Michale did an amazing job as the photographer for our wedding! From the moment we booked with her, she was a huge help during the planning process. I planned my wedding in just 40 days, and she went above and beyond to help me figure out the timeline for the day and set realistic expectations. I would have had a much harder time finalizing my ceremony timeline and details without her help!
On the day of the wedding, she was everywhere she needed to be, organizing family and friends, capturing all the detail shots we talked about. My husband and I felt so comfortable with her and she matched our energy so we could be our genuine selves throughout our first look and couple photos.
One of our sons is autistic and usually hates having his photo taken. Michale made him feel so comfortable and even managed to get genuine smiles and only minor complaints. We have a large family and she did a great job getting everyone together efficiently - I love when a photographer takes control of the group and she did that!
The day goes by way too quickly, I’m so glad that we were sent to Michale and she was available for our wedding day. We have so many beautiful memories she captured for us! I love the eye she has for photos and she helps bring out your personality in her photos.

Another photography session with Mississippi Pearl💞
I absolutely love Michale. She did my senior photos, then went on to do engagement, boudoir, and wedding with her. She is a blast, but also very comforting, organized, & supportive when needed. When stressful times would arise on wedding day, she stepped in to help where she was able. When I was anxious through wedding planning, she was as responsive and explanatory to help me best understand expectations and how to best proceed with my timeline, photography list, or simple perspectives on other weddings she’s been apart of. Her professional expertise was helpful in the planning phase, but even better when it came to photo time during the big day. She was efficient in working off of the list of each photo requested that we finalized 2 weeks before the wedding. I cannot recommend her enough and everyone apart of the photo process would agree. On top of all that, I’ve loved every single photo she’s shared with us, and we’ve only seen a handful of them! Thank you so much Michale with Mississippi Pearl Photo! -

Michale traveled to my destination wedding to San Diego! She is a fabulous photographer! I have been hiring her for a long time for various photo needs! She is absolutely incredible and you want her to photograph your wedding! -

Not only did they take incredible photos of our wedding day and engagement session. They also went above and beyond when one of my eye lashes started falling off. Michale's husband saved the day with eye lash glue time and time again that day. They understood the importance of having my grandmothers there and made sure they not only got pictures of them, but also let me know when they were leaving so I could say goodbye. These are just a few of the examples of them going above and beyond their call of duty. I loved working with them and would recommend them to anyone and everyone. They made our day extra special and assisted in keeping me calm. Michale was the real MVP of our day. -

I have never been one that feels very comfortable in front of a camera, but Michale from Mississippi Pearl Photography made my husband and I feel so at ease during both our engagement session and during our big day!
My husband and I also have large families (with lots of kids) and had a large wedding party, which we knew didn’t make our wedding easy. We were so pleased that she was able to capture absolutely stunning images that we will always cherish! I cannot speak highly enough of Michale’s professionalism, attitude, and quality of work. -

There just aren’t words to describe how lucky we feel to have found Michale and Mississippi Pearl! I want to shout her praises from any and every rooftop – she was such a blessing to have around on our wedding day! From the first time we met I knew she was going to be the biggest help. Wedding planning (especially throughout a pandemic) was stressful but she helped guide us through every question we threw at her. She was a HUGE hit among my family and friends as well, she catered to everyone and still captured STUNNING photos that we will treasure forever. I had a giant smile on my face going through our photos – she caught every detail while still somehow being so present and focused on us throughout the day! She absolutely did more than I could expect from a photographer – she basically kept us on track the entire day! If you’re hesitating – don’t! Michale is fantastic!! -

The "photographer search" was the longest, hardest decision of all of our wedding planning, mostly because it was the most important to us! It began long ago, and Michale has helped us through so much of planning our wedding. We were more than impressed with our engagement photos, which allowed me to have no worries at all for what would come on our wedding day. I am a teacher and like things planned out, something Michale and I both share. Every question I had, at any time of day, I would message Michale and would receive a response right back. She helped me plan so much more than just photos for the wedding day. She helped outline our entire itinerary (numerous times), listened to my likes/dislikes in choosing locations, drove far distances to prepare herself and become knowledgeable for our big day, and so much more. Her amazing husband was our assistant on our wedding day. He pampered me, got me water when I needed it, held my lipstick, all while Michale made sure my guests were looking sharp in photos and making sure my grandparents were comfortable. Thank you so much Michale (and your crew) for listening to my crazy ideas and helping capture our wedding day perfectly. You are now not just our wedding photographer, but a friend for life! This woman is more than just a photographer! Her photos for our engagement session and wedding were absolutely STUNNING and we are so thankful to have those memories. Michale went above and beyond to help us find other quality vendors in the area. She even found a hair stylist within days of our previous one canceling on us. She is extremely knowledgeable in her craft as well as helping brides find other vendors who match their vision. -

Michale was a dream to work with and she made everything so easy! We live in Chicago and planned our wedding remotely, but she did not miss a beat. Anytime I reached out to her during the planning process with thoughts or questions, she was so quick to respond with helpful advice and tips. The day of our wedding, she was more than just a photographer. In addition to capturing the most beautiful moments of the day, she helped us keep all of our family and friends coordinated so that we could truly enjoy the day, yet it continued moving forward so we could get all of the shots on our wish list. I don’t even know where to begin when talking about Michale because there is so much that’s makes her so awesome. She was absolutely amazing on our wedding day keeping me sane, while also capturing the most beautiful pictures. Her passion shows through her work and she has an eye to capture the perfect little moments. She made the day a complete breeze for us going above and beyond helping anyone she could. Michale is so easy to work with! She came the day of the wedding and was 100% focused on capturing our best moments, furthermore, making sure my husband and I were taken care of. She had so many ideas and made photos so easy. We had a very large wedding party, as well as a large family. Michale took charge and made sure we got all of the photos we wanted, plus some! We are very pleased with Michale's work and can not wait to see the final products. We know our love was captured well from the little bits we've seen. I can not wait to display her work in our house. -

Michale went above and beyond as a vendor on our big day. Not only was she our photographer, but she helped get me in touch with many of the local vendors I used on our big day. She was always available and responsive. She clearly cared about the big picture (pun intended)! Lastly, she kept our very busy 2 day wedding on schedule and was flexible in helping when things didn't always move according to plan. 10/10 would recommend Michale!!
