Amanda made getting married easy. Every step of the way was guided, examples given, vendors recommended, concerns eased. She knew our weaknesses and helped us through them. She took the things we knew we wanted, made them happen, and figured out what we didn't even know we wanted. Our experience felt personalized. She took the time to get to know us, our relationship, our dreams, our problems, and made the experience so fun and easy. I never thought planning a wedding would be easy. Amanda did all the thinking and all the work and handed it to us in a little box with a bow on top. The service was unmatched. She's who you want by your side right before you walk down the aisle, fixing your dress and telling you everything will be okay. -

Amanda was so helpful in our entire wedding planning process. She helped keep us on a timeline and was always so patient with us and our frustrations. She recommended great vendors that helped our day happen smoothly. When it came down to the final days, Amanda helped us navigate family, vendor, and weather issues while keeping us calm. She executed our wedding vision perfectly at our venue, Allrose Farm, and created the perfect aesthetic, ceremony, and reception that encompassed the both of us. -

Amanda and her team at Moments to Remember made our wedding on our private lakeside property as seamless and perfect as can be!
From the first phone call with Amanda, to hiring her, as well as each phone call meeting from 6 months, 3 months, and the weeks leading up to our special day, Amanda helped us stay on track for our wedding day! We decided to get married on my family lakeside property and even though I knew a lot of the vendors we decided to choose from like our rentals, photographer, videographer, catering , hair / make up, etc, I knew we would need a day of coordinator to help our day go as smoothly as possible. Choosing Amanda and her team was the best decision we could have ever made!
She helped us make our timeline, recommended other vendors we needed but did not have yet; they set up ALL the decor. We had so much decor in our cabin in boxes and they absolutely made everything I had a dream come true! Amanda even helped ease our minds when we thought our wedding day was going to absolutely torrential downpour because our rehersal walk the day before was a horrible storm. She kept us hopeful but realistic and made a back up plan if needed for the ceremony. Thank god we did not need it because we ended up having a beautiful day!
If you are looking for a planner in the New Hampshire (New England) area , you NEED Amanda! I couldn’t reccomend moments to remember enough! -

Amazing planning!
The Moments to Remember NH team were incredible! We met with Amanda monthly for two years leading up to our wedding and the meetings were productive, informative, and reassuring. In the last few months before the wedding, we met with Amanda more frequently to ensure the final details were cemented. Amanda did a site walk-through early in the process to learn the location well and later was on-site to help organize the tent drop-off. Amanda and her team were incredible on the day of our wedding—they were crazy busy but got everything done and none of the rush or anxiety leeched into our experiences of the day! The team was over-prepared for problems so anything that arose was solved without needing the bride or groom’s intervention (or us even noticing a problem). Thanks to them, we had a fantastic wedding weekend that was free of stress!! -

If there is one thing I could recommend to everyone it’s to hire a wedding planner and specifically Moments to Remember! I booked Amanda after I already had all my other vendors booked when I had no idea what I was doing and everyone in my life had lots of opinions. She has different packages for different budgets- I went with the middle package. Our monthly meetings were like therapy, she is so organized, knowledgeable, and experienced that any worries I had were immediately validated and handled. The day of the wedding Amanda and her assistant handled all of the set up, take down, vendor communication, and handled all problems that arose. It was so nice to be able to just enjoy the day with zero worry because I trusted her so much. Another huge perk of booking with Amanda is her massive inventory of decorations. I am not really a DIY gal, but I also didn’t know precisely what I wanted to buy. Even though there is a fee to use her decor I can only imagine how much I saved in the long run not to mention how much time I saved by not needing to sell or store stuff I will never use again. 10/10 book Amanda or any of her other planners, worth every penny! -

Amanda helped as my day-of coordinator for a wedding I planned myself, and throughout the process she was great at helping me realize I was right on track, ensured she was able to offer some great tips and names of local vendors (as I'm not from New Hampshire), and did a great job day-of. We had some minor issues with the shuttles running late, but Amanda was able to smooth everything over and make sure not only did our guests not realize there was a delay, but she also helped resolve things with catering and our photographers too.
She was awesome and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who is on top of everything but also super laid-back. -

Bride: Amanda was flawless
Okay, Amanda at moments to remember was just absolutely incredible throughout the whole process of planning our wedding! Amanda consistently eased our anxieties about any particular problem we phoned her with! Amanda was one of the first vendors we booked and she really helped guide us in terms of staying in our budget, vetting vendors for us and all that jazz! The day of; Amanda made sure everything ran incredibly smoothly, if there were any issues, my wife and i had no idea about them 😅 if you’re looking for a well organized, highly personable, professional, fun, calming, SUPER EASY GOING, flawless coordinator for your wedding, look no further than Amanda at Moments To Remember. Above and beyond
HIRE AMANDA. My husband and I had a unique mix of DIY and professional help for our wedding, as such, there were some gaps with things like music (which we decided to do ourselves) and a few other elements of the day. Amanda and her team were not only incredibly helpful leading up to our wedding, but they simply went above and beyond the call of duty in helping us fill our gaps, taking on so much responsibility and managing minor mishaps without us even knowing. Amanda and her staff completely decorated the barn for our barn wedding and it was absolutely gorgeous. I would not and could not ever have expected our planner to do so much for us. On top of all this Amanda is just so easy and sweet to work with. I don’t know what we would have done without her. Trust me, the cost of her services (which I think are very reasonable) are beyond worth it and you will be so happy to have her in your corner for your special day. Amanda thank you so much! -

Picture Perfect
We hired Amanda as our wedding coordinator with no idea where to start when planning a wedding. Amanda was there every step of the way when we needed to reschedule our wedding due to the pandemic. She was patient when I had a vision change or second guessed any details. From making bouquets to finding the perfect shade of blue napkins, she did it all! I will highly recommend Moments to Remember to anyone looking to plan a wedding! -
