave me to put on to the dirty fake flowers that they kept making me hold as if it helped me make my decision.

Go to Knoxville or Atlanta when you dress shop! You will absolutely regret going to this dirty, dingy and old store with redneck unprofessional consultants.

I had the worst experience with Monica's Bridal in downtown Chattanooga. They were friendly when I bought my dress. After that they treated me like I wasn't a paying customer. They made changes to my dress without my consent but billed me for the extra cost the changes had. When I called bc I had "concerns about my dress" I was immediately shut down by the owner. She wouldn't let me finish a sentence. She became extremely defensive and started yelling at me. She told me it wasn't her problem and that she would resale my dress if I didn't pick up. Then she handed the phone to her husband and while she was doing that I could hear all the unprofessional crap she was saying. Her husband was just as bad. It was awful. Nobody who spends that much money on a dress should be treated like that. And I spent just under 2k so they probably don't value my business bc it's considered a low end price. Which is probably why they tacked on extra charges that they didn't tell me about until I came in to make a payment. Bottom line I can not with good conscience recommend them to anyone, EVER!! I also reported them to the BBB.
