Amazing Work

This review is delayed, but Molly was so wonderful for my October wedding! With COVID, a lot of last minute adjustments took place and she was super flexible and even helped me make a schedule for day-of. She works great with pets and our dog was able to be in our pictures. She was able to get photos back to us so quickly and they were all beautiful, cannot say enough about her!

AMAZING! To this day, I still get goosebumps and teary eyes every time I look at my photographs. Molly makes very you and others around very comfortable and relaxed while shooting. She is very professional, flexible with her scheduling, and open with her communication. I will continue to refer Molly Joseph Photography so others can have the most enjoyable and stress free photography.

Molly Joseph Photography photographed my daughters destination wedding, on Seabrook Island, on a very hot, humid and windy day. The pictures are absolutely gorgeous!! Molly did a fabulous job capturing all the magical moments as well as all the little details. I HIGHLY recommend Molly. She was a pleasure to work with and the pictures are stunning!

Molly Joseph Photography is absolutely incredible. Molly doesn't just take pictures; she truly captures the emotions of her subjects. Aside from being the most passionate, talented, and professional individual I've had the pleasure of working with, she is downright excellent at what she does! My husband and I feel truly blessed to have had Molly's artistic talent and creativity capture our day. Our pictures are amazing!!! Everyone who has seen them is blown away. She becomes a part of every situation, in such a natural way that you almost forget she's taking your picture. When I saw my pictures for the first time, I cried. Molly Joseph Photography surpassed our expectations and this team gave us more than just photos. Molly captured all the personalized detail and sentimental items without skipping a beat. The photographers are personable, creative, professional and just fun! They made our day that much more relaxing and enjoyable. Every moment that you could possibly want captured was and more. When we saw our photos we loved that there were a mix of candid and the posed that we wanted, wonderfully artistic and creative. Our families and friends are can't stop talking about the photos. Molly Joseph Photography rocked it! Amazing photos and quick turn around time. It was very wonderful to have Molly around on our wedding day. She became one of the girls and my friends adored her almost as much as I already did! I was just able to enjoy our day and leave the capturing of it in her hands!

The experience I had with Molly Joseph Photographey was more than I could ever ask for. She made the engagement shoot so much fun and exciting and was guided us through our wedding day! She and her team went above and beyond. Molly is a talented and fun photographer. We were able to see our photos within two weeks after the wedding and we are LOVING each and every shot! Overall such a great experience planning wise and I would recommend this company to everyone!

Molly was absolutely phenomenal to work with as a wedding photographer. She is a professional through and through and it is easy to tell she loves her work. Not only was her photography second to none, she also helped us with the details of the timing in order to maximize our time to have sunset pictures. She went above and beyond every step of the way.

Molly was amazing every step of the way. She met with us multiple times and accommodated our crazy schedule since we don't live in Charleston. She took the time to meet with our priest to be sure she knew how to respectfully photograph an Orthodox ceremony. She also took the time to hear all of the kinds of photos we wanted, and carefully planned a timeline for us so that we could get all of the shots we wanted and still make it to our reception on time. On our wedding day she made us feel comfortable, and the photos feel so genuine. I'm amazed at the results!

I highly recommend Molly Joseph as a photographer! I live in California and was having a destination wedding in Charleston, so I scoured The Knot for a great photographer. Molly stood out from the rest because she had amazing reviews and her work was absolutely beautiful. Since I lived far away I was nervous that I couldn’t meet her in person but after my first phone call with Molly I felt so at ease and knew in my heart that I had picked the right photographer.
The day of the wedding she and her assistant came right in and started getting to work on all the little things I hadn’t even thought of! I didn’t even think about doing a first look with my dad but I’m so happy Molly suggested it to me because the photos are so beyond sweet.
After the ceremony when we were taking family pictures she and her assistant felt like part of the family because they were so personable and kind. Because of this everyone looked so natural and comfortable in the photos.
When I got the photos during my Honeymoon I cried happy tears looking through each one. The moments she captured brought me back and gave me all the happy butterflies I had that day. I was shocked by all the special things she captured, like my mom looking at me with happy tears in her eyes while sister zipped me into my dress, the flower girls playing with their Bride Barbie’s, the happy tears in my groom’s eyes when he saw me, and the list goes on and on. I would highly recommend Molly and her team. They made our day absolutely perfect and captured that special day forever. If we find ourselves in Charleston in the future we will definitely work with Molly again! Thanks Molly!!

