Missie is amazing!! She shot our wedding on June 11, 2016! We hired her for full day coverage and let me tell you she was there all day!!! She was very flexible and willing to do what we had requested. Missie had ideas that we never even thought of!! Her photos are beautiful and worth every penny! Her business practices are amazing! She always got back to me very quickly when I had questions and she was very professional at our wedding. My guests had nothing but positive things to say about her! Thank you Missie for an amazing experience! -

We had Missie as both our engagement and wedding photographer. She was exactly everything we were looking for. She was professional, creative, polite, friendly, and funny making it easy to be ourselves in front of her. She rapidly responds to emails. She was on-time and sends the photo dvd rather quickly - within a week or two of our engagement and within a month of our wedding! She does such a great job and I would highly recommend her! -

We hired Missie for our engagement pictures when she was first starting out with weddings, our engagement pictures turned out so amazing and exactly how we wanted them that we never hesitated in hiring her to do our wedding. On the day of our wedding she was there almost as early as we got up and instantly started getting shots so we wouldn't forget anything about our day, and on the note she was one of the last good bye's that I had of the evening as well. Our shots included everything you wouldn't want to forget and then some. She was extremely professional and we haven't hesitated in recommending her to many of our friends as their wedding have come. -

Missie not only photographed my wedding and engagement pictures but she also photographed my rehearsal dinner. It was great having someone there solely for pictures and to capture all parts of our wedding weekend. She is also extremely flexible with a "can-do" attitude. She was with me from sun-up to sun-down and not once was she "in the way". She provided me with over 3,000 pictures and got them to me in about 25 days. She sends you discs of all of the pictures and you can do with them as you please...which is nice for Christmas cards/thank yous/presents. I would hire her again! -

Missie was great to work with! She really make a point to make you feel like you are her top priority. If we had any questions she was always very quick to respond. Missie was alot of fun to work with, she is very polite and super creative. We without a doubt, love all of the memories she captured for us! Missie was very flexible with us and was willing to drive almost anywhere in MN for us! I would recommend Missie loves photography to anyone, not only does she do weddings, but engagement, family photos, baby pictures, she does just about anything! We will be booking her again to even do our family photos! Missie is very passionate about what she does and it shows in the quality of her work! -

Missie was wonderful to work with! My husband and I had our engagement pictures taken by Missie over a year ago and they are all wonderful! For both engagement and wedding day I had a list of shots that I wanted to be taken, Missie was great at following these and came up with other incredible shots as we went along. Missie did a great job capturing candid moments that I didn't even know happened. Missie has a great personality and made the whole experience fun, almost forgot she was there to be taking pictures! -

Missie took the time to meet with my now husband and I a few weeks before the wedding to ask us exactly what we are looking for and showed us some of her work so we knew what the expect and to get to know us a little bit. this helped a lot because when the day came, we felt comfortable with her and we knew she knew exactly what we were wanting and this gave us one less thing to worry about on our big day! thank you again missie! -

She did my engagement photos and from there I knew I needed her at my wedding! Missie gave great ideas for poses and also let me do the poses I wanted to do! She also has lots of propos so just ask! She is very personable, no awkwardness! I will go back for my pregnancy pictures, baby pictures and family pictures! -

Missie had all the qualifications and expertise I was looking for in a photographer. I first booked her for my sons 1 year photoshoot. She was very easy to work with, had great ideas and it wasn't all about work. She spent time getting to know our family. Our wedding was that summer in August 2 hours from where both the photographer and we resided. She has never seen the venue or the church but everything was perfect. She knew exactly what to do. Highly recommend for any type of event or family photo shoots. -

We absolutely love Missie!!! She always does a wonderful job. She is very flexible with her time as well as with what her customers are looking for. We first had Missie do our maternity photo shoot for us back in 2013 and since them we've had her come back and do at least 8 more shoots for us. We've never been disappointed!! She puts in a lot of time and effort to make sure all of her customers are happy and she's wonderful with children. We will never go anywhere else for our pictures and highly recommend her!! -

