We could not have been happier with our experience with Lauren & Marissa! Not only did we have to change the venue for my daughter's wedding 3 times, we also had to change the date. Lauren and Marissa were so kind and understanding. They are quick to communicate, so accommodating and they make you feel like family. The photos and videos were beyond our expectations! We cry, we laugh and we relive the most perfect day every time we look at them. We are so grateful for our experience with ML Photos and Film! -

The best photographer and videographer in Austin
As soon as I got engaged, I knew I wanted ML Photo & Film to shoot my wedding! Marissa and Lauren are the sweetest, most talented photographers and videographers I have ever worked with. Their work speaks for itself! My bridal portraits were STUNNING and they made me feel so beautiful! I am so in love with my wedding photos and they were super quick at sending me sneak peeks right after the bridals and wedding. They did a great job at the wedding at getting family photos and making sure every group got the photos they wanted. I highly recommend them for your wedding! I am so glad I got both photos and a video, so I can cherish this memory forever! -

Do yourself a favor and hire Marissa and Lauren right now!!! They are absolutely amazing!! Not only is their work incredible but they are two very genuine and kind people. I had originally booked a different photographer that informed me 2 months out from our wedding that they were not comfortable with shooting due to COVID. I saw ML and after speaking to them I think it was a blessing in disguise. They are beyond talented, amazing to work with and worth every cent. They captured every moment and I could not be more in love with our wedding photos. I cannot wait to continue working with them through all of our milestones!! -

We loved working with Lauren! From our initial phone conversation to receiving our film and working back and forth on a few small edits she was such a pleasure and very professional to work with! Her calming and positive personality was wonderful to have around on our wedding day and she very much put us at ease even though my husband and I don’t exactly love to be on film. She did such a wonderful job filming the ceremony and the whole evening and caught so many special moments; including some of my dear grandfather laughing who unfortunately passed away a few months after our wedding. We were amazed at how she was able to edit so many hours of footage down to perfectly encapsulate the night (with the best soundtrack to match!) We are so glad we hired Lauren as our wedding videographer and know we will enjoy watching our wedding video(s) for many many years to come. We recommend ML Photo & Film without hesitation to anyone who is looking for a fabulous wedding videographer! -

I loved working with Marissa & Lauren! The quality of their work is so evident from their online galleries. What you don't see there is how professional and fun they are! On the day of the wedding, you spend so much time with your photographer and videographer, I think it's necessary to really like them! My bridal party had so much fun hanging out with them! Not only that, but they are so professional that pictures went quickly (which my husband appreciated). They provided a timeline which was the starting point for the rest of my vendors! I really appreciated the survey I was sent before the wedding asking for all combinations of family pictures. It was nice that they requested names be included because it made it so much more personal! I think the last thing I should point out is how timely they were, we got our preview earlier than expected. It's tough to wait 3 weeks for your preview gallery and video, but so worth it when you see the quality! I highly recommend them! -

Lauren of ML Photo & Film filmed our wedding on March 2, 2019. I initially met up with Lauren over a year ago to see if we'd be a good fit. Not only did I immediately know I wanted to work with Lauren because her work is gorgeous (duh!) but ultimately we have become great friends. Lauren is so sweet, super easy to work with, very understanding of any situations that might arise on the day of your wedding and she is quick! I could not recommend her more to future brides. I have watched my video every single day since she sent it. It is truly a gift I will be able to cherish for the rest of my life. Thank you, Lauren!! -

We were lucky enough to have Marissa and Lauren travel with us to our wedding in Jamaica! From start to finish I never doubted they were the right choice for our wedding/ "wedding weekend". I will let the photos/ videos speak for themselves for the quality of work these two produce. Every moment from getting ready, to getting down on the dance floor was perfectly captured and we will be able to relive our day through these beautiful photos and videos forever! As for working with ML- I really appreciated that they facetimed and got to know my husband and me! If possible I would 100000% suggest also doing your engagement photos with Marissa. It was a great way for us to get to know her style and to not be super awkward when the main event happened. They are both very professional but also felt like long time friends the whole day. -

If we could give 1,000 stars to Marissa and Lauren, we absolutely would. Working with these two ladies was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding, and we had a team of AMAZING vendors. It’s truly difficult to put into words what an outstanding team these two make, and what beautiful talent they each have as individuals.
From the moment we FaceTimed with Marissa and Lauren almost a year and a half out from our wedding date, we felt comfortable and like we were talking to friends. Marissa and Lauren were incredibly communicative and professional throughout our 1.5 year engagement, and every time we heard from them we were that much more excited for our big day! Marissa took time to answer every question I had leading up to the wedding (being Type A I had enough of them) and always responded promptly which made me feel at ease. Being from Dallas/Fort-Worth, we got to meet her for the first time for our engagement session one year out from our wedding date. She was every bit as wonderful in person as she had been over phone and email, and she stayed calm when there was a miscommunication regarding the time our planned location was available. Somehow, all thanks to Marissa, we wound up having the entire Dallas Arboretum to ourselves and ended up with the most gorgeous photos! For both our engagement session and our wedding, Marissa’s photos have been stunning and crisp, and they capture every emotion felt in a still image.
Marissa and Lauren were not only professional come the day of our wedding, but they were FUN and full of so much excitement and positive energy that my husband, myself and our entire bridal party fed off of the entire day and night. These two ladies, along with their second shooters, had a way of making every photo taken and every second filmed feel natural, and they always worked smoothly from one moment to the next. When we got our photo preview and highlight video, I was in awe at some of the moments captured - I truly hadn’t even realized they were taking photos/filming because of how seamless everything was. The gorgeous photos we have already received as part of our preview make us smile from ear to ear every time we look at them and our highlight film still makes us cry without fail - Lauren stitched together the most perfect story of our day, and the music she chose gives me chills. In my father-in-law’s words when he saw our video: “I have happy teardrops flowing and I can’t turn them off!”
Our best friend/groomsman/officiant who is married himself and has been in at least 8 weddings said that Marissa and Lauren were the best photographer and videographer he has met over the years . . . while we haven’t been in as many weddings as him, we couldn’t agree more. Throughout the whole wedding planning process she would check-in on us to see how everything wedding-related was going, not just for our video needs. She is a true gem!!!! She also has STELLAR work, it is seriously incredible. When we got engaged, some friends of ours said the #1 thing that should be a non-negotiable vendor to book is video, and we couldn’t agree more now that we’re married and have been able to relive wedding day moments through what Lauren has put together. Everyone that has watched what she put together raves about her work, including us!! If you’re looking for a videographer for your wedding we hands down recommend Lauren at ML. She is simply the best!! -

Marissa is absolutely fantastic at what she does! I knew from the minute I got engaged that I needed Marissa for my wedding photographer & I couldn’t have made a better choice.
Our family, wedding party and guests can’t stop saying enough good things about all of our wedding photos. I love how Marissa and her second shooter captured all the little details that you want to keep as forever memories & of course, perfect portraits.
Marissa made my husband and I feel so comfortable during our photo sessions & I don’t think I’ve ever had so much fun taking pictures before! We are going to have to order multiple wedding albums because all the pictures are just that PERFECT! You can’t go wrong with this dynamic duo! -