We had the pleasure of working with Molly for our wedding on Isle of Palms & downtown Charleston and we could not have asked for a better experience. She was so enthusiastic and easy to work with throughout the entire process. She knew all the best spots and captured our day perfectly! The pictures were absolutely stunning!!! We definitely made the right decision and would highly recommend Molly to anyone. My only regret is not hiring Molly for the night before!

Molly and her associate were absolutely wonderful. They somehow manage to be the perfect blend of laid back and professional at the same time. Molly Joseph Photography was nothing short of amazing. I was a difficult bride with a long list of pictures that I had to have and they were able to get every one! She performs extremely well in adverse conditions. There were literally 30mph winds on my wedding day and I was having an outdoor ceremony with my hair down. I cannot even begin to express how many beautiful images they captured. Some photos you couldn't even tell the wind was blowing and others were so stunning because Molly used the wind as an effect. Leading up to the wedding day I had so many conversations with Molly and she was nothing but excited and eager to try new things and loved getting creative. The photographer is a huge decision- it is the way your wedding will be documented forever and you will be spending tons of time on your wedding day with the photographer. I couldn't have been happier.

MOLLY IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!!!! I honestly had the best vendors anyone could have picked, but Molly was hands down the best choice I made during the entire wedding process. My Photographer was a best deal for me and a huge decision. I scoured the internet looking at every photographer within a 200-mile radius of my venue (and there are ALOT of photographers in that area). I remember showing my mom all these Photographer's websites with their portfolio of photographs from different weddings and out of all of them, we agreed on Molly. Her photographs stood out from everyone else. There's just something about the little details she captures. We hired her to come to Savannah for our engagement session, also. I was super nervous, but she put both of us at ease and it turned out to be so much fun! Flash forward to our wedding (almost three weeks ago now) and Molly was phenomenal! I cannot say enough great things about her. She really made all the necessary family and bridal party photos so much fun! I received the link to our wedding photos 10 days after our wedding. Tears welled up in my eyes the photos were so good! I was truly blown away. She captured the most beautiful moments between my (now) husband and I. We are just overjoyed at the photos because they will be cherished for the rest of our lives. The day of the wedding went by so quickly it was really hard to take it all in. Molly allowed me to relive the most wonderful day of my life. She is the real deal. Don't look anywhere else.

Molly was amazing!!! I highly recommend them to any bride who is getting married. They captured the perfect fairy tale picture of us kissing on the beach at sunset. Wedding photos have the ability to hold memories and allow you to relive your wedding day and I could not be happier with the way my wedding photos turned out and I owe that all to Molly Joseph Photography. I have to say each image that Molly took at my wedding captured every moment, detail and emotion on my wedding day and I am grateful for this.

5 STARS for sure!! I am so happy I chose Molly Joseph Photography. They shot our engagement session and did our wedding, in the rain, and were able to capture not only what we had asked for, but so much more. When looking at our pictures, we feel like we are re-living the wedding all over again. You can feel all the love, warmth and joy that was surrounding us that day. They were troopers with the rain and had a smile on their faces the whole time. The most difficult part of this whole process is figuring out which photos we want to print, it feels impossible to choose, as there are so many good ones. I would recommend them not only as your engagement and wedding photographers, but for any other event or time you may need a photographer. They make you feel right at home and comfortable in any shooting setting.