Missie is amazing!!! I found her through a friend of a friend and loved the pictures she took and the price was very reasonable!! I got the full day package and she literally was there all day with me!!! Not only did she take a million wonderful pictures, she was like my personal attendant the day of my wedding!!! She even helped us set up the reception hall!! I love the pictures that she took! She had fun ideas so we had classic pictures and some fun ones! Very easy to work with and very professional. When my husband and I got married in 2011, our photographs turned out so bad. We sought out to have them redone and came across Missie! Her prices we so amazing and she was so understanding of what happened! We are in love with our redone wedding pictures and have found an amazing photographer for life! Missie photographed for my wedding day in May 2014. She was incredibly easy to work with all the way up to the wedding and afterwards. She was fun, flexible and willing to make anything work -- even though we ran into some issues with rain the day of the wedding. She is very kind and easy-going with brilliant picture ideas. She captured moments at my wedding that I wasn't even aware of happening! Missie did our family photos and they turned out great. Missie took our wedding photos in October 2014. They turned out so awesome! Over 2,000 images received weeks ahead of the promised date. I laughed and cried as I went through them. She captured many moments that I missed, because I could only be in one place at a time. I couldn't believe how many different moments she captured, and even more surprising were the funny moments she captured to surprise me. She was amazing and had so many unique ideas. I highly recommend Missie for family or wedding photos. You really receive a great value for a very reasonable cost. Missie arrived on time (early even) and stayed late into the reception. She captured EVERY single image that I requested and worked well with the wedding officiant. 100% happy bride here!

Missie is simply AMAZING!! She did two different engagement sessions with us (one in the winter/spring and one in the summer). She also did our wedding photos and has done all of our son's milestone pictures. She does an amazing job. The price you pay is worth every penny....and then some! We got SO many pictures from each of our sessions with Missie it was hard to choose from them! She is so creative with different poses, props (if you want them) and locations. She took some really cool shots of the various accessories from our wedding that I will cherish forever. She is always willing to try any crazy ideas that I come up with. She is flexible with schedules and so easy to work with. The turn around time on getting our pictures back is awesome. I am always pleasantly surprised by the awesome shots she is able to capture without me even knowing it. I have recommended her to many of my family and friends and I know they have all been really happy! I highly recommend her! -

Missie is a one in a million photographer that you will not find anywhere else!!! She took my fiancee's and I engagement photos. We had a really fun time with her, she made sure to get all of the shots that we wanted, and was willing to work with us to capture the memories that so clearly reflect us as a couple. She helped us feel at ease and more comfortable even at times when we were nervous or feeling tense about having a camera in our face. She also photographed our wedding this past September.The quality of the images that she provided us with was phenomenal and she helped capture the beauty, rawness, and love that was present. With over 2,000 photos we walked away feeling as though there would have been no one else we would have wanted to ask to capture our special day. With Missie no matter what the event the photography is one thing you will not have to worry about! Super reasonably priced yet offers the best quality I have ever seen from a photographer! We will only be going to Missie from now on for all our photography needs :) -

Disappointed
We had a very disappointing experience hiring Missie as our engagement and wedding photographer. She did not have a gameplan for where and how we should be posing, it was all left up to us. Wedding day went the same way, with only the most basic, uncreative pictures being taken. The wedding schedule got pushed a little later at the end, and instead of asking if we would like her to stay longer to take pictures of the first dances, (and of course be paid for an extra hour) she bailed without any notice. Her "editing" is simply running every single picture through the same automatic filter, and also making a black and white version. She does not go through and sort which pictures are good or not, so we got random pictures of the ground, people on their phones, and our guests with eyes closed. When we asked for the raw pictures so that we could edit as we preferred, we were met with resistance and hostility. We liked her as a person, very nice and polite, but frustrating to deal with when we expected her to be a professional. -

We have worked with Missie for years. Prior she was great at responding and we would get pictures in a timely manner. Back in Fall 2025 my daughter and soon to be son in law did their engagement pictures and Missie’s communication has been horrible, nothing from her. Sent text messages, messaged on Facebook, emailed, left voicemails and nothing. I even requested my money back but nothing. Totally ghosted us and other customers when reviewing her Facebook page under reviews. Very disappointing to take the money and spend the time to do pictures and now they have nothing to send out for their save the date. Very unprofessional. -
