From our engagement pictures to our wedding pictures... we LOVE them all!!!
Monica is such a great person to work with! Very professional! She captured amazing photos of us! Exellent at directing us while shooting! Very prompt at answering emails and/or text messages. We also rented her photo booth and everyone loved that as well! Pictures go directly to the number typed in right after a photo and you also get all the photos emailed to you plus a link on Facebook to share with your friends and family! Definitely recommend her services! -

Today marks a year since my husband Norberto and me said, “I DO.” As I look through our wedding photos, I thought I would formally thank our wedding photographer Monica Salazar. My then fiancée and I met Monica at the Irving Bridal Show back in 2015. She captured our ranch-themed wedding in October so beautifully, even with the elements of wind and rain that day. Monica was professional, scheduling a meet and greet, promptly responding to emails, and returning our finished photos earlier than expected. She was also instrumental in helping us find our videographer. Many of my family and friends living in Hawai'i could not make it to our wedding. However, I was able to share our memories by linking them to Monica’s creative photomontage and detailed blog of our wedding day. -

Monica Salazar and her husband are FANTASTIC photographers. From the beginning planning steps, to our engagement photo shoot, to our wedding day, we experience FANTASTIC customer service and professionalism. Under very unique circumstances, our wedding venue changed less than 48 hours before walking down the aisle, and Monica became photographer, planner, and ANYTHING we needed! The day would not have been a success without her and her husband! An even better surprise-- she took videos throughout our event and we got to relive some of the best memories of our lives so far, unexpectedly! The quality of photographs, video, experience in general, and the ENTIRE process could not be matched and we are forever grateful for such lasting, fantastic memories to hold onto from our wedding process! Choose Monica as your photographer--- you will NOT be disappointed!!! -

Monica was wonderful! My husband hired her to take pictures when he proposed and then we had a mini engagement portrait session. Then almost two years later she took my bridals and documented our rehearsal dinner and our wedding. Monica is a fabulous photographer. She is always there for what you need and can get all of the right shots without being intrusive. I remember looking back at our pictures thinking oh how did she get that wonderful picture or that is a great picture idea I am glad she took that because I would never have thought of that. Monica is sweet and always available to answer questions. She is also very quick to get pictures back. Our wedding pictures were waiting for us in out mailbox on a flash drive when we got back from our honeymoon :) We also rented a Photo Booth from Monica for our wedding reception and our guests absolutely loved all of the fun props and getting to print out fun pictures to take with them. If you are looking for a top notch photographer for a reasonable price look no further! -

Monica did a wonderful job photographing our wedding! We didn't do any previous sessions (engagement, bridal, etc.)- but we clicked right away. The photos came out beautiful. I am so pleased with her work- and what more could a bride want?! Aside from her skill, she is so sweet. (I met with a few photographers who were extremely full of themselves. She is just the opposite, and her work is so much better.) We were racing against time as a thunderstorm was approaching, but she was very patient (as families were blabbing and not paying attention) and she was able to capture lovely images. We are so happy to have so many amazing photos to look at forever. Thank you, Monica! -

We had a roaring 20s inspired engagement session and had no clue what spots in DFW would be best for the style. Monica had just the place and the photos came out amazing and the editing was done 48 hours after the session. -

I loved working with Monica. Out of all the people I worked with for my wedding she was the most helpful and responsive. She did not only help out with the photography portion of my wedding, but also recommended a florist for me and gave me a list of caterers. I high recommend anyone to use Monica. In fact, my family and I are taking family pictures in two weeks with her! -

Monica is an amazing photographer. She is calm, talented, and organized. I worked with her on my Bridal portraits as well as on our wedding day. One of the main reasons I chose Monica for our wedding photography is because of her amazing wedding packages she offers. She is easy to work with and she sends you previews of pictures very quickly. Our wedding party was large and we had a lot of friends and family involved in the ceremony and she did a great job of capturing every person involved in the wedding. She also took really good footage of the reception. I love the fact that she took just my husband and I away for a few moments to take pictures of the two of us right after the ceremony. The pictures reflect our happiness. She let us spend some moments together by ourselves on our wedding day and she captured them naturally. I would recommend Monica as a photographer. -

It was a great package as well that included our engagments, bridals, photo both and wedding day coverage. It was actually the best package price I found when doing my research. Monica was very professional and was prompt when responding to any questions that I had. Monica photographed our engagement session, my bridal session, and our wedding day! She did a wonderful job, and we cannot thank her enough!
She is sweet, kind, professional, and very flexible. For our engagement session, we had 2 hours and my husband and I wanted to go to three different places to shoot. She was patient with us and made it happen!
She also always promptly returned a phone call or email. She is very reliable.
Her husband helped with our engagements and we had his photo booth for the wedding. They work great as a team, and we really loved seeing their love for each other while Monica was photographing ours!
I highly recommend her! -

Monica Salazar Photography came in after we had to fire Jessica Rushing Photography, and she was everything we needed/wanted. The photographer, Monica, was in communication with us about everything that was going on. She was flexible in scheduling, willing to meet up to hand deliver products, and patient and kind through a fairly stressful wedding. Her turn around time was/is AMAZING and her photos were/are lovely. We had the photo booth during our wedding, and the guests LOVED it! It was busy the entire night, and loads of people uploaded their photos to Facebook. At the end of the night, we were given a jump drive with everyone's pictures so we could enjoy seeing things that were going on while we were talking to our guests. I would definitely recommend Monica Salazar Photography to anyone who wants a stress-free photographer on their special day! -

Monica was absolutely a wonder photographer to work with! I booked her for my wedding on June 18, 2011. She was willing to go above and beyond to get me wonderful pictures. We had 450 people and it was a hectic day, but all the important pictures were taken. Monica was a pleasure to work, she's really sweet and respectful to my family who can be quite pushy. All my photos turned out wonderful even my older sister who is really critical about photos loved her work. I know I will be using her again for different sessions pictures in our future families lives. Thank you for capturing my special day! -

Monica did my wedding photo shoot about 2 months or so after my wedding day. I had been searching for a photographer since before the wedding and I just couldn't seem to find one that fit all my wants! Then I was introduced to Monica. She's everything I wanted! (: She went out to The Harbor in Rockwall, TX just for my husband and I. She's an AMAZING photographer and GREAT on the pocket book. She made our photo shoot just as special as our actual wedding day. I would recommend her to anyone without a doubt in my mind. Thank you so much Monica!

Monica was such a doll! She has done our engagement picts last month and I am in love with every single one~and she also has A&K photobooth that we got a custom package plan which is awesome! The one thing I wish she could have done differently is talk louder, and I had given Monica a list of what pictures I wanted and she followed that perfectly, I just wish she could have had an input and a say in her style of pictures, she as a photographer, wanted as well. -