We LOVED having Molly Joseph as our photographer. Everything was perfect! We love her work. From our engagement photos, to the wedding, to the reception...all of the photographs were stunning. She was very professional and got some amazing photos of things we had never even thought of. She worked very well with everyone involved and even had a special way of getting the little kids in our family to all smile at the same time! Molly and her team are the best of the best in Charleston! I got married over a year ago and I still look at my pictures with a huge smile on my face. She did an outstanding job and was is incredibly professional. Molly took the time to meet with us as often as we wanted during the planning process. The day of she was perfect! The entire wedding party loved working with her. I ordered my wedding album and I love it! I couldn't have been more impressed with Molly! From the moment I contacted Molly about doing our photography she was friendly, prompt with her responses, detailed and organized. I had the opportunity to meet her in person prior to our wedding for I live out of state. She shared with us her beautiful wedding portfolios and spent the time to get to know us as couple. She found this to be important so that she could capture our relationship in the photography on our wedding day. Molly asked us what style of photography we liked and wanted to be sure that we were satisfied with what we were looking for in our photos. I am so glad we chose to use Molly Joseph for our wedding photographer! During such a busy day, Molly was calm and knew exactly what to do in order to get great shots. She was able to direct everyone and took the time to make sure everyone was placed just right. My fiancé and I decided to do a destination wedding and had to rely on reviews for all of our vendors. Found molly Joseph on theknot, checked out her reviews and her photos and absolutely loved them! She is very reasonably priced and she does an amazing job! She truly captured our and our families personalities in the pictures! She was happy to do any of the crazy ideas for photos that I came up with to make our day as special as possible. Molly loves what's she does and it shows in her photos. She even had our pictures back to us before we were back from our honeymoon, now that's impressive! I highly recommend Molly to anyone because I promise you will not regret hiring her, worth every penny!!!

Molly is the best photographer a wedding couple could hope for! She combines the best of all worlds by making a potentially stressful process for stressed out brides easy and fun, while also creating a fantastic product that is stylish and beautiful. She is a true artist with an excellent eye to capture beautiful moments. Her photos are all at once dramatic and breathtaking, touching and personal, exciting and fun. Molly also has the remarkable ability to find those perfect moments in a wedding day that you never want to forget... the joy on my father’s face as hes aw me for the first time in my dress, my mom's tear as she help me into my dress and the look in my new husband’s eye as he held me on the dance floor. I am giddy, looking at these pictures! We got a speak peek in just a few days! When looking for my wedding photographer, the most important thing to me was to find a one who truly captured the emotion of joy, laughter, emotion and love. That is exactly what we got from Molly's beautiful pictures! She is such a genuine person who absolutely adores her job! The photos are amazing, and we could not have been happier!

Molly was AMAZING! From our first first meeting to our final event together, the wedding- she was a doll. She was so impressive that the wedding guests noticed how great she was. We had warned that our wedding was huge and from the North and she loved it! She is a pre school teacher and shoots on the weekends as her hobby and side gig. She was directive with my wedding guests and when she wanted a shot done, she got it done. She was so flexible and willing to do anything we asked her to do. She has a great personality :)

I am so pleased to have Molly (and Patricia) capture our wedding day. From the start, Molly was open to requests and readily available for follow-up questions. She met with us in person and was sure to bring our love to each shot. She was a trooper to have with us as we walked through the Charleston June heat in order to get the quintessential Charleston street shots that we wished for. We wanted Charleston to be the backdrop to our wedding, and she made it come to life in remarkable ways. I was amazed to see the quick turn-around on the photos digitally, and the cute delivery of the USB flash drive was speedy, too. We are so impressed with her talent. I recommend her services to anyone in the area who needs any type of quality photography done. She has great ideas and suggestions if you need them. She is awesome!

Molly and her team were excellent to work with from the start. Responsive, professional and fun. Molly managed my husband and I's huge families for portraits effectively with a smile. Our photos turned out fabulous! Loved the online gallery and easy ordering. Prints came quickly. Best advice I received in wedding planning was to hire a great photographer, and we did!!! Molly was fantastic to work with! Our photos turned out amazing and Molly is just so nice to be around. She is laid back which helped keep us calm and she pitched in when she saw something needed to be done even though it didn't fall under photographer duties. MOJO Photography is great! Molly Joseph and her team did a great job of making our formal and family photos quick and painless so we could get into the reception and have as much time as possible. Not to mention they had to deal with rain during my outdoor ceremony, but the pictures still came out great! Best of all, I had a link to view the photos the same week of the wedding and a zip drive was sent in the mail within two weeks so no waiting! I highly recommend Molly Joseph to anyone who wants a stress free wedding day!

