    Molly has been so great! She has been so helpful from the very beginning! She worked with us to create a package within our budget and made sure before she started what type of photos we where looking for. She and Mary did an amazing job at the wedding making sure we got the photos we wanted and still where able to interact with our guests! I could not ask for more!!!!

    Working with Molly was an absolute dream. She was extremely flexible, and was very open to our unique nontraditional wedding, and didn't try to coerce or change my plans for the day in any way. My meetings with her were extremely comfortable, productive, and they worked perfectly with my busy schedule. Overall I would recommend Molly to everyone! My family is pretty unorganized, and the day was pretty hectic, but Molly and her assistant were extremely kind and patient with us through everything. She really made our day wonderful, and i'm dying to see the photos, because my mind was blown from the small snippets we were shows. I really couldn't thank her and her team enough for making my day the best it possibly could be, and for capturing so many beautiful moments.

    I cannot say enough amazing things about Molly or her assistants (Mary and Rhonda). Molly has this way of taking incredible pictures and making everyone so comfortable and carefree. Her pictures turn out amazing. Our first meeting was invigorating, I felt like she totally understood what my husband and I wanted in our pictures. She has several packages to meet everyones budget and they are worth every penny! We LOVE Molly Grosse Photography and would recommend her to everyone.

    Molly and her team captured our special day perfectly. Our pictures are gorgeous! She tried very trick in the book to ensure our pictures were perfect! She is very creative!

    We are very very happy with Molly's work. She handled everything to exact specification. She hits the floor running and directs with such elegance that we didn't feel that we were being told what to do. My now husband didn't like putting his hands in his pockets, but he did it for Molly. All images are superb, her attitude upbeat...it's easy to see she likes what she does because she does it so well. I think that chick that bashed Molly must be making things up for some kind of demented attention.

    We changed our wedding date so we could have Molly as our photographer. We are so happy that we did. She is an artist. Her work is honest, genuine, and out of this world! Every picture tells a story. We have so many pieces that are more than pictures of ilus-- they are art for our walls. The day was all about my Husband and me-- she was the piece that captured the moments. I am beyond ecstatic with her work. Truly the greatest vendor of our wedding. I am so thankful for her!

    Our photographer was amazing! She was very flexible with our schedules and was there when we needed her. The photos look so great, I HIGHLY recommend her!

    Molly Grosse is very talented and extremely professional. She and her staff are very committed to listening to their clients and taking quality pictures. Molly was very patient with our families and guests, taking all the pictures we had discussed in our preveious consultations. I will utilize Molly for futures business/personal functions. Thank you!

    Molly did an excellent job capturing our wedding day. She and her assistant photographer were very discreet and I had no idea she had taken as many pictures as we received. Not only did she get a lot of great shots of the bridal party, but she captured great photos of our guests enjoying the reception. Very authentic. She was open to taking additional photos when we requested a few different locations on site and does a great job utilizing the scenery. The photos came in the cutest gift box and were a good value. So very happy.

    Molly Grosse is a great photographer and we are very happy with her work. Mary who did the videography was amazing also. They really listened to what we wanted and came through for us.The photos and video were great! On our wedding day they were on time and never in our way, I usually hate being on camera but they did it in a way I was comfortable with.Wedding photo's during "peak" season can be a wait,( ours were done in 3 months) but Molly gave us a preview on a short video and some pictures that were beautifully done. We Highly Recommend!

    Molly's prices are some of the best you'll find for the quality of the work, and that was a big motivation for booking. We opted not to do an engagement shoot, and booked Molly and a second shooter for eight hours of our wedding day. Prior to the day of the wedding, we had a "final meeting" where we talked through location options and desired photos. It seemed like Molly had never shot a wedding in the Downtown Cincinnati/OTR area (something I wish I had checked on prior to booking), and she didn't offer any feedback on our suggested locations, but I still walked away feeling like she had a good handle on what we were looking for. It did surprise me that she hadn't taken the time to research locations in that area herself, but maybe that's not standard practice for wedding photographers.

    My biggest frustrations (and the reason for a lower review) were this: throughout my wedding day, where weather played a BIG factor in our photo locations, Molly seemed unwilling to be flexible or deviate from her plan. We added an indoor location at the last minute (because of inclement weather), a place Molly had never been but a beautiful building nonetheless, and Molly continued to ask me, the bride, where we should take pictures, or how I'd like everyone to stand, or what I wanted to do next, etc. Sure, I can understand her wanting to include me in the decision-making process, but being that she's the professional photographer in this situation, I would expect that she would be able to come up with answers to those questions. Again, perhaps I'm naive to standard practices for wedding photographers, but I would think that thinking quickly on your feet would be important qualities on a wedding day.

    The information provided in this review is false and it has been 5 months since the date of the event. However, if these issues were as horrible as described the day of the wedding, why not discuss concerns immediately? I (Molly) have photographed many weddings in the Downtown Cincinnati area. This client and I agreed we would determine the photography locations the day of the wedding. The actual temperature the day of the wedding was 16 F. This reviewer requested on her wedding day to “do pictures in front of Music Hall” I informed her it was under construction and she insisted that it wasn’t. After her insistence I said, “Okay, let’s go”. There was construction and she changed her mind. Then we went to the agreed indoor location. I do bring the proper equipment and tools to create in any situation. After we finished pictures in the first room, the group decided to go to the front stairs. Everyone including my second photographer headed in that direction. I however had to gather my equipment and was behind. I headed to the location agreed on but no one was around. My second photographer heard the wedding party change locations at the last minute and followed them. She took over until I finally found everyone. Not once did the husband or bridal party take over the reins and make decisions for how I perform my job. I never ask clients to tell me how to arrange groups. My assistant informed me that a mom made a comment about how great it was that we were so detailed oriented. This client received 569 files in her gallery. This client received 74 formal and every group requested by the couple. They also received 114 images from the ceremony, which included different angles and perspectives. We did ask the Bride and Groom after we were finished with family pictures to do more of just the two of them and they refused. We had time to create additional images, however, the bride and groom were not interested and declined. We had no issues with lighting.

    Was treated horribly at our post-wedding meeting when we tried to discuss reasonable issues with them, then wouldn't return our calls/emails. Extremely unprofessional at wedding, left before contracted time. Was late to getting to our off site photo location and then refused to take pictures there although it was agreed upon prior. Gave us only 230 pictures as end product. OVERALL HEARTBREAKING EXPERIENCE.

We would never behave in an unethical or negative manner--your wedding day is an elegant, beautiful, sophisticated event and we treat it as such. We are happy to be flexible with our time, even staying late to capture a special moment if the situation calls for it. We encourage open communication with our clients, and want to hear detailed feedback so that we are better able to serve our future clients and their families during their once-in-a-lifetime event. It upsets us when issues are brought to our attention after the fact, depriving us of any opportunity to rectify the situation. We want our clients to value and treasure the artwork that is their wedding pictures from Molly Grosse Photography as much as we do.