Molly was amazing! From the moment we met her we felt a great connection and are so glad we went with her company! She makes you feel so comfortable when taking those romantic photos that we weren't used to! She was so creative with her shots too. She pulled out a scarf she randomly had in her car so we could take photos in a field! She photographed every detail of our wedding and captured the wonderful memories. We were so impressed with how quickly Molly finished our photos and got them back to us! Excellent job! You will not be disappointed with Molly, by the end of the day she makes you feel like you've known her for years.

Molly and her team were absolutely fantastic to work with. They were responsive to all my questions, flexible on the number of hours I could book (we had a very small wedding), and had very reasonable prices. Molly and Emily were prompt and professional and were able to process our photos very quickly. I really appreciated all their efforts during the wedding, including some last minute bobby pin placement recommendations! Molly is absolutely amazing. Photography was important to us for our wedding day and we wanted the best. We found Molly and loved her work and her prices we very reasonable. We interviewed many photographers and no one compared to Molly. Our engagement and wedding pictures were absolutely phenomenal! She gets on the floor or in the middle of the street to take a great photo and her work shows. She is so easy to work with and we had an awesome time with her. She puts you at ease and completely gets you into it! If you're getting married in Charleston don't go with anyone else!!!

There are a lot of options to choose when considering wedding photographers. There's a wide range of quality demonstrated by portfolios and various imagery from cliche to over-the-top pageantry.

We chose Molly Joseph based on her portfolio alone. The images were warm and personal and demonstrated a range of style and artistry.

We were extremely impressed with their work in preparation and the immediate improvisation they demonstrated at our Folly Beach wedding.

My wife and had a small intimate gathering and when Molly and Patricia arrived, they were prepared, dressed and ready to work. In a few moments, they were absorbed in our gathering and capturing images and moments that will ast us a lifetime. The way the worked with our guests were wonderful and charming - noting every nuance and detail - from tears to laughter, they were capturing the poetry of our moment.

When we received the work, everyone was overwhelmed with the beauty and the photo narrative they were able to capture with their creativity and excellence.

Thank you Molly and Patricia - you helped make a memory that would last for generations and we would highly recommend you to anyone in the Charleston area.

Breathtaking Photos! Throughtout the entire process, meetings, engagements photos, wedding day and after, Molly and her team went above and beyond. She exceeded all expectations, delivering our photos before we returned from our honeymoon! Everyone is blown away by the photos. Molly was organized, helpful, and flexible. At our first appointment, she asked questions about our plans for our wedding that helped her plan an experience that was perfect for us. She gives you options and suggestions but is open to anything you want to do. She responded very quickly to all of my emails and fully answered all questions. On wedding day, she arrived early and knew exactly what she was doing. She knew how we were to pose, where to go, and when we asked for specific pictures, she gladly did those also. She was never bosy and seemed to fade into the background.

I never saw her take a break during the reception - it seemed like she was everywhere all the time! Our wedding day went by far too fast and I was amazed at some of the things we missed. But she captured everything in the photo! It was nice to have 2 photographers because we both got to see the other sides getting ready photos. She definitely knows what she is doing and I will use her in future!

For my husband and I, wedding photography was the most important thing on our list. Molly was an absolute pleasure to work with. To say I'm not photogenic is an understatement but, understanding this, Molly was very helpful on how to pose, where the best locations were, and the results were incredible. The entire set was natural and beautiful. My husband and I remembered the morning of the ceremony in a blur but after seeing the photos, all of the feelings came back, this time in full color. It really does help to see things from an outside perspective and it takes an enormous amount of trust in the person capturing those moments for you to do them justice. Molly and her team where every where. The pictures they took of us and our guest where amazing. My husband and I could see our wedding from the start to the finish. All that we did not get to see. I was very pleased with Molly's professionalism and attention to detail. She took over 3,000 photos at our wedding and brought two back-up photographers. Molly was so fun to work with. She made my husband and I feel so at ease with the camera. Molly was amazing at working around our crazy schedule. She met us ahead of time at our venue to get an idea of the shots she would be taking, and then had a follow up session with us a month after the wedding to get some shots we missed due to rain. She was very professional throughout, and made me feel so much more comfortable than I expected on the day of the wedding. Molly is incredibly gifted. Her photos speak for themselves - they are beautiful, creative, and thoughtful.
